"Can you pass the flowers?" Shilpa asked two od Dr. Niti's cousins who were sitting on the ground lazily, not helping with anything as they should be.
One of them, Arnav, looked at Shilpa. "Mhm..no." And looked away.
"What? What do you mean no? I can't reach it pass it to me," Shilpa said, bewildered.
Niether answered, and annoyed, Shilpa started to reach down the ladder on which she was standing on to get the flowers to hang on the border of the ceiling. She almost had it when she slipped.
Shilpa let out a little yelp, but before she could hit the floor, someone caught her. She looked up to her savior to see a very handsome looking Sid.
They both looked at each other for a long moment. "Uh..." Shilpa said, both Sid and Shilpa looking away quickly. Sid set her down. "Thanks!"
"No problem," Sid shrugged. "So, I just left Simmy and Rahul. Not much is going on.."
"Give it time. It'll work. They need time together. Alone," Shilpa said.
Sid shurgged again. "Whatever you say, boss. Let me help you with the flowers."

Vineet groaned as he put the one of many heavy boxes of decorations on the table. He exhaled deeply and whiped his brow.
He looked aorund. Ugh. Where did Naina go now? Then he spotted her flirting with some boys.
He rolled his eyes and called, "Naina, come here! We need to tstart decorating!"
"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming!" She called back, leaving the boys.
"Are you ever not flirting?" Vinnet sneered.
Naina rolled her eyes. "Vineet, unlike you, I enjoy the company of the opposite sex. I'm not shy to talk to them."
Vineet glared at her. "Whatever, just start decorating.
Vineet was friends with Naina, but he didn't like her all that much. She was completely different from him. She liked loud music and parties, and he like quiet places. She was loud and talktive, and he's shy. She likes to flirt, he doesn't (which was really sad for other girls, because is a very attractive young man).
Well, he thought, I don't need to worry about her flirting with me. Not like we enjoy much of each other's company anyway.

'What does she want us to paint?' Rahul asked, looking down at the two buckets of paint that were resting on the floor.
"There are some vases and stuff that she wants us to paint and design. It'll look nice around the house," Simran replied, analyzing some of the vases.
"Design? I don't know how to design anything."
"It's okay, I do. You paint the vases a solid color and I'll put some designs."
Rahul looked at her surprised. "You know how to design? As in art?"
Simran smiled. "Yeah, one of my many hobbies."
So the two friends started to paint the vases, talking cheerfully with each other. Rahul really liked Simran's company. She was a very good friend to him, and she was there when he needed someone to listen. Too bad Rahul couldn't see what Simran wanted to be rather what she is.
Rahul looked down at the paint brush in his hand, which was covered in yellow paint. He smiled deviously from the paint brush to Simran. "Hey, Simmy..."
"Mh?" Simran asked, not looking up from the vase she was designing.
Rahul, then, suddenly splattered Simran with the paint.
Simran gasped, looking down the side of arm, which was now covered in the yellow paint. Rahul laughed at the sight of Simran's reaction.
Simran quietyly go up, putting away the vases that were done in a cabinet in the room. She then took the paint brush that was resting on top the bucket of blue paint, dipped it in the paint, and splattered Rahul.
Rahul silently looked down at his painted self. "Oh, this means war."
The room was filled with paint being thrown back and forth and the sound of laughter. Vineet and Naina, hearing the laughter went into the room. Seeing the two splattering each other, they joined in. Shilpa and Sid followed, and they too couldn't help themselves from the fun. They joined in.

"Do you hear something?" Dri. Niti's mother asked as she added mirchi to the food she was making.
Dr. Niti stopped mixing the substance in her bowl and listened. "Oh no."
She ran up the stairs and headed towards the noise. She opened the door to the room to find the gang covered in paint, along with the bed, chairs, and desk that was in the room. "What..happened?"
Everyone stopped what they were doing, looking at Dr. Niti nervously. "Um.." Sid started.
Dr. Niti sighed, then smiled, shaking her head back and forth. "Paint fight? Who started it?"
"Me," Rahul said, looking down at his feet.
Dr. Niti let out a small laugh. "You would, Rahul. Guys, I know you a little to well. I knew something like this would be happening. Don't worry about it. Just get back to work. I'm getting married in two days, remember?"
They all smiled up at her, grateful she had forgiven them. "Yes, ma'am," they all said.
