Part 20:
Maan got in the washroom and when he came back he saw Geet was already up and ready...
M-Up already?
G-Haan Maan...
M-Acha come on we have a meeting...
G-I dont feel like coming today...
Maan encircled his arms around her and nuzzled in her neck...and asked:'Why is that?'
G-Dont feel like it...tired...
M-Hmmm...
G-Maan im serious...come on atleast you get ready..you need to leave..
M-My kiss?
G-Maan aap bhi na..subha subha..
M-Uh-huh correction...its not morning anymore...see its 12:30...
G-Acha whatever go get ready...
M-Hmm..theek hai...
Maan got ready and was about to go down..when Geet's phone rang..she picked it up and her voice turned in a whisper..
(this is what Maan heard)
G-Hey..yaad agaye?...Haan haan pata hai...acha g?...hmm...waise i missed you too...haan haan baba...Geet stopped talking and motioned Maan to carry on..Maan nodded and headed towards the dining table...but he was thinking about whom Geet was talking to?
It didnt sound like her friends..he trusted Geet but he had this weird feeling...but shaking his head..he sat down for lunch..after lunch..he was going to leave when he remembered he had left his phone in the room..he headed to get it but stopped when he heard Geet talking on the phone...
G-Haan Karan but i havent told Maan this yet...i know i should but Armaan said he'll sort it out...aur tu hain na?
You promised you'll help me...i know...Karan...theek hai...haan tujhe bhi yahi lagtha hai?
Muski...Muski choor aur bata what did you do?
Hmmm..theek...acha...love you too...bye...
Maan entered the room...Geet looked startled to see him and asked:'Maan...woh..aap...you didnt leave?'
M-I was but forgot my mobile...
G-Oh...k
Maan was finding Geet's behaviour weird..she was knotting her duppata and looked scared and nervous...
M-Geet kis ka phone tha?
G-Umm...Priya...childhood friend...
M-Geet kitne friends hain..i still have to meet hain na?
G-Umm..haan and said under her breath:'Dont think you will...'
M-Kuch kaha?
G-Nahiii..you have to go na?
M-Kyu?
G-Maan meeting hai na?
M-Haan..but where's my good-bye kiss?
Geet blushed and said:'Aapko to haar waqt bas yahi sab..'
Before she could complete Maan gently pressed his lips on hers...leaving a flustered Geet behind...
While driving towards the office all Maan could think was:'Why was she nervous?..What's she hiding from me?..Who was she talking to?'
When a phonecall interuppted his thoughts...
M-Hello
A-Helllo...sss..irrr...woh
M-Jaldi bolo Adi...
A-Sir woh meeting woh clients aap ka wait karahe hai xyz restaurant mein...
M-Theek Hai..I'll go there...
A-Ji si...rrr
Maan cut the call and turned right heading towards the restaurant..he parked his car and was about to get off when he saw Geet heading towards it with a man who had his arm on her waist and was leading her inside...Maan's blood boiled at the sight...he got off the car and followed them...they went and sat down on a table..while Maan headed towards where the clients were...but all the while he was looking at Geet and the guy...who were laughing and talking...Maan's anger kept increasing but it reached the point when the guy fed Geet and Geet did the same...he postponed the meeting and walked out of the restaurant..he sat in his car and took deep breaths and called Geet..
G-Hello Maan
M-Hello..
G-Kya howa forgot something?
M-Nahi...just called like that..Where are you?
G-Umm..ghar par Maan aur kahan?
M-Acha?
G-Haan Maan..
M-Theek hai i'll call later..bye
G-By..
Before she could complete it Maan cut the call...his jaw clenched and he curled his hand in a fist...his cheeks burned from anger...he hit the accelerator and drove off..he didnt know where...everything was replaying in his mind...the morning call...the man...the way they were feeding each other...he thought:'Why was Geet lying to him...what was she hiding from him?
Who was that man?
His anger reached a peak remembering that guy who had his arms around HIS GEET?
In all these thoughts he didnt see the huge truck coming his way..which banged straight in his car...the car went whizzing away and hit a tree...which caused all the windows to break...the glass pierced Maan all over his body..his head hit the steering wheel...he whispered:'Geet' before falling unconcious...blood oozed out of his body...
9pm:
Geet had been waiting for Maan...he still hadnt come home..and he wasnt picking up his phone...he hadnt called her once since that time...she had called the office which informed her he hadnt come to the office at all...Geet was getting worried by the minute...she knew Maan never did anything like this...and then she thought:'Maybe something happened to him?'
She shook her head and said:'Nahi..babji has given me Maan..he wont to this to me again...'
She was pacing her room..when the land line rang..she hurried to pick it up:
G-Hello
OP-Hello...KM?
G-Ji..
OP-Ji woh hum xyz hospital se baath kar rahe hai..ji woh
G-Haan boliye...
OP-Ji woh Mr.Maan Khurana has been brought here in a very bad condition...he has had an accident...
That was it...she didnt hear more as the phone slipped from her hands and tears streamed her face...she rushed outside and told the driver to take her to the hospital...She reached the hospital and got out quickly..she was a mess...with tears running down her cheeks..she went to the reception and asked...
G-Maan Khurana.where is he?
R-Second floor turn left...
Geet rushed off..while coming out of the lift..she bumped into a doctor..whom she asked:'Maan Khurana..where?'
D-Aap?
G-Mein unki wife..Geet Khurana..
D-Mrs.Khurana we are trying our best..but Mr.Khurana's condiotion...he may slip into coma if he's not awake in 24 hours...
G-Nahii...Maan is going to be okay..she rushed off...and saw throught the windown but what she saw shocked her and she whispered:'Rahul..'

Rahul...woh

Yeh kaun hai?

Okay guys the end...how was it?
I KNOW BAD BAD COZ THIS IS THE 15th TIME IM TYPING THIS...FIRST 5 TIMES I TYPED IN MY LAPTOP AND THEN MY LAPTOP CRASHED AND WENT FOR REPAIRING!!!
THEN I TYPED ON THE FORUM ITSELF...AND POOFF...IT GOT ERASED AND THIS WAS THE LAST TIME...IM DEAD TIRED PLUS HAVE HIGH FEVER BUT HAD TO UPDATE COZ IT'S BEEN SO LONG...BUT IM SOO TIRED AFTER PM'S GOING TO TAKE MEDS AND SLEEP...PLEASE BARE WITH ME...I KNOW ITS NOT GODD ENOUGH BUT I COULDNT HELP IT GUYS...SORRY...I PROMISE NEXT UPDATE WILL BE BETTER!!

Yes..even i didnt expect him to be back..LOOL:)
well...it will come out very soon...in a few more updates;)
which will affect Maaneet relationship...positive negative you'll see that later;)
