Poor girl,got widowed at the day of her wedding...what will she do now?

A lady poured water over her head and wiped the vermilion off from the parting of her hair.

I'm sure she's some bad omen...look what she has done...killed the poor child the moment she got married.God may help this family.

Another lady snatched the mangalsutra from her neck.

Different people had different things to say about the newly-widowed girl who sat motionless,emotionless amongst a crowd of crying,mourning ladies.The men of the family went with the ''body'' of Veer to attend the last funeral rites,leaving the women behind to shed buckets of tears.

Geet sat like a stone,staring straight as some random women around her started to take the things off her which they called ''suhaag ki nishaani.'' Arjun and Arohi rushed inside the Shekhawat Mansion upon hearing the news.Their heart wrenched in pain as they saw the love of their lives sitting in the middle of the crowd,looking as if someone has mercilessly snatched the very life off her.

They both rushed towards her,held her up making her stand and took her towards Veer's bedroom.

As Dev was sitting,brooding alone in front of the television which was turned off,he felt a pair of cold hands around his neck.He smiled slightly and arched his head back to meet the face of his beautiful wife Naintara.

''Whats taking you so long honey?'' she purred as she let her wet hair cover the sides of his face.

''What else can it be?'' Dev replied and took her hand softly into his and made her come in front and sit on his lap.

''You know bro's not around...I should take some responsibility right?'' He spoke in a calm manner rubbing his palm over the back of her hands.He knew giving a detailed information wouldn't help in this case.He knew that his wife knew the place he has for his elder brother Maan, the love and respect he holds for his brother irrespective of his deeds in the world of business.

''And what about me?'' Naintara pouted.

''You know that'' Dev whispered huskily and placed a peck near her ear.But this little romantic moment didn't last long as his phone buzzed with a new message.Dev rolled his eyes and broke apart.He took the cell and went through the message which read ''Flight Lieutenant Veer Singh Shekhawat dead,politicians and Air Force Officers pay tribute while CBI officers in the hunt for the identity of the suicide bombers along with the terrorist gang involved.''

Dev knotted his brows together as he read the news and quickly reached for the remote.Naintara looked on in confusion as she saw her husband.As he switched on the T.V to surf a few national news channels,as expected,Veer's death was the breaking news everywhere.

''Veer Singh Shekhawat'' Dev muttered,''Isn't he from the same family as Vansh-the man who has made the land deal with us?'' He said to himself.

''What happened Dev?'' Naintara asked in curiosity.But just when he was about to say something,a piece of news caught his ears.

''Death at the very day of his marriage.''

''Marriage?'' Dev said in surprise.

''Mission accomplished'' Vansh announced to himself followed by an evil laugh.

''Cheers'' he raised a toast in an empty room as he celebrated his success.

Gauri rushed inside the room and closed the door behind her.Even without looking at her,he cud easily make out that there was fear written all over her face.

''Do you even know what you have done?'' She questioned him in a low yet trembling voice.Vansh twisted his lips as Gauri continued ''the whole of the crime and intelligence unit is after the murderers of Veer,'' hearing which Vansh chuckled.

''Are you seriously out of your mind? You could have asked him and he would have given away everything he have under his name.'' Gauri tried reasoning him,but as soon as the words escaped her mouth,the expression on his face changed drastically going from devilish to furious.He threw the glass near Gauri,smashing it into pieces.

Gauri jumped seeing his reaction to her words.Vansh marched up to her and roughly held her hair from the back.

''Don't...don't say that ever again...its only MINE!'' he screamed out the last word aloud and left her hair in a jerk,still panting in fury.Gauri looked down in fear.

''G g geet...w what about h h her...w w why are y y you keeping h h her in t t this house?'' Gauri managed to get the wit to question him after his violent reaction.

Vansh's expressions changed once again as he went from being furious to being the devil.He laughed out loud at her question seeing which Gauri stood perplexed.

''Why do you ask such stupid questions Gauri?'' He asked with a smirk ''don't you know'' he said turning to her ''that Geet is the biggest pawn of our game sweetheart.''

He again gave a devilish laugh ''this...this Singhania kid will bring back to me what my adorable parents took away from me.''

''But h h how?'' Gauri asked scared,still not unsure of her hubby's plan.

''By getting married...again'' he announced and filled the room with his evil laugh.

Precap-Both stood still looking into each other's eyes,one registering pure shock while the other emoting so many things through those brunette eyes out of which she could get only one thing which her heart dare not admit-love.

Vansh looked confusingly between the two,but soon his confusion gave away and a victorious smile overtook his lips.
