4 DAYS LEFT BEFORE SPRING CONCERT

DAY # 1

Kripa wakes up in the morning and gets ready to go to the hospital. Kripa and her mom are on the way to the hospital when kripa's phone rings.

K: helo anita..mein tumhe badme phone kartt hoon. I'm driving. Okay?

an: nahi kripa..i just called to tell you ki concert ke kuch preparations baaki hain and we need you here.

K: theek hai. I'll come by later. Okay bye. I'm driving.

Kripa hangs up and drives to the hospital. They go into her dad's room and are heartbroken to see her dad's condition. Kripa remembers everything prithvi had said to her yesterday. Kripa's mom notices the tears in her eyes and comforts her.

M: kripa plzz mat rona. Agar tum rone lagogi to mera kya hoga. Main to toot hi jaogi.

K: nahi mom aap aisa mat kahiye. Ap dono ke bina…

Then prithvi enters and kripa and her mom look at him. Kripa's mom remembers everything kripa told her last night.

P: hi aunty. Kaise hain aap? Kal ke baad…I mean plzz apna khayal rakhna. Mujhe aapki bohut fikar ho rahi thi.

M: (in a little stern way) don't worry prithvi. Mujhe apni aur apni family ka khayal rakhne aata hain. Mein unhe kabhi bhi koi dukh nahi hone doongi. Kabhi bhi nahi.

P: ( a little shocked by her reaction): ji aunty. Aap ki jaisi ma sab ko milni chahiye.

K: mom main chalti hoon. Who concert ke liye kuch preparation abhi bhi baki hain. Bye mom. Apna khayal rakhna (she kisses her mom good-bye)

K( looks at prithvi and in a low voice): Bye prithvi.

Kripa is about to leave when prithvi holds her wrist.

P: ruko kripa. Mujhe bhi college jaana hain. Bohut dino se nahi gaya. So I'll come with you too.

K( angry): chalo..

Kripa and prithvi get into her car and go to the college. When they get there, kripa is about to get out of the car when prithvi holds her hand again and pulls her closer to him.

K: (angry): prithvi..yeh…stop it!

P: oh come on kripa. I'm youre bf. Aur jaldi hamari shaadi hone waali hai. Mujhse kaisi sharam?

K(tries to get away): stop it prithvi! Tum mujhse shaadi to kar loge lekin sirf meri jism se. mere dil to kisi aur ka ho chuka hain.

P: nahi kripa. Tumhe mujhse pyaar karna hi hoga. Ek na ek din tum meri ho kar rahogi!

K: nahi prithvi. Shaadi do jismo ka nahi do dilo ka milan hai. Aur jab mera dil mere paas hain hi nahin to tum kya iss par haq jataoge prithvi? Mera dil aur meri aatma kisi aur ki amanat hain.

She gets out of the car leaving prithvi behind. At this point he is very angry and vows to make kripa his.

Scene 2:

Kripa goes to the place where the preparations are going on. She sees anita and all her other frnds there.

an: kripa!!! Hi !

K: hi anita. How is everything going on. Im sorry mein kuch dino se yaha aa nahi payi. wo mein…

an: its ok kripa. I understand that everyone has their own problems. Im sorry to hear about you dad. How is he now?

K: He's in coma. Lekin….tumhe yeh baath kisne batayi. Humne to yeh sab media se chupa ke rakha hai. To tumhe…

an: mujhe to angad ne bataya. Kal rat mein usse mili thi to uske paas rehne ke liye jagay nahi thi. To mein usse apne ghar le gayi. To tabhi usne mujhe bataya ke tumhare dad ko heart attack...im sorry kripa. I was very sad hearing that.

K: lekin angad....woh tumhe kab mila?

an: beach par. Woh bohut dukhi tha. Uske akhon aasoo bhi the. Usne mujhe yeh to nahi bataya ki kya hua lekin kuch to bura hua tha uske saath. Bechara! To maine socha ki usse kuch pal ke liye khushi dena chahiye to maine....

K: to? Tumne kya kiya?

an: maine usse concert pe invite kiya as my date.

K: what? Tumne usse invite kiya...lekin...

K: to usne kya kaha?

an: ofcourse usne ha kaha. Koi mujhe mana kaise kar sakta hain? but I think i'm very lucky tht a hot guy like angad will be my date to THE SPRING CONCERT.

Kripa is shocked that angad will be at the spring concert and that too with anita! She remembers the moment she spent with angad when he asked her to be his date to the concert. She is sad but controls her feelings in front of anita.

An: kripa?? Kya soch rahi ho?

K: kuch nahi. Nothing.

An: acha to tum concert mein kya pehen rahi ho? Im wearing this red dress with beautiful....

K: nahi anita. Mein concert mein nahi aungi. I dont want to go.

An: what? Lekin kripa tum class president ho. U have to come. Tumhe speech bhi dena he. Remember?

K: nahi anita. Mein nahi aa sakti. I cant come aur mein...

An: nahi kripa. U have to come. No excuses.

K: lekin anita...

Prithvi enters from the back

P: dont worry anita. Mein aur kripa concert mein zaroor ayenge. Aakhir hum iss college ke best couple hain. Aur iss saal bhi hum best couple ka award zaroor jeetenge. Kyon kripa?

Prithvi grabs kripa from the back and hugs her. She tries to get away but he whispers in her that he still has the power to hurt her dad. Hearing this she stops trying to get away. Prithvi makes kripa uncomfortable and she is forced into agreeing to go to the concert with prithvi.

K: theek hai anita. Main concert mein aoongi. Ill come.

An: great !! kripa i promise you that by the end of it you will thank me for making you come. I promise.

Kripa gives her a fake smile and leaves to help with some preparations. Prithvi also leaves to go talk to his frnd. Anita is left alone.

An: (thinking as she looks at kripa) dont worry kripa. Mein sab kuch theek kar doongi. Dont worry. Tumhe tumhari khushi wapas zaroor milega.

Then she looks at Prithvi and smiles.

2 DAYS BEFORE SPRING CONCERT

Day #3

Its 2 days before the concert and kripa is very busy with the preparations and taking care of her dad. so her mother told her to concentrate fully on the concert and that she wud take care of her dad. so kripa goes to the college to help anita and rest of her frnds. When she reaches there, she sees prithvi coming towards her. she pretends to not see him and goes to anita. prithvi notices and gets angry

k: hi anita

an: hi kripa! how is life? to maine backstage ki problems sambhal li he. aur kya baki hai?

k: woh catering ka kya hua?

an: catering ke...

She is interrupted by a frnds entrance.

an: hi harshini!!

H: hi anita. hi kripa. so what are you guys doing the day before the concert. mein soch rahi thi ke agar hum sab mere ghar chale. for the night. lets have a sleepover at my place. nd then the next day we will all get ready for the spring concert. maine hair dresser ke paas appointment bhi le liya hain.

k: ya sure. why not. waise bhi agar mein ghar par rahoogi to mera mann nahi lagega. tum dono ke saath rahugi to i'll be occupied.

H: ok then its final. my house on thurs night. okay?

an: oh..i'm really sorry guys but...

h: but what?

an:(looks at kripa): woh... angad mere ghar par hain. i dont want to leave him alone. mom and dad are also out of town. to..i hope you understand harshini.

Hearing this kripa is heartbroken. she remembers angad and every moment she spent with him. she is almost in tears but at that moment prithvi enters.

P: hi girls!

H: hi prithvi. tum hi anita ko samjao na. uske wajah se hamara sara plan.

P: sorry harshini. mein tumhari koi madat nahi kar sakta. infact maine aur kripa ne plan banaya tha ke hum dono thursday mere ghar par spend karenge. kyon kripa? (he hugs kripa tightly from behind. kripa is disgusted but cant do anything)

h: lekin kripa ne to ha kaha tha mere ghar pe aane ke liye.

p: kripa? bhool gayi kya?

prithvi tells everyone that they will be spending thursday at his place. kripa cant say anything as prithvi wud threaten her again. so she just plays along. then kripa and prithvi leave. kripa is about to get into her car when prithvi holds her hand and lightly pushes her on the car. he leans on her. kripa doesnt react but is angry.

p: so miss kripa sharma? thurs at my place?

k: keep dreaming prithvi. mein tumare ghar kabhi bhi nahi aaungi.

p: oh come on..kabhi na kabhi shaadi karke aana hi hoga. so y not thurs?(he gives her a smirk)

k: (thinking) prithvi mein tumse shaadi kabhi bhi nahi karoongi. i'm just playing along until dad comes out of coma.

p: (snaps his finger):kya soch rahi ho? future mrs kripa prithvi bose?

k: prithvi mujhe hospital jana hain. let me go.

P: first give me a kiss

k: tum pagal ho gaye ho? tumhe to chukar bhi mujhe ghin ati he. i will never ever kiss you prithvi.

P:(tries to kiss her but she pushes him back): theek hai. theek hai. aaj nahi to thurs night. kyon ?

k: (sternly) nahi. i wont come to your house.

p: ghar to tumhe aana hi hoga. warna tumhare dad....

k: no! dont do nething to him. mein aaungi. i'll come.

P(pats her cheek): good girl!

Kripa pushes him, gets into the car and drives off.

p(thinking): dekha kripa. mein tumse kuch bhi karwa sakta hoon

k:(thnking with tears in her eyes): prithvi mein tumhe mere family ko hurt karne nahi doongi. I'll teach you a lesson. ek bar dad theek ho jaye. i'll teach you a lesson!

scene 3: at anita's house.

Anita walks in thru her door and sees angad asleep on the couch. she goes up to him and looks at him. there is a sad expression on his face. she feels sorry for him. but cant do anything. she brushes his hairshe turns around to leave when angad pulls her hand.

A: kripa!

Anita has tears in her eyes and she leaves. she goes to the kitchen and starts cryiing.

an(thinking): i feel really sorry for you angad. lekin tumhare siva is duniya mein aur kahi log hai jo kripa se pyar karte hain. and i think someone else deserves her love more than you. but i dont know what to do. i cant see you going on like this.

she was very sad seeing angad like this. he was always sad and sometimes he even had a few tears rolling down his cheek. this broke her heart as she could never bear the pain of anyone.

scene 3:

kripa at her home is waiting for her mom to get home. she gets a call from he mom saying tht she wont be coming hom tonight as she had to stay back in the hospital with her dad. kripa is a little down today after everything between her and prithvi. how could she go to prithvi's house. she cant even spend a minute with him. how could she spend the whole evening with him? she dint know what to do. then there was someone at her door. she looked thru the window and saw prithvi at the door. she was a little surprised and shcked. but she went and opened the door for him.

k: prithvi tum? iss waqt?

P: ha woh tum college mein apna cell phone phool gayi thi to..i came to return it.

K: k thnx. i'll see you tomorrow

p: come on kripa. its raining. tum mujhe apne ghar me nahi bulaogi?

k: dekho prithvi...mom iss waqt ghar par nahi hain aur....

p(goes in thru the door): great!

K: prithvi plzz. i think you shud go now!

P: come on kripa. sirf thodi der. i'll leave wen it stops raining. okay? now.. can i get some coffee?

k:(angry but gives up) ok. i'll get it.

Kripa goes to the kitchen and makes some coffee for him. she comes back out and sees prithvi sitting without his shirt on. she is shocked.

p: woh meri shirt gili ho gayi thi. to maine socha...dont worry kripa. mein tumhe kuch nahi karoonga.

K: maine tumse kab kuch kaha? i dont care

Kripa gives him his coffee and excuses herself. she goes to her room and sits by the window. she is feeling really lonely now and decided to call anita. she picks up her phone and calls anita. suddenly prithvi hugs kripa from the back.

k: prithvi??? get off me!

p: come on kripa. humari shaadi hone wali hia. its ok.

k: (pushes prithvi really hard): stop it prithvi! plzzz

p:(angry) dekho kripa. tumhe achi tara jaanti ho ki tumhare dad ki zindagi mere haathon mein hai! agar tumne meri baath nahi maani to mujhe unki jaan lene me zyada waqt nahi lagega. samjhi? agar tum chahti ho ke mein tumhare dad ki jaan le lu to theek hai. main abhi..

K: nahi! plzz prithvi. mere saath aisa mat karna. i know i hurt you. but i always cared for you. plzz mere saath aisa mat karna. plzzz

Prithvi gets closer and closer to her. she keeps moving back but at last she hits the wall. prithvi leans on her and moves in to kiss her. she tries to resist but he is much stronger. he is about 1 cm away from her when the door bell rings. prithvi lets go of kripa. she is relieved and runs to the door. she opens it and is relieved to see anita. she hugs anita.

an: kripa?? kya hua? wats wrong?

K: (lets go): kuch nahi! i just felt alone.

an: are you sure thats it?

k: ha. lekin tum yaha iss waqt?

an: ha woh mein kuch sign karwane ke liye ayi thi. woh caterers ne contract sign karne ke liye poocha mujhe. do i came here. lekin yaha to kuch aur..... kripa i'm worried about you.

k: dont worry anita. i'm fine.

Prithvi comes from behinf kripa with his shirt on.

P: hi anita. tum yaha iss waqt?

an: ha mujhe kripa se kuch kaam tha. aur tum yaha? iss waqt?

P: woh mein kripa ka cell phone wapas karne ke liye aya tha.

an: to tum ab ghar jaa rahe ho? can you plzz give me a ride. woh mein yaha harshini ke ghar aayi thi aur baarish mein meri gaadi kharab ho gayi.

P:(angry for the interruption) uh...woh..ok lets go.

an: thnx prithvi. bye kripa. i'll talk to you tomorrow.

Anita leaves with prithvi. and kripa is relieved that prithvi left. she locks her door and runs up to her room and starts crying. she never imagined that prithvi would do something so disgusting to her. she hated him even more now. but she dint know what to do. she had lost angad already and would lose her dad if she dint do what prithvi told her to do. she dint know what she was gonna do tomorrow when she had to go to prithvi's house.

Kripa went to sleep wondering about what was going to happen the next day. she cried herself to sleep not knowing what the future held for her.
