Ok here is the part you have all been waiting for…THE SPRING CONCERT!


THE DAY OF THE SPRING CONCERT.

It is finally the day that everyone in the college have been waiting for. Everyone wants to know who will win the award for BEST COUPLE even though everyone knows that the best couple award always goes to P-K. everyone is onto their own preparations. Since this is such a big day, there is no college so all the girls are busy at the beauty parlors and all the guys are busy buying a gift for their dates at the last minute. But kripa and angad are completely different. They are in their room sitting by the window thinking about how they would face each other at the concert.

Kripa's House:

Kripa is sitting by her window staring outside at all the cars passing by. She wishes that one of the cars would stop by her house and angad would get out of it and come running to her. but she knew that this wouldn't happen.

Angad at Anita's house:

Angad is also sitting by the window in his room and staring at a couple walking down the street hand-in-hand. He remembers the time he spent with kripa on the beach and how much fun he had. He wished he would wake up from this nightmare to find kripa rite next to him. But he knew that this wouldn't happen.

Prithvi's house:

Prithvi is sleeping on his couch remembering everything that happened last nite. By now he is really guilty and doesn't know what to do. So he decides to call kripa to apologize.

K: hello?

P: kripa…

Kripa is about to hang up when prithvi stops her.

P: kripa…ruko..phone mat rakna. I have to talk to you. Plzzz

K: bolo prithvi…….mere paas time nahin hai.

P :kripa….mein…..i'm really sorry. Kal raat pata nahin mujhe kya ho gaya tha. Mein behek gaya aur…..i'm really sorry. Mujhe maaf kar dogi na? Plzzz.

Kripa is very angry at first but then she remembers that she still needs to go thru PLAN # 2.
K(crying fakely): prithvi mein tumse baat nahi karna chahti. Tumne mere saath…..i never want to talk to you again prithvi!!!

P :kripa…im really sorry. Mujhe plzzz maaf kar do. I promise mein tumhe kabhi bhi chot nahi pohchaunga. I promise. Plzzz

K: prithvi…

P: plzz kripa. I really love you. Im sorry

K: theek hai prithvi mein tumhe maaf karoongi. Pata nahi kyon mein tumse zyada der ke liye naraz nahi reh sakti.

P: bcoz u love me kripa. I know you do!
After a moment of silence

P: to kripa….tum aaj spring concert ja rahi ho na…I mean you will go with me rite?

Somehow prithvi convinces kripa to go with him. He hangs up the phone and think that he has accomplished something really great. But on the other side of the line kripa hangs up the phone and smiles

K(thinking): prithvi tumhe lag raha hoga ki maine tumhe maaf kiya hoga aur mujhe concert le jaakar tumne bohut bada teer maar liye. Lekin tumhe ye nahi pata ki teer to maine maara hain. So best of luck MR. PRITHVI
She smiles again.

Then kripas mom walks into her room.

M: kripa…maine tumhare hairdresser se baat kar li hai. To….arre kripa tum has kyon rahi ho?

Kripa tells her mom everything and you see a smile on her mom's face too.

M: prithvi ko lag raha hoga ki tum usse kitna pyar karti ho lekin usse kya pata ki usne kisse takkar li he.

M: acha kripa…tumhe yaad hain na aaj kya karna hai? Today is D-Day. Aaj kuch bhi galat nahi ho sakta. Are you confident ki kuch bhi galat nahi hoga?

K: ya mom. Lekin…..

M: lekin kya? Kripa….

K: mom….waha angad….

M: I know. Lekin beta tumhe ye yaad rakhna hoga ki agar tumhe angad ko pana hain to tum aaj koi galati nahi kar sakti. Rite?
K: I guess your right mom. Aaj kuch bhi ho jaaye, prithvi ko mein nahi chodoongi.

Kripa's mom leaves after giving kripa a hug and wishing her good luck. Kripa is left alone and she gets ready to go to the hairdresser. She gets into her car and decides to go see the setting of the concert for the very last time. When she gets there she sees anita. She goes and gives anita a big hug.

An: kripa?? Kripa whats wrong?

K: anita…I'm really sorry.

An: sorry for what?

K: maine aaj tak tumhe…I mean I have never treated you in the rite way. Im really sorry. Jab mom ne mujhe bataya ki…

An: shhhh. Kripa plzz kuch mat kehna. Maine sab tumhare liye kiya. Ur my best frnd kripa. Tumhare liye mein kuch bhi kar sakti hoon. Aur sorry to mujhe tumse kehna chahiya. Aakhir tumhare permission ke bina maine angad ko concert mein…I'm sorry kripa.

Kripa hugs anita tighter. They cry in each others arms and after a while they finally let each other go. As kripa says her good-bye and turns back, she sees angad there and wipes her tears. Today she felt a bit of confidence and she went up to angad.

K: angad….
Angad looks away.

K: I know….maine tumhare saath bohut galat kiya hain. Aaj tak meri life mein kabhi koi khushi nahi thi aur nahi maine kabhi kisi ko koi khushi di. Shayad tumhe bhi nahi.

A: nahi kripa. Tumne mujhe itni khushi si hai ki mein lafzon mein bayan bhi nahi kar sakta. Lekin tumne mujhe uske badale itne gham diye ki mere zehen me sirf theen lafz hai…I HATE YOU.

This pierces kripa's heart so much that she is in a shock. Before she thought that if she got rid of prithvi, she would be able to get angad back in her life but now she thought otherwise. How could angad say this to her. before she can say anything to angad, he begins to leave but kripa stops him.

K: ANGAD!!!!
He stops in his path but doesn't turn around coz he has tears in his eyes.

K: kya kaha tumne? Tum mujhse nafrat kate ho angad? Do you really? Apne dil se pooch kar dekho angad? Kya who bhi yahi kehta hai?


Angad doesn't reply to her. he doesn't move or do anything. This frustrates kripa even more.

K (grabs his sleeve): angad mein abhi bhi tumse pyaar karti hoon. I really do love you. Aur angad mein yeh bhi jaanti hoon ki tum bhi mujhe pyaar karte ho.

A: nahi kripa. Maine tumhare bina jeena seekh liya hain.

K: aisa mat kaho angad. Aaj humari judayi ki aakhri raat hai angad. Aaj ke baad hamare beech ke saari dooriyan mith jayegi angad. We will live together happily angad. FOREVER!!!!

A: NOTHING IS FOREVER KRIPA. NOTHING!

Angad leaves and kripa stands there heartbroken. She wanted angad to understand. She wanted him to hug her and comfort her. she wanted to be in his arms again. She wanted to feel the same way she had felt on that night on the beach. But she knew that all this was just her dream. And she believed that dreams never came true. She continued to cry all alone on the huge field. All alone and all she wished was that angad would come running back to her and give her a big hug.

thnx guys for your wonderful comments. i'm happy that you guys liked it. i'm gonna post the next part tomorrow as i need time to think it thru. its supposed to be the best part of the story and i want time to plan what i have to write. so i'll definitely post it tomorrow.

ok guys i need your suggestion on something else.

I was thinking of making the next part one of the last parts of the story and then starting a new fan-fic. coz i dont want to be like ekta kapoor and pull the story to the extent that there is nothing left to the story.

so im thinking of writing kinda like sequels with the same characters but in different situations and different settings.

but im still debating with myself. so plzz leave suggestions and i'll be happy to take them.
