Geet "maan wo meri dost pinky hai na…wo wapas agayi aaj subhe…to……"

Geet dint want to say further and kept silent. But maan understood her silence as he spoke "to jaa rahi ho?"

His voice was steady but a bit painful.

Geet "main tum ko har roj call karungi…..mein kar sakhthi hoon na maan?"

Maan "geet tum permission lena kab se shuru ki? Abhi gayi nahi par ab se door ki risthedaar ki tarah baath kar rahi ho tum"

Geet "maan….i will miss u"

Maan "will miss u too misti "

Geet "maan yeh misti kya hai?"

Maan smiled "I will tell u some other time….but for now u r my mishti…samjhi"

Geet smiled in return "hmm…" and she went in thoughts.

Maan asked "kya soch rahi ho?"

Geet "wo tum mujhe nick name diya na…to mujhe bhi tum ko nick name dena hai" she said still thinking.

"to milgaya nickname?" maan asked.

"maan disturb mat karna…I m not getting any" geet pouted which made maan smile even more.

"haan idea?...raj….raj kaisa lagega?" geet turned excitedly.

"raj? Wo kaun hai?" maan asked.

"raj maan….DDLJ ka raj" geet said.

"ab yeh DDLJ kya hai" maan asked.

"don't tell me that u dunno DDLJ…omg" geet shouted.

" geet what ever it is I don't know and I don't even want to know okay" maan said and geet pouted.

"to tum ko raj naam pasand nahi aaya?" geet asked.

"geet mera naam maan hai…MAAN…not some DDLJ ka raj…arghhh…I don't like to be called by other people's names" maan said.

Geet "par maan yeh to nick name hai."

Maan "nick name aisa todi na hota hai"

Geet "teekai to phir mujhe phirse soch ne do"

"hmm" maan said.

After some time geet again shouted "haan aur ek idea"

"kya?...ab don't tell me k3g ka rahul " maan said.

"aap ko k3g pata hai" geet asked innocently.

But maan gave her a glare "geeet"

"teekai teekai…hmmm what about prince……my prince " geet said excitedly.

"prince……yeah that's me….but YOUR prince?" maan asked naughtily

"haan….. u helped me to run from shaadi na….isseliye…… u know wat I many times dreamt that one day my prince charming will come on white horse and will take me away…..just like that u came and helped me out…..but the only difference is u came by car not horse…ha ha" geet said smiling.

"achaa to mein tumhara prince charming hoon" maan asked smirking.

"haan aur nai to kya….waise maan…nai nai….prince " geet spoke to be cut by maan "geet don't call me prince…I m maan…just maan….nothing else okay"

"par kyun dint u like that name…prince…..acha hi hai na" geet said so innocently.

"nahi mujhe acha nahi laga" maan said.

"okay then will call u maan…but u r my prince hi ho….whether u agree or not" geet said and maan smiled.

"hmmm so kab jaraheho?" maan asked lightly.

" socha nahi….shaayad aaj raath" geet replied.

"kal jao" maan said.

"kyun?" geet asked.

"aaj humara outing day hai…tum bhool gayi?" maan said.

"oye teri….mein to bhool gayi….aur ab tak sogayi…..maan y dint u wake me?" geet asked.

"don't worry…we will go out now" maan said.

"now?" geet asked.

"haan…..ab jao ….jakar tayyar ho jao" Maan replied.

"par kaha…" geet asked.

"oh…I thought u like surprises" maan said as if asking.

"hmm teekai "with that geet left to her room.

After few minutes geet came out of washroom wrapping a towel around her. she slowly went near her cupboard and looked at her dresses. One by one she took all the dresses out and spread them on the bed and stood there with one hand on her hip and another on her chin tapping and thinking what to wear.

"hmm kya pehnu?" geet said confused.

"okay yeh try karthi hoon"

She tried a red short dress. She looked at herself in the mirror and she pouted "we are not going for date"

She now took a pink salwar and tried it again threw it saying "um hm not this"

She took a saree in her hand but threw it on bed again saying "hum shaadi nahi attend kar rahe ho"

She took out a white top and blue jeans and wore it saying " hmm…good…..casual and simple….waise he dint tell me where we are going so this is good"

She sat before mirror made her hair curly and left it loose that's when she got call from maan.

"maan" she said.

"geet r u ready?" maan asked.

"haan" geet replied.

"then what r u waiting for…come out I m waiting in the car outside" maan said.

"yup coming" she cut the call and went out.

She saw maan waiting for her in a car. He is sitting behind the wheel. She went and sat beside him in the passenger seat.

Maan started the car and drove out of KM.

Geet sat in silence for few minutes maan felt it odd. He spoke breaking the silence.

"geet" maan said.

"hmm" she said still looking out of window.

"geet kya hua?" maan asked.

"kuch nai maan" geet replied.

Maan stopped the car and turned her towards him and cupped her face "ab batav kya hua? Why are u dull? "

"pata nahi maan…but I dint feel like leaving u all…tum…dadima…dev….tum sab log mera itna kareeb aaya….i even forgot my family " geet said with tears in her eyes.

"geet agar tum ko jane ka man nahi hai to math jao…." Maan said wiping her tears with his thumb.

"nai maan…how can I stay….i must go" geet said.

"geet why cant u stay….."maan said but geet cut him in middle and said "nahi….i should go…but will definitely miss u my prince" geet said now trying to smile.

"me too misty" maan hugged her and she hugged him back. Both of them dint know for how long they are there like that hugging each other.

Finally they broke there hug and maan started his car again "so where are we going now?" geet asked trying to lighten the situation.

"hmm…surprise" maan said.

"itna surprises mat do maan…I may faint……" geet said laughing.

"ab meine kaunsa surprises diya tumko?" maan asked.

"pehle u reminded me of outing which I forced u before and now this car ride then that u r saying that U are giving surprise…………aren't these this enough surprises?" geet asked.

"geet tum bhi na" maan said.

"maan waise……ur angry young man looks and i-don't-care-anyone attitude is far better that this" geet smiled naugtitly.

"GEEET" maan said.

Geet laughed out loudly and said "dekho my cute dust danav is back hayee how much I missed him"

"geet tum mujhe…I mean mujhe Maan Singh Khurana ko CUTE kaha?" maan said turning to her.

"haan maan….waise tum ek baat ko chod diya…" geet said.

"kya?" maan asked innocently.

"wahi ki mein tum ko dust danav bhi kaha" geet burst out into laughter.

"geeet" maan grinded his teeth.

"haan haan yahi expression I missed" geet said between her laugh.

Maan glared at her for few minutes and even he laughed with her. geet stopped laughing and was lost in his laugh 'wow how cute he looks when he laughs…..he is so nice…oops geet u said maan singh khurana as cute….again…ha ha' she smiled at her thought.

maan stopped laughing looking her lost self "geet…geet" maan shaked her.

she came out of her thoughts "kaha khoyi ho tum?" maan asked.

"nai kuch nai" geet said.

After few minutes they reached their destination.
