Part 9 :-

Maan & Geet have their first kiss on their first karwa chauth …

Geet wakes up the next morning & finds the lassi marks on her shoulder to the neck … she then remembers last night … that maan kissed her while he still had the lassi's cream stuck to his lips …. Before she could clean the marks of her … pammi enters her room to inform her that beeji was calling her … while pammi was about to leave she finds the lassi marks on geet's shoulder & wonders what is the reason for the marks …. Geet notices pammi's eyes travelling & scanning her shoulder.

Geet was blushing …

Pammi – geet I am happy for you … now that you have pardoned maan … why don't you speak to beeji about him & inform her that you have pardoned maan & want to be with him …

Geet – bhabhi … I have pardoned him long back & also want to go back with him … but he wants to win beeji … tejji veerji & all our family members' hearts … so I have to listen to him …

Pammi – geet … maan ji is such a sweet & caring person that he wants to take permission of beeji & our entire family …. When it is not even necessary … he being your husband could have taken you back with him … but he did not do that & wants to win over beeji & tejji … you are really lucky geet to have a husband like maan …

Geet – yes bhabhi … I might have done some good deed in my past because of which I got a husband like maan …

Pammi – geet I am leaving … you to come down soon after getting ready …

Geet gets dressed up & goes down to meet beeji … maan & dev & nandini are already waiting for geet … geetis now infront of beeji … beeji informs everyone assembled that they have to attend some far off relative's engagement function … as tejji has gone out on some important work … so beeji wants geet to accompany nandini & they have to start immediately so that they can attend the engagement in time …

Maan & geet … dev & nandini … all start in the ambassador … nandini & geet sit in the back seat … while maan & dev sit in the front …. They are crossing a jungle while on the way … their car breaks down … maan being jack of all trades …. Tries to check what happened to the car … they realise that the radiator has become quite hot & need some coolant … as the coolant bottle is empty maan decides to fetch some water … but Dev & nandini insist on going & looking out for the water … so that maan & geet can spend some time together … dev & nandini leave with the empty bottle … maan & geet are waiting for them to return & were having their sweet romantic moments … it's been a long time dev & nandini did not return … geet & maan who were waiting for them to return are now worried now ….

Maan tries calling dev …. But no response as there is no reception ….

Geet – maan … I think we should go in search of them …

Maan – geet … they will be back … we will wait for them …

Geet – maan … what if they have lost the way … come lets search for them …

Maan – geet … if they come back & find us missing they will be worried & again they will come in search of us … this cycle will never end …

Geet – haan … maan you are correct … so what should we do …

Maan - we will do one thing … you stay over here … I will check on these two … ok …

Geet – ok …

Maan – I will be back quickly …

geet is standing in front of their car … Maan starts walking away from the car & is following the way that dev & nandini took … as soon as maan starts off walking … we have some awara … romeos passing by in a car … they spot geet alone waiting near the car … they reverse their car & get down & are walking towards geet … geet gets scared … at the sight of those men walking towards her … maan who was walking away from her is rushing back to her … as he was worried for geet's safety & was scared to leave geet alone & was cursing himself for leaving geet alone … he decides to abandon his search for dev & nandini & Is coming back … geet who saw the men walking towards her … runs away from there in the same direction as maan ... to find maan … geet is running … the goons following her … maan is already walking towards her …. Geet bumps into maan … maan notices that geet is tensed & worried & he tries to console her … but before he could do that … the goons are in front of them … maan understands the situation … before he could attack them they start their attack … maan is also quick for them & bends geet with his left hand so that she ducks & then maan hits the goon in his stomach … next maan attacks all the men & hit them hard & punches them in such a way that all of them bite the dust … & then maan & geet run away from there … the goons then follow them ….

Maan & geet run faster & hide behind some bushes ... as the space is not enough for two … they both hug each other tight so that the goons can't spot them & they are hidden from the goons … the goons search for them in that place & then they decide to go in a different direction in search of them … as soon as they leave maan & geet come out of their hide out … maan & geet are running in the opposite direction as that of the goons … but the goons hear the sound of leaves & understand that maan & geet might have gone in opposite direction … they again follow them … maan & geet understand that they were again being followed … so they run even more faster … while they were running they do not spot the pit which was there already & by mistake they fall in the pit … & to their shock after falling in the pit they realise they are totally covered in muddy water i.e. kheechad … as that pit was half filled with water & mud … it was so muddy that maaneet's clothes were full of mud … & even their faces also now look muddy & are full of kheechad … as they hear footsteps outside … they pin them selves to the wall of the pit so that the goons don't spot them … goons come to where maan & geet fell …

Goon1 – I told you they ran in the same direction … as we were searching before & you did not listen to me …

Goon2 – fine … I made a mistake lets go In the opposite direction … i.e. from where we came …

All The goons then run in the same direction as they have come from … maan & geet both stay in the pit for some time … after realising that they are safe … they both try to come out of the kheechad … but as it was kheechad … they are unable to come out of the pit as it was slippery … but finally maan lifts geet by her waist & helps her in getting out of the pit … but as it was slippery … geet slips & these two again fall in the pit … geet on top of maan in the kheechad …

Maan still admiring geet & these two have an eye lock … maan trying to clean geet's face off the keechad … but … as his hands also had keechad … instead of cleaning the keechad he was adding more to her face …

Maan & geet stand up & again try to get out of the pit … finally after few trials … they both succed & come out of the pit … maan & geet try to clean them selves with their muddy hands … but of no use … they are still covered in kheechad from top to bottom …

Maan – oh … I so hate kheechad …

Geet – maan … you are saying it in such a way as though I love kheechad … I too hate kheechad … do some thing maan …

Maan – let's search for any lake or pond in here … so that we can wash our selves …

Maan & geet start out in search of a pond or a lake as it is a jungle … maan & geet are sure that they will find a source of water … maan & geet try 2 clean off the kheechad of them … but still they have it on them … finally they reach a spot which is cooler than the rest of the jungle area …

Maan – geet …. Have you noticed … this area is cooler than the rest of the jungle ….

Geet – so what maan …

Maan – so what …

Tired Geet – maan … how will it solve our problem …

Maan - this means that there is a lake or pond some where over here.

Geet – is it …

Maan – yes come follow me …

Maan & geet walk towards the area … finally they reach a place where there was a water fall & small stream is passing by because of the collected water from the water fall … the stream is not that deep we can easily walk through it as the water comes till knee deep … so geet can also walk in the water & no need to swim as geet does not know swimming … so maan & geet both decide to enter the water …
