Part 11
Armaan and Riddhima are sitting alone at the table.Her parents were spending time with their friends and her friends went outside because it was quite boring inside.The real party hadn't started yet because it was after dinner and it dinner hasn't been served yet.Riddhima looks at Armaan and he was still on his phone.She wondered what he did on his phone that kept him so occupied.Probably work because his excuse for everything is work.She sighs and looks down at her hands.Some aunties that were her mom's friends came and congratulated them along with their husbands and kids.Armaan was so not interested in it but for his parents-in-law sake he greeted them happily.
Armaan looks at Riddhima and sees her looking down playing with her hands.He grabs her hand and entwines his fingers with hers.Riddhima looks up at him shocked.Armaan was holding her hand.He doesn't even want to be near her and he's holding her hand.He looks at her as he puts his phone back in his pocket.
"Mere saath bahar chalo," Armaan ordered her.
"Kyun?" Riddhima asked.
"Maine kaha hai na.Aur agar na kaha toh thappar laga ke le jao ga," Armaan threatened her.Riddhima became scared and got up with Armaan.They walked out holding hands.The hall was with some other small stores next to it but they were all closed because it was quite late for stores to be open.Armaan walks farther away from the hall so no one can see them.Riddhima turns her head and sees her friends heading back inside.She sighs in relief as they won't come to them and piss Armaan off.
Armaan pushes Riddhima against the wall of some store.Riddhima's back hits the wall as she gasps.He walks closer to her.He was so close that his body was pressed against hers. Riddhima looks up at him with fear in her eyes but looks away from him.Armaan turns her face towards him with his thumb and finger under her chin.She was so scared about what he was going to do.He leans forward and Riddhima turns her head away from him sharply.
"Yeh aap kya kar rahe hain?" Riddhima asked with a shaky voice.
"Maine kaha tha ke tum wohi karogi jo ek biwi karti hai," Armaan said.Riddhima looks up at him confused and scared.Armaan sees the fear in her eyes and leans more closer which made her more scared."Toh iska matlab hai ke tum wohi karogi jo main kahoga kyun ke tum meri biwi ho.Samajh aaye?"
"Please, aisa mat kare." Riddhima pleads.
Armaan ignored her and buries his face in the crook of her neck.When Armaan's skin came in contact with hers a shiver went down her spine.Goosebumps appeared on her skin as he kisses her neck.Riddhima closes her eyes and puts her hands on the sides of his waist while his hands were on the wall above her head.She opens her eyes and sees her friends coming back out.Riddhima puts her hands on his shoulder to push him back but he just came closer.She felt his teeth dig into her skin making her wince.
"Armaan," Riddhima said trying push him back with tears running down her face. "Please.Meri doste yahan aa rahe hain." Armaan turns his head and sees her friends were far away but could tell they were making their way towards them.Armaan looks at her breathless as does Riddhima.She looks up at him and he turns her face with his face and bites her neck again then moves back trying to catch his breath.Riddhima fixes her dupatta as her friends reached them.
"Tum dono yahan ho?Andar aunty tumhe dhund dhund ke thak gaye hain," Nikki said.
"Khana lag gaya hai," Muskaan said.Armaan starts to walk back to the hall while Riddhima and her friends stayed behind.Riddhima looks at them and see them looking at her with one eyebrow up with a smirk.
"Kya?" Riddhima asked them.She had no clue about why they were staring at her like that.
"Tum aur Jeeja ji bahar kyun aaye the?" Nikki asked standing next to Riddhima.Riddhima looks down as what happened a few minutes ago came back to her mind.
"Woh hawa lene aaye the," Riddhima lies.Riddhima has never lies but now because of her husband and her in-laws she has started to lie."Andar chalte hain." Riddhima walks to the hall.She opens the door and takes a deep breath before she walks inside.Riddhima sees her mom walking over to her.
"Riddhima kahan thi tum?Main dar gaye thi," Padma said happy to see Riddhima is perfectly fine.
"Main theek hoon Ma aur Armaan mere saath the," Riddhima said.Padma nods and strokes her hair.
"Jao.Jaake khana le lo," Padma said.Riddhima nods and walks to stand in line for food with a plate in her hand.She looks around and sees Armaan sitting and was already eating.
"Yaar Riddhima tum meri madat kar sakti ho?" Muskaan asked after she stood in line and got her plate.
"Kisme?" Riddhima asked turning her attention back to Armaan.
"Mere liye bhi toh ladka dhundo," Muskaan said.Riddhima looks at her in shock.
"Kya?" Riddhima exclaims.
"Main chathi hoon ke meri shaadi ho," Muskaan said pouting."Teri bhi ab shaadi ho gaye aur ab main hi rehti hoon."
"Don't worry Muskaan.Tumhare liye bhi koi ladka kahin na kahin toh hai," Riddhima said. Muskaan looks at Riddhima like she was useless.
"Tu na useless hai," Muskaan said.Riddhima laughs."Meri plate pakar." Riddhima holds Muskaan's plate as she turns around to get a drink.But instead of getting a drink Muskaan bumped into someone.She looks up and sees herself look into a pair of green eyes. Muskaan's mouth opened as her eyes were wide and stared at him.The guy looks at her like she is weird.Riddhima gasps when Muskaan bumped into some guy.She recognized the guy and it was her mom's friend's son.
"Rahul, I'm sorry." Riddhima apologized on behalf of Muskaan because it looked Muskaan wasn't going to say anything anytime soon.
"Koi baat nai.Accident tha," he said and walks away.Muskaan turns to Riddhima sharply after he was gone.
"Tu usse jaanti hai?" Muskaan asked.
"Ma ki dost ka beta hai," Riddhima replies.
"Toh iska matlab uski Ma meri Ma ki bhi dost hogi.Hain na?" Muskaan said.
"I guess so," Riddhima said slowly."Lekin kyun?" Muskaan blushes and Riddhima's eyes go wide with a smile.
"Tu usse pasand karti hai?" Riddhima asked.Muskaan nods."Kab se?"
"Jab pehli baar maine usse inn partio main dekha," Muskaan replies with her head down.
"Aur tune mujhe bataya nai?" Riddhima said a little disappointed that Muskaan didn't tell her that she liked a guy.
"I'm sorry yaar," Muskaan apologizes looking at Riddhima.
"Chal koi baat nai," Riddhima said.She hands Muskaan back her plate.Riddhima and Muskaan make their way back to their table."Lekin lagta hai ke Rahul ki dosti Armaan se ho gaye." Muskaan looks at their table and sees Rahul and Armaan talking to each other.
"Oh my gosh!Main theek lag rahe hoon na?" Muskaan asked.
"Haan Muski," Riddhima said.They sat down at the table.
"Hey," Rahul greeted them.Riddhima smiles at him and looks at Armaan who was looking at her.She sat down next to him."Riddhima tumne mujhe bataya nai ke tumne shaadi karli."
"Um..sorry," Riddhima replies.
"Aur waise bhi hum aur Armaan college main ek saath pardthe the," Rahul said.Armaan smiles and looks at Riddhima.She looks at Armaan and looks down.
