Maan goes and sits in a seat on the other side of the room in a daze.

MAAN SELF THOUGHT: U cant do anything right,Maan.U've just made the matter worse. You need to forget your ego.

(HE LOOKS AT GEET,WHO LOOKS QUITE ANGRY)

Maan: Now shes more angry and it'll be even harder.

(HE SIGHS,THE BELL RINGS,EVERYONE LEAVES BUT GEETS BAG OPENS AND SHE STOPS TO PICK UP HER BOOKS.MAAN GOES TO HER AND PICKS THEM UP FOR HER.

Maan: I'll help u.

Geet: No,I don't need anyones help,especially not yours.Your charm might work on other girls,but not on me. Im not interested in you at all.

(SHE WALKS OFF,MAAN STARING AT HER WALKING AWAY)

MAAN SELF THOUGHT: She seems different from the other girls.The others just stare at me but'shes different,that's for sure.So, I'll have to think of a different way to pacify her. But pacify her,I will. Afterall,I'm MSK.

SCENE CHANGE.LUNCHTIME.GEET AND ANNIE EATING.MAAN COMES AND SITS NEXT TO GEET.

Annie: Geet, how rude! If hes talking to you, you should talk too.

Geet: Ive no interest in wasting my time talking to someone with such a big ego as his.Now are you coming or should I leave myself?

(GEET WALKS OFF,MAAN GRABS HER ARM AND TURNS HER AROUND SO SHES FACING HIM.)

Geet: Leave my hand.

Maan: No.Not until u talk to me.

Geet: Are u deaf? All morning,I've been telling u I don't want to.

Maan: So? U can change ur mind.

Geet: But that's not going to happen so leave my hand.

(SHE TRIES TO PULL IT AWAY,MAAN HOLDS IT TIGHTER.)

Maan: Please? Just one coffee?

Geet: NO! No matter what u do,it will still be no.

(SHE MANAGES TO PULL HER HAND AWAY AND RUNS OFF)

Maan: Damn! Why did I let go of her hand? But watch Geet, Youll have to have a coffee with me.No matter what I have to do.

(HE LEAVES)

SCENE CHANGE.GEET WALKING WITH ANNIE TO HER LOCKER.)

Geet: What does he think of himself? Snooty guy!

Annie: He's so Handsome,isn't it?

Geet: What? Not at all! And anyway, its not all about looks. I want that the person who I fall in love with should be handsome but should also have a good personality.They should be kind, caring and thoughtful not like HIM.Hes so full of himself and his ego,its so big. I hope no-one makes the mistake of falling in love with him.

(SHE OPENS HER LOCKER,IT IS FULL OF NOTES)

Geet: Whats this? Who's done this?

(SHE PICKS 1 UP AND READS IT, IT SAYS: 1 COFFEE,2NITE AT 8'.GEET IS ANGRY.)

Annie: Are you going,Geet?

Geet: Why would I go to meet him? He just doesn't know how to take rejection so hes following me.

Annie: You should go. I'd do anything to go out with him.

Geet: Urgh,No! Theres no way im going. I have better things to do with my time.

(MAAN APPEARS,GEET SEES HIM,SHE RIPS THE NOTE INFRONT OF HIS FACE AND THROWS IT.SHE THEN WALKS OFF.)

MAAN SELF THOUGHT: She wont agree like this. I'll have to use a different idea. And I know what to do.Now I'll see how she doesn't come and that too 2nite.
