@Hasini: I have been a part of the Den since I discovered IF...you know my phobia of writing- so stayed away from analyzing much...Started writing only a couple of months ago....So please do not judge too harshly my immature rants!😆
Well, I do not even know how to tie a saree......some kind soul has always been around to help- mom, aunt, friends etc...imagine my shock when the day after we got married, I go to my MIL and ask her to help me tie the saree and she outright refused- her logic if she keeps helping me I will not learn...LOL! Much youtubing happened and I can say 3 years later- her son has learnt the art 😆 (between the two of us and a good part of an hour- and I can drape on a saree...)@Rachana: I love that song!
Good heavens...I can't stop cracking up at your MIL's refusal and the youtubing that followed. Are you kidding me? Well I know to tie a saree n all, but carrying it off is another task.
About the writing...Girl you write better than most of my days put together now. But really writing is so unique one can never compare one's style to another (My recent acknowledgment, though I have lived to deny it many months)
I have it bookmarked...I'm storing it for a good afternoon read, after lunch actually, right around the time when I'm rolling in a food coma and cant make sense of my own code that I have written earlier.
