the logs/dates were already been fixed for all ceremonies/rituals in both the mansions...

"Havan/puja is must before marriage, Mrs. HANDA(rano) thinks so"....but sameera was not a religiuos girl at all, so she din't help rano n geet in anything, she was even not at all interested in attending puja but she has to attend it for her mom-dad's sake...sam invited many of her friends for that puja.....lot of guests were also there, especially ladies.....it went well though very tedious but everyone enjoyed....

haldi paste was prepared which was made from sandalwood, turmeric and rose water and is applied by seven married female members of the families, on the face of sameera...all relatives were there for that ceremony....mom applied the paste first on sameera's face, then her massi, chachi, mami, taiji, bhua n bhabhi applied that paste....when 7 married females were done with their superstitious thing, GEET shouts "mai lagaun ab, meri behen ki shaadi hai, maine toh haldi lagai hi nahi".....all smiles "haan lagao"....geet applied on sam's face n then on her arms....sam was blushing....geet teased her with maan's name....sam applied back on geet's face in fun....even haldi ceremony went well.....

In the evening Maan's family send a decorated basket containing gifts known as SUHAG KI PITARI (mehendi (henna), clothes, jewellery, fruits, dry fruits, dried coconut, 'chuaare' or dried dates, bangles, 'sindoor' (vermilion powder) and a red 'dupatta' or veil) to handa's mansion for sameera.....

Rano said Mehendi function will be organized with the sangeet function, coz it has a festive feel to it with the women dancing and singing traditional songs on the mehendi ritual....

Mehndi skilled expert(mehndi wali) came in the evening, relatives were presented, guests were there, friends of geet n sam were also there, the aura was amazing....Mehndi experts starts applying mehndi on sam's hand which was sent by Khurana's....

Geet's Friend annouced: Hey everyone.... we have a dance performance by someone special, who has been working on it from last month.... here it starts.... ENJOY

geet wipes her...one of her friend, dressed up in man attire, pure manly look, presenting MSK n geet presenting SAMEERA....

geet (sam) asked friend(maan).....making a cute face

all girls joined both of them...they danced like hell for hours....

{well guys, plz make this thing clear in ur minds that this not our MSK, the girl (geet's friend) was presenting him, being MSK n geet was presenting sam.......but i wrote geet n maan only coz i hope no one is interesting in seeing sam-maan's dance..😆..}

the evening went awesome.....everyone enjoyed thoroughly....they liked geets performance a lotttttt......if she would have not been there then party would hav been boring.....after that she got mehndi done on her hands....everybody left late....geet was hell tired, she slept....

geet's maternal uncle(mamaji) gifts sam red ivory bangles

n adorn her wrists with but it din't fit in her hand....the size was lil small....everyone got nervous....

Lady 1: hawww...yeh toh apshagun hai...

rano starts panicking...

Lady 2: haan aisa toh nahi hona chahiye tha....

Geet: will u guys plz shut up...its my sis marriage n i don't believe in apshagun n all, so plz stop it....😡

Mamaji: i'll get the another chuda....

mamaji left to get another one....ladies left that sight wen geet said all that things so rudely....

sam was blank....

Geet: di aap tension mat lo..woh toh aise hi kuch bhi bolte hai log...

n geet looks at those chuda

Geet excitedly: di yeh mai try karke dekhun...ab toh iska kuch kaam nahi hai...

sam din't reply

geet wears fews bangles,

suddenly rano came with some Thali in her hand n it drops down

geet looks at her in shock

Rano: yeh kya kiya geet...kisi ka chuda nahi pehente hai...

Geet: Maa plz...aap bhi...

Rano's tears roll down: nai puttar, yeh acha shagun nahi hai...

Geet: maa yeh di ka nahi hai ab...mamu lekar aa rahe hai di ke liye naya....

Rano: par geet yeh aaya toh sam ke liye tha...

geet gets frustrated seeing her mother superstitious n bring out the bangles from her hand...throws them on bed n leaves the sight...

mamaji gets another one n adorn it in sam's wrist...

all ceremonies went well, and bechalors party was awesome....

the most important day of Maan's life..n..sam's life...coz they are going to tie up soon....

geet was damn happy for her sis....

Barat reached Handa's Mansion....

geet stops them at the entrance

Geet to Maan: jiju...pehle paise do, tab andar aane denge...

Taiji said bitterly: aaj kal di kudiyan nu teh sharam hi nahi hai...

geet frees him...runs off from there with her cousins without noticing what her taiji said...

geet goes to sam's room to bring her downstairs....geet enters her room

sam was panicking....her mind was blank......

Geet hugs her: kya hua di...i know di, aap hume chodne ke darr se pareshaan ho na...plz calm down...n get ready fast...baraat aa gayi hai...

sam looks her in shock, as if she said something wrong...

Geet: what happened?

Sameera: geet mujhe tujhse kuch baat karni hai...

Geet: haan di...bolo na...

Sameera: geet mai yeh shaadi nahi kar sakti....

Geet's jaw dropped down: what??

Sameera: mai maan se baat karungi...woh meri baat zarur samjhega....i need to talk to him...i can't marry him....

geet runs out of the room hurriedly....locks the door from outside...she looks here n there for rano to tell her, but everytime somebody stops her to talk or something...she was petrified....it took hell lot of time to find rano...she told her everything...rano stood rooted....they runs to sam's room, opens it n their eyes poped out not finding sam in her room....geet noticed the letter lying on bed....she holds it n read it...

rano reads it n broke down.....geet looks at the door, that how can sam go out wen it was closed from outside...then she noticed the window of her room...that was the only way to go outside....geet looked at the bedsheets rope tied up on railing n hanging down....yes sam climbed down.....

all family members gathered up there....everyone reads that note....

Taiji taunts: mai toh pehle hi kehti thi, inn ladkiyon ko kaabu mein rakhna chaiye hai...dekha bhaag gayi na....

Balraj(geet's paternal uncle): oye pammi chup kar...

Brij: woh zyada door nahi gayi hogi...mai dekhke aata hun...

rano goes to geet n tells everyone to leave from there

Rano with teary eyes n heavy voice: geet puttar...tu apni maa se pyaar karti hai na??

Geet hugs her: maa yeh kaisa sawaal hai...aapko toh maloom hai mai sabse zyada pyaar aapse karti hun...

Rano: apni maa ki baat manegi??

Geet: hmm

Rano: maan se shaadi karle...

Geet widened her eyes: maa yeh aap kya keh rahi hai?

Rano: geet humari izzat tere haath mein hai ab...

Geet: maa mai unlogo ko dokha nahi de sakti...yeh toh galat hoga...

Rano: geet yeh khali humari izzat ka sawaal nahi hai...unki izzat bhi tere haath mein hai....agar wo barat khali wapis lekar jaenge toh log bohot baatein banaenge

Geet: Maa jab sach saamne aayega toh bhi baatein banegi...

Rano: puttar ji, hum iske alawa kuch nahi kar sakte..

door knocks....rano wipes her tears....n went outside....that was maan's mom...who came to see sameera

geet lost in thoughts..."how can i marry him?...he trusts me a lot...i can't break his trust like this...but i can't let go my n his family's image down"

suddenly she heards the conversation

Rano: ji...aap yahan...

Astha(maan's mom): woh mai sam ko dekhne aayi thi....woh tayyar ho gayi....

Rano nervously: ji bas ho rahi hai...

Astha: mai andar jakar dekhti hun apni hone waali bahu ko

Rano: nahi...ji mera matlab hai...hum neeche chalte hai, woh bas neeche aa hi rahi hai...

geet closed her eyes in pain "di..kyun?? kyun kiya aapne aisa..??"

geet got ready in Bridal attire, covering her face with veil(ghunghat)...

rano came in the room n saw her like that....tears roll down her cheeks...she hugs her tightly

Rano: meri bachi...aaj tu jo humare upar ehsaan kar rahi hai, hum woh kabhi nahi chuka payenge....aaj humari wajah se tere sapne bhi toot rahe hai....

Geet din't hug back or dint' even cry: maa mujhe mere sapno ki parwa nahi hai...mujhe chinta jiju ki hai...mai unhe dokha de rahi hun..

Rano pats her back: sab theek ho jayega....

rano takes geet to the mandap....geet n maan are handed the garlands (var-mala)n both exchange the garlands while priest chanting the religious hymns....rano makes geet sits next to maan....maan smiles thinking its sam..handa's knew it was geet..maan was not able to see her face, as it was covered by veil

geet's father did Kanya-daan....then geet n maan stood up n circle the holy fire seven times(phere)...

With each circle, the couple makes a specific vow to establish some aspect of a happy relationship and household for each other.

After seven pheras....they sat next to each other, maan was so happy....pandit asked him to tie Mangalsutra around her neck....maan tied it up, he was still unaware of everything....

pandit asked him to apply Sindoor in her Maang....maan took sindoor in his ring finger along with thumb....he slightly pull up her veil(ghunghat) to apply it in her Maang.... maan was dumbstuck seeing Geet in place of Sameera...he din't get what was going on...his hand stops in mid air....he looked her with a blank face.....their pheres were done, he tied up mangalsutra around her neck also.... he came back to his senses.... he starts fuming in anger....his eyes was burining with fire...they becum red suddenly,....geet's eyes were swollen, she already was very scared n hurted....she was crying all the way....n seeing maan's anger, she got more scared...tears rolls down her cheeks....maan knew that he can't create any scene, afterall its all about his family reputation... so he just apply sindoor in her maang without saying anything....they got up to take blessings from there elders....maan's family is still unaware of all this....geet took everyone's blessing....maan din't take....he shot a glare to geet's family....n left that sight then n there in anger....
