Part 13

Maan watched Geet leaving in a cab. Maan noticed that Geet was strong which she was not before. Maan likes strong and independent people. He looked little impressed by Geet today.

Pinkey and Shasha were eagerly waiting for Geet and finally she came.

At the door, Pinkey and Shasha have started showering questions.

"Geet, what happened? Why are you so late? How was the meeting with Maan? Did it go well?"Pinkey asks.

"Pinkey thund rakh, take a deep breath, and let me get inside first, I am damn hungry, and you know your boss very well that he even didn't offer any food to me, he himself lives on Coffee and I don't drink coffee so he doesn't have anything else to offer."Geet says.

"So how was your lunch date with Sameer?"Shasha and Pinkey ask.

"It wasn't like a date, we went on a lunch together because we had to go for a client meeting but yes I had nice time with him today, we did talk little unlike first time when I was silent, he made me comfortable today."Geet says.

"Hmm, I like it, I am going out with Jay and you are going out with Sameer, perfect Geet."Shasha says.

"Shasha, tum too badi chupi rustam nikli, you didn't tell me that you were going out with Jay."Geet says.

"Oh sorry Geet, I must have forgot to tell you, but yes I have been dating Jay for 3 months now, it's been great so far, yes we do have some differences to overcome as we have different career paths and he wants little homely wife but you know me, but hopefully we will figure it out."Shasha says.

After having dinner, all went to sleep.

The next day, when Geet reached to office, Sameer left a post it on her desk which says "Geet, whenever you come in, please see me immediately in my cabin."

Geet saw the post it and she got worried.

Geet immediately went to his cabin and knocked on his door.

"Come on in Geet" Sameer says.

"Geet, you don't really need to knock in, you are always welcome to my cabin."Sameer says.

"Sameer, Is everything alright? I saw your post it and it made me nervous."Geet says.

"Geet, you get nervous so easily, there is nothing to worry about, I just wanted to tell you this news first before you hear from someone else."Sameer says.

"Geet, I am so happy today, yesterday our client got really impressed with our presentation and they want to offer us partnership into their organization. It is really big reputed organization; they are offering us 25% shares of their company if we continue doing business with them in future."Sameer says.

"Wow, it is amazing news Sameer, I am really glad to hear this, you definitely deserve it."Geet says.

"Geet, it would not have been possible without you, thanks to you, I was really confident yesterday as you were supporting me, I am so lucky to have you in my life, I mean Asian Paints is so lucky to have you, I really want to treat you for this, please don't say no, today evening, I will take you to the very famous restaurant of Delhi, Bukhara."Sameer says.

"Sameer, it is so nice of you, but you don't need to treat me, but as I can't say no, so of course, I will join you today for dinner."Geet says.

Geet left for her desk and she has started working on her files, by the lunch time, she has finished her most of the work for the day hence she decided to take a half day leave so that she can study.

Shasha insisted to have a lunch with her, so they both went for a lunch to cafeteria.

Geet told her about the evening plan, Shasha felt really happy for Geet.

In fact, Shasha started suggesting dresses for her, Shasha insisted her to try some western cocktail dress for the dinner, Geet was resisting, but Shasha is Shasha. She forced her to take to the shopping for it at 4 pm after Shasha will finish her work for the day.

Geet and Shasha met each other at NCR shopping mall in Delhi at 4 pm, where Shasha took her to the cocktail dress shop and she has suggested few dresses to try.

Geet has selected three dresses to try with the help of Shasha, one was stunning red lacy formal evening dress, second one was skin hugging pink dress till knee length, and the third one was purple short dress with one strap.

Geet came out wearing the red one and she looked stunning, no one can take their eyes off if once they see her in that dress, Geet was feeling little shy but she was glad that it is not short, it is a full evening dress but skin hugging, so it is little acceptable for her.

"Geet, Sameer will die today if you wear this, and then Asian Paints will shut down so please zara sambhalke (Be careful), otherwise we all will lose our job." Shasha says.

"Shahsa, come on, tum bhi na, kuch bhi bolti ho, nothing like that, I guess I look ok."Geet says.

"Ok now try other two"Shasha says.

"Other two are short."Geet says.

"Geet, just try it, put it on for me."Shasha says.

Geet came out in purple one and she was looking gorgeous but she was very uncomfortable, she was trying to cover herself, then she tried the other pink one, and of course it matches her skin but she was nervous in it also hence finally they have decided to go with Red one.

Geet bought the red dress, she has never worn dresses in her life, hence she was little excited and little nervous.

Geet is ready in hear red dress for the evening meeting with Sameer.

Sammer is at her door to pick her up.
