"Ha, Geet, speak something, did you like him or not?" Pinkey asked.

"Please don't say that". Geet says.

Geet's eyes were turning more serious, her face turned cautious.

"I came here to stand by myself and to fight for myself; I really don't have time for anything." Geet says with deep voice.

Finally Shasha and Pinkey stopped teasing her and all went to sleep.

The very next day, Geet got ready for the office and she reached early to the office because she had to finish some pending projects.

When she reached to office, Sameer and Jay were already there- discussing about some presentation.

Geet went to her desk; Sameer has noticed her from the corner of his eye from the conference room window.

Geet started working on her project.

"Hey Geet, how are you doing today? Hmm you are early bird today, what is so special today?" Sameer asks.

"Nothing Sir, I have to finish some projects today, hence came little early to finish it."Geet says.

"Hmm, impressed by your dedication, we definitely didn't realize this dedication at the time of interview, but good that finally you are here, ya that presentation reminds me that I have to go to client's office today for some presentation where I may need your help, would you like to join me for a meeting, it is right after lunch so we can have lunch together and then we can directly go to their office."Sameer says.

As Geet really didn't have any choice as she can't say no for a client meeting so she thought to say yes.

"Yes sir, sure, sounds good."Geet says.

They went for a lunch at south Indian restaurant.

By looking at South Indian Food, Geet was completely lost in it; she was smiling and not paying attention towards Sameer.

Sameer read her expression.

"Hmm Geet looks like you really like south Indian food that you didn't notice me. I could have gone or come back and you wouldn't even notice."Sameer says.

Geet felt little embarrassed.

"Yes sir, I like South Indian Food a lot, we used to have only one small restaurant in Hoshiarpur but I used to go their whenever I get the chance." Geet says with smiles.

"Hmm, Geet you look great with smile, I haven't seen you smiling before, but please maintain this smile always on your face and believe me anyone can die for this smile."Sameer says.

Geet's cheeks turned red and her eyes were filled with water as she didn't expect to hear this from anyone. She had lost the interest in this kind of feelings a long ago when she decided to stand for herself. She didn't want to rely on anyone. She decided to ignore this feeling for now.

She wants to study further. She has high expectations from herself.

Sameer is falling for Geet by each day.

They reached to Client's office where Sameer was ready with his presentation.

Presentation went well and they got the deal hence both were really happy.

Sameer thought this is the great time to ask Geet to take her out for the dinner.

"Hey Geet, I am glad that our presentation went really well, I am wondering if you have free time in the evening and you would like to go to a music concert today with me."Sameer asks.

Geet is now sure that Sameer has some feelings for her. She decided to talk to Sameer about it and make it clear to him before he thinks or expects more. There could not be better time to talk rather than meeting in the evening where they both could be alone and talk without any disturbance.

Geet reached to home little early. Pinkey was already there, she was so happy and excited today.

"Hey Pinkey, what's going on? You look extremely happy, are you going on a date or something?"Geet asks.

Pinkey hugged Geet. Her face was pink as per her name. Her smile is so clear that her teeth were clearly visible.

"Yes, Geet, I am going on a date, finally for the first time in my life, Adi asked me out."Pinkey says.

Geet was really happy to hear this, she wished her well wishes.

"Pinkey, I don't know what to do with my life, I have closed my door of heart since very long, there is no place for anyone in it, but today Sameer asked me out and I didn't know what to say so I said yes, I decided that I want to talk to him and want to make it clear that I don't have any place for anyone in my heart."Geet says with tears in her eyes.

"Geet, I can understand, but you should always keep your doors open, God has given us this life with some purpose, and closing the doors wouldn't help to find that meaning, so be open and let's see whether you like him or not, at least give him one chance."Pinkey says.
