Finally Thursday arrived again and Shilpa and Muskaan made their way to their class with Armaan Malik. Only Shilpa understood what she had gone through these last two days waiting to see Armaan. Only she knew how eagerly she had waited for this day. Even Muskaan who had been pestered by Shilpa's constant reference to Armaan, was a bit glad that they had this class because this class meant that finally Shilpa would stop her, Oh God Muskaan, Armaan this...Armaan that, finally her heart would be pacified.

They sat at the same spot they had sat before and like yesterday that irritating boy sat behind them. This time as well he didn't shy away from telling Muskaan to keep it quiet but unlike last time Shilpa wasn't able to control Muskaan's anger, Muskaan turned around and, "Listen, Mr whatever you name is, class hasn't started yet so I will talk as much as I want to and if you don't like then suck it!" she finished. The boy, Shilpa, and almost half the class were stunned! Muskaan took a deep breath and turned around, she opened her book and pretended as if nothing had happened, leaving everyone else staring at her.

"Mus..." Shilpa was about to speak but Muskaan interrupted, "Listen Shilpa he was irritating so he deserved it". Shilpa didn't even bother to argue with Muskaan but she turned to the boy and said, "Umm..." she realized that she didn't even know the name of the man who had just been yelled at by Muskaan, "Rahul" he said realizing Shilpa's predicament. "Okay Rahul I'm sorry" she said politely. Rahul just smiled at her and went back to his papers. As soon as Shilpa turned around the classroom door opened and he walked in. Shilpa literally melted in her seat and Muskaan responded with a childish giggle.

Armaan looked just as good as the last time, maybe even better. He was wearing a simple yet gorgeous white shirt, which happened to be Shilpa's favourite colour. Shilpa sat at her desk and observed every last thing about Armaan, his white shirt, his black pants, his cute hat, his watch and every other simple detail. Just as she was about to text Muskaan she remembered what happened last time and so this time she took a better approach she wrote on a piece of paper "look at his shirt isn't it the sexiest white shirt ever", Muskaan didn't laugh this time, she just shook her head. Shilpa wrote again "I'm serious look at it" "Its the best white shirt I have ever seen I mean really who knew white could be so colourful". Muskaan just continued to shake her head in the beginning but after seven or 8 comments by Shilpa Muskaan responded with a "SHILPA SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO THE WHITE SHIRT MAN" all in capitals! Being annoyed at Muskaan's comments Shilpa turned and looked at the front of the class and actually started to listen.

"Well Rachel (a student in the class) I don't know why they offer an English class in Law School but I would hope it's because it's sort of important to be able to read!" Armaan laughed and the class followed. Shilpa especially found the joke funny, she couldn't stop her giggles. "I see...ummm...." Armaan couldn't remember her name, "...ummm......" he tried harder to remember but still couldn't seem to recall it. He looked at Shilpa, hoping that she would remind him but Shilpa was too busy laughing so Muskaan did the honours, "Shilpa" she said. "Oh yes, Shilpa, I see she found the joke quite humorous! Thanks for the encouragement Shilpa!" Shilpa stopped laughing, it was just the way he said Shilpa, it sounded so beautiful when he said it, it sounded like a whole new name, and of course she couldn't help but blush. Armaan though didn't notice the blush; he went back to teaching right away.

"Okay guys I want you take out a piece of paper and on a page write down your favourite book or story and tell me an alternate ending" he said and just as the class finished sighing he spoke again "...I want this at the end of class".

A unison "WHAT" was the response of the class. Armaan smiled and said "What are you waiting for? Start!"

The classroom was now full of the sounds of papers ruffling and pens writing. Shilpa too began frantically writing, of course her favourite story was Romeo Juliet and so she wrote all that came to her mind. After 45 minutes Armaan yelled, "STOP" and that was followed by a sigh of relief from the class. "Thats all, you can leave the papers on your desk and have yourselves a great night" he said and immediately people in the class started to gather their things and Armaan began collecting the papers.

"Which story did you write about?" Shilpa asked Muskaan.

"Cinderella" she responded.

"WHAT?"

"Cinderella, the princess, no, doesn't ring a bell" Muskaan said mockingly.

"Muskaan, Cinderella? Why?"

"Because it's my favourite"

"But..."

"Why are you so shocked?"

"Oh Muskaan!" Shilpa chuckled.

Shilpa turned around and looked at Rahul and asked him the same question, "So Rahul which story". As soon as Shilpa spoke to Rahul, Muskaan gave her a "What are you doing look".

"Hamlet" he said.

"Nice, so you're a Shakespeare fan?" she asked.

"Sort of" he said.

This time Shilpa responded with a simple nod and turned back to look at Muskaan who was all packed and ready to leave. "Alright let me just...." Shilpa stopped midway and her jaw dropped.

"What happened?" Muskaan asked.

"Where is it?" Shilpa said in shock.

"Where is what?"

"My paper"

"What paper?"

"The paper I wrote on"

"Umm obviously it was collected, we were suppose to hand it in"

"OH MY GOSH!"

"What?"

"Muskaan!!"

Muskaan just realized what Shilpa was talking about, she too dropped her jaw in shock. "No way" she said.

"He took the note, the shirt note!" Shilpa said, looking at the front desk and the bundle of papers in Armaan's hand. "Muskaan..." Shilpa began freaking out!

"Just relax maybe he won't know it's you" Muskaan said.

"Of course he will, you wrote my name on it, he took from my desk! I have to drop this class, I just have too" Shilpa continued her panic attack.

"Calm down, and lets get out of here, come on" Muskaan said noticing that now Armaan too was packed and ready to leave.

Shilpa hastily gathered her things and tried to rush out of class to try and avoid any eye contact with Armaan but tonight wasn't her lucky night. "Excuse me Shilpa?" came a voice. A storm arose in Shilpa's head, she knew whose voice that was, and she knew what he would talk about. Her mind was racing so fast that all thoughts became gibberish and literally went blank. She hesitantly turned around and walked to Armaan's desk.

"I think this is yours" he said with a smile on his face while holding what was obviously Shilpa's note in his hands. Shilpa could nothing but smile. He handed Shilpa the paper and was still smiling. "I...I...actually..." she tried but couldn't speak. Muskaan, who was standing at the door, was looking over at Shilpa's worst nightmare come to reality. She couldn't even begin to imagine what Shilpa was going through at that very moment, the extent of embarrassment that had taken control of her.

Armaan noticed that Shilpa was extremely embarrassed and so released her from her misery. "Let me just say I like the detail in your writing" he said jokingly. She just smiled awkwardly and started to walk away. She turned around and looked at Muskaan, who saw sheer despair in her face. All Shilpa wanted to do was walk out of that class and never come back, she got to the door and stood there by Muskaan who tried her best to calm her down, but it didn't seem to work, Shilpa's face was red and her eyes were beginning to tear up.

Amidst this emotional breakdown she didn't even realize when Armaan too had walked up to the door. Muskaan alerted Shilpa and she immediately turned and surely there he was with that smile still on his face. Shilpa and Muskaan just looked at him.

"By the way, I love this shirt too" he said and walked off.
