Hi to this FF readers..

Part – 20

The day went quick for Maan at the office. He made sure Sasha is proceeding with the plan. He came back home very tired and sat on the sofa, resting his head on the back rest and slowly closed his eyes..

Geet got surprised to see Maan like that. She went and sat near him..

Geet with a concerned voice: Is everything OK.

Maan with same closed eyes: um..

Geet touched his forehead: you are OK..right?

Maan: hum..

Geet: then why you are sitting like this..

Maan: feeling very tired…

Geet went and brought him a hot coffee: here take this, you will feel better..

Maan half heartedly took the coffee cup and then sipped on it..

Geet: feeling better, right.

Maan smiled.. then with a surprised tone: are you free, don't have any school work today..

Geet: we are getting long weekend off. No school tomorrow, so then it is Saturday and Sunday… so I thought of taking two days off from my books..

Maan with a beamed face: are you sure..

Geet: ha…

Maan: ok then, this two days are going to be mine.. I need a break too

Geet: as you wish.. but plan something nice, I don't want to feel hetic after two days of holidays..

Maan: what you want?

Geet: anything that gives you happiness.. saying that she rested her head on his chest..

Maan smiled and stroked on her hair…

Maan: geet pack the luggage quick…

Geet: what!!

Maan: pack for two days, we are going for two days holiday out..

Geet: where,?

Maan: a relaxing place. First you go get ready..

Geet: now itself..

Maan: um.. and I will let daadi know.. so.. go quik..

Geet went up to their room, adn packed few of her dress and Maan's in a suitcase.

Maan came in: ye, nice, we got the ticket for tonight's flight and we will be at our destination around 12 MN.

Geet: where are we going?

Maan: Dehradun.. a lovely place…

Maan closed his eyes as he felt the tiredness. His heart still beating faster and he was trying to breath normal. Geet's head was resting on Maan's bare chest and his hand was rubbing on her back skin… Maan closed his eyes for few more minutes trying to normalise himself....

Maan: Geet..

Geet: um..

Maan: what if somebody from KC approach with a contract deal?

Geet sitting on bed, looking at his face: what?

Maan: I am asking what if somebody comes with a proposal to …..

Geet: wait a minute, if we are here to talk business, I should have brought my school books too…

Maan: ok baba.. I am sorry..

Geet: um.. you better…

Maan: then tell me something, other than school and business.

Geet lay back into his arms..: what?

Maan propped his head with his arm and looked at her: anything..

Geet looked at Maan's face and then her forehead tightened up..

Maan: what happened?

Geet: how you will look if you do a clean shave..

Maan: what?!!!

Geet: no I am trying to imagine your face…

Maan: don't even try for that.. I love my look..

Geet: ok.. then what else we talk..

Maan: nothing.. he laid back on bad on his back and pulled her towards him… and said..: You listen to my heartbeat and I will listen to yours…

Geet with a smile wrapped her arms around him…

Maan: geet ...

Geet: kya?!!!

Maan: not a lot, but little…

Geet: NO WAY....

Maan: yes Geet you are..

Geet raised her head in an angry shade and looked at his face , and then turned to the other side. Facing him her back..

Maan: ye, don't get angry Geet, I just said the truth only..

Geet: what?

Maan with a chuckle smile: geet, please.. turn this side..

Geet just shook her shoulder as he tried to touch her shoulder.

Geet: don't try to touch me..

Maan: please..

Geet: no..

But then his long slender finger moved near to her open hair, and he softly moved it to a side.. his lips neared her ear and he slowly blow his warm breath near her earlobe.... she felt the tickling, that she moved her head further away.. he again did the same … she felt more ticklish as his breath was constantly falling onto her neck and behind her ear..

Geet: don't do that.. that is cheating..

Maan didn't say anything. He just gave her the tickly sensation , geet tried to pull the cover over , but he didn't let her.. geet controlled well with her position..

Maan: so you won't turn..

Geet tried to control her winning smile..

Maan with a teasing smile, moved his fingers towards her bare skin over the flank and then tickled her hard.. Geet jumped from the bed as she was unable to take that.. and tried to beat him..and finally she wrapped her arms around him.. and tried to take the breath in..

Maan: I told you..

Geet just smiled saying: you are a cheater….

Maan: you made me one..

Days passed and things went same. But Maan and Geet managed their time well, in studies, business and together…

One evening..

Geet: can you believe this? Don't they know it?

Daadi: better ask Maan, may be he has some answers..

Geet: ha, let him come..

Listening to that Maan came in..

Maan: waiting for me?

Geet: what is this? What is the need for this? KC & IP contract..

Maan smiled as he sat down: Geet , you should ask the person who ever send this?

Geet: but you are responsible na.

Maan: not me, the incharge of this project did it..

Geet: sasha..

Maan loosening his tie: um..

Geet: so what do I do now?

Maan: You are in charge of IP. Why you are asking me? As a business person you should look for the benefit of the company, don't connect personal relationship there. So maybe this is your test.. how, you will handle the situation… So instead of wasting time on who and what.. think about your company and think whether this will benefit your company? Take it as a challenge Geet and prove yourself.. whether you can handle it confidently meeting few old people face to face..

Geet desperately: are you challenging me?

Maan: not you Geet? But the business person inside you? So take a decision as a business person..

Maan's cell sounded, and it was the college Princi.. he answered it while taking the steps to his room....

Geet sat there with holding onto the file…

Daadi came and touched her shoulder: Geet, you can do it beta. How long we will try to hide from people. Today or tomorrow you need to face them, you need to face the world Geet.. but it is your decision and we are with you..

Saying that daadi also left..

Geet sat there calling her Babaji deep from her heart..

After couple of days, Sasha came running in to Maan's office..Maan and Adi was on a discussion..

Sasha: MSK, they accepted our proposal. Now you see how much profit we will make from them.

MSk: who accepted what?

Sasha: Indian Paints..

Maan with a smirky smile: nice… and thought inside.. So Ms. Geet Khurana is ready to face them.. good…

Sasha: so I will arrange a meeting with the incharge in our conference hall as soon as possible.. may be we can bargain well.

Adi: that's a great idea Sasha..

Sasha: I know Adi.. I know… she started dreaming..

Maan: good Sasha , proceed with your plans and let me know the final version..

Sasha : sure MSK….

She walked out from the room.. Maan was thinking about Geet and felt happy about her decision… but somewhere in his mind he was thinking how they will face each other..
