Hi MaanGeetians!
My name is Jassi and this is my second attempt on writing a MaanEet FF! It is completely different from my previous FF. I wanted to try something new. Please do read and comment! I'd surely love to know all your views!

The Kidnap
Prologue:
I am so happy! Why shouldn't I be? I'm getting married to him. I smiled just thinking about him. We've been together for the last two months. You may be thinking that it's not enough time to know someone, but then we've got the whole rest of our lives to know everything about each other. Our love story isn't simple like other ones. He was rich, but not more than my dad. My dad wanted me to get married to some ghada only because he is richer and would benefit our business. But, that does not mean that my dad doesn't love me. He loves me dearly. I love my dad too. The only reason he accepted him was because I told dad that I love him. My dad is the world's best dad! He's just a teeny bit money-minded.
My cousins and friends were getting me ready. When they were done they went downstairs.
"Baraat aa gayi!" I heard someone shout.
I rushed to the window of my room to catch a glimpse of him. I smiled as I saw him clad in a red and golden sherwaani, just like I was clad in a red and golden lehnga. There he was, Dev, my Prince Charming, on a white horse. Just then, I heard footsteps behind me. Before, I could turn someone put some white cloth over my mouth and nose. I slowly went unconscious.
When I next awoke I was in some unknown place. I looked around for an exit frightened thinking about the many possibilities of how I ended up here. I started to get some scary thoughts. I found a door. I tried opening it but, it was locked. My heart started to beat faster. I was still wearing my wedding lehnga. Last thing I remember was that it was night time and Dev was coming on a white horse with the Baraat. How did I get here. I looked out the window and was shocked! I was on 15th floor of some 20-storey building! The scariest part was that it seemed as if nobody lived in the whole building. I started banging on the doors and yelling for help. Then, I suddenly remembered that someone had made me unconscious. Had somebody kidnapped me?

She yelled as loud as she could, banging the doors and even walls.
"Geet Handa..." I said.
She slowly turned around. Damn, the stupid old man's daughter is actually gorgeous...
"Who are you?" she asked terrified.
"What is this place?"
"How did I get here?"
Her questions didn't seem to stop.
"You have been kidnapped," was all I said before turning around to leave so I don't have to hear all the bawling and crying that would usually come next.
