Part 9

That morning Geet woke up remembering everything that had happened in her life the previous night...never did she imagine that she was going to end up getting married at her best friends wedding...ever since Ranbir had died she had vowed to herself that she would never get married because no one would be able to fill the space in her heart like Ranbir did...than what was this she was feeling for Maan...why was she not upset that Maan had married her without him asking her....why was it whenever Maan was by her she felt safe...and when he wasn't around her she wondered how he was and couldn't wait to see him again....she hadn't felt like this since Ranbir...

Geet: why are you thinking of Maan so much what importance does he hold in your life...

She said as she got up and looked around he room for him

Geet: par woh hai kahan

She asked herself....just than the door flew opened and Maan walked in with 2 huge suitcases

Geet: Maan...I mean Maan sir yeh sab?....

She asked puzzled...Maan put the suitcases down and sat on the couch

Maan: Geet I told you before sir sirf office mein....anyways I called Pinky last night and told her to meet me at your old place....I packed all your belongings and bought them here so you wouldn't have to do it

He said looking at her...he saw tears form in her eyes

Maan: (concerned) Geet what's wrong did I do something wrong?

He asked as he walked towards her...Geet was overcome with emotions and gave Maan a tight hug without realizing what she was doing

Geet: that is the nicest thing anyone has ever done

She said....realizing she was hugging Maan....she quickly backed away and nervously tucked her hair behind her ear

Geet: woh main I'm sorry

She said as she ran to her suitcase and grabbed her toothbrush....she was trying to find something to wear when Maan came beside her and picked something out

Maan: here Geet you look very beautiful in red

He said as Geet took the suit...they both stood there frozen in time staring deeply into each other's eyes....Maan looked away with a smile on his face and walked to his laptop

Maan: um Geet woh....hurry up and get ready or else we will be late for the office....

Geet came back to her senses and ran to the washroom....leaving Maan standing there thinking to himself

Maan: yeh mujhse kya hua...why is Geet having such a strange affect on me

As Geet was in the shower Maan decided that he might as well get ready for work....he went over to his closest and picked out a black shirt with a teal color tie and a black vest....as he started to take off his shirt he noticed Geet coming out of the washroom with a towel on her head....she didn't see Maan in the room and walked to the balcony and took her hair out of the towel and started drying it....Maan was captivated by her beauty...he watched as she threw her hair back and had little traces of her hair kiss her checks....

She walked back into the room after drying her hair and saw Maan standing there shirtless watching her....she tried not to look but couldn't resist herself....she was amazed by his body....he was built like a Greek God....Maan noticed Geet starting at his muscles and slowly walked towards her....Geet amazed quickly turned around and started putting on her earnings...she was fidgeting trying to put them on as she saw Maan walking closer towards her through the mirror....she closed her eyes and took a deep breath

Maan was now standing close behind her....he took the earring from her hand and turned her around....Geet still had her eyes closed but she could hear her heart pounding through her chest....Maan's one touch sent sensations running through her body....he slowly put the earring on Geet looking at her beautiful face....and bent down and grabbed the other earring to put on her....Geet opened her eyes and stared straight into Maan's eyes as he put the other earring on her....she clutched her duppata praying that her legs wouldn't give out on her...

Maan slowly went behind Geet and picked up her mangalsutra and placed it on her

Maan: Geet (he said softly) you look very beautiful

He said as he looked into her eyes

He walked to the bed and grabbed his shirt....as he walked passed Geet he stopped

Maan: Geet...I didn't know you enjoyed staring at my body first thing in the morning

He said mischievously with a grin on his face and went to the washroom

Geet stood their shocked...her face was red with embarrassment she laughed and hit her head and ran out of the room....Maan stood there in the washroom looking at this and laughed to himself..

Khurana Constructions

Employees: Good morning Sir, good morning Ma'ma...congrats on the wedding

They employees where saying one by one...Maan didn't mind it he actually enjoyed the fact that Geet was his wife...but he looked over and saw that Geet was uncomfortable with people calling her ma'am and treating her differently

Maan: everyone...in the office Geet is still my secretary so there is no need in calling her ma'am or giving her special treatment...got it?

He said as he gave everyone a stern look and headed to his office...Geet stood there with a smile on her face and walked to her office...as she sat down she thought to herself

Geet: I never realized that Maan would know all my inner thoughts and take such good care of me...Geet you really got the wrong impression of him when you started working here....he's not that bad he's not such a Dhust Dhanav

She thought to herself with a smile on her face...Maan glanced over and saw that Geet was smiling

Maan: Geet I want to see this smile on your face all the time...I hate when you cry...it makes my heart ache....Maan what are you saying what is happening to you

He said as he heard his phone ringing and picked it up

Maan: Hello

He said and softened when he heard Geet's breathing on the other end...Geet didn't know what to say and hung up the phone....Maan looked through the glass window and saw Geet sitting there with her head in her hands and called her back

Geet: hello (she said hesitantly)

Maan: aap ne phone kiya tha

Geet: Ji...woh... mujhe kehna tha...Thank you Maan

Maan: Thanks? kis liye?

Geet: woh..aaj office mein... aap mere khayal bahut lakte hai...Thanks

Maan: oh...woh Geet....it's ok

Geet smiled and put the phone down and ran out of her office...Maan sat their thinking to himself

Maan: yeh Geet bhi na...what is this girl doing to me....Maan Singh Khurana was never like this...no girls ever had this affect on me...then why her? What's happening to me?

Just than Maan's phone rang

Maan: (shocked) DADI! AAP...when did you come back? Ok ok Geet and I are on our way home

Khurana Mansion

Maan and Geet walked into the Khurana Mansion not knowing what they were going to expect...every corner of the house was decorated and looked gorgeous...all the servants where busy doing everything Dadi told them too...they spotted Dadi talking to Nakul and walked over to them...

Maan: dadi...yeh sab?

He asked still looking around the house

Dadi: GEET

She yelled in excitement and made her way to where Geet was standing...

Dadi: I heard everything that happened and I want to say your past doesn't bother me....I'm just glad that a good girl like you is married to my Maan

She said as she sat Geet and Maan on the couch next to each other

Dadi: since I wasn't able to attend the wedding I'm throwing a reception party for both Geet and You and Adi and Pinky....Maan this is for you and Geet beta yeh sari tumhare liye...I want you both to wear it tonight....now go change everyone will be here in an hour...

Back in Maan and Geet's room....Geet was in the washroom changing as Maan was standing in front of the mirror adjusting his suit...he's wearing a gorgeous black suit with a white shirt and a black tie that he looked stunning in....

Maan's Suit

As he hears the washroom door open he stands there astonished as Geet's comes out in her Sari....Geet's was looking breath taking in a black see through sari that has black embroidery on it with a halter top...she looked like a heavenly vision standing there in front of him

Geet's Sari

Geet notices Maan staring at her and became very shy...she slowly made her way over to her vanity and tried putting on her necklace....she looked at the mirror and saw Maan staring at her....Geet couldn't concentrate on putting the necklace on and was becoming very flustered...Maan saw the affect that he was having on Geet and slowly walked up behind her... Maan took Geet's silky hair in his hand and placed it on her one shoulder as he softly grazed Geet's back making her take a deep breath and closed her eyes as she felt a sudden rush of sensations going through her body....

Maan took the necklace from Geet's hand and gently places it on her....he slowly turns her around trying desperately to stare into her intoxicating eyes but Geet had her head down knowing that she will blush the minute she looks into his eyes....Maan gently placed his finger on Geet's chin and lifted her head up

Maan: Geet you look breathtaking

Geet smiled hearing this and lowered her head and tried to run way but Maan grabbed her wrist and pulled her back to him slamming her against his hard chest.....

Geet: Maan

She said softly

He let go of her hand and grabbed the churiya that dadi had given to Geet and slowly and gently placed them on her delicate wrists.... They stood there staring into each other's eyes lost in each other's thoughts thinking to themselves

Geet: (thinking to herself) yeh ehsaas Maan ki liye kya hai.... yeh mujhe kya ho raha hai....why does his one touch affect me so much...what's happening to me?....

Maan: (thinking to himself) this girl is changing you Maan....and you know it....you can't see her in pain...when she's happy you're happy... kya yeh pyaar hai mere dil mein Geet ke liye... Kya yeh ehsaas pyaar hai... agar is ko pyaar kehta hai.... to hain mujhse Geet se pyaar hai....
