Part 3 (the beginning of an end)
Hospital scene (SR and ArSh and Anjali)
Armaan: Sid zindagi mein excitement hi nahin raha!
Anjali: arrey itna sara excitement hai na.. Hospital mein aana patients ko treat karna unko medicines prescribe karna.
Armaan: iss agya kari doctor ko koi samjhaye ke hospital ke bahir bhi ek zindagi hoti hai. Jissey personal life kehtey hain.
Sid: Anjie ke liye yeh sab kuch naya hai Armaan leken woh dheerey dheerey excitement aur fun jaisey words ka matlab samajhaye gi.
Anjali: meri life mein bhi bohot sara excitement hai okay!
Sid: haan jaisey ki hospital aana patients ko treat karna
Armaan: n nt to forgt!
Both Armaan and Sid: unney medicines prescribe karna.
(enters Riddhima and Shilpa)
Riddhima: hospital mein yeh sab kya horaha hai?
Shilpa: hamarey strict disciplinary officer yeh kya kar raha hai?
Anjali: woh sab chodo yeh dono keh rahey hain ke humey fun aur excitement ka matlab nahin pata.
Shilpa (tryin to nt look at Armaan): in ladkon seh kaho ke ladkyon se behter fun aur excitement keh barey mein koi nahin jaanta.
Sid: yeah agar fun aur excitement ka matlab novel padna hota toh shayad tum logon ko koi nahin hara sakta.
Riddhima: toh aapkey hisab seh humey excitement ke liye kya karna hoga.
Sid: karney ko toh bohot hai jaisey ke hiking..
Riddhima (cuts in): done
Sid: kya done?
Riddhima: kal hum sab hiking ke liye jaayengey! Takkey aap dono ko pata chaley ke hum mein fun ki aapsey zyada jaan kari hai.
Armaan: acha toh phir Dr. Shilpa Malik I mean Malhotra kya hum apni aaj ki duties khatam karlein?
Shilpa: Sid main iss keliye tumhey kabhi maaf nahin karoongi.
(Sid fakes a hurt expression which cracks Armaan)
Riddhima: Sid please aaj late night duties nahin karna
Sid: meri adhi ghar wali aur mujhe bohot sara kaam hai... Iss liye plz dnt mind
(Sid playfully winks at Anjali)
House scene (SR)
Riddhima packing for hiking nt really sure of what all to take.
Sid: packin hogayi?
Riddhima: horahi hai
Sid: madat kardoon?
Riddhima: main kar sakti hoon.
(Sid casually takes a seat near Riddhima who was close to exploding the bag with medicines)
Riddhima: aur kya chahiye? I think deep heat (medicine) ki bhi zaroorat padeygi.
Sid: aur surgical scissors mat bhool na wahan toh hum milkey Armaan aur Shilpa ka open heart surgery karney waley hai na?
Riddhima: Sid!
(Sid laughs and pulls Riddhima close)
Sid: tum khush hona?
Riddhima: haan. Bohot khush.
Hiking scene (SR ArSh and Anjali)
They were all in their hiking gear. First up in the rope ws Riddhima (she was very insistant on being the first one) followed by Shilpa, Armaan, Anjali and finally Sid.
Riddhima: mujhe peak dikh raha hai toda bohot.
Sid: thoda ya bohot mein chad they chad they thak gaya hoon Riddhima.
Riddhima: hum ladkon ke liye yeh sab excitement hai. I hope tum excite hogaye ho.
Sid: sarcasm? Aur woh bhi iss waqt?
Anjali: Sid are u okay?
Armaan: yaar Anjie tum bhi na.... Yeh bi aisey sawalon ka waqt hai?... Waisey main dekh raha hoon ke jab se hum hiking ke liye aayein hain tum kafi tensed ho... Sab theekh hai? Atul ki yaad toh nahin saatha rahi?.
Anjie: very funny.
(just thn as the gang kept moving forward the rope started to shake unsteadily. Riddhima could see the hook shaking as though it might rip off any given second. Riddhima in haste tells this to the rest of the gang. Armaan calls the rescue workers bt is tld tht wud try their best to reach on time. The whole gang is frightened to bits. Armaan and Sid try to hold their grounds as they calm the girls. But their patience is heavily tested when they clearly see the hook abt to lose its grip. With time running out of their hands both Sid and Armaan realise tht the reason why the rope couldnt hold them was their weight. They instruct the whole gang to drop down every possible piece of luggage be it food or watch on their wrists. But their strategies failed thm and Sid took the most frightening decision of his life. He began to consider how the loss of weight of one person could save the rest from death. With the lack of time Sid took out his pocket knife and this alarmed Anjali who was above him.)
Anjali: Sid pagal mat bano. Yeh kya kar rahey ho!
(the whole gangs focus shifts to Sid. Riddhima far off on top took a few moments to realise tht the reason why Sid had taken out his pocket knife ws to cut himself off the rope. The very minute of realisation drained life out of Riddhima. She began to see life slipping out of her hand. She screamed and shoved her hands in mid air though she knew they couldnt reach him.)
Armaan: Sid agar hum se ek ki maut hamari zindagi hummey wapas dey sakti hai toh nahin chahiye.
Shilpa: yeh pagalpan hai Sid. Aisa kar key tum hum sab ko mardogey. (she means this metamorphicaly)
Anjali: Sid hamari dosti ki khatir mat karo aisa.
(Riddhima, who had become the visual form of the word helpless, all this while shouting Sid's name finally manages to speak to him with proper words)
Riddhima: kya tum apni Riddhima ki jaan leyna chahtey ho? Kya woh sab khatam karna chahtey ho jo abh shuru honey jaraha hai? Sid tumey koi haq nahin ke merey saath aisa karo! Meri zindagi deney ke baad ussey wapas cheeno mat! Sid mein apni zindagi bheekh mangti hoon... Aisa mat karo meri zindagi khatam mat karo
(Sid's eyes filles with tears looks up)
Sid: aisa kuch mat kehna Riddhima jissey main tumey chod na sakoon.
(Sid tryin his best to keep his tears in his eyes signals a devastated Anjali with his hand to move so tht he could see Riddhima's face one last time. One last time he wanted to see the heart ache he so sweetly loved. Riddhima now coming to grips with her helplessness stops crying and shouting for that one moment. In tht one moment they went through all their memories. The sweet ones, the harsh ones and even the harsh ones seemed sweet nw. Nw tht she knew there ws nothing to turn him around. Nothing to make him reconsider. Yet she still pleaded with her eyes. She pleaded for the one thing tht wud make the bitterest moments of life the sweetest given tht he'd be with her. They laugh thinking of hw foolishly they hurt one another and cry realising tht all the upsetting and apologising had come to an end. Just then Riddhima realises the one the thing she hasnt said. The one thing tht could keep Sid to her. The one thing tht could stop her ever giving Sid from giving. She realises her obvious love ws still unexpressed! It ws felt yet for some reason unsaid. With one last hope she looks back to tell him. To finally let him know through her words!)
Sid: shhh! riddhima bas abh aur kuch nahin. Anjali khayal rakna iska aur mera akhri kaam kardey na.
(Anjali nods and Riddhima tries to compose herself after knowing tht he had guessed wht she ws abt to say and still say. She closes her eyes and screams.)
Riddhima: Sid main tumseh pyar karti hoon. Sirf tum seh. Sabseh zyada sabseh pehley.
(She opens her eyes. Her life meets a sudden and brief end. Her smiling Sid, smiles at her once more with tears breaking through his eyelids and flowing dwn his cheeks but wht brought an end to her life ws tht nw there ws no rope holding him.)
*I noe I noe all u ppl are probably searching for daggers to stab me bt man I try to keep it short bt i cnt! I dunno whts wrong wid me! n jus maybe (MayBe) my next part will take up a bit more time (abt 3 days MAX!) since the story is hard to express frm this point forward and my net connection myt (jus myt) fail me so till thn ARIOS AMIGOS! bt promise Sid will be back in unexpected way!
