Part 11

[okay the little twist is predictable bt in order to make the story move the way I wnt I needed it plus I did ask for better ideas bt Kiran said to stick to ur own story so Kiran this is ur fault! (jk)]

Sidhant. Siddhant Modi.

The world stood still. Riddhima heard his voice. She ws sure it ws him. She ws sure tht she felt him. She sensed him. He ws right there beside her. But she didnt look up instead she shut her eyes. She feared tht her dream wud break once she opens her eyes. She feared tht all she ws feeling right at tht moment wud be gone if she opens her eyes. Sid fidgeted and in fear tht he myt walk away she opens her eyes and dares to look up at him. Her eyes see his face. His attire she didnt care to look at. It ws only him tht mattered. Her eyes finally feel peace after a long time. She notices tht his hair ws unkept as usual and a lips turn up slightly into a smile. Her hand slowly raises without her realising. Her hand stopped an inch away frm his face. Wht if this ws actually a dream? Wht if he vanishes the minute she attempts to touch him? Wht then? How will she deal with the pain tht comes after tht?. But then Sid gives her a hint of a smile and she dsnt care abt the heart ache anymore. It didnt matter hw many tears wud be shed if her dream breaks because she wnted to live this dream. Her hand feels his skin and again it feels exactly the same as it used to. The same warmth and connection cud be felt. It ws joy tht cud nt be expressed in words. It ws as though her feet finally found ground to stand on. The touch breath life into her. She found her Sid again.

Bench scene (Siddhima)

Riddhima: tum ho! Tum yaheen ho!

Sid: nahin toh kya? Main wahan hoon?

Riddhima cares to ask nothing more and hugs him tightly. She cries on his shoulder and this time her tears were of joy. Her memories wud nt haunt her anymore because Sid ws back.

Riddhima (bearly able to speak): tumney kaha tha keh...keh tum awogey jab bhi main tumhey bhool naa pawoon. Tumney aana pareyga! Aur dekho Sid tum aagaye..

Sid: kya? Kaun aa raha hai?

Riddhima lets go of her embrace and looks onto him.

Riddhima: Sid!

Sid: tum kya bol rahi ho? Tum mujhe jaanti ho kya?

Riddhima: tumharey baghair everything ws nothing.

Sid: acha Im losing track nw. Pehley koi aa raha tha abh sab kuch kuch nahin? Dekhye main late ho raha hoon...

Riddhima cannot even notice his odd behaviour in this moment which she still feared wud be a dream.

Riddhima: yeh sach hai na?

Sid: keh main late ho raha hoon? Haan sach hai.

Riddhima: tum ho na?

Sid: haan main bhi hoon tum bhi ho aur aas paas do char bachey bhi hain toh?!

Riddhima: tum kahin jaawogey toh nahin na?

Sid: kya? Yaar tum toh ghaley pargayi merey! Mainey keh diya keh main late ho gaya hoon toh obviously main jaa raha hoon

He then looks at her condition and thinks it would nt be right to leave her alone.

Sid: acha theek hai. Tum rehti kahan ho?

Riddhima looks to him and is unable to answer because she is still in shock of his return.

Sid: abhi tak toh theek thak baat kar rahi thi abh kya moan vraat rakha hai? Ohh jaansi ki darri hui rani? Kya hua?

Riddhima: huh?

Sid: rehti kahan ho. Ghar toh hoga na? Ya phattey huey lehengey main yahan wahan bhatak thi ho?

Riddhima: Sid! Chalo merey saath.

She grabs his hand and drags him toward their home.

Sid: main issey ghar lejaney ki baat kar raha tha yeh toh mujhe kidnap kar rahi hai. Oh hello! Ladki ho issliye chod raha hoon warna...

Riddhima looks back and Sid stops in mid sentence. Her tears keep dropping and a smile crosses her face. A smile tht signified her belief in her love. A smile tht signified her patience. Tears kept coming bt of joy. Riddhima enters the hall and everyone look at one another as though to confirm they were awake. Sid came forward and and JP and Jiggy hugged him. He hugs back nt sure of the tears he saw in their eyes.

Jiggy: tum yaheen ho Sid

JP: Sid bhaiya app toh theek thak ho. Bilkul pehley ki tarha.

Sid: kya matlab pehley ki tarha?

Armaan comes forth to hug Sid who takes a step back. Armaan shocked by his reaction looks to Riddhima who is still smiling at Sid. Shilpa comes forward and Sid gives yet another odd look. Both Armaan and Shilpa are unable to understand Sid's hostility. Riddhima ws nw beginning to sense the difference in Sid's attitude. Sid on the other hand looked completed mystified and regularly looked to Riddhima as though asking assistance.

Riddhima: Sid kya tum Armaan seh gussa ho?

Sid: kaun Armaan? Arrey main toh yeh bhi nahin jaanta keh main yahan kya kar raha hoon. JP aur Jiggy tum dono yahan kya kar rahey ho? In logon ko jaantey ho kya?

JP: Sid bhaiya yeh Riddhima phlowerji hai... Aapki phlowerji!

Sid: kaun aur kiski?!!!

Jiggy: Sid dekho abh bohot ho gaya!

Sid: kya bohot ho gaya?! Main in logon mein seh kisiko ko bhi nahin jaanta.

Riddhima is nw completely aware of Sid's odd behavior.

Riddhima: agar tum mujhseh ghussa ho toh keh do leken aisey toh nahin karo. Please Sid...

Sid: dekho mainey tumhey ghar pohncha na tha jo keh mainey kardiya abh iss sey zyada expect mat karo

(He turns around and walks to leave the engagement hall. Riddhima grabs his wrist and he is stopped mid way.)

Riddhima: nahin! Phirseh nahin! Tum mujhe dobara chod keh nahin jaa saktey.

Sid: dobara chod nahin sakta? Pehley kab chod diya tha? Merey hi ghalley padna tha issko

Riddhima falls to her knees still holding his wrist.

Riddhima: aisey nahin jaa saktey tum'. Merey saath aisa karna ka haqq nahin hai tumhey! Meri baat ko samajh ney ki koshish '..

And she faints

Story moves as:

By now its obvious tht Sid has lost his memory. Everyone slowly realizes wht Sid ws going through. But they cud not grieve Sid's amnesia simply because they were filled with joy on his return.

And so Sid wnts to leave bt seeing Riddhima faint he jst cnt make his feet move. He stays by her side without talking to anyone. He ws busy explaining himself why he would do tht. Why would he stay there after all he did have someone waiting. And he finally remembers.

Sid: Tamanna! Ahhh! Abh kya kahoon ga main ussey?!

He gets up to leave and in the corridor, he begins to prepare an excuse for Tamanna.

Corridor scene (Sid and JP)

Sid: honesty is the best policy! Toh keeping tht in mind'. Tamanna main ek random ladki ko ghar ley ke jaa raha tha aur woh ghir padi issliye main uske paas bait gaya'.. ghir padi thak to theek liken beta agar usney pooch liya ke usske paaas betey kyun toh phir toh gayi bhens kayi mein.

JP: Sid bhaiya kayi nahin pani mein.

Sid: kya?

JP: bhense pani mein jaati hai kayi mein nahin.

Sid: toh? Kayi mein jaaye ya pani mein main toh kaam seh gaya naa?

JP: kyun?

Sid: who Tamanna na' who mera intezaar kar rahi thi aur main yahan'

JP: TAMANNA? woh kab aur kaisey wapas aayi?

Sid: kya matlab?

JP: Tamanna aur aapke beech kuch chalto nahin raha naa!

Sid: nahin kuch chal nahin raha!

JP: acha toh phir theek hai

Sid: sab kuch daud raha hai!

(And he grins bt dsnt give his signature smile n this wud have made JP laugh bt nt today cuz he knew wht Sid didn't. Sid moves past JP who is caught up in his own thoughts.)
