daadi's entry and way of teasing is

She slowly ran her fingers through geet's hair and geet responded still not looking up, "Maan, please, mujhe sharam aa rahi hai!"

Maan entered the bedroom with a glass of juice and saw daadima there. she saw maan and gestured him to keep quiet. Maan's jaw dropped in shock.

"yeh geet kahi kuch ulta seedha na bol de!" he thought anxiously.

"Maan you have no idea how much I love you!" she said. Daadi slowly patted her head gently.

Pinky & Maan's petty fight was cute. her reasoning for not joining and his retort by giving driving as an excuse were simple & sweet. This shows how Geet is stiil a small girl who wants to wipe off the grin from her opponents face, who insulted her. She has that innocence still with her. I really pity Dadi, what more she needs to witness with this mad lovers? She was so correct in her guess what if Maan is with Geet before entering the bedroom. Yes, Maan was with Geet only but physically he was away in the kitchen but Geet was still talking to him only. Thank god, Dadi didn't get an attack again on hearing Geet's words. The romantic granny wanted to hear more than what she heard, so she even signalled Maan to answer Geet. However Maan utilized the situation to his requirement and said those words to Dadi instead of Geet. He hit the 2 birds in 1 stone. He alerted Geet about Dadi's presence as well as he expressed Dadi his love for her.
His anger was uncalled for. He was the one who teased her to the core and he knew she was burrying her face in that pillow and doing her self talking. True it was embarrassing in front of dadi but he was equally @ fault for not locking the door while teasing her. Anyway, it is one more trick he always plays with her to get her to track, so I don't feel too bad for that. They will make up even before she leave the place.
He stopped her from leaving for 3 reasons.
1. She has to drink her Orange juice, which is good for her & the child. Rich in calcium and he knew very well taht she will ot eat or drink anything if she left that place with hurt feel.
2. She can't go alone at that hour as it was late in the night (my only reasoning for the late hour is that they had their doctor's appointment @ 5.00pm and after undergoing all the tests, by the time they left, it must be anywhere around 7.00pm) On their return, they had a lot of talk and teasing session......... etc. So he has to drop her and if left she will even dare to walk the distance.
3. She has to meet the Dadima before leaving to collect the gift and for that both of them are to go together and they can't go fighting like cat & dog. So they have to come to truce before leaving the outhouse doors.
