Dear koolio, Am glad you enjoyed the gaali part, my FF had depressed so many people that I tried to bring a bit of comedy to the scene, hopefully for a few seconds people smiled. Hope you enjoy the next part.

Part 8

While Geet was up and running according to plan in NYC, in Boston nothing was going according to plan. At 9am as Maan and Adi were waiting for Mr. Mehra's son and grandson in their hotel lobby. He received a call from Amit (Mr. Mehra's son), telling him that they were running late. They had gone to visit some relatives in Maine, and even though they have left early they were now stuck in traffic, I-95 was resembling a parking lot rather than an interstate highway. The weren't sure when they were going to get to Boston. Maan tried to be calm as he could, and told them not to worry, he would wait for them to get to Boston. He had promised to help them out and so he would.

After hanging up the phone, he turned to Adi,"Why can't people be considerate of other people's time. I am doing them a favor and they had the audacity to go visit some relatives. Even on such an important day they can't be on time. I can't stand tardiness, I have a mind to cancel all their contracts with our company. Did, Pinky tell you what time they were going to get here?"

Adi replied- "She mentioned that Geet wanted to get here by 4pm, she didn't want to come too early or too late., look don't get too agitated, 4pm is still about 7 hours away, a lot can happen in that time. Hopefully Mr. Mehra's son will get here in the next few hours and it will only take a couple of hours to have his grandson all settled in. We have time, don't loose hope."

Maan- "well, you are right, there is nothing we can do, as you said , the day has just started, hopefully Mr. Mehra's family gets here before Geet, else I will have to scrap the plan, you though need to go and meet up with Geet and Pinky, make sure if I miss out, you take proper mental notes of everything, I want to know every single detail no matter how small"

Adi smiled, it had been a very long time since he had seen Maan so helpless, they had planned every single detail so that Maan could be there for Geeta's big day and once again fate had dealt a blow.

Amit finally arrived at 12pm and apologized again and again for being late. He was also very grateful that Maan had waited and was helping them out. Maan realized that just as this was an important day for him because today was his daughter's first day at Harvard, the day was also important for the Mehras he smiled and said,"No Problem, lets get him settled into his life here at Harvard."

Before he left with them he signalled to Adi that if he wasn't back by 3:30pm, he should leave and go to Harvard so that he could meet up with the girls when they get there, Adi nodded relaying he understood what Maan wanted him to do.

Maan was getting restless as time seemed to be flying today, it was already 3:00pm and not much had been accomplished. Gaurav- Amit's son had been required to sit through international students orientation explaining all the rules and regulations for dorm living. Only after the orientation was was he given the keys to his room.

By the time they reached his dorm it was already 3:30pm. They started moving all of Gaurav's stuff into his room and on noticing that it was 5pm decided to take a break. Maan had offered to bring them something to eat and drink since he knew were the kiosks were located, he had taken everyone's order and had just started walking when Amit remembered that he had forgotten to tell Maan not to forget himself, Maan had been helping them all day and had not complained once. It seemed that he was on auto pilot.

Okay my lovelies, this is a short part, however the next part is going to be nice and long, so don't be sad.

95% of the time always happens! 😆 You get everything planned but then something happens and things don't go how you want them! 😆 .. anyways loved the update babiiee!! Maan should've told Adi to make a video instead of mental notes .. but u know MSK .. always in offical mode 😆 ... Aaaahhh! cant wait for the next update! the precap looks sooooo interesting! keep up da awsum work jaanii 😉

The next part is dedicated to you, after making you cry so much, I decided to change the next part a little so that you wouldn't cry too much. It is a little sad but it was going to be worse. You would have needed a towel for all the tears you would have shed.

You are so right about the planning bit and that is why I incorporated it into the FF, nothing ever goes according to plan.
I hope I can meet all your expectations with the next part, no need to wait for long now it should be up in a bit.
Hope you enjoy it, it is what most people would call a Maaha episode. He he. I worked so hard on it to make it perfect, it still does not seem perfect but I can't change it anymore. I feel asleep yesterday trying to edit it.
