Recap: Armaan comes back home, riddhima is shocked on seeing him….
Nandini talks to armaan about his marriage and after lots of hesitation
he finally gives in…. he is surprised that the girl is muskaan, his best
friend! in the party riddhima gets jealous seeing armaan and muskaan
together…. Once at home riddhima and her sisters talk about it, when
riddhima comes to the decision she will find out what separated him
and her….. at armaan's place armaan thinks to himself that he hates
riddhima and will always do so………

> Its morning, armaan is sleeping….. nandini comes to wake him up….
> Nandini- armaan beta uhto na…..
> Armaan- bas mama 2 minute uthta hu abhi….
> Nandini smiles to herself and runs her fingers through armaan's
hair…. "hum sab tera breakfast pe intezaar kurre hai, jaldi aana….
Tere bager koi breakfast kurne ko tayaar hi nahee…."
> Saying this nandini leaves, armaan gets up and smiles….
> At breakfast table all r talking about how happy they r that armaan
is back….. abhi is still upset that the whole surprise they planned
for armaan went to waste, nandini tries to explain to him it isn't
riddhima's fault but he doesn't listen, as he thinks she is a
very "chalaak ladki"…. Armaan comes down…
> Armaan- good morning everybody!
> All smile as he sits down…. Nandini serves him breakfast, and sid
starts teasing her… that she only loves armaan, to which armaan
says "haa, mama sabse zyadaa mujhse pyaar kurti hai…."
> Abhi- my gosh, yeh same dialogue shahrukh na bola tha kabhi khushi
kabhi gham main….
> All shake their head and sigh out loudly saying "abhi don't
start!!" he smiles and sits back down…. Armaan tells everyone that he
really liked their surprise!! All r happy hearing it, abhi
mumbles "kaun sa surprise wo to saara……" armaan looks up and sid hits
his elbow on abhi's…..
> After breakfast all sit to talk…. Nandini comes and tells armaan that he
and rahul have to take their "hone waali biwis" out shopping today
together…. Armaan looks up….shocked….. he thinks "yeh waqt aisa kyun
kurta hai, jab tumse door hone ka kabhi socha nahee tha, tumse door
hogaya aur ab jab socha ke tumhe kabhi dubara dekhunga nahee, her
kadum per tumhare samna hai…….." rahul asks him whether he minds and
armaan shakes his head…… nandini tells them to call their "hone waali"
and tell them to be ready…. As u all will not only take them shopping
but also to watch a movie….. armaan takes a deep breath…..
> Kushboo- kya big b abhi se aap muskaan bhabhi se thak gaya……
> All laugh…… armaan gives a faint smile and excuses himself……..
> He goes to his room and thinks what way is there to get out of this
mess….. he doenst wanna see riddhima for a minute, and his mom wants him
to be with her the whole day……. He sits on his bed in frustration,
when rahul comes….. rahul sees him tensed and asks him whether
everything is alright….. armaan nods…. Rahul starts talking about
riddhima….
> Rahul- wo bahut hi achi hai armaan…. Bahut masoom (armaan rolls his
eyes) dil ki achi, saaf aur bahut sacchi hai…….
> Armaan- masoom, sacchi, dil ki achi my foot……..
> Rahul looks at armaan shocked……. Armaan looks at him, realizing what
he said…..
> Armaan- arre main to mazaak kurra tha dehkne ke liyya, aap apni hone
waali ke liyya kya suhn sukte hai….
> Rahul- tu bhi na armaan….. main to kucch aur hi samaj betha…. Chal
tu muskaan ko phone kur, main riddhima ko phone kurne jaara hu…. Office
ka saara kaam papa kehra tha wo sambhal lenge, aur abhi and sid
have offered to go…. Kucch kurenge warenge nahee, but I thought papa
ko kucch to help mil hi jaya gi…..
> Armaan smiles, rahul reminds him to call muskaan he nods….. rahul
leaves…..
> Armaan picks up his phone and calls muskaan….
> Muskaan- haa ji……
> Armaan- tumhe kaise pata ke main hoon? Maine to kucch kaha bhi
nahee??
> Muskaan- ab main aapki patni banne jaari hu, aapki saason se baata
sukti hu…….
> Armaan- very funny muskaan…. Ab tum yeh patni aur sab band karo…..
mama chaati hai ke hum aaj shopping ke liye aur film dehkne jaye….
> Muskaan- mama chaati hai?
> Armaan- haa tho?
> Muskaan- tum kya chaate ho?
> Armaan- jo mama chaati hai…..
> Muskaan- (smiling) to theek hai…. I'll be ready by whenever u say…..
> Armaan- I'll be there at 3……

> Muskaan- bye….n…. wo…… tumhe aur kucch kehna hai??
> Armaan- nahee to aur kucch kya….
> Muskaan- huh? Kucch nahee…. Bye….
> Armaan hangs up……. He goes to rahul's room who is talking to
riddhima…. He is about to leave when rahul tells him to wait….. he
finishes talking to riddhima…
> Rahul- kya hua?
> Armaan- kucch nahee yaar…..
> Rahul- kucch to baat hai bataa na……
> Armaan- (sitting by him) rahul kya is shaadi se bahar nikaalne ka
koi raasta nahee hai?
> Rahul- kyun bhai? Tujhe ek na ek din to shaadi kurni padegi na??
> Armaan- wo to sahee hai rahul, per abhi nahee yaar…..
> Rahul- dekh armaan, tu naa karega to mama ko buraa lugega, maine
bhi to mama ke khatir haa ki thi aur ab dekh lugta hi nahee hai ke
maine mama ke khatir haa ki thi…. Yeh nahee hai ke main aur riddhima
ek dusre se pyaar kurte hai balke hum bahut acche dost hai……… aur
her rishta dosti se shuru hota hai…. tujhe kya problem hai tu aur
muskaan to bahut hi acche dost ho….
> Armaan- rahul DOST!!! Lovers nahee…… yaar tu nahee jaanta……. Nahee
samjega…. Main abhi chalta hu….. maine muskaan ko 3 bahje ka time diyya
hai, tu tayaar hojaa na…..
> He gets up and leaves before rahul can say anything……. Rahul
thinks to himself "kya mujhe mama se baat kurni chahiyye?? ya thora
time dena chahiyye?? shayad armaan muskaan ko chahne lugay" he goes with
the second thought……..

GUPTA HOUSE……..

> Riddhima is walking back n forth tensed…….. she keeps remembering
armaan and thinks "jo armaan mujhse itna pyaar kurta tha aaj wo………." She
sits down on her bed and remembers rahul telling her they have to go
out shopping today….. she gets up and screams "oh no!!!!!!!" anjali
comes in and asks her is she alright, she tells her about rahul's
phone call….
> Anjali- to is main gussa hone waali kya baat hai….. tu jaari hai
na……
> Riddhima- haa di jaari hu….. lekin aap to aisa react kurre ho
jaise ke kucch hua hi nahee…. Di aap to bahut aache se mujhe jaanti
thi na to aaj…….. sabne ek saath hi saath chordiyya……
> Na jaane meri yeh badkismati mere peecha kab choregi……
> Anjali- riddhima………. Tu kyun sochti hai aisi baatein…… main jaanti hu
tere uper kya beet ri hai….. per tu kyun apna mazaak banaa ne ke
peechay puri whi hai…… riddhima armaan se tu akele main baat kare to
kucch ho, per rahul aur muskaan ke hote hue…….
> Anjali starts feeling dizzy and is about to fall down when riddhima
catches her…..
> Tamanna calls the doctor…… naina is sitting with riddhima beside anjali
who is unconscious….. after awhile the doctor comes…… he checks anjali
n says its cuz of tension and she needs to take rest, and her mind
needs some rest too…. Riddhima starts crying saying its all cuz of
her…. its cuz of her anjali is thinking too much….. the doctor tells
riddhima n the sisters that he has given anjali an injection and she'll
gain conciousness very soon, but after that she strictly needs to
rest….. tamanna goes to drop the doctor outside…… naina consoles
riddhima…….
> Riddhima is sitting with her eyes closed when anjali mumbles her
name…… riddhima opens her eyes promptly…..
> Riddhima- di……aap theek ho na…………
> Anjali smiles……. "kya di aapne to meri jaan hi nikaal di thi………"
anjali looks at the time….. "riddhima tu abhi tak tayaar hone nahee
gai, rahul aata hi hoga……."
> Riddhima- kya di, yaha aapki tabiyat kharaab hai aur aapko rahul
ki padi hai….. main usse manaa kardungi, main aapko aisi halat main
chorke kabhi nahee jaa sukti!
> Anjali- kucch nahee hua hai mujhe……. Bas halka sa chakkar agaya
tha….. tu na faltu main tension lehti hai…… yaha naina aur tamanna hai
na mere khayal ruhkne ke liyye…. Im perfectly fine….. tu jaa is waqt
tere rahul ke saath janaa zaroori hai……..
> Riddhima- aapse zyaada kucch zaroori nahee hai mere liyya di… maine
kaha na ke main kahi nahee jaari hu……
> Anjali takes a deep breath when riddhima remembers the docs words and
says "ok ok main jati hu….. tamanna naina tum dono di ka khayal
ruhkna aur ager koi baat ho to mujhe mere cell pe phone
kurdena……. Ab to khush ho na di……" anjali smiles…. Riddhima gets up go
change…. Tamanna sits beside anjali……. And naina also………
> Riddhima is ready……. She checks on anjali who is asleep…… she reminds
naina n tamanna to take care of her and call her if needed…… they assure
her they are here…….. the horn beeps, riddhima leaves…….. she sits in
the car and notices its only her and rahul……. rahul tells her that
armaan and muskaan will meet them there…… riddhima has a painful look
hearing armaan and muskaan are together…….
> Riddhima and rahul reach the movie theatre…… he tells riddhima to go
have a seat…. She goes and rahul goes to get coke and popcorn……
riddhima looks for her seat…… she sees that armaan is sitting……. She
goes and sits…. Armaan looks at her and then looks away…… its only him
and riddhima……..
> Riddhima- muskaan kaha hai?
> Armaan- washroom gai hai……
> Riddhima turns around to see whether rahul is there or not…….. she
turns back around……
> Riddhima- armaan mujhe tumse baat kurni hai…….
> Armaan- per mujhe tumse koi baat nahee kurni…..
> Riddhima- kya matlub koi baat nahee kurni……. Aakhir kyun kur rahe ho
mere saath aisa…… kya kiya hai maine, kasoor kya hai mera……. Tum
kucch bolte kyun nahee…… kyun gaye tum meri zindagi se aise…… jawaab
do armaan……..
> Armaan- ab main tumhe kisi bhi sawaal ka jawaab dene ka haqdaar
nahee hu….. aur main tumse kisi bhi baare main koi baat nahee kurna
chaata….. u understand!!!! Yaha main mama ke kehna pa ayaa hu mat
majboor karo ke main yaha se chala jaao!!!
> Riddhima is stunned but before she can say anything muskaan comes
back……
> Muskaan- hi riddhima!
> Riddhima slightly smiles…… rahul comes and hands riddhima armaan and
muskaan the coke and popcorns……… lights go off as the movie starts,
riddhima eyes become teary as she remembers his behavior…….. song in
background:

> Tears roll down riddhimas cheek and drop on armaans hand, which she is
unaware of…. He feels his hand, and notices riddhima crying…….. he
puts his hand up to wipe them off, when he abruptly stops…… looks at
his hand and then riddhima and then just puts it back down…… "kyun
tumhare ansoo aaj bhi mujhe takleef de rahe hai…… tum itna badaal sukti
ho riddhima…….. maine sapne main bhi nahee socha tha….. aaj yeh haat
tumhare taraf burne se phele dus baar sochta hai, wohi haat jisse kal tak
tumhare taraf burne se pehle ek pal ke liye bhi nahee sochna padta tha….."
> After the movie riddhima notices muskaan holding armaans hand and the
uneasiness on armaans face…. "main jaanti hu armaan tum kitna bhi kyun
na badaal jaao per mere siwa kisi se pyaar nahee kar paaoge………… kisi
ko apna haat dene se phele soh baar sochoge…….."
> They get to the shopping center……. Muskaan and riddhima go to the
ladies section….. riddhima is looking when muskaan starts talking about
armaan……..
> Muskaan- yeh armaan bhi na……. Bahar se bahut hi burra dihkta hai, per
riddhima dil ka bahut hi accha hai! main jaanti hu kyun ke main uske
bahut kareeb hu…….
> Riddhima- kya tum usse?
> Muskaan- (shyly) hmmm……
> Riddhima is stunned "kya wo tumse…….."
> Muskaan- pata nahi….. maine kabhi pucha hi nahee…… per shaadi ke baad
to pyaar hoi jaata hai……. aur waise bhi shaadi ke baad waala pyaar
zyaada gehra hota hai……..
> Riddhima- aisa kyun kehti ho?
> Muskaan- suna hai…..
> Riddhima- main nahee maanti…… pyaar to gehra hota hi hai jab do
insaan ek dusre se sucha pyaar kurte hai, vishwaas kurte hai ek
dusre per, ek dusre ki dil ki dhadkan ko pehchaante hai…..
> Muskaan- riddhima! Mannaa padega!!! Rahul ne tumhare jitni tareef ki
hai, tum ho uske layak…..
> Riddhima smiles…… armaan and rahul come………
> Armaan- muskaan tumne ab tak kucch nahee liyya?
> Muskaan- armaan 5 minute main koi shopping nahee ho jaati…….
> Armaan- tumhe lenaa kya hai……
> Muskaan- bahut kucch……. Hmmm per pehle dehkne do……
> Armaan- muskaan muskaan muskaan!!!!!! Hato main tumhe dikaa tha hu……..
> Riddhima looks on with disbelieve………
> Armaan- yeh yellow saree tum per bahut hi acchi luge gi……. Aur yeh
red saree to just mindblowing, aur yeh black to will make u look
absolutely out of this world riddhima…….
> Muskaan is taken aback, and riddhima stunned…… while rahul confused….
Armaan stands back up realizing what he said…..
> Muskaan- lo riddhima, mere hone waale pati ne to aapki shopping main
thori bahut madat kurdi, armaan do u mind helping me now?
> Armaan- haa wo….. yea……… waha us section main chalte hai……..
> After armaan leaves riddhima eyes become wet……. "main jaanti thi, tum
chaahe kitna bhi kyun na door chale jaao mujhse per apni riddhima ki
jugaa kisi ko nahee de sukte……." She tells the salesman to pack all
those dresses, rahul asks her y as she hasent seen them closely up
herself…… riddhima makes an excuse saying "mujhe to yeh pehle se hi
acche lugre thay……. Ab hum waha chaalte hai…….." rahul gives a
confused smile and walks with her…….
> At the department muskaan is looking herself, while armaan is lost in
thoughts…… he is cursing himself for not being able to have control
over what he said……. He looks to the otherside and sees the shopping
department for where he chose a wedding dress for riddhima he has a
flashback of that day…… he has some more flashbacks of when he and
riddhima came shopping and how he always use to choose for her and she
use to choose for him……. he then looks back and sees riddhima and
rahul together, riddhima is facing opposite of armaan…… he then has a
flashback of rahul and riddhimas engagement pictures which were sent
to him in London by mail by rahul…… he shakes his head and tells
himself he needs to control himself! And that once he went on
riddhimas innocent face and had to pay big time……. And that this time
he will not fall for any of her tricks!! He may still have feelings
for her but those feelings will always live in one small corner of
his heart and he will never let them out……… song in
> background:

> Riddhima looks away…….
> They all come out and are crossing the street……. Riddhima is lost in
her own thoughts when a truck is coming…….. armaan is behind
riddhima……….. he sees the truck……. He moves muskaan back and pushes
himself and riddhima on the otherside……. Riddhima falls down and armaan
is on top of her, rahul and muskaan are taken aback…………………

> Armaan and Riddhima look at each other…… when muskaan comes yelling at
armaan whether hes ok…..

Muskaan- kya armaan……..theek ho na tum

Armaan- haa muskaan main theek hu…….Muskaan sees armaans hand bleeding……

Muskaan- kya theek ho wo dehko tumhare haat se khoon behra hai…….She takes her
dupatta rips it a little and ties it to armaans hand…… armaan is left
starring at her, hes so touched by her careness and worriness…..
riddhima feels uncomfortable seeing all this….. rahul tells them they
better go…. Armaan nods……
>
> Riddhima gets home…..she goes to her room……. She flashesback to what
happened today, when anjali comes in….. riddhima asks anjali how shes
feeling……anjali nods…….. anjali asks her how things went, riddhima tells
her everything…….. armaan mumbling her name while picking out the
dresses…… he saving her from the truck……..anjali puts her hand on
riddhimas shoulder…… tamanna comes up and tells anjali that nandini is on
the phone……. Anjali goes down to talk…… riddhima follows……..

> Anjali- hi aunty…..

Nandini- hi beta……kaisi ho?

Anjali- main theek hu…. Aap kaisi hai?

Nandini- main bhi theek hu behta…. Actually maine phone
isliya kya tha, rahul aur riddhima ki sangeet humne purso ki rakhi
hai…… kul hum riddhima ka jhora leker aayenge jo hum chaate hai wo
sangeet pe pehna……. Aapke papa se to baat hogaai thi, mama se nahee
ho paai to maine socha aap badi ho riddhima se to aapse hi
kehdu…..

Anjali- ji aunty…. Hum aapka kul intezaar karenge…. Thanks for
telling…..

Nandini- no problem behta…. Riddhima ko hum sabki taraf se
pyaar dena…. Aur usse bhi bataa dena….. take care…. Bye

Anjali- bye bye aunty…..

> Anjali hangs the phone up and riddhima is starring at her with her
eyes wide open…. Anjali puts her hand on riddhimas shoulder….. riddhima
starts crying……..

Riddhima- di main kya karu….. yeh shaadi…. Main
kaise……..

Anjali- dekh riddhima, ab tere haat main hi hai sab kucch…….
Humari izaat….. is ghar ki izaat…. Faisla tera hi hoga isliya jo bhi
faisla kur soch samaj ke kurna, aur naina aur tamanna ko dhyaan main
ruhke kurna….. mujhe tere pe puraa vishwaas hai…….. Saying this anjali
leaves…. Riddhima thinks to herself "kya faisla karu di…… ek taraf
mere pyaar hai to ek taraf mere ghar ki izaat…….. ek taraf mere
sapne hai to ek taraf is ghar ke sapne hai…….. kaash faisla mera
hota……… lekin main to apne aapko kabka waqt ke hawaale kur chuki
hu……. Ab jo wo mujhe dikaye ga, jaha wo lejaye ga……….wohi mere faisla
hoga…..ab nahee hai himmat apni kismat se lurne ki……. Main dehkna
chaati hu, aur kya kya dehkna lihka hai meri kismat main………."

> She lays her head back and flashes back to rahul wiping her tears,
armaan saving her, she promising anjali, armaans enterance, his death,
her promising rahul, her promising armaan…. Song in background:

do…… he keeps remembering riddhimas eyes, that had lots of pain……he
sits on the bed "nahee nahee nahee!!!!armaan tu yeh galti dubara nahee
kur sukta!!!!!!! yeh riddhima dhoke baaz hai……. yeh sab uska natuk
hai……..us jaisi ladki to kabhi pyaar kur hi nahee sukti……. Armaan tU
kyun uske baare main itna soch raha hai…………….." he gets up and slams
his fist on the wall….. "armaan………" armaan turns around and is
stunned……… "riddhima tum……….?????" Riddhima is smiling………. Armaan turns
back around and then again turns around to where riddhima was standing
hes shocked that no ones there……. he sits leaning against the wall on
the floor and covers his face with his hands, and cries…….. "kyun kiya
tumne aisa……. Kyun yeh sila mila mujhe mere pyaar ka………kya mila tumhe
mere saath ye sab kurke??? Jo bhi ho riddhima, is baar main tumhare
jaal main nahee phasne waala…….. meri nafrat tumhe mujhse door
ruhkegi…….ab koi bhi ghadi mujhe tumse pyaar kurne per
> majboor nahee kur sukti…… riddhima isnaan tab thak ek insaan se
pyaar kurta hai jab thak uske mann main uske liyya izaat ho, mere
mann main tum jaisi ladkiyyo ke liyya koi izaat nahee hai…..jo kehti
kucch aur hai aur kurti kucch aur hai…….jo hoti kucch aur hai aur
dikhati ti kucch aur hai…….jo saath chalne ka waada to kurti hai per
beech raah main hi saath chor deti hai……..jo saath nibhaane ka waada
to kurti hai, per jis waqt saath ki sabse zyada zarurat hoti hai usi waqt saath
chod dehti hai…… I hate u riddhima, I hate u…………." he closes his

> rahul is in his room, laying down when he remembers armaan
mumbling riddhima's name while picking out the dresses, he saving her
from the truck, riddhima dropping the thaali when armaan enters, her
fainting…….. he sits up…… and thinks to himself…….is there something
which he is not aware of……..is there something btwn armaan and riddhima……
he curses himself for thinking such……as armaan is his brother and can
never betray him……….and that also the person riddhima use to love is
dead…………he thinks its just a "wehm" and that armaan is just trying to
be kind to riddhima and help her adopt with the new change that's
about to come in her life……he smilingly goes to sleep………

> muskaans halat is the same…….she isn't able to forget armaan saying
riddhima's name……. Riddhimas eyes starring at armaan…….. she thinks maybe
armaan didn't notice but she did and that riddhimas eyes were hiding
lots of pain and things which she wants to say……. She flashes back
when armaan was in the hospital and she went to visit him……. he was
crying really badly, as if hes lost someone really precious……….
>
> FLASHBACK:

zarurat padegi tab…….wo saaht degi…… aaj jab mujhe sabse zyaada uske

armaan aise insaan ke liyya rona theek nahee…….. wo humare ansoo ke
layak nahee hotay……… armaan…….. plz apne aapko sambhalo……… is tarah
bihker jaao ge to kucch nahee milay ga……..main jaanti hu tumne usse
kitna pyaar kiya hai…….main usse kabhi mili to nahee, naahi usse kabhi
dehka per jaanti hu armaan keh sukti hu tumhare saath chorker usne apni kismat ko tukraya hai……

kurta hu……..i hate her muskaan……… I hate her…… main usse kabhi maaf
nahee karunga……..dil thor diyya usne mera……… aaj ke baad main kisi
per vishwaas nahee kur paaoga muskaan……… jis per sabse zaada vishwaas
kiya, usne hi us vishwaas ka…….

Muskaan- plzzz armaan……… sambhalo………..
Armaan hugs muskaan…….. he cries as muskaan sheds her tears also seeing
him so broken………

> END OF FLASHBACK………..

Muskaan gets up and while walking thinks to
herself "nahee…..main bhi na kya kya sochri hu……. Wo ladki riddhima
nahee ho sukti……. Kyun ke riddhima ek bahut hi achi aur nek ladki
hai….. jisne armaan ka dil thoda wo ladki to…….. aur waise bhi armaan
aur rahul bhai hai…….. armaan riddhima ko sirf apni bhabhi ki hesiyat
se dehkta hai…..main bhi na…..jabse meri aur armaan ki shaadi ki baat
pakki hui hai, main uske baare main thora over possessive ho gai
hu…….." she goes to her bed and lays down……she smiles remembering
when she covered armaans hand and falls asleep………..

> In the morning……….. padma is actually working……..when asked by anjali
she replies saying "aaj riddhima ke susraal waale aane waale hai na……"
anjali is actually taken aback, and wonders the reason for this
change…… she starts walking when padma calls her, she stops and turns
around….padma walks over with a box wrapped…….. "riddhima ko mere taraf
se yeh de dena……. Aaj wo yeh pehne to acha luge ga mujhe……." Anjali
gives a confused smile and walks upstairs…… padma gives her wicked
smile as she says to herself "finally……..mere intezaar katumb hua……..
yeh riddhima ab is ghar se chaali jaya gi……aur phir thore din baad
iski yeh behn…….." she walks away to her room, along with her wicked
smile………
> Riddhima is in her room sitting infront of the mirror, when anjali
comes over….. she hands riddhima the box….. riddhima looks at it and
with a confused look asks anjali what this is…….anjali tells her that
mom gave it, riddhima throws the box on the floor and simply looks
away…… anjali goes to pick it up……..

Anjali- ho sukta hai riddhima mama badal na chaari ho, aur yeh shuruwat ho…..

Riddhima- (sarcastically) badal na chaari ho…… mazaak kuri ho….. main mazaak ke mood main nahee
di…….

Anjali- riddhima…… tu pehna gi unhe acha lugega……

Riddhima- (again sarcastically) meri unhe aaj thak kaunsi ki wi cheez achi lugi hai jo
yeh lugegi…. Wapis dedo unko….. nahee chahiyya unki koi bhi di wi
cheez mujhe….. aur unse bholna aapna yeh natuk band kurre……

Anjali- RIDDHIMA! Maa ke baare main aisa kehta hai…..

Riddhima- di plz don't start! Aaj thak is aurat na aisa ek koi kaam nahee kiya jo isse maa
kaha jayaa………

Anjali- acha chor…….yeh samaj ke pehn lena ke maine tujhe diyya hai….. mere khatir….. plz…….

Riddhima takes a deep breath as she takes the box from anjalis hand…… anjali turns
around and asks riddhima "tune kya faisla kiya??" riddhima looks up
shocked……….. "mere faisla……????……" riddhima looks away….. anjali comes
and places her hand on riddhimas shoulder………. "riddhima jaise ke maine
tujhe kul kaha tha mujhe tujhper purra vishwaas hai………" and she
leaves……. Riddhima turns around with teary eyes as she says "haa mera
faisla yehi hai ke main rahul se shaadi kurri hu…..isliya kyun ke
aapke is vishwaas ko thorke main kabhi khush nahee reh
sakungi………..apne pyaar ki qurbaani deri hu, aur shayad armaan ka saath
tab thak hi lihka tha….. meri kismat main rahul hi lihka tha………….
Kaise badlu apni kismat ka lihka………??????" she sits down on the chair
and cries……..
>
> Cut 2 mallik house……

rahul is in his room when nandini comes in…….
she tells him that they're going to riddhimas house today to give
the "jhora (clothes)" rahul smiles and holds his moms hand and makes
her sit next to him……. "thank u mama……." Nandini gets up and kisses his
forhead……. "maa ko thank u nahee kya jaata…… ab main armaan se bolti
hu ke wo shaam ko jaldi ajaye……usse to saath leker jaana hi hoga…..
bhai se zyaada tera dost jo hai……." rahul smiles and nods…….. nandini
leaves……….
>
> Armaan is in his room……… he is getting ready for office……. His mom
comes from behind….. he turns around smiling at her……

Nandini- armaan aaj tu office se jaldi ajaa na…….

Armaan- acha kyun mama

Nandini- riddhima ke ghar janaa hai (armaan looks up….. stunned) kul sangeet hai na teri
aur riddhima ki….. (armaan is traumatized) she hits herself for
accidentally saying his name mera matlub hai rahul aur riddhima ki…..
usse jhore dene jaana hai na……

Armaan- mama main nahee aa paaoga…… office main kaam…….

Nandini- koi kaam waam ka bahana nahee chalega….. tere papa se maine phela hi keh diyya hai ab tu bas shaam ko ghar
jaldi ajaa na……….. Saying this she walks out….. armaan looks in daze……
he turns around, takes the brush and starts combing his hair when his
moms words repeat in his mind "teri aur riddhima ki………" he makes a
face……. picks his files and leaves……………
>
> EVENING:
>
> The bell rings at gupta house……. Padma happily opens it……. She
greets rahuls family….. everyone sits……. Armaan is feeling very
uneasy…… padma has the shock of her life seeing armaan and SHASHANK is also
taken aback…….armaan is praying constantly that SHASHANK and padma don't
blurb anything out…… padma is about to say something when SHASHANK puts his
hand on her shoulders "jaao padma riddhima ko le aao" armaan sighs in
relief……. Padma goes upstairs……. Riddhima is sitting on her bed…. Her
sisters are sitting beside her…….Padma- suno (angrily) tumhara pehla
aashiq wapis agaya hai……Riddhima stands up and then the sisters
follow……

Padma- thora kayaal ruhkna….. humare ghar ki izaat ka……uske
peechay peechay mat chali jaa na……. Tumhare shaadi rahul se…….

Riddhima interrupts her "main jaanti hu mere liyya kya theek hai aur kya
nahee…. Main jaanti hu kaun sa faisla kurna hai aur kaun sa nahee……
aap apni salha apne paas ruhke to aapke liyya acha hoga..

(padma looks up shocked) waise bhi aapse zyada mujhe is ghar ki izzat ki purwa
> hai….. mujhe mat samjaaiyye…… aur di aap kehri thi yeh badal na
chaari ho…… duniya badal jaye gi per yeh aurat……………."

Saying this riddhima walks out, leaving a stunned padma……. The sisters follow,
except for naina……. "mama aaj thak to aapne dii ke liyya kucch nahee
kiya…… per aaj main aapse kehti hu dii ko sukoon se to is ghar se
jaane de……. Plz apna mu thore waqt band ruhke………" saying this naina
also leaves……. Padma thinks to herself "naajaane is riddhima ne mere
behtiyyo per kya jaadu kur diyya……. Mere hi betiyya meri nahee
hai………….." padma shakes her head………

> Anjali n tamanna are walking with riddhima downstairs……. Riddhima is
shocked to see armaan also there…. riddhima stares at armaan, she is about
to trip when tamanna catches her hand but before that armaan
yells "sambhal kar…………" he stands up while saying this…… all look at
him…… nandini smiles as she says "apni bhabhi ka bahut khayal hai
ise…… rahul ke bahut kareeb hai na……" armaan smiles as he
says "bhabhi aap theek hai na……..???" riddhima is traumatized……. Anjali
is also taken aback as well as naina n tamanna……… riddhima takes
ashirwaad from nandini and karan…….. she sits on the sofa…… nandini
hands over the "jhora" to riddhima…… riddhima is still in shock……… she
cant believe it armaan called her "bhabhi………." She thinks this is the
heights of bareness…….. she cant take it any longer…….. she looks at
her di whose eyes are filled with trust and once again riddhima is
majboor in front of that trust that hope……. They all sit for awhile
and then leave………..
>
> Armaan gets home and just walks away to his room…… in his room he
throws his coat on the floor……. Bumps his head back on the wall and
cries……….

He wipes his tears as he goes to the window…….he stands
there wondering how much longer will he have to stay here…. He
hates the sight of riddhima…… he is still cursing himself for not having
control over his feelings again……. He hits his fist over n over again
against the wall saying " I hate u riddhima…… I hate u…….. I hate
u………." until he hears a voice……. "armaan………"armaan turns around, and
sees his aatma……. He stands up straight………."kya hua armaan…… kisse
nafrat kurte ho?? riddhima se????……… jhoot bol rahe ho….. tum riddhima se
nafrat nahee kurte……. Wurna uske girne pur itna pareshaan nahee
hote……. Aur naa hi us truck se us turaa usse baachaa thay………"

armaan- haa haa nafrat kurta hu main riddhima se……. nahee bol raha main
jhoot….. maine riddhima ko us truck se insaniyat ke naate bachaya ager
waha koi aur bhi hota to main yeh kurta……. "chalo maanle
> thay hai tumhare baaht……. Per armaan tum her baar riddhima ke baare
main kyun sochne lug jaahte ho…….. kyun chila chila kur kehra ho ke
tum usse nafrat kurte ho…….."armaan is stunned……. Speechless……."koi
jawaab nahee…….. main deta hu jawaab…… kyun ke aaj bhi kahin na
kahin tumhare mann main wo pyaar zinda hai armaan……… aaj bhi tumhara
dil sirf riddhima ke liyya dhadakta hai….. usne chaahe jo kucch bhi
kiya ho, per tumhara pyaar uske liyya kabhi nafrat main badal nahee
payaa…….. tum riddhima se nahee apne aapse nafrat kurte ho armaan…….
Kyun ke tum riddhima ko bhool nahee paare ho…………." Armaan takes the
vase on his table and throws it where the aatma was………. Abhi is
walking pass by when he hears the voice……. He goes to armaans
room……..abhi- big b are u alright?

Armaan- abhi tu…… haa main…… theek hu main…… kucch nahee….. wo vase gir gaya tha…… tu jaa…….

Abhi smiles "good night big b…….." armaan smiles back…….. He says to
himself "jab hak riddhima hai mere saamne meri good night nahee ho
sukti abhi…….." unfortunately abhi overhears this…… and thinks what is
riddhima upto that his big b is so tensed…….. he thinks what to do…….
But then he thinks there is nothing he can do at the moment, until she
comes to their house…….. but he promises himself to make her life
hell from the day she comes to this house………
>
> MORNING………
>
> Armaan gets up……. He goes downstairs and sees people decorating the
house…… karan reminds him its rahuls sangeet today…… armaan gives a
weak smile…….. inside himself he prays to god for strength and that
this time let him have control over his feelings……….. he takes a deep
breath and sits at the table……… nandini comes and asks him where he is
going to which he replies office…….. "koi office nahee jaara hai
tu……. Armaan aajse leker rahul ki shaadi tak tu office nahee jaye
ga…. Are rahul ke saath is waqt tujhe rehna chahiyya…….."

Armaan- mama rahul is a man! He can take care of himself…….

Nandini- mujhe kucch nahee sunna hai…….. bas!!!!! Tu nahee jaa raha to nahee jaa raha……….

Karan places his hand on armaans shoulder "apni maa se kabhi nahee jheet
sukta tu……….!!!!!!!" Armaan nods……….

> At gupta house…….

Riddhima is walking all over the place nervously…….. she has her hand folded and

keeps wondering whether she took the right decision or not……. She sits down in frustration but
again gets up……. Anjali notices this…… "riddhima jaanti hai…….atul ka
phone ayaa tha……..hes really sorry ke wo tere saath is din per nahee
hai……… usse wapis America jaana pada wo bhi achanak…….. he is feeling
really guilty…….. maine usse armaan ke baare main kucch nahee bataya
khama kha pareshaan hoga…… sahee kiya na?……." Riddhima nods….. anjali
comes and sits next to her……… "dekh riddhima…….tune jo faisla kiya hai
na……..wo sahee hai….. main jaanti hu iswaqt wo faisla tujhe sahee
nahee lugra ho……per….. mujhe vishwaas hai yeh faisla sahee hai…….tu
apni nai zindagi main kadum ruhkne jaa rahi hai….. riddhima aaj jab tu
mallik house jaye gi to tu apne mann main bas itni baat ruhkna ke
tu us ghar main kadum rahul ki patni ki hasiyat se ruhkri hai……
armaan kul tha tera……us kul ne tujhe bahut kucch diyya hai……..us kul ko apni

zindagi ka ek hissa banaya ruhkna, kyun ke
zindagi to teri rahul hai……… riddhima looks up with tears in her eyes
nahee riddhima bahut rohli tu…….ab aur nahee…… ab tu husegi……… himmat
ruhk aur vishwaas ruhk apne is faisle per……iska anjaam bhi achaa
hoga………" anjali kisses riddhimas forhead………. And leaves……..Riddhima
cries……..

"nahee jaanti is faisla ka anjaam kya hoga…… per di jo
faisla kabhi mann se nahee kiya jaata na…….wo humhe khushi kabhi nahee
deta…… per aap sabki kushiyya mujhe meri kushiyoo se zaada azeez
hai…… main aaj us ghar main kadum rahul ki hone waali patni ki
hesiyat se ruhkungi…… per rahul ko apni zindagi nahee banaa sukti……
yeh mere bas main nahee…… kyun ke armaan meri zindagi bun chukka
hai……… dua to ab meri bas itni hai ke uper waala mujhe himmat de, ke
main apne pyaar ko apne hi haato alug kardu……… armaan aaj tumhare
saath hota na to shayad mera faisla aaj yeh nahee
hota…….."
