PART - 1

Shashank Gupta: so guys I will start with my introduction first and then I will tell u a little bit about the company that u have joined and then I want all of u to introduce yourself to each other. Is it ok.

Everyone nodded their head in yes. Shashank could see that everyone was looking a bit nervous so to lighten the atmosphere he decided to make the session a bit interesting so that everyone can gel with each other easily.

Shashank Gupta: well my name as u all know is Shaskank Gupta. I am the CEO of this company and my face is definitely not that bad ki aap sab mujhe darr rahe ho.(he passes a smile that made everyone giggle a bit). Remember that the impact you make in the first few days will have a lasting effect on the way you are perceived by your employer and other staff. Use the opportunity to adopt a new approach re areas that, in the past, you had problems with e.g. delegating, communicating.

Siddhanth modi who was sitting next to armaan just bends down a bit and whispered to armaan

Siddhanth: abe yaar yeh Buddha kitna paka raha hai, aisa lagta hai I am back into my college where the lecturer is giving a very boring lecture on how to be a good student.

Armaan: Thik keh raha hai tu but kya kar sakte hai sunna hi parega na (trying very hard to avoid his smile)

Siddhanth: hey I am siddhanth modi and u can call me sid.

Armaan: hey dude I am armaan malik and u can call me armaan or whatever nick name u feel is good for me.

Siddhanth: ya surely armaan let me think of a good name for u.

Both were continuously talking and passing a giggle again and again until shashank caught them laughing and came to them and stood behind them. Both of them were so busy talking with each other that they didn't realize shashank was standing at their back. Suddenly shashank took armaan's name and both of them came in present.

Shashank: Mr Armaan

Armaan: (came in present and was shocked to see shashank at his back) Yessss si .. sir

Shashank: guys I will give u proper time to introduce urself so u mind paying attention to what I am saying.

Siddhanth: sir actually I didn't hear what u said just now so I was asking him about that.

Shashank: Mr siddhanth if u missed out on something then u can ask me rather than discussing it with him. I would appreciate if u pay attention to what I am saying, this will help u ahead in your professional life.

Siddhanth: sure sir sorry for disturbing your session.

Armaan: sorry sir this won't happen again.

Shashank: well tum dono itna darr kyu rahe ho yaar I was just joking, just pay attention to what I am saying and mazak karne ka bohot time milega iske baad tab kar lena.

Shashank session went for about 2 hours where he gave all the tips about how to work and what to do and what not to do in their professional life. He even briefed them about the company. All the six joinees were more or less exhausted by this hectic session. Something was going in all of their minds apart from listening to shashank gupta.

Riddhima: (was listening to the lecture very carefully and with lot of interest but dill mein ek hi baat chal rahi thi ki kash mera koi boy friend abhi mere saath hota to lecture itna boring to nahi lagta, waisey is office mein koi hot larka hoga jisko boyfriend bana saku, I need to check out the guys in this office now)

Shin: (kitna paka raha hai yaar, mom aur dad ko bhi yahi company mili thi mujhe marwane ke liye'''agar yeh thori der aisey hi bolta raha na to mein abhi resignation iske muh par mar kar bahar chali jayungi)

Sani: (yaar kitna bolta hai kaash iski umar 20 saal kam hoti to abhi issey shadi kar leti, arey kya sani tub hi kya soch rahi hai yeh 51^st insaan hai jisse shaadi karne kit u ab tak soch chuki hai''..man why do I always see a good hubby in smart men, she giggled by turning her face on other side so that no one could see)

Vini: (who was writing down all the tips that shashank was giving was thinking within herself kaash thore aur points nahi de sakte the shashank sir, chalo ab itne points ko hi follow karte hai abhi to)

Siddhanth: (comeon dude apnea ankh khuli rakh, jitni bhi neend aa rahi hai sona mat warna tera impression kharab ho jayega pehle din hi''.pata hai na kya soch kar tune join kiya tha, shashank ke saamne acha bana rehna hai taki who tujhe hamesha baaki sab ki mukable zada prefer karey'''ab kis gadhe ne kaha hai ki chamcha banna buri baat hai)

Armaan: (God yeh to mere college ke princy se bhi zada bolta hai, but job hi hai acha bol raha hai, I better remember these points so that these points can help me in my professional life)

Then suddenly shashank said that's all that I wanted to tell u guys on your first day in this company'''.everyone came in present and started clapping

Shashank: guys one question was this clapping for that the session was good or because finally u are relieved from this boring lecture from ur boss.

Siddhanth: no sir we really enjoyed ur leacture and learned lot of things.

Shashank: Really Mr siddhanth well that's great''''..chalo now lets start with all u guys introducing urself. Why don't u start Mr Siddhanth modi

Siddhanth: sure sir''well I am Siddhanth Modi and I am here to make my career and help this company reach new heights

Shashank: good so how u plan to do that

Vini: Sir I am vini and I am an MBA from IIM and I am here to make a good career.

Shashank: miss vini why did u choose this company only, I mean u could have joined ur dad's business aswell'..as u said in the interview that your dad is a business tycoon aswell.

Vini: Sir actually I wanted to do something of my own. I wanted to get selected because of my talent and not just because I am a daughter of a business tycoon.

Shashank: oh that's great Miss Vini'..hope u do well in this company.

Shin: Good morning sir and I am Shin and I am here because my parents said that it's a good company to start ur career with

Shashank: well that's good but why did u choose this company

Shin: kyu u have problem with me being I n this company'''.bolo bolo

Shashank: No Miss Shin I have no problems with u being in this company and why are u getting so hyper, ok chalo sit down

Sani: Sir I am sani and I have joined this company because because (thinking deeply then suddenly came with the answer) sir so that I can find a good husband.

Everyone started laughing after listening to that answer

Shashank: what??? u joined this company to find what????????

Sani: sorry sir actually galti se nikal gaya, sir to make a good career

Shashank: u better just think of career only when u are working here

Riddhima: (suddenly in excitement) Papa I joined because (then suddenly paused and thought a bit and said) sorry sir I am Riddhima Gupta and I have joined this company so that I can gain sume status in life and make my parents proud of myself

Everyone was shocked when they heard papa from her mouth and understood that she is the daughter of shashank gupta''armaan was still confused and thought ki choro mujhe kya lena dena I have come here to work and how does it matter to me ki she is the daughter of boss or not whereas siddhanth was thinking ki agar baap ko patina hai to pehle beti par line marni paregi, chal beta siddhanth aaj se riddhima patio mission shuru kar'''whereas vini, shin and sani were thinking ki ab iske saamne soch samaj kar baat karni paregi kahin complain na kar de.

Shashank: good miss Riddhima and u can sit down now.

Armaan: Sir my name is Armaan Malik and I have done my MBA from IP University, I have joined this company to take the challenging tasks in the field of marketing and finance and accomplish them with laurels. I would like to be effective and result oriented professional.

Shashank: good Mr Armaan, chalo now that we are done with this introduction part, I want u guys to meet ur trainer''..so guys please welcome Miss Nattu, well she will be your boss for next one month and I hope u guys learn everything from her.

Suddenly a lady enters that cabin and she was quite young but looked quite mature and confident.

Nattu: Good morning guys and seems like this is the new batch''..well seems like I am going to have fun with u guys in next one month.
