Ji haan. That was also gud. Har kisi ko apna pyaar nahi milta. Yehi haqeekat hain. Par kya kare mayur ko alag nahi dekh sakte, dil se majboor hain. I m cmntng frm my mobile. My pc is dead [:-(] isliye uspar comment nahi kar paai.

~~~~~~~~~~~ Part 5: The Contest ~~~~~~~~~~~

Nupur is very worried. She is not sure if this is right. Its ok to some extent to pretend to be something that she is actually not but in front of few class fellows but this is big!! Such a lie…what if she gets caught? Is this ok? When she is lost in these thoughts, Diya calls Nupur at home..

D: kaisi ho Nupur? tayyar ho na contest k liye?
N: Diya humain nahi lagta yeh sab kich thik horaha hai
D: uffo Nupur, maine kaha na its too late now! kya sochengi hamare saare friends aur class fellows jinko tum represent kar rahe ho? yaad hai na…hum freshers hai..1st year me hi kya bura impression daalna hai? please yaar…itna sochna bandh karo aur kood paro maidaan me. hum sab tumhare saath hai
N: thik hai…to hum tayyari kar lete hai
D: yeah…bye!

Nupur starts whizzing through Qayenaat and selects a poem for the contest. She begins to memorise it for the contest.

On the other side, Mayank is getting ready to participate in the contest. As he goes to register his name, he notices Nupur's name as an entrant. Sammy comes from behind and taps on his shoulders..

S: dekha Mayank…aajkal log chori ki shaayeri se bhi competition jeetne lage hai. tum kya abhi bhi chup rahoge?
M: ab main kya karoon? azaad mulk hai..koi bhi kuch bhi ker sakta hai (he smiles)
S: koi baat nahi…tum to hissa le rahe ho na. hum bhi dekhte hai k chori ki sher se koi apne Mayank se kaise jeet ta hai.
M: main hissa nahi le raha hoon Sammy
S: kyun? tum to har saal hissa lete ho aur jeet te bhi ho. to iss baar kya hogaya?
M: nahi..woh baat nahi. har saal agar hum hi hissa lete rahe to naye kisi talent ko mauka kaise milega.
S: yeh tum keh rahe ho Mayank? tum to kabhi koi competition se piche nahi hat te!!
M: first time for everything…right?

Sam is speechless. What on earth is happening to Mayank?

Next day, in the auditorium, the contest has begun. Mayank did not participate but he is there to watch Nupur perform. One after another, students are having their go at the contest until Nupur shows up. Mayank sits up properly…he has been eagerly waiting for this moment. Nupur, on the other side, is nervous. The audience is huge…and she is about to do something that is neither her area of expertise nor her own act at all. Diya is amongst the audience and shows a 'thumbs up' to Nupur wishing her all the best. Nupur clears her throat and starts…

kabhi yun bhi aa mere saamne
k kisiko kuch khabar na ho
yeh lamhe tham jaaye sadiyon me aaker
phir iss raat ki koi seher na ho

kabhi yun bhi aa mere saamne
k dhadkanon per khud ka aitbaar na ho
dil sajda kare har nazar ko teri
in nazron per koi aur nazar na ho
main ek arse se beitha hoon…

Nupur makes a sudden pause! To her great horror, she has forgotten the next part!!! The audience is patiently waiting…and Nupur is getting even more nervous! She is constantly repeating the same line..

Mayank realises what has happened. He gets up and whispers something to the judges and leaves the auditorium…but to Nupur's great surprise, he appears from the backstage continuing from where Nupur got stuck...

main ek arse se beitha hoon sunn ley e junooN-e-ishq
iss qadar bebas koi bhi intezar na ho
gar ruk jaati hai saansein tere aane se pehle
to in saanson per mera ikhtiyaar na ho

Then he looks at Nupur and indicates her to continue pointing towards the audience with his eyes. Nupur gets the hint, quickly gets out of the stance and picks up from where Mayank finished…

kabhi yun bhi aa mere saamne
k iss bechain rooh ko qarar na ho
tujhe bhoolne ki jo dua maangoo
to meri duaon me koi asar na ho

and over to Mayank again....

bakhuda sunn ley tu
k Khuda se hamesha yehi maanga hai
jo zindagi tere saath na naseeb hui
to tere baghair maut bhi nagavar na ho

Kabhi yun bhi aa mere saamne
k tere baghair koi aur rehguzaar na ho
har aah me nikalti hai jaan meri
meri jaan tumko yeh khabar na ho

They end the shaayeri with a bow. Nupur is shocked but the crowd is applauding both Mayank and Nupur but Mayank was smart enough to see the curiosity in the audience. So he speaks up…

M: Sorry friends…main zara late hogaya. yeh mushayra hum dono ne saath me participate karna tha. I hope you don't mind.

They both leave the stage and start walking towards the backstage.

N: (with a hesitant and embarassed tone) to yeh notebook aap ki hai!
M: smiles..
N: to aap ne bataya kyun nahi uss din? ussi din pata chal gaya tha na aapko ke hum aap hi shaayeri par rahe hai
M: jee haan..per aap itne pyaar aur tehzeeb se hamare sher parh rahi thee humain laga k inhe aap se chheen lena ek kisim ka gunah hoga
N: gunah to humse hui hai. aap ki Qayenaat ko apne paas itne din rakkha aur usske alfazon ko apna bataker duniya ke saamne zahir kiya. per yaqeen maniye hamara iraada bilkul aisa nahi tha. aap ki kitaab humain taxi per para hua mila.. humnain to bohat kaushish ki isske asli maalik ka pata chal jaaye to hum yeh unhe lauta de per isske ander koi bhi naam ya pata nahi likha tha.
M: accha…nahi likkha tha? to dijiye..hum abhi iss per isski asli haqdar ka naam likh dete hai

He takes the notebook from Nupur and starts writing inside the cover page

jo dil me raha to jazbaat hua
jo dil se utra to qayenaat hua
kisike nazar ka jab se meherbaan hai yeh
unhi nigahon ko ab se yeh saughaat hua
-Nupur ke liye Mayank ka tohfa

and he returns it back to Nupur.
M: lijiye…
N: (reads the words and gets very surprised) jee?? hum samjhe nahi kuch.
M: yeh hamari qayenaat hai jisse humnain kaafi arse se kahi khwahishon se sajaya hai. aaj humnain yeh saare ke saare aap ke nazar kar diye. agar aap qabool farmaye to humse zyada khushi aur kisiko nahi hogi

Nupur is blushing…she has never been talked to like that before.

N: shukriya. aap ne humain itna khubsoorat tohfa diya aur humnain aap se dhoka kiya. Please humain maaf ker dijiye
M: hmm…ek shart pe. k aap humain ijazat dengi aap ko ghar tak chhorne ki. kaafi dair ho chuki hai…iss waqt aap ka ghar pe akele lautna munasib nahi shayed. kahan rehti hai aap?

Nupur tells him the address.

M: arre…aap to hamare ghar ke paas hi rehte hai. yeh to kamal hogaya…to phir chale?
N: jee

They are both walking on the street. They are both quiet but they both want to say something as this silence is getting very awkward for them. So Nupur decides to break the silence.

N: aap bohat accha likhte hai.
M: bas…sirf accha likhte hai?
N: (smiles) nahi…aap khud bhi bohat acche hai
M: ab yeh kaise pata chal gaya aapko? bas kuch hi pal ka pehchaan to hai hamari
N: kisiko pehchaan ne ke liye zaroori to nahi k usske saath saalon saal bitaya jaaye. kuch insaan aise bhi hote hai jinhe jaanne k liye..pehchaan ne k liye bas ek lamha hi kaafi hota hai
M: wah..sahi farmaya aap ne. waise kya hum uss lamha se guzar chuke hai jis lamha ne aapko humse pehchaan kerwa diya?
N: (feels shy and looking down answers) jee..
M: khushi hui jaan ker k itna aitbaar to hai aapko hum per k ek hi lamha ki pehchaan per hamare saath kuch aur pal guzaar rahi hai

Although both of them were wishing that this walk never ends but they have reached Nupur's house and she was leaving Mayank asked..

M: agar aapko aitraaz na ho to kya kal hum mil sakte hai…cafeteria?
N: jee zaroor..and she quickly enters her house

Mayank starts walking towards home.

Mein toh woh kavita padke mar gayi Neela.. kya likha haun yaar.. Sahi.. bahut sahi tha.. and I so loved Mayank's gesture.. such a priceless and treasured possession he gifted to Nupur... Such a beuatiful heart he has got... and then he walks her home too... Gr8...

Yeh sab raahein hame hamari

Manzil ki aur le jaa rahe hain

khabar nahin aage yeh raahein

Humein kiss mode par le jayegi

Par itni khwaish hain har muqaam

wah neela di dono parts bahut khub the....

Waise mein ek aur bar aapse maanfi maangti hun k pichle update par comment nahi kiya....par agli baar pakka har update pe comment karungi...

Part 5.
Diii kin alfaaz se is update ki taarif karu mere paas to koi tarifi kalimat hi nai is update k liye..

Pehle nups kaise nervour thi phir diya kehne par maan gayi.

Awww mayank hamesha ye mukabila jeet ta tha par is baar nupur k liye apna naam hi darj nai karaya...wow badhya...mujhe lagta hai daal mein kuch kaala hai.

Wah mukabila to bahuut bahut khub aur badhya tha..
Nups ne ashaar bhule aur mayank ne ashar mukammil kiye...phir mayank ne audiance ko bataya k dono ek dusre ke saath hissa lene wale the par dair hogayi.

Aur aap to bahut achi shaira hain mein to aapki shairi par fida hun.

Nups ne mayank se maafi maangi aur mayank ne nupur ko qayenath tohfa di...

Awww mayur ek hi mohalle mein rehte hai...aur agli baar cafeteria mein mulakaat hone wali hai....

Tabhi to mujhe aapki agli update ka bechaini se intizaar rahega..jaldi update kijiye ga...
