It is 11:00 am. Riddhima cums to the office.

Maria (receptionist): Good morning, dear.

R: good morning Maria.

Maria: armaan se milne aye ho?

R: waise to mein thoda kam me hath batane ayi hoon, lekin jab ayi hoon to armaan se bhi milungi. Waise woh kya karaha hai?

Maria: dear, tumhe ache se pata hai k woh kya karaha hoga, to tum phir pooch kyun rahi ho?

R: matlab wohi?

Maria: han.

R: ise to'.acha sunno, agar koi pooche k mein agayi hoon k nahi, to boldena k armaan k cabin mein hoon.

Maria: ok,dear''..waise tumhare bhai ne tumhare liye ye files chodi hai, bola hai k tum ajao to inhe re-check karlena, kal dene ki hai.

R: so sweet, thank you. Acha bye.

Riddhima picks up the files and goes to armaan's cabin and stops outside when hears armaan talking to Julie inside the cabin.

A: waise tum aj lunch time pe kya karahi ho?

Julie: woh sir, kuch nahi.

A: to lunch pe mere saath chalo gi?

Julie: sir isme pooch ne wali kaun si baat hai, ap mere boss hai, aur ap ka order sir anko pe.

Riddhima can't resist standing outside and listening to armaan's flirting, therefore she rushes inside, acting like she didn't hear anything.

R: armaan woh'''..

Armaan and Julie leave each other's hands.

A: basket, tum yaha?

R: kyun nahi, ana chahiye tha? Tum kuch zaroori kam to nahi karahe na?

A: nahi mein to bas file check karaha tha.

R: armaan, ye files kab se hath pakar ke check hone lagi?

A: hath''.

R: ha hath?

A: woh to ise paper cut hogaya tha, toh mein bus check karaha tha''''.(to Julie) um, ye file check hogayi hai, tum jao.

Julie goes out of the room.

A: basket, tum agayi?

R: aa toh mein jab hi gayi thi, jab tum apni lunch date fix kara rahe the.

A: (shocked) matlab, tumne sab sunliya?

R: ha'..

A: tum mere upar jasoosi karna kabhi nahi chorogi na?

R: tum flirting karna chod do aur mein jasoosi karna chod do gi.

A: tumhe bohut maza ata hai na, mere plan bigadne mein?

R: bachpan mein tumhe maza nahi ata tha mere plan bigadne mein?

A: tumhare plans boring hote the!

R: aur, tumhare plans, jab dekho flirt karte rehte ho.

A: basket, tum yaha ladne ayi ho?

R: nahi, tumhe samjane ayi hu, flirt karna chod do.

Suddenly, someone starts clapping at the door. Both Armaan and Riddhima look towards the door to find Riddhima's Big Brother standing and clapping over there.

Riddhima's Big Brother: wah, tumlog yahan bhi shuru hogaye? Kabhie takte nahin ho kya? Office mein bhi dono ladna nahin chodte.

R: bhai woh'''..

Riddhima's Big Brother: tu to chup hi kar, tune hi ladai start ki hogi.

Armaan nods a yes.

R: nahi bhai, woh'.

A: ap bilkul theek soch rahe ho bhaiya, dekiye na mein yahan kaam karaha tha aur''''

Armaan's Brother comes in and hears armaan.

Armaan's Brother: Ye me kya sunraha hoon? Armaan mallik aur kaam karaha hai?

R: acha hua bhaiya ap agaye, ab ap hi bhai ko samjaye k asliyat kya hai?

Armaan's Brother: paka armaan ne ladai start ki hogi.

Riddhima's Big Brother: armaan ne ladai shuro ki hogi'''.lekin iske peeche iska bhi haath hoga.

Riddima see's armaan and he's smiling.

R: par bhai'''.

As riddhima is going to say something, her brother's mobile rings.

Riddhima's Big Brother: ek minute sabar karo''''hello''''jee mr.patel bas humlog nikal hi rahe the'''humlog, bus ade gante mein pochte hain''.ok bye. (disconnects the phone) chalo ab humlogo ko jana parega, back to business and no fighting.

Both of the brother's leave. Riddhima looks at armaan in anger. And armaan winks at her. Both of them get back to their work in armaan's cabin. Every minute or two they are switching glances at each other. Since Riddhima is checking the accounts, she comes across a transaction which she doesn't really understand, therefore, now she needs help.

R: (aiming towards armaan) suno'.(stops and realizes the argument)

A: kuch poochna tha?

R: nahi toh, mein kyun tumse kuch poochongi.

A: to abhi kya "suno" is deewar ko kahan.

R: dekho''

A: (interrupted) nahin, filial to tum dekho, mein yahan kam karne ki koshish kar raha hoon to mujhe disturb mat karo, pls. waise bhi bhaiya se daat kiladi.

R: hello, tumne mujhe bhi to daat kilaye, uska kiya. Aur bye the way tumhe to theek dat piti hai, waise bhi galti tumhari thi. Aur jahan tak kuch poochne ki baat hai to mein kisi aur se bhi pooch sakti hoon.

A: toh theek hai, jao kisi aur se poochlo''.

R: ha ha jarahi hoon.

A: (whispers) moti

R: hello, tumne mujhe abhi kya bulaya.

A: janna chahti ho k maine tumhe abhi kya bulaya?

R: ha.

A: toh suno, moti moti moti''

R: tumne mujhe moti kahan?

A: ha.

R: to theek hai, tum tum mandak.

A: mein tumhe mandak dikta hoon?

R: dikte nahin, tum ho.

A: basket, dekho tum bohut ziyada karahi hon ha.

R: acha mein zyada karahi hoon aur tum? Rehne do, wapas tumse larungi aur wapas koi ajayega aur wapas mujhe daat paregi. Ise acha mein is waqt kisi se ja ke apni problem ka hal nikal loo.

Riddhima goes out of the room and comes back after 20 mins. Riddhima comes in and sits down and starts working on her file, when all of a sudden.

A: sorry

R: (looks up) kya?

A: sorry (gets up and comes to riddhima and bents down on his knees and holds his ears) I'm sorry, mujhe woh tumhe moti nahin kehna chahiye tha. Woh mein gusse mein sab kehgaya, lekin I didn't mean it.

R: armaan, tum kyun sorry bol rahe ho, galti toh meri thi ke maine tumhe itna kuch kehdiya. I'm sorry.

A: lekin, tum woh sab nahi kaiti na agar maine start nahin kya hota to. So, I'm sorry.

R: armaan, in fact we're both sorry, hum dono itne gusse mein agaye ke humne realize hi nahin kya ke hum kya bolrahe hai. Therefore, we're both responsible. Now get up.

Armaan gets up and they both get to work. 1:00 in the afternoon strikes. And its lunch time.

A: chalo, lunch pe chalte hai.

R: aur tumhari woh Julie ke saath date.

A: aj k liye no date. Tumse ladai ki aur tumhe naraz kiya isliye no date, balke aj ka din tumhe cheer up karna hai.

R: soch lo, Julie naraz ho jaye gi.

A: don't worry mana lunga.

R: alright chalo, lekin jana kahan hai?

A: Coffee Caf

R: ek kaam karte hai, baki sab ko phone karke bulalete hai.

A: theek hain, tum car ki taraf jao, mein phone karte karte ata hoon.

R: okay.

Riddhima goes toward the car and armaan calls all there frnds. Armaan cums in the car and they leave for lunch. When they reach over there, everyone is waiting for them; atul, kripa, rahul, and muskaan.

Rahul: finally agaye tumlog, hume to laga tha k lunch time katam hojayega aur phir tumlog ayoge.

A: yaar, woh traffic mein phas gaye the. So, kuch order kiya?

Atul: han, coffee.

Muskaan: tumlog bas ye hi baat karte rehna. Waise riddhima aj raat ko tu party mein kya pehen rahi hai?

R: pata nahi, shaam ko pata chale ga. Tumlog kya pehen rahe ho?

Kripa: humlog ko bhi nahi pata.

A: lo kisi ko pata hi nahi hai, k woh kya pehene wala hai?

Atul: tu yehlog ko chor, kabhie yeh log sure hi nahi hoti, jab time ata hai jab hi batati hai. Yeh to acha hai k jab maine kripa ko purpose kiya tha toh woh is bare mein sure thi k mein uske liye perfect hoon.

Kripa: ha ha atul, very funny.

R: acha acha ab larna band karo aur lunch karo.

The waiter brings in the coffee and is serving everyone. At last when he going to riddhima, his foot gets stuck into kripa's chair who is sitting beside riddhima which makes the waiter trip causing the hot coffee to fall on Riddhima's hand which is on the table where the coffee fell.

R: ouch (in pain)

A: basket''tum theek to ho.

Kripa: oh my god, itni garm coffee giri hai, jalraha hoga.

R: (in pain) guys I'm fine, no need to worry about me.

A: what do you mean no need to worry about you, kuch ho jata to. Is waiter ko to''..(goes to hit the waiter, but riddhima holds him back)

R: armaan, usme iski koi galti nahin hai, paon slip hogaya hoga.

A: par aise kaise, dekh kar chalna chahiye tha na.

R: its okay armaan, galti ho jati hai.

Waiter: sorry mam, woh darasal chair ka leg pao mein agaya aur uski wajah se coffee ap k hath pe girgayi.

R: its okay.

A: how is this okay? Iski to main''

R: (holds armaan back) jane do armaan, bus choota sa burn hua hai, bas aur kuch nahi hai. (to the waiter) tum jao.

Rahul: guys, hume lagta hai ab hume chalna chahiye.

A: ya lets go.

Armaan drops riddhima home. Riddhima's about to get off the car.

A: sunno'..

R: kya hua?

A: take care.

R: ya, see you at the party.

A: bye

R: bye.

The day passes and now is night time means there is a grand party at the Mallik house for Armaan's first day at the office. It's 8:00 pm, and the party has started. Armaan cums down from his room, and he is really looking damn hot in his black suit. He cums down and starts talking to Rahul, Muskaan, Atul and Kripa who have already arrived to the party.

Rahul: ye lo, agaya.

Muskaan: kya, armaan kitni der lagadi, itni der to koi larki bhi nahin lagati.

A: bas, kuch kam agaya tha. Waise riddhima nahin aye.

Kripa: use humlog ne phone kiya tha, aur bari bhabhie ne phone utaya tha, aur kaha k wohlog thodi der mein arahe hai.

As Kripa says this, Riddhima enters the party. She's is wearing a black dress since this is a color coded party, therefore everybody is wearing black. Riddhima cums to the group.

Muskaan: itni der kyun laga di? Pata hai kitne parechan horaye the humlog.

R: woh darasal traffic bohut tha na isliye hum sab late hogaye.

Kripa: acha yeh sab chor, ye bata tera haath kaisa hai?

R: oh, its fine right now, bus thoda sa jalraha hai.

Rahul: did you take any medications?

Atul: ya, koi cream lagayi k nahi.

R: ya, antibiotic cream.

As Riddhima finishes this sentence, an announcement starts at the background.

Billy: ladies and gentleman. Aj ki yeh party ki wajah ap sab janna chahate to zaroor honge. So, let me tell you all. Aj ki yeh party ki wajah hai mere dusre bete armaan ka office mein pehla din. So, aj ap sab log jee bhar ke enjoy kijiye. The party's on.

The party starts. And there is a dance sequence. Atul and Kripa go to dance, leaving Armaan, Riddhima, Rahul and Muskaan behind.

Muskaan: chalo na hum bhi chalke dance karte hai.

Rahul: ha chal.

Muskaan: abe oye kachwe, tere saath nahin karna mujhe dance. Mein to armaan ko bolrahi thi.

Armaan who is disturbed because of Riddhima's hand incident, doesn't realize Muskaan asking him.

Muskaan: kya hua armaan (armaan doesn't reply) armaan tu sunra hai ke nahin?

R: (shaking armaan) armaan''.(armaan comes back to his senses)

A: ha kya hua?

R: Muskaan tumse kuch poochrahi hai.

A: sorry, muskaan, mein kuch aur hi soch raha tha, kya pooch rahi thi.

Muskaan: it's okay, mein ye pooch rahi thi k dance karne chale?

A: nahin muskaan, mujhe abhi dance karne ka dil nahin hai, tu aisa kar na, Rahul k saath chale ja.

Rahul: maine bhi to yehin kaha lekin ye toh aise mujhe mana kardi jaise mein ise kha jaonga.

Muskaan: chal chal baatein band kar, aur dance karne jaate hai.

So, Rahul and Muskaan leave and armaan and riddhima are left behind. Suddenly riddhima starts feeling the burn in her hand, and therefore, she's leaves the place and goes on the terrace. Armaan sees her going to the terrace, and follows her. When armaan goes to the terrace, he finds riddhima standing at the far end.

A: tum upar kyun agayi?

R: (clutching her hand) nothing, bas acha nahin lagraha tha.

A: (looks at her hand which she is clutching) jalraha hai?

R: nahin.

A: toh haath ko daba kyun rahi ho?

R: armaan, lagta hai ke koi araha hai, hume neechay jana chahiye.

Riddhima goes downstaris and Armaan is still standing at the terrace.

A: (talking to himself) tumhe kya lagta hai riddhima, kya mujhe nahin pata k tum ne abhi mujhse jhoot kaha hai. Jistarah tum bachpan se mein sari batien janti hon waise hi mein bhi tumhari sari batien janta hoon. Tum mujhse kuch nahi chupa sakti ho.

Armaan leaves the terrace and goes downstairs. By the time armaan cums down, the dance session has ended and a performance has started. Riddhima is standing with everybody else, still clutching onto her hand, on the other hand, armaan is noticing everything and he very well knows that Riddhima won't tell him anything that is bothering her. The performance keeps on going and at last armaan loses his cool and goes to riddhima.

A: riddhima, mere saath chalo.

R: par armaan, yahan performance chal rahi hain.

A: I don't give a damn''chalo (pulls riddhima with him and brings her to the kitchen)

R: armaan kya karahe hon? Koi dekhe ga to kya soche ga?

A: mujhe kisi ki parwa nahin hai.

R: par armaan'''

A: (interrupts) par, var, kuch nahin, yahan betoh''''

R: armaan, ye counter hai.

A: pata hai, chup chap betoh''..

R: par''.(armaan doesn't listen to her and picks her up and makes her sit on the counter top)

A: hath do''.

R: par'''.

A: basket, ek lavz bhi nahi bolna; chup chap haath do

Riddhima gives him her hand and he opens the bandage on her hand.

A: basket, humesha mujhe tum daat tih rehti ho ke mein bacho jaisi harkate karta rehta hoon, or khud'''.

Armaan goes to apply the cream on her hand but Riddhima pulls it back.

A: (concerned) kya hua''..?

R: jale ga'''

A: mujhpe bharosa nahin hai?

Riddhima looks at armaan helplessly.

A: (ensures her) trust me

Riddhima nodds in a yes favor, armaan applies the cream on her hand and then ties the bandage.

A: lo hogaya, ab tum utar sakti ho.

Riddhima jumps down and is about to fall but armaan catches her. They're both staring in each other's eyes, then, they hear someone coming in the kitchen and they both hide behind the kitchen door. When that person leaves, riddhima gets out from behind the door and is about to leave when she stops at the kitchen door.

R: (turns to armaan) thank-you

Armaan, free from his anger, smiles at her and they both go out and the party continues an hour or two more and then everybody goes home.
