Jiya:At the party but obviously none of us notcied..Armaan and Bharti were at her cabin...

Raj:Wow that's interesting...so actually we didn't had to interfere...See?

Jiya:Actually Raj..i seriously got no idea what's going on..

Raj:Hhmm..don't worry so much..Anyways thanks for the dinner..Can't believe that I got so carried away by the cricket match..

Jiya:It's ok yaar...

raj:Do you think she'll call or go out with me again?

jiya:You seem to really like her?

Raj:I don't know...She seems different and cool too..

Jiya:it'll be alright, trust me...Come,drop me home..

Raj:Yes ma'm..Come let's go!!

Before sleeping, Jiya sent an SMS to Raj, knowing that he was quite upset about missing his dinner date with Malaika,"Dude,just chill,k?Trust me,she'll call tomorrow..Now go and sleep!!"

The next morning, Bhaskar opened his eyes and smiled as he turned to face Payal. Her hair was touching her eyes and lips and Bhaskar gently placed the strands of her hair aside and kissed her forehead and whispered Good morning in her ears. Payal smiled with her eyes still closed and gently wished Good morning to him. She yawned and went back to sleep. Bhaskar was slightly shocked by her gesture and turned her to face him.

Bhaskar:Open your eyes wifey..

payal:What is it Bhasku??It's just what..7 am..Sone do na...

Bhaskar:(caressed her hair) You know something Payal?I've decided to do something that will shock you..

Payal:And what exactly are you going to do?

Bhaskar:You'll know right away...(took Payal's mobile from her side of the bed) Hi Shaz...

Payal instantly opened her eyes,wondering why Bhaskar had called Shaz early in the morning.

Shaz:(yawns loudly)Kaun?

Bhaskar:Payal isn't coming for work today..She's spending time with her hubby today..

Shaz:Payal this is not fair yaar...Oh god when will I get a boyfriend??I'm so desperate right now...Mr Bhaskar, if yuo are listening..you've done this to me at least 27 times already...I'm keeping track of it so that I can get back at you too...

Bhaskar:Take you rtime Shaz...You must have gotten back home after your shift,yeah?So have a good rest!!Bye!!(hung up before Payal could say anything)

Payal got up and sat upright, tying up her hair in a ponytail. Bhaskar held her hand and pulled her towards him.

Bhaskar:Just where do you think you're going?

Payal:What were you thinking Bhaskar?I'm going to the radio station..I'm going to get ready...

bhaskar:Payal, I'm not letting you go anywhere...Today i'm your slave..You won't get me for a whole day most of the time and since this is a rare opportunity, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't let it go..(raised her eyebrows)

Payal:You're not going to MU today?You are kidding me...

Bhaskar:I'm not..Today it's just you and me...Our day and we'll do what yuo want to do..

payal:Pakka?

Bhaskar:Pakka!!(winked at her)

Payal was so excited and hugged Bhaskar. Both of them laid in each other's arms,smiling. Bhaskar knew that Payal had always wanted him to be with her as much as possible. He knew how understanding Payal had become especially after marriage and he was feeling really glad for having taken the day off from work to make his Payal really happy!!

Bharti woke up at around 8:30 am and checked her emails. She had received the themes and topics of her projects for her last semester and she was very much excited. Today she'll be done with her internship.

"Oh no...4 months extension?I haven't thought bout it..What should I tell Amarjeet?I don't know..The working hours are fine with me and I've got time to work on my projects as well...But am I willing to accept the internship..Should I??It's a great thing since right now I'm staying alone and i definitely need some financial assistance too...I should..But Armaan??What about him?I seriously don't understand the meaning of ignoring your own friend...But whatever that happened at the party shouldn't have happened and that's why I'm trying to get away from him..It wasn't right...Preity loves Armaan and I shouldn't have...Argghh!!!I'm not gonna think about anything!!"(feeling super confused,heading to get changed)

Bharti entered Men's Universe and saw the crowd of MU staff having gathered at the foyer. Bharti still hasn't thought of the decision that she was supposed to inform Amarjeet and thought of tiptoing and sneaking away from there but alas, Amarjeet saw her and called out for her. Bharti had to stop and she went forward to face Amarjeet. Armaan slowly walked towards her side from behind and stood beside her.

Bharti:Yes sir...

Amarjeet:So what have you decided?

Bharti:About what,sir?

Amarjeet:(clears his throat)About what we discussed yesterday...

Bharti:Actually sir...

Just then Jenny came to Amarjeet and told him that he has an important call. Amarjeet told everyone to wait and that he'll be right back. Bharti found this as a golden opportunity to leave but Armaan held her hand,stopping her.

Bharti:(whispered to him) What are you doing?

Armaan:(whispered back) Where are you going?Amarjeet sir wants to hear your decision..

Bharti:Leave my hand Armaan...i haven't decided anything yet..

Armaan:Then decide right away...Oh great Amarjeet sir's back!!

Bharti:What will you take to leave my hand??

Armaan:Say Yes to Amarjeet sir and I'll leave your hand..or else I won't leave your hand...

Bharti:Armaan...

Amarjeet:So Bharti, what have you decided?

Bharti:Huh?Woh...(pauses to look at Armaan who was eagerly waiting) Haan sir...

Amarjeet:Awesome!!(Armaan smiled, letting go of her hand) So everyone, Bharti gets her internship extended for another 4 months..Congratulations!!(Bharti forced a smile on her face).

Armaan whispered Congratulations to Bharti who only seemed seriously irritated. Everyone applauded for Bharti who just forcefully smiled and walked to her cabin and the rest went about their own work. Armaan couldn't stop but smile and silently wished Congratulations to Bharti.

Bharti was surprised to see her cabin door already opened. She switched on the lights and was further stunned to see a beautiful bouquet of white lilies on her desk. Narain knocked on her door and came in to give her, her favourite hot chocolate and the ever-special chocolate chip cookies and wondered where the lilies came from.

Bharti:Thanks Narain...Narain this is yuor tip from me for you never fail to provide me good service..

Narain:Thank you bharti-ji...

Bharti:Uffo Narain tum bhi na...Ek minute, did you see anyone coming in to my cabin?

Narain:Nope..

Bharti:Ok thanks..(Narain left from there)..Great a small note, "These lilies will look awesome in the flower vase..from your admirer"!!Strange indeed..Ok wow there's another note.."I have kept a letter in front of your desktop, if yuo haven't noticed,:)"...I wonder who this admirer could be..

Bharti kept the white lilies in the flower vase while she switched on her laptop.While waiting, she unfolded the letter and started reading.

"Hey Bharti,

This is the first time I'm even writing..Well I'm obviously not too fond of words..Actually great..Now I've got no idea what I'm supposed to write to yuo..Well I know that yuo were trying really hard to ignore me for the past two days but after knowing the actual cause from Payal, I forgive you for doing your best to ignore me. In fact it is very natural of you to run away from me after whatever that has happened between us...Payal did tell me one of yuor other true friend being your writing and you are pretty much passionate about it.That's why I've decided to give it a try...All i want to tell you is that whatever that happened to both of us that night is the reality and no matter how much we try, we can't rewind time to erase the memories of the night. If you think that our friendhsip no longer remains between us, that is definitely not true for right now from my perspective, our friendhsip has become much more deeper and special. It's quiite hard for me as well to deal with the confusing emotions too and you're not alone in this. I've been perhaps dealing with this feeling for quite some time and have accepted it wholeheartedly, thereby confessing the feelings which I've felt strongly for you. I'm going to tell Preity about my love today and you don't have to worry about that for that's my problem. I just want you to know that I'm not rushing you or compelling you into anything. Take as long as you want for I'm willing to wait for you my entire life for I love you truly and wish to spend the rest of my life only with you..Accept the white lilies for our friendhsip..And by the way, welcome back to Men's Universe..

Bharti folded the letter neatly,keeping it safe into her tote bag. She felt so grateful to Armaan's letter for partially clarifying her doubts. Armaan was still her friend and she's truly happy about it. However, she felt a lil guilty for Preity. Preity loved Armaan deeply and Bharti wondered if she would understand after Armaan told her about his love. Just then. she heard a knock on her cabin door. It was Armaan.

Armaan:Can I come in or are you still irritated at me?

Bharti:Hi..come in...

Armaan:Great..so you aren't irritated at me...

Bharti:Not now;after getting your letter..

Armaan:Oh that..well in that case let me tell you..I've already talked to Preity...

Bharti:What??What did you tell her?

Armaan:I told her everything..

Bharti:Everything??What do you mean by that?

Armaan:Well..I told her that I don't love her and I'm in love with another girl and she guessed that it was you and I agreed, and further told her that we are both in love...

Bharti:What??(shocked)But Armaan..

Armaan:And I apoplogized to her for keeping her in the dark for so long and being rude to her...

Bharti:Oh my goodness...She must be totally shattered..

Armaan:She totally understood and forgave me..Bharti, I had to tell her as early as possible for I don't wish to start a new relation on the basis of falsehood and secrecy...

Bharti:Armaan..I just want to say that I'm not ready for anything at all..I mean I've got plans..

Armaan:Did I tell you that I'm ready?Bharti,just look at me..You don't have to change yourself for anyone else, even me..I love you just the way you are..I'm only asking of you to think about your feelings and try to accept it..It will definitely take time...Just take your time...(smiled at Bharti)

Bharti smiled at Armaan and had nothing to say. She was touched by Armaan's words and was willing to think about her feelings but the only problem she had was the more she thought about her feelings, the more confused she became.
