Part 2:
Omkaar threw his glass of whisky with so much forced that it crashed against the wall. Images of Armaan holding Bharti's arm swirled in his mind. Each moment was a stab to his heart. But it was not the fact that Armaan held Bharti's arm that had disturbed him the most, it was the fact that she was staring back at him with an emotion he had never seen in her eyes before - love.
Breathing heavily, he ran his hands through his hair roughly. His bauji's words rang in his ears - "Aap mard ki asli taakat ka istemaal nahi kiye hain.."
As the words replayed in his mind again and again, an inexplicable urge took over him, and he strode towards Bharti's room.

Bharti slowly walked towards the door to shut it. But before she could, a strong force banged open the door and sent her stumbling backwards. She looked up to see Omkaar staring at her, and something about his fierce demeanor told her that she was not safe tonight. For the very first time in her life, she felt scared.
He walked towards like a hunter getting ready to kill his prey. This silence before the storm instantly sent her in a mode of panic, and she quickly tried to reason with him, "T-Tum k-ky-kya chahta ho ? A-Agar kuchh ch-chahiye toh-"
He cut her off and said, "Sahi kaha aapne, aaj hume aapse kuchh chahiye..", he gazed at her from bottom to top, and Bharti got the hint. She gulped as droplets of sweat formed on her forehead. She had been in a similar situation before, but that time she had Payal to help her out, but this time, there was no one. Not one single person within miles and miles of reach, except Armaan, his name came her mind instantly. But she knew better than to call out for him. This house was practically larger than the red fort.
She took steps backward and Omkaar took steps forward. Bharti sensed that he was drunk, which made her feel even more scared. Involuntarily, tears stinged her eyes. She felt helpless and powerless.
She stopped short as she came up against the wall. He smirked devilishly and put both his hands on her either sides. She could smell his breath, and it made her nauseous. Her breathing rate increased, and a tear made it's way down her cheek . With every ounce of courage that was left in her, she said, "D-dekho..M-mujhe jaane do, t-tum jo ch-chahte ho, wahi-"
"Sshhhh...", he roughly placed his finger on her lips, "Aaj hum aapko kahin nahi jaane denege Bharti jee. Aaj hum aapko batayenge ki Omkaar ke khilaaf jaane ka kya matlab hota hai.."
Why is this happening to me ? Please someone save me, please!, she chanted in her mind. Suddenly, he clutched her shoulders tightly and brought her to him with a force that made her gasp in fear. She felt his hand running down her back, and came to rest on her bare waist. Her mind jammed due to panic, she couldn't think of what to do. Tears were now flowing incessantly, and her limbs were numb. She felt his hands going lower, and on an impulse, pushed him away with all the force that she could muster.
He stumbled backwards, and without wasting more time, she dashed towards the door. Luckliy for her, it opened quickly. She ran out of it and towards one place she knew she would be safe - Armaan's room. She didn't look back to see whether Omkaar had run after her or not, she focused all her mental energy on reaching Armaan's room as soon as possible. She came to an abrupt halt infront of his door and banged loudly on it, "Armaan! Open the door! Please darwaaza kholo Armaan!".

Armaan was trying to make Jia go off to sleep when he suddenly heard someone banging on his door. He recognized the voice instantly, Bharti ?, he ran towards the door and yanked it open. He caught her disheveled look for a second before she jumped inside and quickly locked the door shut. Before he could process what was happening, she threw her arms around him and held him tightly. He realized that she was trembling with fear, "Bharti what happened ?", his arms were around her before he knew it, and he knew that something must have been terribly wrong for Bharti to be so scared.
With a trembling voice, she managed to whisper, "H-he..tried to-to..rape me.."
