poo nupur - she had suffered a lot... but now mayank is with her... so frm now she will b happy
mayank such a lovely guy- he really loved nupur a lot...

Part 7 A Familiar Stranger

Recap: M(in a serious tone) Nupur if we are going to go on with the relationship then u deserve to know the truth.

Nupur gives him a confused look.

M( sighing and gather courage and continues) mera bhi ek past tha...

Nupur gives Mayank a confused look as Mayank sits down and steadies himself thinking how he shud tell Nupur all of this. Nupur worried sits down next to him. She knows she didn't know him for too long but seeing him like this really hurt her inside. Unknowngly she touched Mayank's hand and both of them felt a current down their spines and a thrill in their bodies.

N( gently holding Mayank's hand and furrowing her brows in confusion as she asks) Kya hua Mayank? Tell me na Kaunsa past. Dekho mereko pata hai ki hum zyaada der tak nahi milein hai par fir bhi hum dost to bangaye hai. Aur aab( she stops and takes a deep calming breath trying hard not to cry) humari sagayi bhi hogayi hai.

M( sighs and nodds as he begins to tell a tale of his past) Nupur meri zindagi mein ek ladki thi: Sanya... Hum dono bachpan se ek dusre ko jantein thein. ( he smiles remembering some good times, which makes Nupur mad. Jealous?) she was my best friend. Usski mom aur meri mom best friends thi and hum dono best friends thein. We both grew up saath mein and went to school together and to college. Pagal thi wo aur hum dono ek dosrein se bahut pyaar karte thein. We told each other 9th class mein ki how much we love each other. Tabse we were an official couple, ek raath college mein hum log ek party mein Gaye and waha pe ek ladka usske peeche pargaya and mein drunken state mein tha and ( he hesitates and pauses as tears are falling down. Seeing this even Nupur cries. They entwine their hands together which gives Mayank courage to go on. He takes another deep breath and goes on) I didn't know he took her to his car and raped her... I didn't know until it
was too late. (Mayank is shaking as he cries silently as Nupur puts her hand in his hair stroking him gently. Suddenly he grabs her in a hug and cries on her shoulder and she just hugs him and let's him cry. Then they finish crying and he speaks again) Nupur wo ladka RV tha (he says looking her in the eye. Nupur eyes get big and tears start to come out as she gasps and puts her Hand to her mouth. She starts to shake her head no, when Mayank speaks up) haan Nupur that is why I hate RV. Aur yeh baat mein tumhe bata rahaan hu kyunki Jo kuch bhi meine kiya wo tumhe bachane ke liye tha. mujhe bhi nahi pata tha ki wo RV tha until aaj jab hum usse manane ke liye Gaye thein uss saale me mujhe bataya text kar ke. Kamina I want to kill him!!! Phele Sanya ki jaan leli ab tum!!!!

N( shocked and then realizes what he said asks) jaan leli matlab?????

M(sighs and tears again fall out of his eyes as he looks away and says) she killed herself. Next day Jab mujhe pata chala to mein ussk Ghar Gaya and she was crying aur usne mujhse pucha ki Meine usse bachaya kyun nahi. Wo chilane lagi ki mein jee nahi sakti ab. Aur( he takes a deep breath as his body gets hot with anger, loss, remorse and pain and he manages to say) meri jaane ke baad she killed herself. Ussne khud ko jala liya. Tabse meine aapne aap ko blame kiya hai. Meri hi galti thi agar meine nahin chora hootha ya piya hootha to shayad aaj wo Zinda hoti. Mein usske baad toot Gaya tha Nupur meine peina bhi chordiya aur meine Kabi kisi ladki ko nahin dekha. Lekin( he cuts himself off realizing what he was about to say and changes it) meine bahut bura kiya.

N( taking Mayank's face in her hands and wipes his tears and he wipes hers and she says) nahin Mayank ye tumhar nahi RV ki galti thi( she angrily stands up) mein kitni bevkoof thi Jo meine RV se pyaar kiya!!! Wo kitna bura aur gira hua nikla!! Chee! ( she turns to Mayank and her expression softens as she gathers courage and says) Mayank hum dono ka dil toota hai. Mein yeh shaadi ke liye tyaar hu. Hum dono ek doosre ko samajhte hai aur shaadi mein understanding aur friendship bahut zaroori hai. Aur wo to humari paas hai na to(sighs deeply) let's get married.

Mayank smiles and she smiles back. We see that sajan have been peeping and hearing them and they both also have teary eyes but smile and are proud of Mayur's decisions. Mayur don't know but what they are about to do is going to turn their lives around for good and sajan can sense that.

Kuch khone ka hai darr
To kuch pane ki kushi
Kuch mithi tikhien yadien
Saath mein bitayein sari zindagi
Bana Hum milke
Humare pyaar ke lamhe~
