Part 12

"Diiiii" damz runs and hugs her di and heer also hugs her back excited.

"tu aagayi, safar kaisa tha? Tu theekh se pohonch gayi na? khaana khaaya?"

"Di im fine" she says smiling and adoring her sis while prithvi who had jst entered smiles at this.

"I missed u" heer says with tears and hugs her.

"Woah Woah Woah, Bhabz bhaya ne aapko bataya nahi?" he asks interrupting there emotional moment, both heer and damz move away and stare at him confused, damz quickly rubs her tears which he had already noticed.

"Kya?"

"yahan ke rules"

"what rules?" damz asks

"yehi ke Khanna mansion me no rona allowed" he teases and they smile "waise bhabz how about a hot cup of coffee" he says as he jumps on the couch, heer willingly gets up and leaves, damz jst nodds her head and starts to the kitchen.

"Oye tum kahan chali?"

"excuse me?" she looks at him questionably.

"u are excused" he gets up and goes next to her.

"main kitchen me kyun nahi jaa sakhti?"

"because rule number 13 says that no mehmaans as in visitors are allowed to enter the kitchen" he grins.

"really?"

"Hmmm" he smiles at her cutely she jst nodds her head.

"as if I care" she grins and leaves, he curses under his breath.

After they have coffee, damz goes to her new room to get fresh while prithvi heads to the gym, there home gym!

Heer is in the kitchen when gyan gets home, he sits on the sofa tired "heer" he shouts and she runs out.

"aayi" she hands him a cup of his usual evening coffee, he smiles and takes it "aapki usual one spoon sugar and two spoon coffee" she says.

"thank you" he smiles and takes a sip of the hot coffee.

"God aaj itni garami thi, mera to sar phata jaa raha tha bahar heat me" he says as he pulls off his tie, she smiles.

"Hmm magar ghar me zyaada pata nahi chalta"

"Ya its so cool to be back home" he says and they both laugh "waise aaj tumhaara din kaise gaya?"

"bohot accha gaya, damini jo aagayi hai" she tells him with a different kind of happiness in her tone.

"Oh yess, where is she? My partner in crime" he smiles.

"Fresh hone gayi hai abhi aati hogi, waise aapka din kaisa gaya?"

"it was madness, or in AJ's words Chaos" he laughs.

"Aaj ka word of the day?" she queries giggling, she loved hearing the WOD from gyan daily, they had bonded up so well they wud share every small detail of there day with eachother.

After a long chatting session of there sheer egts up "aap fresh hojaayiye, main aaj khaana banaa rahi hoon" she says smiling and he gets hyper.

"Heer maine pehle bhi kaha tha na khaana banana ke liye bohot log hain, yeh evening coffee ke liye bhi mushkil se maana tha aura b tum phir se shuru kar rahi ho? Nahi you cant cook heer I really want you to relax okay" he tells her with concern and care evident in his tone.

"aap kyun itne hyper ho rahe hain, main ghar me behte behte bore ho jaati hoon I need sumthing to do and I love cooking plz, plzzzz" she requests cutely and he surrenders.

"urgh u know I cant refuse that pleading" he says annoyed "okay but just be careful okay" he tells her and then leaves, she just smiles behind him!

Damini was watching this and smiling.

"thank you god aapne di ko itna accha jeevan saathi diya, he cares so much for her" she says smiling while prithvi smiles staring at her.

"don't worry balika tumhe bhi aisa hi vadhu milega" he comments and she turns to see him, kind of embarrassed.

"accha maine kab kaha mujhe koi bhi chahiye?"

"oh come on sab larkiyan doosre logon ke husbands ko dekh kar pray karti hain ke unhe bhi aisa koi mile jo hamesha unka saath de, I know it"

"Oh really?? Mr. know it all" she giggles "waise let me tell you that Damini Chadda is not like others" she grins.

"Hmmm wo to humein pata hai" he winks and she blushes.

"good, I'll see you later then" with that she runs downstairs to her sis while he jst smiles in space.

After dinner they all decide to play caram board…

"lekin teams kaise hongi?" damz queries.

"Duffer ofcourse bhai and bhabz, me and u" prithvi grins.

"nahi mujeh isske saath haarna nahi hai" damz says and they all laugh while prith looks annoyed.

"okay lets have it girls vs boys" gyan says and prith Hi5s at that, the girls agree.

they play for a while then at a moment when gyan and heer touch the thing at the same time and stare at eachother for a while feeling awkward while Prithvi keeps his constant commenting and flirting on with damz…. Finally the game comes to an end Girls win!!!!

"cheating tumne cheating ki not fair" prithvi demands.

"accha kya cheating ki?" damz retorts.

"Wo queen nahi gaya tha and u tilted the board"

"Waha liar, you cant accept defeat… we won loser" she teases before retiring to bed.

Gyan and heer head to there room… gyan whispers a good night and sleeps but heer cant so she sits up and looks if he was still awake but couldn't see as he was facing the other way.

"gyan" she calls, he answers in a sleepy voice "hmm"

"aap sogaye kya?" she asks cutely and he cant help but laugh or rather chuckle.

"nahi main to dance kar raha hoon"

"gyaaan… sachme sogaye kya??"

"kyun?"
"main bore horahi hoon"

"to ab caram kheloon tumhaare saath?"

"haan chalega" she says excited and he chuckles again.

"heer, late hogayi hai so jaao na"

"neend nahi aarahi" she says and stops talking so gyan gets worried and gets up.

"kya hua? Tum theekh to hona?" he asks heading to the bed.

"aap to so gaye the na?" she looks at him surprised.

"Haan lekin tum itni chup hogayi to main pareshan hogaya" he says and she smiles.

"patanahi kyun mujhe kuch ajeeb sa feel horaha hai, neend nahi aarahi"

"hmmm kahin pyar to nahi hogaya" he teases and she smiles.

"shayad" she stares at him with love and he feels awkward and gets up.

"uh… uh, tum, tum so jaao, aankhein band karo neend khud ba khud aajayegi hun, good night" he stammers and then leave sto his sofa, she jst smiles and tries to sleep.

*******

Next day;

"aapko yeh dood khatam karna hoga, come on aur yeh paratha bhi" heer demands.

"Plz heer mujhe late horaha hai and you know yeh paratha me kitna ghee hota hai its too fattening and unhealthy" gyan says.

"I don't care, chalo jaldi khatam karo warna aapki meeting ko bye bye kaho" she tells him and he surrenders and does as she said while prithvi and damz who didn't exist on the table for the two but damz found it reli cute and was happy.

Finally gyan gets to leave but jst in few second he was back "heer mera wallet aur file" he says and she smiles "yeh rahi, aap bhi har cheez bhool jaate ho aaj kal"

"Haan kyunki me tumpar depend karne laga hoon, thnx bye" he rushes out and she smiles and watches till he was out of sight then gets back to the table.

"damini aaj tera pehla din hai na??/ good luck, im sure you'll rock" she says and hugs her bye "prithvi tu plz damini ko chor aayega?" she requests and he willingly, happily agrees.

In the car

"wo kya hai?" damz asks him for the nth time about another huge building, she loved to know all about her surroundings so she had asked him about everything they came across and he answered, finally they get to her new school, she gets out of the car and waves him good bye but he calls out for her before she left so she returns to the passenger window.

"aaj pehla din hai so Good luck" he says and hands her a bracelet saying good luck, she smiles.

"This is so sweet, thanx" she was amazed.

"welcome, waise I'll come to pick you at say 12:30?"

she smiles "school 12:50 ko band hoti hai and then packing up leaving at least ek to baj hi jaayega, I'll take a taxi u dnt worry"

"hmmm but main 12:30 aajaonga so when u step out of school im here" he smiles "and plz agar tumne phirse taxi ki baat ki…"

"Hmmm dhamkis… okay driverji I'll see u at one" she teases and leaves while he smiles.

At 12:30pm prithvi was outside the school gates waiting for her, finally he sees her walking out with a bunch of older ladies, probably her new colleagues… she was the most elegant and youngest, I guess the most rocking teacher, he was busy staring and studying her when she sits in the car and clicks her fingers.

"Kahan kho gaye the?'

"oh wo main… never mind so.."

"So???"

"how was the first day?"

"It was good"

"Hmmm good only"

"yeah what do you expect if im looking after a bunch of mental children, there worst then chandigarh man" she says and he laughs so she looks at him annoyed.

"Hmmm that's why you are like that, bachpan me mere jaisi teacher milli hoti to sudhar jaate"

"right but its not too late yet" he winks " I wudnt mind bein your student"

"whatever, lets go home im famished" she says trying to ignore that jumping heart beat that she felt when he winked.

They have lunch with damz stories of school.

Men Universe

Gyan was busy in his cabin when his fone rings.

"hello"

"aapne khaana khaaya?"

"Nahi wo, heer main thora busy hogaya tha…"

"to phirse nahi khaaya, roz aapko yaad dilaana parta hai khaane keliye, that's not done, abhi iss waqt saara kaam choriye aur khaana kahyiye"

"but heer this is important"

"I don't care, pehle khaana phir yeh sab aur agar aapne nahi khaaya to personally aakar aapki=o khilaongi okay" she threatens and he smiles.

"okay meri maa main khaaleta hoon"

"Its biwi not maa" she laughs before hanging up.

*****

Damini goes out for a walk as she was getting bored so her student prithvi follows.

"Hi madam ji kahan chali?"

"Tum mera picha kar rahe ho??"

"jahan teacher wahan student"

"Very funny"

"Seriously"

"Ya whaever"

"waise teacherji aap kahan jaa rahi thi??"

"Walk keliye, im jst bored"

"I got a perfect place for a walk" he tells her and in no time he had her in the car and to the juhu beach.

"wow the famous juhu beach" she smiles at the sight.

"yes, chalo" he opens the door for her.

"Thanx"

They have a walk and talk by the seashore then damz sees the pani puri stall.

"OMG fresh pani puri, mujhe chahiye" she rushes like a child so prithvi follows.

"Damini tumbhi na, like a kid hun"

"Shut up" "do plates theekhi" she orders and prithvi stares at her confused.

"DO?"

"Tum nahi khaoge?"

"No way main yeh sab nahi khaata"

"Kyun darte ho?"
"kisse?"

"mirchi se"

he looks embarrassed "main mirchi se nahi darta, its in my blood" he smirks and takes the plate, in no time he was coughing and panting, he was not used to chilli,… damini was laughing at his state as he drank water to cool down.

"Tumhe hassi aarahi hai?" he asks annoyed and she continues so he acts like he's falling down, she quickly catches him and gives him water worried, he opens his eyes and winks at her, she looks annoyed and runs behind him to hit him.

Khanna mansion:

Heer was getting bored so she decides to water the garden, she always wanted a huge garden with flowers and plants and now she had it all so why not make use of it?

She goes out and smells the roses, then heads to the hose pipe and starts watering the whole garden… she doesn't realize the time and gyan returns home, he looks all over the house then finally finds her in the garden.

"heer tum yahan?' he calls out and she realizes.

"Oh, haan main wo…"

"Its okay" he smiles seeing her hesitation "waise tumhe yeh sab kya karne ki zaroorat hai? Malo hai na? and its so tacky to get wet" he makes a face and she smiles and gets a idea (well we done that yesterday lolz me my sis and bro in law gone crazzy) she splashes the water on him, he starts running to prevent from getting wet but she followed and made sure he was wet, she laughed and he laughed seeing her laugh… then finally he got hold of the hose pipe and got back to her, they were both extremely wet now fighting for the hose pipe there hand meet and they both stare at eachother, the hose pipe falls off there hands and it was just them now, staring at eachother… in eachothers eyes, there hands touching….
