well sana ......just to put forth to u my thoughts .......

1. after reading this update i can say that the stranger is maybe fiancee of gunjan ( who is sonam actually ) .....some accident or sumthing wud have happened 2 sonam n usne yaadash kho diya ......she's admitted in hosp..... after regaining consciousness sonam recognises nupur .......nupur gets sisterly love .....gunjan .....

gunjan n nupur join college .....as own sisters .....and as u have described the things go on ........

2 . if feel strongly that the stranger is none other than ranvijay ......

3 . and the doc in this updt. is the one who treated sonam (gunjan) when she got hurt in acident

this is all i can think of / as of now ........but u keep going on .......cheers !!!!!
