Recap- Kusum and Kapoors united

2 weeks later
Life could not have beeen better for the Kapoors, each day was like a dream come true for them, kusum had now stopped worrying about anjali and concentrated on aarman and angad her favourites where as abhay DK and disha showered their love on anjali. According to kusum anjali was already spoilt by sumit and sagar and the three of them were spoiling her even more.
Devyani's health had showed good improvement and all thanks to kusum, aarman and angad were now protective brothers of- couse, anjali still made fun of sagar when he first met angad and aarman.
The very next day of the reunion of the Kapoors and the wadhwas, a poor unaware sagar had jammed into the Kapoor house as usual for his morning scrumptious breakfast with his kusum aunty completely unaware of anjali's arrival.
"KK" sagar screamed as he entered the house
"sagar" a half sleepish kusum got up in shock "abhay wake up its morning" kusum shook a sleepy abhay and finally when abhay refused to get up she went to the bathroom to freshen up and check on sagar.
Sagar meanwhile noticed anjali's unpacked luggage lying in the drawing room "the devil is back and she dint even call me" sagar whispered "let me teach her a lesson" sagar quickly tip toed to anjalis room. Angad and aarman who had heard sagar's voice came out of their room and saw sagar entering anjali's room, they quickly followed sagar and then noticed him pulling off the blanket from anjali's face. Unfortunately for sagar he had uncovered devyani's face who was sharing the room with anjali.
Devyani screamed seeing an unknown person and angad and aarman took up charge and started beating up the unknown invader in their house "KK Ann Help" sagar screamed meanwhile abhay Dk and Disha entered anjalis room and saw angad and aarman beating someone
"kaun hai" Dk asked them
"Chor" Aarman had replied
"ann" sagar screamed in pain
Anjali immediately woke up from her slumber " saggy"
By this time kusum also came running to anjali's room "sagar" she screamed as she went forward to stop angad and aarman hiting sagar "stop beating him" ksusum screamed on angad and aarman
"yup he is my friend" anjali said
Angad and aarman stopped beating sagar and looked from kusum to anjali "sagar are you ok beta" kusum asked sagar
"buddy nice to see you and why did you come home I hadn't even informed you about my arrival" anjali asked
"well came here to get some good food but I guess I am full after this beating… BTW I am the one who is supposed to be beating them" sagar looked at the Kapoor clan "who are they ann"
"well saggy meet my family" anjali said slowly but sternly, and sagar looked at her aghast.
This is how sagar met the Kapoor clan for the very first time, later kusum had informed abhay and the others about anjali's engagement with sagar. All of them were very upset when they came to know about anjali's so called engagement with sagar, abhay had also scolded sumit, kumkum and kussum for their stupidity and fear he had not spoken to kusum for two days because of this, Dk and disha were also upset but devyani finally made them understand kusum's stand and reluctantly they all agreed
Anjali and sagar had already taken the Kapoor men into confidence about their dislike for the engagement and their wish to part ways once they find their suitable pairs to which they had already got a green signal. Abhay was happy to meet sindoora and aniket and he was very impressed with bharat.
Angad and aarman gelled well with bharat and sagar they were more of buddies, Aditi was also very impressed with angad and aarman she took them more as her brothers rather than her friends and angad and aarman also treated her as a sister, ansh being the youngest member of their gang had the last say always.
In these two weeks angad and aarman had almost forgotten about their heart break, aarman also never mentioned about his broken engagement to anyone, the kapoors had decided to move back to Mumbai soon.
In India kripa and kavya had also got engaged to prithvi and pammi, Ridhima had still not got over her heart break divya was busy with her college and heer and prem continued their secret romance.
Kavya still remembered anjali's fresh face and wished he could meet her again, he remembered his desperation to touch her feel her soft hands, he had never felt this for pammi he wished to break his engagement with pammi as she had now become very annoying according to kavya. Kripa on the other hand was dipressed her marriage with prithvi was just 1 month ahead and she still remembered angad's accusing eyes that night she wanted to know what they conveyed was it love actually??? She did not know.
Nanda Residence India:
"kripa your sindoora bua had called us and suggested why don't we keep the wedding in Canada… we had spoken to alka and she agreed to it that is why we are all going to Canada the day after tomorrow after all the wedding is just after 1 month" Smriti sounded tensed
"mom Canada…… its been ages since we have been there" kavya said
"Yes and it would be great that we can meet sindoora and her family after so many years…. Roshan I was wondering where are the kapoors they have just vanished in thin air haven't they" Smriti said
"yes… in fact I saw them last 2 weeks ago" roshan smiled "and they wernt here for the engagement too…. I guess lalit and shashank also don't know about them" roshan smiled
Kripa chocked her food hearing this "kya hua beta" Smriti asked as she handed her a glass of water "eat slowly"
"massi we need to do a lot of packing" kashish said slowly
"yes lets go kashish… roshan you call shashank and lalit and ask them to join us" Smriti said
Juneja Mansion:
"angad kya baat ker raha hai vancover kab" prem closed his room door and whispered on his phone
"after 4 days that is why iam asking you to fly here within 2 days" angad said
"but then what about mom and dad should I tell them" prem whispered
"just ask them if you can I am sure they wont have any problem" angad replied "ok bye got to go mom is calling me"
"bye I hope I am able to fly there soon for the trip"
'bye"
Prem rushed to his dad and mom "dad can I please go to Canada" prem asked innocently
"prem we are all going there.. for kripa wedding and we are leaving day after tomorrow" lalit said
Prem jumped in happiness and then remembered the nasty fight between kripa and angad and controlled his happiness it was better if they dint know about angad's wear abouts right now.
Gupta Mansion:
"heer Ridhima, damini pack your bags we are all flying to Canada for Kripa's wedding" shashank announced
Heer and Ridhima looked pleased "chalo we can now have a good long holiday" heer commented
"yes… and finally forget aarman" Ridhima muttered
"chalo finally the doctors are ready to holiday" damini commented "by the way when are we going there"
"day after tomorrow" shashank said at last
Kapoor House Canada:
"aarman just wake up anjali…. That sleeping beauty takes ages to get up… I swear she is just like you abhay.. thank god angad aisa nahi hai" kusum said
"ma da laadla" abhay smirked and DK laughed "actually kusum I am proud of her, there is someone who is a pure Kapoor blood other wise the sons of this house have taken up after their mothers"
"don't you dare comment on babloo" kusum snarled
"you started it" abhay smiled devilishly
A sleepy aarman rubbed his eyes as he walked towards anjali's room this was the usual morning start at the Kapoor house "in no time sagar would be here for his breakfast.. why didn't he ever have his food at his house" aarman wondered then the three of them (angad anjali and aarman) would play basket ball with sagar, bharat, ansh and Aditi, Aditi was majorly the score keeper and anjali was one of their best shooters inspite of being short. Within in no time badi ma will call them for lunch and they would all eat like hungry pigs except anjali who will usually get scolded by disha for her eating habbit but ultimately have her way out and eat some thing nice and healthy which would of- course be prepared by disha, Disha was majorly concerned about anjali's health after the fainting incident when disha told kusum about how anjali fainted on stage because of starvation kusum had given a 1 hour long lecture to anjali for not eating and finally handed her charge to disha who had promised to bring her back to health.
Later sagar, bharat, Aditi and ansh would leave for their homes and kusum would start oiling angad and aarman's hair turn by turn and they would finally leave for a bath by then anjali would spend time with DK and abhay happily commenting on angad and aarman's mumma's boy behaviour because they had a complete makeover kusum had made angad and aarman get new hairstyles and had also confesticated they colored lens and thus they were now willingly wearing specs which they actually loathed.
In the evening it would be family time for the kapoors partying at some restaurant and shopping along with the ladies only at this point kusum and disha were proud of anjali for taking up the shopping talent from them and abhay and Dk were proud of aarman and angad for hating it. Late at night the kapoor's returned to their house marking their days end.
Angad yawned as he entered the kitchen he first hugged his mother and wished her "good morning" and then walked to the dining table "dad prem would also be joing us to vancover" angad informed abhay
"that's good kusum did you call up sumit regarding the arrangements" abhay asked
"that was your job" kusum replied
"fine I will call him….." abhay picked up the cordless just then he saw anjali entering the kitchen "aaja mera baccha" abhay called for anjali, anjali ran and hugged abhay
"I HATE MY MOM" sagar screamed as he entered the house
Anjali yawned and angad smiled at his comment "ab kya hua saggy" angad asked as he continued to smirk
"she leaves no chance to ruin my plans…. She has called my cousin and asked her parents to keep her wedding in Canada…. God and the whole fish market is arriving tomorrow" sagar slammed his hands on the table
"good so no vancover for you" aarman winked at anjali who suppressed her laughter
"ann don't you dare laugh..ann if its no for me then I wont let you go either" sagar said
"saggy are you mad….. your cousins are coming you can enjoy with them and we will celebrate kumkum aunty and PC's wedding anniversary at vancover as planned" anjali explained
"not without me…..you have to talk to mom for letting me come to vancover after all its just a matter of 4 days" sagar pleaded
"ok as you wish I will speak to sin aunty" anjali said
"and we are all going to pick them up" sagar said, at this statement anjali left the kitchen with abhay and dk discussing something , aarman stretched his body and yawned "I think dadi is calling me" he said and left, angad nodded hopelessly and left behind aarman "what is this… do I hold any respect in this house or not" sagar screamed and he knew the answer was loud and clear
Ottawa International Airport
Sagar dragged anjali to the arrivals section in the airport "I hate you saggy" anjali screamed at the top of her lungs "if mamu wasn't coming I would have never come to pick up the "Fish Market" angad, aarman, bharat and Aditi followed anjali and sagar
"ann sweety any how we are all going to vancover the day after tomorrow so all this gets setelled" Aditi said
"but then what about my sleep you know AD me and aarman just slept 3 hours ago" anjali whined and aarman yawned
" who asked the both of you to watch that horror movie" angad commented
"boss if you are scared that doesn't mean we are scared too" aarman said
"yeah right……." Anjali yawned "aarman lets get some coffee" anjali left towards the coffee counter with aarman, where as angad and Aditi sat down to discuss about some arrangements regarding their Vancover trip and bharat and sagar waited for their cousins to arrive.
While ordering coffee anjali's eyes fell on a known figure walking out of the immigration counter "mamu" anjali screamed as she rushed to the person, Aditi also noticed the person and ran towards him, the person hugged anjali and Aditi together, bharat and sagar followed the chain of hugging, angad and aarman smiled "well angad , aarman this is our mamu Sujal Garewal" angad and aarman exchanged warm hug with sujal and then noticed a small girl hiding behind sujal, anjali noticed the girl and picked her up in her arms "and this is khushi his baby girl"
Anjali kissed khushi's cheeks and got a kiss in return "baby how was your flight ?? is khushi still scared of flights??" Aditi asked
"didi khushi… is a big girl now" khushi signaled her hands symbolizing big "she is 4 now and papa says big girls are never scared of flights"
"so khushi is a big big girl and she will also come to vancover with us right" Aditi asked and khushi nodded
"hey girlfriend" sagar picked up khushi from anjali's hands "I hope you dint find anyone"
To which khushi nodded in disagreement and laughed "so now meet two more big brothers, sagar introduced angad and aarman to khushi and she was in awe to meet angad her favorite rockstar, she took an instant liking for both of them and got busy in introducing herself to angad and aarman. Meanwhile sujal spoke to Aditi, anjali, sagar and bharat. Sujal was kumkum's younger brother, he had also graduated from Boston University and immediately after his college he had got married to his best friend Archita and soon after their marriage Khushi was born the symbol of their love. His wife Archita has passed away 6 months after giving birth to khushi, she had suffered from acute illness.
Since the day Archita had passed away khushi was her dad's daughter and she was completely pampered by her family members which included the Wadhwa, Kapoor and singh. 1 year ago sujal had moved to newyork for his business with khushi and only made timely visits to his family. Khushi had always been a very possessive daughter and dispite of many trials made by kumkum and kusum to get sujal remarried, sujal had flatly refused to marry for khushi's sake. Everyone knew khushi was sujal's life, the apple of his eyes and with her around sujal had forgotten his past completely and never wanted to remember it again and to him his daughter was his life.
For some more time everyone chatted and soon angad, aarman anjali left with sujal and khushi while sagar Aditi and bharat waited for the others to arrive. The Nanda's, Gupta's and Juneja's arrived and they were warmly welcomed by sagar, bharat and Aditi. Kavya was pleased to meet Aditi and so were the girl gang while prem was constanly thinking about how to reach angad's place.
Bharat and sagar drove to the singh Mansion where everyone was welcomed by sindoora and aniket "kripa kitni badi ho gayi hai bhabhi" sindoora kissed kripa's forehead "aur ladke wale ka baa rahe hain"
"bus who sab 2 hafte (2 weeks) baad aa rahe hain" Smriti informed
"kitni acchi baat hai aur kavya kab shaadi ker raha hai …" Aniket asked
"bus jaise hi pammi ka course katam hoga who Nach mein certification ker rahi hai aur tum bharat aur sagar ki shaadi kab ker rahi ho" Smriti asked
"bhai bharat aur Aditi ko waqt chahiyeh aur Aditi ki parents ki 20th wedding anniversary bhi toh aa rahi hai agle hafte toh abhi yeh sab sochne ka time hi nahi mila" sindoora informed "waise aap sab abhi aaram karo shaam ko aditi ke parents aa rahe hai aap sab se milne"
everyone proceeded towards their rooms the girls were sharing one room while prem shared the room with sagar and kavya shared the room with bharat
5 Hours Later
"your cousins are great kripa" heer commented as she set her luggage in the room
"sindoora bua has always been very sweet" kashish smiled
"hmm so when do we plan to go shopping" divya asked
"shopping" sagar stood at the door "so girls and shopping go hand in hand right" sagar said as he entered, divya looked at sagar for few minutes some how he seemed very familiar to her, maybe she knew him even better than he knew himself.
"sagar why are you here" kashish asked
"di actually I just came to inform you guys that me and BB would be leaving for Vancover with my friends and their family I just wanted to know if you guys wanna come" sagar asked, he made sure he did not have any eye contact with divya
"great but I guess we would prefer to shop rather than holiday at vancover" Ridhima said
"ok then I guess then I will leave and I hope you knnow Aditi's parents would be here soon" sagar said
Kavya meanwhile chatted with Bharat "so pammi that is what her name is" bharat asked
"yes…. And she is a dancer" kavya smiled
"is it sagar's best buddy is also a dancer and she has recently joined Nach" bharat said
"is it and what is her name??" kavya asked
But even before bharat could answer sindoora called them for some work.
Meanwhile Kripa and the other girl gang walked out in the garden discussing about their shopping when they saw a car entering through the mansion gates "guess the guests are here" kripa smiled, as she saw a car driving inn Aditi and her parents got down and Aditi waved at them "hey" she said as she walked towards them "so what are you guys doing here"
"Planning" Heer answered
"well are you guys also coming with us to vancover did bharat and sagar inform you guys" Aditi asked
divya smiled "no we aren't we were planning to go shopping"
"oh" just then khushi came running behind Aditi "didi why did you leave me" she frowned
Kashish smiled looking at the four year old she was simply pretty and cute, her motherly instincts immediately urged her to pick up the four year old in her arms and pamper her. "well everybody this is my cousin I mean my mamu's daughter khushi" Aditi introduced khushi to everyone, kashish felt a knot in her tummy when she heard the name she remembered sujal she remembered the time when they had discussed their future and when sujal had mentioned that how badly he wanted a daughter and he wanted to name her khushi the happiness of his life, but life had its own plan who knew sujal would ditch her soon after they had completely committed to each other he had ruined her completely but pyush had been the angel he had always been a good friend and nothing more than that but that relationship was also not long lived.
"khushi… aditi" a male voice called them kashish froze as she heard the voice she looked up to see a known figure walking towards them "sujal" kashish whispered, Sujal cooly walked to Aditi and picked up khushi "papa" khushi kissed his cheeks, and he smiled. "everyone this is my mamu sujal" Aditi introduced "and mamu they are bharat's guests" Aditi introduced them one by one and finally in the end sujal looked at kashish, kashish was almost in tears when sujal glanced at her and sujal noticed this but he in turn looked at khushi once again and finally shook hands with kashish "hi how are you" sujal asked her "its been really long I guess I lost touch" he smiled vaguely "so you must also be married now with kids right" he asked sportingly . But this had now become unbearable for kashish her tears finally started rolling down her cheeks she simply clasped her mouth and ran inside and sujal looked at her hurt but he soon camouflaged his expression and looked at the others
"I am sorry actually di lost her husband a year ago in a car crash and also her unborn because of the shock" kripa replied sadly "but I guess you are not aware"
"well kashish and me studied together at boston… I am sorry I dint know this" sujal said sadly and then he turned towards Aditi "di is calling us in" he said and walked away with khushi "it would always be good if she thought I ditched her" sujal thought with a heavy heart "it would be the best for khushi…… I have no love for anyone she was my past khushi is my present and future and she will never know about my past and khushi…. I will never let anyone know the truth about my khushi" he reassured himself as he walked into the singh mansion. And the girls walked behind him silently.
