Brigadier Chandok's cabin :
BC was sitting on his chair, with faculty members sitting on chairs on either side of a table.
The Six cadets were standing in at ease position.
BC's voice boomed," All the faculty members, today's meeting is to decide on the fate of Cadet singh, Cadet Sharma, Cadet Sahani , Cadet Huda, Cadet Ghai and Cadet Baigh."
" What's there to decide sir?", Major Nair poked in, " Me being the Principal of academy suggest you to resticate these cadets. They helped a bloody murderer, and more than that cadet Aalekh kaa toh hai hi criminal background and Cadet Singh...well unka bhaai..."
"Major Nair.... ", Abhi cut in," Sir, ye meeting poore faculty members ki bulaayi gayi hai.Aur isme hum sabke votes bhi matter karte hai. inn cadets ki detention centre se positive reports aayi hai......"
"Captain Abhimanyu, toh phir inn cadets ko apna gunaah man na bhi hoga aur Capt. Rajveer ko bhagne me madad karne ke liye maafi toh maangni hi hogi.", Maj.Nair stated.
Abhimanyu cursed him under his breath.
" Hum koi maafi nahi mangenge Sir. ", Naina spoke in a firm voice.
All the faculty members stared at her.
" Hum koi maafi nahi mangenge sir. Kyunki humne koi crime nahi kiya hai, naahi capt.Rajveer ki bhaagne mein koi madad ki hai. Hum unki Jaan bachane waha gaye the. Pooja ke mobile pe cross connection laga tha jispe hum ne suna ki koi Capt.Rajveer ko maarna chahta hai. Hum apne senior officer aur teacher ko bachane gaye the.", Naina said.
" oh really cadet singh? toh phir faculty members ko inform karne ke bajaye, tum untrained cadets unhe bachane chale gaye?", Nair asked.
" Humne inform kiya tha sir. Parr kisine hamari baat nahi maani.", Ali replied.
" Sirjee, humne kuch galat nahi kiya. Aur jhooth ke aage jhukna hume hamare captain sir ne nahi sikhaya.", Huda added.
Abhi, Shalini, Gunny and Suriji looked at them in pride.
" Sir, main khud waha gaya tha. I saved these cadets from an ambush. And please look at their past acheivements sir. Cadet Singh saved a captain thrice from terrorist attack, Cadet Aalekh prevented theft of weapons from KMA along with Capt.Rajveer.........", and Abhimanyu added as many things to save these cadets.
" Sir, yeh faculty members ne sign kiya hua petition hai. Issme Maj.Nair ke alawa sabhi ne cadets ke favour mein vote kiya hai.", Dr.shalini handed over the paper to BC.
BC loooked at the paper and kept it aside.
" Iss paper ka naa toh koi faayda hai na zaroorat."
Everybody looked at BC in shock. Nair smirked.
" Inn Cadets ki detention centre se positive reports aayi hai, inka Sameera shroff ko bachane ka mission mein bhi bahot bada credit hai. Aur main inhe personally jaanta bhi hoon. Yeh aage jaakar achche soldier banne ki kaabiliyat rakhte hai. Main, as a commander-in-chief, inhe Academy mein allow karta hoon. parr inhe apne detention centre mein spent kiye 3 mnths ke saath Academy ke rules todne aur armoury se weapon without permission le jaane ke jurm mein 2 mnths ka extension, means kul milakar inka first year baaki cadets se 5 mnths baad khatam hoga. First year is the base of your training, isske saath koi compromise nahi kiya jaa sakta. Aur inhe yeh promise bhi karna hoga ke aaj se yeh sirf apni training parr dhyaan denge."
"Yes sir !!", all six of them said in chorus.
BC signed on their readmission paper and
" DISMISS !!"
Everyone except Maj.Nair was so happy.They thanked BC and left his cabin.
Everyone left the cabin and BC sported a satisfied smile after months....

Cut to City Hospital, Chandigarh:-
It's 10 A.M and Dr.Keerti has just arrived and made it a point to straight away visit this patient in Room no.201 and stay there until he wakes up.
She was looking fresh and she cheerfully greeted her colleagues and other staff,patients and relatives on her way to Room No.201.
This might be because of a refreshing sleep she had last night or because the Patient was out of coma.....
whatever....
But the start of the day was good indeed ....
She examined the patient and stroked his hairs with affection....
She picked up his file and was engrossed in going through the reports sitting on a comfortable chair....
The patient stirred a little and slowly opened his eyes......
Everything was blur at first.....He couldn't make out where exactly was he....
Is this Heaven???
But then he felt shooting pain all over his body due to the effect of tranquiliser wearing off....
'Parr agar main zinda nahi hoon....toh mujhe dard kyun horaha hai? par main zinda kaise hosakta hoon? Mujhpar toh Goli chali thi aur...'
Slowly and steadily his vision became clear.....
He saw a monitor nearby him, a stand nearby his bed with bottle of saline which was being administered to him.....
So, He was in a hospital and not dead......
He turned his head to other side and found one lady sitting on a chair going through a file....
She was wearing an Apron and had Stethoscope around her neck....
'So she is a Doctor...' , thought he.
Keerti felt someone staring at her and she looked up to find the Patient looking at her.
" Aap jaag gaye?" , she said with a surprise getting up from her chair and going towards his bed.
She put the file on nearby trolly while the patient asked,
" Yeh jagah kaunsi hai ? aur..."
" Yeh Hospital hai.", she cut him.
"Listen, Main janta hoon yeh hospital hai. Mere kehne ka matlab yeh hospital kaunsi jagah hai aur main yahaa kaise aaya ?"
"Oh! sorry...", Keerti said embarrassed .
She answered," Well aap filhaal City Hospital, chandigarh mein ho aur main aapko yahaa laayi thi."
He looked at her in surprise.
Understanding his thoughts, she added,
" Well...let me explain.... Main Dr.Keerti hoon, iss hospital ki head. Maine aapko zakhmi haalat mein dekha aur aapko yaha laayi."
"Oh Ok....Thanks doc. waise main kabse yaha hoon?"
" Well .....actually kaafi samay se."
"WHAT???? mainn....main...please mujhe bataiye main kabse yahan hoon?"
" Listen...calm down....itna hyper hona tumhare liye thik nahi....aap kaafi time se coma mein the aur aapko kal raat ko hi hosh aaya hai...."
" Coma?? kaafi time se?? Listen Doc....mujhe abhi yaha se jaana hai....", He said trying to get down...
"Hey hey....Calm down. Aap kahi nahi jaa rahe ho! Aap abhi bhi fit nahi ho...Actually i wannu ask, kya aapko yaad hai ke aap kaun ho?"
" Well mujhe .... main aapko iss waqt kuch nahi bata sakta...mujhe bass yaha se..."
"Are lekin.. ..."
" Listen doc....", he sighed," okay.... mujhe sab yaad hai...koi memory loss nahi...happy?"
Keerti sported a bright smile while she was amused at his restlessness.She waited for him to continue....
" Doc...main aapko mere baare mein nahi bata sakta......meri jaan ko khatra hai and ...."
" Its ok....and main aapko batadu yaha aap bilkul safe hai kyunki yaha aapke hone ki khabar kisiko nahi hogi. Aapka naam ya hone ka koi bhi evidence Hospital register pe bhi nahi hai...so relax...."
He was shocked.
" Kya main jaan sakta hoon aapne yeh favour kyun kiya? I mean mera treatment karne tak thik hai but all this secrecy? Iski kya wajah hai?", He asked suspiciously.
Keerti smiled and was about to answer when someone else answered on her behalf,
" Well you can call it as Keerti's Instincts or her gut feeling which is always right.....", he said while he introduced himself, " hi...i'm Dr. Shubhankar."
Keerti said," I don't know why but i felt like revealing you will put your life in danger."
" But I might be a wrong person....", Patient asked.
" Again my instincts....or observation as a good doctor", Keerti said with a smile," looking into your eyes before you passed out i could say nothing but regard you as a right and honest person."
The patient smiled.
"Keerti... get his investigations done. I've to go now....have a surgery." , Shubhankar smiled at the patient and left.
" Doc...i gotta go now...."
" I said you can't.", Keerti said before he could complete , " see you are not completely fit and being a doc i can't allow you."
" Atleast can I contact my colleague....I have a serious work to do...", he said frustrated.
" Work??? Are you mad? You have just recovered from coma and i won't allow you any mental stress, got it?"
Just then a nurse entered with a glass of juice that Shubhankar sent for the patient.
Keerti smiled and took the glass and asked the nurse to go.
" Yeh lo...Juice pee lo. We can't allow you regular diet immediately. We will put you on regular diet gradually."
" I don't wan't this. I just wannu.."
" Have this okay. Then you have to go for the investigation and an orthopaedician is coming ... you are having multiple fractures you see and you were bedridden for months....so we have to look after your mobilisation also.",
Keerti don't know why but she felt at home while talking to this fellow. She was not the regular one talking to her patients but felt like talking to someone close to her.
" Listen...."
" Aap yaha se kahi nahi jaa rahe ho.....Waise aapka naam kya hai?"
" Aapko agar main naa batana chahu toh?",
Even patient was clueless why he was behaving like this with a stranger as if he already have some bonding with her.
" Aree... main aapko kis naam se bulaao?"
" Aaj tak kya kehke bulaate the?"
" Well....Room no.201 ka patient...",she said grinning.
" Please continue with it... I don't have any problem."
She laughed.
" Doc...main aapko batadu aajtak koi hospital nahi bana jo mujhe mere marzi ke against rok ke rakh sake..."
" Ahaa....toh aap bahot baar hospital jaa chuke ho....kaafi injury prone ho..."
" Main mazaak ke mood mein bilkul bhi nahi hoon.... And i'm going.", He stated firmly.
" Are yaar... ab tum meri baat maante ho yaa Naina ko bulana padega?"
" NAINA ?", Patient said loudly," Aap Naina ko kaise jaanti hai?"
" Well jaanti nahi hoon....Kal aap unhi ka naam lekar coma se bahar aaye aur phir baar baar unhi kaa naam le rahe the."
Patient calmed down instantly......and was lost in deep thought.
" Kya main jaan sakti hoon Naina kaun hain? aapki wife?"
Patient looked up immediately, amused smile crept over his face and he just shook his head.
" Woh meri....leave it. Main aapko kyun batau?" , he said looking away.
" oh ok....Toh naina ka naam sunte hi you calmed down! Not bad...not bad....Now for her sake,you have to listen to me and stay here patiently till you get fit and fine. okay??"
The patient sighed....
" OKAY???" , Keerti asked again.
" Okay...", he whispered.
" Well must say, thank you.... Naina jee."
And the patient smiled.
" Aur ab jabke hume aapki identity secret rakhni hai, aur aap apna naam batane se rahe toh mujhe hi aapko koi aur naam dena padega taaki main aapko bulaa bhi saku and aapki real identity bhi secret rahe. So....considering the bravery with which you fought death and came back , mujhe to ek hi naam suitable lagta hai....VEER......."
This time...the Patient Laughed....genuinely.....
" Veer???hmmm.....interesting!" , he thought.

Cut to KMA :
After leaving BC's cabin all six of them gathered around the Academy foyer...
They looked straight into the flames and saluted....
Rajveer's words rang into their ears....
" Agar kabhi sarr kataane ki naubat aa bhi gayi, toh aap sabse pehle, aap sabke aage.... MAIN HOON NAA"
While all this was going on....nobody could make out what Naina was undergoing through.... She was silent....
Ali wanted to speak to her immediately and convey her the information he got.
He hold her hand and Naina looked at him.
" Naina... Hume aapse bahot zaroori baat karni hai. Hum yaha sabke saamne nahi keh sakte. Mere saath chalo."
She nodded and was about to go when...
" Cadets.... Aap sabko abhi Infirmary mein aana hoga.", Dr.Shalini said.
" Infirmary mein??"
" Calm down... its a routine checkup. Aap sab abhi abhi detention centre aur mission se laute ho....well your health needs to be assessed."
As everyone headed towards infirmary, a voice stopped them.
" Wait Doc. Pehle inhe interview ke liye jaana hai. Bahar press reporters aaye hai. Pata nahi aisa kaunsa zhanda gaad diya hai inhone..."
" Maj.Nair," Abhi cut in , " KAunse zhande gaade hai, aur kitne deeye jalaye hai woh toh bahar khade reporters se pata chal hi jaata hai !"
" Parr Captn., first they need to undergo medical examination and...."
" Don't tell me yeh kamzor Cadets ek hi mission se beemar padd gaye.", Nair scoffed.
" Bilkul nahi sirjee .... Kaho toh ek aur mission pe chale jaaye ! Parr iss waqt mission News reporters .", Huda said and looked towards his friends.
They all nodded.
Yudi gave Shalini a reassuring smile and all headed for the Press conference.
After the Press conference, they all head back for the Infirmary.
After examining Ali and Aalekh and handling them some medicines and advice in diet to improve their health, she headed towards Huda.
" So... Cadet Huda...Ab aap kaise hai?"
" Maam.... zinda hu toh aapki wajahse....warna uss
muchchad ne toh..."
"Meri wajahse nahi uski wajase", She said pointing upwards," Aur rahi baat meri....toh main tumhe kaise kuch hone de sakti thi, hmm?"
Huda smiled and she turned to Yudi....
" So...Yudi, How you doing?"
" good maam...", Yudi replied in choked voice as shalini examined him,she too getting emotional....
" Pooja..... how are you feeling now. Well maine tumhari reports dekhi hai....tumhe kuch aur din tak Antibiotics continue karne padenge.", she informed pooja as she suffered from stomach infection at detention centre.
" Guyz all of you can leave. Mujhe Naina se kuch baat bhi karni hai."
All of them reluctantly left the infirmary.
" Aap sab jaaiye. Hum yaha infirmary ke bahar Naina ka wait karte hai.", Ali said to others.
"oye...tu kyu karega? tu jaa...main karti hoon...", pooja said.
" pooja aap jaaiye...", Ali said looking straight at her and she nodded thinking there must be some reason Ali wanted to stay.
When Huda and Yudi were about to ask something, Aalekh nudged them and asked them to head towards dormatory while nodding at Ali in understanding.
Cut to Shalini And Naina:-
Shalini was taking her B.P. and observing her. She was looking calm and composed apparently, but the storm going in her mind can't missed out by the piercing gaze of shalini.
" Well cadet....tumhara B.P kaafi low hai. You need to pay attention to your health."
She meekly nodded.
" Naina...", shalini took her hands in her own," I can understand what you are going through. You know Rajveer was my best friend....my only true friend I ever found in my life....."
Tears rolled down both their eyes....
" But Naina....you can't ignore your health like this. Tum samajh rahi ho naa?"
She waited for her to respond, when she didn't, shalini sighed....
" Chalo main tumhe tumhare room tak chodti hoon.... You seriously need to rest before your training resumes tomorrow. And yeh kuch medicines bhi hai jo tumhe lena hai..."
Naina got down of the examination table and followed Shalini outside.
Ali rushed forward as soon as he saw Naina.....
" Naina...aap..."
" Cadet Ali...She needs to rest. Whatever you want to say can wait.", Shalini said.
"Parr mam..."
"It's an order, Cadet!"
And she headed towards girls dorm with Naina.
She made her lie down on the bed, caressed her hairs and left the room with tears in her eyes.
Here Ali:
' Hume Alekh bhai se baat karni chahiye...' ,thought Ali and was about to go when an Orderly came and informed him that Major Nair has called him.
" Damn!! ", He said in frustration and left to meet the devil.
Cut to Naina :-
As soon as Shalini left, she was lost in her thoughts.
She could hear her Rajveer sir saying...
" Cadet Naina ' Ah ' Singh"
" Cadet singh, come on ! Get down ! To hell with major Nair!"
She changed side.
"Kya tumhe desert banana aata hai ??...just kidding..."
" You know Cadet singh ...aaj aap waqai bahot khoobsurat lag rahi ho."
She turned to another side....
"Naina ...main Cadet singh ko jaanta hoon. Naina ko nahin. Main aaj us naina ko janna chahta hu .....jo woh Navin ki maut se pehle thi"
" Sach kahoon toh Naveen mujhse bhi jyada khushkismat hai...kyunki uske paas woh hai jo main kabhi haasil nahi karsakta...."
" Point 1857 ek bahut hi khaas jagah hai....jaha kma boys cadets, faculty ki nazron se door apni girlfrnds ko lekar aate the..."
"Apne aur apne waqt ka khayaal rakhna cadet singh ......."
She became restless...tears began flowing.....
" Main kya karoon sir? main kya karoo? Yahaa har cheez mujhe aapki yaad dilaati hai.... Bhaiya ki maut ke baad meri zindagi toh jaise kaanto par hi guzari hai..... Parr yaha mujhe apni manzil mili...jo mujhe apne desh ki aur lejaati hai....jo mujhe aapki ore lejaati thi.... aapke hausle ke bina main yaha KMA mein ek mahina bhi nahi tik paati.... Main haar chuki hoon sir...main haar chuki hoon....", she weeped bitterly...
" Main akele nahi lad sakti..... main nahi jee sakti.... aapke bina main nahi jee sakti...", she cried burying her head in pillow....
She was exhausted mentally as well as physically.... and she dozed off.
