Gunjan knew that because of Sammy , Noops told Gunjan the actual reason y is she running away from Mayank. But Mayank has a doubt in this reason may be he is right.

Mayank is in really a tough situation, on one side he has his love struggling for his life and on another side his mom is in a critical situation. I am really very sad for Mayank. How can someone handle the situation yaar without not worrying. Thank god he has Sammy with her and i hope everything will get on it's place soon. But Mayank ki mom ne diary kyoun managai?
