**Post wedding rituals and fun are going on…….the whole ring-in-the-milk game n all other masti…..

Guni tired with all the masti and strain of the hectic day has fallen asleep on Avni's lap….

Ranvir is constantly trying to steal glances towards Ragini whenever possible….since Ragini is now sitting next to Sadhana….There are too many people around…..bechara….

Sadhana notices one such glance…..

Sadi : kyun devarji ……ab aap ko itna bhi sabar nahin ho raha…..mujhe pata hain meri jiji aaj bohot sundar lag rahi hain…par…..ab toh aapko unke sath apni poori zindagi milegi…..thoda time toh hamare sath guzaar lene dijiye…..

Ranvir gives a mock smile to Sadi (like saying 'haan haan kyun nahin'…in a mocking/sarcastic manner)…..Ragini smiles/giggles….looks at Ranvir…he shrugs his shoulder and gives her a look of 'ab aur kya karun?'….Ragini puts her head down n smiles/giggles again…….

Ambika : nahin nahin…..ab bohot der ho gayi hain……ab sab thak bhi gaye hain…..aur dekho Guni bhi so gayi hain…..Avni…..tum Guni aur Pratham ko le jaao unke kamre mein….aur ab hum sab ko bhi uthna chahiye….sab bohot thak gaye hain….

Satyen : nahin nahin ambika Ji……aap sab ki ginti mein hamare dulhe miyan ko shaamil mat kijiye….kyun dulhe miya??….main thik keh raha hum na…..??

Everyone starts laughing……Ranvir gives a shy smile n looks down a bit…then looks at Ragini….she smiles at him…..

All getting up …n about to leave…..Sadhana takes Ragini to RagVir's room…..

Ranvir too leaving……..Guni has fallen asleep but Pratham is wide awake……

Pratham : Chachu !!!!!…….aap mere sath chaliye…..mujhe story sunni hain…..

Ranvir(all perplexed) …..bends down to Pratham n says very sweetly n softly in an understanding manner….. " abhi nahin Pratham …..phir kisi aur time kahunga….ok??…..ab tum bhi so jao…..dekho Guni bhi so gayi hain….main story baad mein sunaunga….ok??"

Pratham : nahin chachu….please abhi sunaona…plz plz plz plz…..

Ranvir : Pratham mein…..

Ambika cuts in …. " nahin Pratham chachu tumhe story baad mein sunayenge….abhi chachu bhi bohot thak gaye hain na……abhi chalo…tum good boy ki tarah chalo aur so jao……thik hain??…."

Pratham : ok dadi …..*he skips off*

Satyen to Ranvir….putting his hands on Ranvir's shoulders…….says with mock-seriousness.... "haan haan Ranvir ab tum bhi chalo……bohot thak gaye ho na"

Ranvir : chachu………ab aap bhi…..

All start laughing……

**Next scene……

Ragini in their room…..Sadhna with her……talking…..both standing at the window….

Sadi : ab kitna maza aayega na…..ab hum dono behne ek sath ….issi ghar mein…hamesha…..

Ragini is very quiet….gives Sadhana a quiet smile…

Sadi : kya hua jiji…..aap itni chup-chup kyun hain……aap khush toh hain na??…..koi pareshani toh nahin hain ??

Ragi : nahin nahin sadhna koi pareshani nahin hain …….mein bohot hi khush hun…..khush kaise na hoti…..jis din ka intezaar itne waqt se kiya tha……jis pal kaa sapna itne dino se dekha tha …woh aaj aa gaya hain…..lekin pata nahin……mere mann mein kaisi ek bechaini si ho rahi hain….

Sadi …holding Ragi's shoulder tightly(like during the scene at the time of sagaai when they were talking alone in the room)….. "jiji ab aapko kiss baat ka dar hain….ab toh sab thik ho gaya hain na….aap bilkul mat dariye…..Ranvirji aapka bohot khayal rakhenge …..iss baat ka mujhe poora bharosa hain….."

Ragi : haan yeh baat toh main bhi jaanti hun….Ranvir jaisa jeevan-sathi pana bohot ki kismat ki baat hain….maine bohot hi kuchh acha kiya hoga jo mujhe meri zindagi mein Ranvir jaisa pati mila….

Sadi : hmmm….

Both start laughing…..

Ragi : ek baat poochoon Sadhana….jab tumhari shaadi hui thi …tab kya tumhe bhi aisa hi dar laga tha pehle din??

Sadi : mujhe??…..woh mein ……woh …..(sadi doesn't know what to say)

Ranvir moving towards the room…..in the room now…..

Ranvir …thinking to himself…. "bhabhi abhi bhi yahaan hain…..yeh kya aaj bhi kabab mein haddi banengi??"

Ranvir(out aloud) : Bhabi….aap yahaan hain…aur Alekh bhaiyaan aap ko kabse dhund rahein hain……

Sadi : kya??…Alekhji mujhe dhoodh rahein hain……jiji mein chalti hun….aap apna khayal rakhiyega…..

Sadi leaves……Ranvir veryyyyyyy happy……moves towards Ragini……

Sadi in the corridor….suddenly realises that Ranvir ne usse buddhu banaya….goes back to RagVir's room…..Ranvir moving closer to Ragini…..Sadi enters….. "achha devarji…..Alekhji mujhe dhoodh rahein hain??……Sadi Ranvir ka kaah kheechti hain…… "aap mujhe bewakoof bana rahein hain??"…..

Ranvir : aa aa bhabhi lagta hain……

Sadi(in a mock-concern tone) : oho lagta hain…..

Ragini : chhodo na Sadhana…..ab jaane bhi do na……

Sadhana : hmmm…..meri jiji keh rahi hain isiliye mein jaane de rahi hun……agli baar aise baatein mat banana aap devarji….

Ranvir : bhabhi….main aur kya karta….aap kamre se jaa hi nahin rahi thi….aur woh bhi aaj ke din….

Ragini giggles/laughs …..

Both Sadi and Ranvir look at Ragini and smile…..

Sadi : Ranvirji ….ek baat kahu aapse…..??

Ranvir : (sighs) boliye bhabhi…..aapki toh ab har baat manani hi padegi ….(smiles)

Sadi : (smiles at Ranvir's remark)……aap meri jiji ko hamesha hi aise khush rakhna…..ukne chehre par yeh hasi aise hi barkaraar rakhna…..

Ranvir : bhabhi…..aap bilkul fikar mat kijiye……main apni Ragini ko bohot chahta hun…..aur uss par kisi bhi tarah ka problem ke aane se pehle usse mujhse takrana hoga…..ok??….ab aap bilkul tension mat lijiye…..(smiles)

Sadi smiles too….

Sadi : ab mein chalti hun……

Sadi leaves…..stops at the door….turns around…..

Sadi : jiji ……

Ragini nods her head in a questioning manner at Sadi…..

Sadi : all the best !! …….(Sadi starts laughing and leaves….)

Ragini is all shy at Sadi's remark…..Ranvir is looking at her…..she moves away from him towards the window…..Ranvir comes and stands beside her……both staring at moon……Ranvir stares at her again…..Ragini is still staring at the moon…..

Ranvir : Ragini……main soch raha tha ke main ek astronaut ban jau…..

Ragini turns from the window….. looks at him with a confused expression on her face…..

Ranvir : haan …..kyunki agar mein astronaut ban gaya…..toh phir mein chaand par ja sakunga……aur phir kam se kam tab toh tum meri taraf dekhogi……

Ragini laughs/smiles….put her head down….Ranvir comes up to her…..puts his hand below her chin…..lifts her face…..both stare into each others eyes….he brings his face closer to hers…closer….closer …closer…..Ragini closes her eyes…..suddenly….noise from outside "dhammm"….something has fallen….both Ragini and Ranvir get startled…..move their faces away farther from each other and look at the door together….

*Voices come from outside…..

Sadhana : Alekhji…Alekhji meri baat toh suniye…..please meri baat toh suniye…..

Alekh(in an angry voice) : nahin….main tumhari koi baat nahin sununga…..tum bohot bad ho……main tumhara kab se wait kar raha hun….aur tum ho ki apni jiji ke sath baat kiye jaa rahi ho…..

Sadi : Alekhji…. im sorry(she is holding her ears)…..woh kya hain na…..jiji se baat karke itna achha lag raha tha ke baaton baaton mein main waqt ke bare mein bhul hi gayi….woh toh Ranvirji aa gaye the …..isiliye phir yaad aaya aur mein waha se chali aayi…..

Alekh : kyun…Ranvir ke aane se kyun chali aayi….wahi pe baith ti na tum……mere bhai ko mere paas bhej deti……jaise tum dono behne ek saath baat kar rahi ho….waise hum brothers bhi karte….aur hum tum dono se baat bhi nahin karte….(alekh turns away angrily)….

Alekh is going towards RagVir's room ….he is calling for Ranvir…… "Ranvir ….Ranvir"….

Ragini and Ranvir in the room…..both looking at the door…..then look at each other….then look at the door again….

Sadi : Alekhji ab aap unhe disturb mat kijiye……

Alekh : kyun tum apni jiji se baat kar sakti ho ……aur main apne bhai se baat nahin kar sakta??……tum mujhse baat maat karo…..tum na bohot bad ho…..

Sadi : nahin Alekhji…aaj ki raat aap unke paas nahin jaa sakte….

Alekh : kyun??…….kyun nahin jaa sakta ???

Sadi : aaj unka suhaagraat hain na…..

Alekh is thoughtful….soch raha hain…..

Alekh : suhagraat….

Sadi (nodding her head in a yes) : hmm (i.e yes bolne wala hmm……not sochne wala hmm)

Alekh : achha dost yeh suhaagraat kya hoti hain??

Both Ragini and Ranvir in the room smile at Alekh's question…..Ranvir looks at Ragini….he raises his eyebrows at her in a mischievous manner as if trying to say 'bata dun jaake bhaiya ko'……Ragini quickly nods her head in a no…..both Ranvir and Ragini look at each other and smile….both then look at the door….

*Outside the door…..

Sadi : suhagraat…..woh alekhji…woh suhaagraat ….woh….actually…

Ambika comes into the corridor and sees Sadi and Alekh standing outside RagVir's room ka door……

Ambika: Sadhana?…..tum dono yahaan pe kya kar rahein ho??…..chalo andar jao……raat bhi bohot ho chuki hain……

Ambika gently nudges them away from RagVir's door towards their room…..

Alekh resists the nudging…..

Alekh : Chhoti Ma….aap pehele meri ek question ka answer do…..

Ambika : (to Alekh) kya??……she looks at Sadhana and gives Sadi a questioning glance/nods her head in a questioning manner….

Alekh : Chhoti Ma ….yeh suhaagraat kya hoti hain??

Ambika looks a Sadi…..Sadi does her usual head gesture….u know the one where she dips her head and does a sorta gulp…..with a 'hayy ab main kya karun' expression on her face…… if u can get what im talking bout ….sorry….iv no better way of explaining it……

Ambika(to alekh) : alekh ……suhagraat matlab….shaadi ke baad jab dulha aur dulhan jab pehli baar milte hain ek dusre se …usse suhaagraat kehte hain…..

Alekh (in a tantrums sorta way) : par abhi abhi toh who dono mile the na kuchh der pehle…..nahin….mujhe milna hain Ranvir se….abhi…..

Ranvir and Ragini in the room….startled at the thought that Alekh might want to come into their room….now….

Sadi gives the above explained head ka gesture/expression again to Ambika……

Ambika : nahin Alekh….dekho……tum good boy ho na?….aur good boy itni raat tak nahin jaagte…..dekho…. tum kal subah mil lena Ranvir se….ok??

Alekh : tsk (in a throwing tantrums sorta way…he is shaking his head too in a tantrums way along with the "tsk"…..BTW…. "tsk" is the sound people make when something doesn't go their way and to show exasperation….like "tsk…yeh hon nahin raha hain"…types….if u r an avid reader of some or the other comic book u will know what im talking bout….)

Sadhana : chaliye Alekhji….

Both Sadi and Alekh leave and go towards their room…Ambika smiles as she sees them from behind and then she too leaves for her room…..

Ragini and Ranvir in their room…..still before the window……both smile looking at the door…..then Ranvir looks at Ragini…..she is till looking at the door …fully aware that Ranvir is staring at her…..but she cant seem to look at him…..feeling shy…..Ranvir turns her face towards him holding her chin……Ragini is looking down…..she can't look into his eyes…..he lifts her face…..she closes her eyes…..he brings his face closer to hers……closer…..closer…closer…closer…..Ragini is slightly quivering and breathing heavily(u know the way she usually does when Ranvir comes close to her)….he comes real close……but as usual at last minute Ragini moves away ghabrakar……..Ranvir stops her holding her hand from behind(like in the 'aur pass' scene)…..he moves towards her…….she is feeling scared and still breathing heavily(like in the 'aur pass' scene)…….he comes close to her…….and then holds her shoulder and turns her towards him so that they are facing each other……Ragini's eyes are closed….she has a scared expression on her face…..Ranvir then all of a sudden lifts her in his arms……Ragini opens her eyes……she looks at Ranvir……both stare into each other's eyes…..while she is in his arms…..slowly in the background… music starts… 'samarpan ki bela' ……Ranvir starts walking with Ragini in his arms towards the bed all decorated with flowers……as they near the bed…..Ragini(still in his arms) parts the curtain of flowers with her hand……he puts his one knee on the bed and lowers her onto the bed……all the while they are staring into each others eyes…..

**Scene in Alekh and Sadhana's room……Sadi is tucking Alekh into bed…..

Alekh : dost…..hamari jab shaadi hui thi toh hamari aisi suhaagraat kyun nahi hui thi??…..

Sadi : woh …..alekhji…..woh actually tab hum aise dost nahin the na ….toh isiliye…..

Alekh : achha…hum dost nahin the isiliye?

Sadi nods her head in a yes(u know the way she usually does )

Alekh : par ab toh hum dost hain na……toh phir ab humari aise suhaagraat kyun nahin ho rahi hain??….

Sadi is totally confused(bechari) …has no clue about what to say to him……starts stuttering again….. "woh Alekhji..…woh…" ……Alekh sees her confusion….

Alekh : dost…..ab tum na rehne do….baaki batein hum na kal karenge……mujhe bohot neend aa rahi hain…. ab tum bhi so jao……Chhoti Ma ne kaha tha na…..bohot raat ho gayi…..tum bhi so jao…..

Sadi…..smiles at alekh….nods her head in a yes…..

Sadi gets ready to sleep on her couch/sofa…..she looks at Alekh…..he is already beginning to fall asleep….she has a shy smile on her face……then lies down and puts the blanket over her and goes to sleep….

**Scene in RagVir's room……

Camera on the moon outside the window…..pans across the room and then focuses on RagVir sitting on the centre of the bed…..

Ragini's eyes are lowered….Ranvir is staring/looking at her……

Ranvir : Ragini aaj tum bohot hi khoobsurat lag rahi ho……

Ragini smiles at his remark and then looks down…..

Ranvir(continues) : main duniyaan ka sabse khushnaseeb ladka hun jo tumhare jaisi ladki meri zindagi mein aayi hain…..

Ragini raises her face and looks at him with an expression filled with gratitude and joy…..her eyes light up and she gives him a bright smile……

Ragini : khushnaseeb toh main hun Ranvir….jo mujhe tum jaisa jeevansathi mila hain…..jo mujhse itna pyaar karta hain….mere har chhoti-badi baaton ka khayal rakhta hain…..

Ranvir smiles at her…..he then lifts her face holding her chin…..and then moves his face close to hers…… Ragini has her eyes closed …..he then kisses her…..on the cheek….. she opens her eyes and looks into his eyes…….the expression on her face is one of love,gratutide,longing and excessive joy at finally being with the one she loved after such trials and tribulations…....Ranvir smiles at her and raises his eyebrows at her(he raises his eyebrows something like saying 'kya hua?'……a bit similar to the mandir scene wala eyebrow-raise)…..Ragini nods her head in a no…..and lowers her eyes…..Ranvir then moves and lies down on her lap……he takes one hand of hers and kisses it and then puts that hand on his chest and holds the hand with both his hands……Ragini sehlaofys/fondles his hair with her other hand……both are looking at each other…..with a sweet half smile on their faces…..

Ranvir : ek baat kahun Anamika??

Ragini nods her head like saying 'kya??'

Ranvir : pata hain Ragini…..main iss pal ka kab se intezaar kar raha tha….

Ragini smiles…..

Ranvir(continues) : jab bhi main iss pal ke bare main sochta tha…..to dil mein hazaron baatein aati thi…..ke main tumse yeh kahunga ….woh kahunga…..par ab jab tum mere samne ho…. toh mujhe koi baat soojh hi nahin rahin hain ke kya kahun……

Ragini smiles …she takes her hand which is in his hands out of his hands and puts that hand of hers on his cheek…..(this is a very handy sentence)

Ragini : socha toh maine bhi bohot kuchh tha Anmol……kisse pata tha ke uss ek wrong number ke vajaye se humari zindagi mein aaj itni saari khushiyaan aa jayengi……

Ranvir : Ragini….mujhe lagta hain ke woh number wrong tha hi nahin…..

Ragini has a chhota sa confused expression on her face……

Ragini : matlab ??

Ranvir gets up from her lap in one quick move and and faces her…..he is now sitting on his knees and bending a bit to face her….he puts his arms around her shoulders(like when he was saying "yeh toh pyaar ka junoon hain madam" in the aur pass/rose/balcony scene)

Ranvir : Matlab …ki woh number wrong kaise ho sakta hain jiske vayaye se itni badi si right hui ho…..uss wrong number ke vajaye se hi toh hum dono ek doosre ki zindagiyon mein aaye…..toh woh number wrong KAISE ho sakta hain??………(he raises his eyebrows like saying 'kyun?…hain na' )

Ragini smiles/laughs….looks down/lowers her eyes for a second and when she looks up she sees that Ranvir is staring at her ……with a very romantic sa expression on his face……she lowers her eyes in shyness….Ranvir then takes the ghunghat from her head and takes it off from her head…..Ragini is looking down……he then removes the maang tikka……then earrings/jhumke……then her nose ring/nath……then her necklace(s)…….then slowly he raises her hand and begins to take her bangles off …one by one….she looks at him…..he too is looking at her the whole time while taking the bangles off…..both looking at each other….suddenly …ek bangle ragini ko chubhhti hain…..and then ranvir lowers his head and kisses the spot where Ragini got hurt on her hand……Ragini closes her eyes……

**Next scene ……

All of Ragini's ornaments have been removed…….Ranvir is facing her……Ragini is looking down/has her eyes lowered……he lifts her face holding her chin……brings his face really close to her face…..then Ragini moves away suddenly and lies down on the bed with her face in the pillows…….Ranvir bends over her…..moves the hair away fron her face and neck and back……kisses her on her back…..she closes her eyes tighly….then he lies down beside her….really close…..then she turns and lies on her back and faces him……she then puts her arms around him…..they hug each other really tight…..and then when they free themselves from the hug….he looks at her….and moves close to her ………then camera focusses on their hands….….he puts his hand in her hand…..they lock their fingers…..then camera pans away from them towards the window….for u see…. the Moon is looking very beautiful and interesting indeed……LOLs……

**Next scene …..morning time in RagVir's room……

Ragini is lying on the bed…..fast asleep….her hair is on her face ….hair is all dishevelled……..uske bal uljhe hue hain aur uske chehre par aa rahe hain…..Ranvir is awake….he is looking at her with so much love in his eyes…..slowly Ragini opens her eyes…..she sees her husband staring at her…..she smiles a little…..

Ragini : Good Morning….

Ranvir : Good Morning….

Ranvir is still staring at her….

Ragini : aise kya dekh rahein hain aap ??

Ranvir : kyun??…. mujhe apni biwi ko dekhna bhi allowed nahin hain ??

Ragini smiles and hides her face in him/his chest (like in the terrace scene)

Ranvir : Ragini….

Ragini : hmm

Ranvir : tumhe pata hain ….main duniya ka sabke lucky insaan hu jo mujhe tum mili meri life partner banke……

Ragini comes closer to him….he holds her tighter…..suddenly the alarm goes off……Ragini jumps up…..

Ragini : Ranvir….ab mujhe jana hoga…..dekho kitni der ho gayi hain….

Ragini tries to free herself and leave…..but Ranvir wont let her go…..he keeps holding her tight…..

Ragini : Ranvir….please mujhe chhodiye…..dekhiye….der ho jaayegi…..

Ranvir : hon jaane do….ab to hamari shaadi bhi ho gayi hain….ab toh mujhe official permission hain ….tumhe aapne paas rakhne ke liye…….

Ragini smiles…..she again tries to free herself…..

Ragini : please…mujhe tayyar bhi hona hain…...dekhiye……mein kuchh hi der mein vapas aajaungi…..chai lekar….

Ranvir : un hun(like sayin 'no' types)……chai Shankar kaka bana lenge…..

Ragini : dekhiye …please mujhe jaane dijiye…..

*Meanwhile in the kitchen……

Sadhana and Ambika are getting breakfast ready…..just then Alekh comes down…..

Alekh : dost…..Chhoti Ma……yeh Ranvir ab tak niche kyun nahin aaya??…….dekho kitna late ho gaya hain…..mujhe usse baat bhi karni hain…..

Ambika and Sadi both look at each other and start giggling……

Alekh : kya hua?? aap log aise hass kyun rahein ho??……tsk…..aap log na rehne do…..mein khud hi jaakar Ranvir ko bula lata hu…..

Sadi : Alekhjii ….aap…..

Ambika : Alekh…..

Both Sadi and Ambika say it together….they are trying to stop Alekh but he goes away before they can say anything to him…..

*Meanwhile in RagVir's room……

Ragini : Ranvir please jaane do…..

Ranvir : nahin…..(he pulls her close…..his face close to her face…..suddenly……outside their room….Alekh's voice….he is banging on their door….)

Alekh : Ranvir…..Ranvir…..mujhe tumse baat karni hain……yeh darwaza kyun lock kiya hua hain??…..kholo na…..Ranvir…..dost ki jiji …..tum hi darwaza khol do….Ranvir…..dost ki jiji….tsk….koi meri baat sun nahin raha…..

Inside the room……Ranvir looking at Ragini with an 'ab kya karein….yeh kya ho gaya….ab toh jaane dena hi hoga' expression on his face…..Ragini looks at him and starts smiling/laughing….

Alekh : dost ki jiji…..tum andar ho na…..mujhe pata hain….mujhe tumhari hasne ki awaaz aa rahi hain…..darwaaza khol do na……mujhe Ranvir se milna hain….baat karni hain…..

Ragini frees herself from Ranvir…..he tries to hold on to her….but she somehow manages to free herself…..she goes to the door and unlocks it…..Ranvir meanwhile slumps off on the bed the expression on his face is like 'there is no more hope now…..ab aur koi umeed nahin hain baki'

Ragini at the door about to leave……Ranvir looks at her with longing…..while Alekh is trying to get Ranvir's attention towards himself…..Ragini smiles/laughes/giggles and leaves the room…..

Alekh : Ranvir…..tum udhar darwaze ki taraf kyun dekh rahein ho??…..idhar dekho na …..mujhe tumse bohot important baat karni hain….

Ranvir now focusses his attention onto Alekh now that Ragini has left……

**Next scene in the kitchen ……

Ragi , Sadi and Ambi all together…. along with Shankar kaka and other servants……

Ragini (to Shankar kaka) : aap rehne dijiye na……main kar lungi…..

Ambika(to Ragini) : Ragini tum idhar aao…..baki ka kaam Shankar kaka kar lenge…..

Ragini : nahin woh mein…..

Ambika : chalo tum idhar aao…..tumhe itna kaam karne ki zaroorat nahin hain…..(Ambika smiles at Ragini)

Ragini goes to her……

Ambika : hum yeh chai ka tray Govind ke haathon tumhare aur Ranvir ke room mein bhijwa rahein hain….tum bhi wahi pe chai pi lena…..aur phir baad mein neeche aa jana breakfast ke liye ….ok ??……(Ambika smiles at ragini……Ragini nods her head in a yes whith a smile on her face….BTW….Govind is the name of another servant…..my invention….i really don't know the names of any other servant in the Rajvansh house other than Shankar…..Vasu itne baar uska naam le le kar apna gala phhadti rehti hain)

**Next scene……in RagVir's room……(BTW Saniha…..iv added this just for u……becoz u wanted to see this scene soooooo much )

Ranvir standing alone in his room…….Alekh has left by now….… Ranvir is getting ready to go and have a bath…….just then Govind brings in the tea tray……Ranvir asks him to place it on the table……servant leaves…...Ranvir goes to the cupboard and gets the towel out of the cupboard……he is about to enter the bathroom….but stops suddenly……..he hears Ragini coming towards the room…….he has a mischievous grin on his face …..he snaps his fingers……idea !!!……he leaves the towel behind on the bed….and goes into the bathroom…..

Ragini enters their room……

Ragini(thinking to herself) : yeh Ranvir kaha chale gaye??….(she looks around the room…..sees Ranvir's clothes ready on the bed….she then realises that he has gone in to have a bath….) oh! nahane gaye hain……(she gets the tea ready…..)

Suddenly…..Ranvir's voice comes from within the bathroom…..

Ranvir : waha par koi hain??(nautanki)

Ragini : kya hua Ranvir?? Main hun yahaan par…..

Ranvir opens the door of the bathroom a bit…..his voice is heard…..

Ranvir : oh Ragini….tum ho….thank god tum ho yahaan par…..actually mein apna towel lene bhul gaya tha…..tum zara de dogi…..shayad bed par hi padi hain….

Ragini looks around….sees the towel on the bed…..picks the towel up and goes to give it to Ranvir….

Ragini : yeh lijiye Ranvir …..aapka towel……

Ranvir has only his hand outside the bathroom…..Ragini hands him the towel…..and mauke ka fayda uthakar….Ranvir grabs her hand and pulls her into the bathroom…..and then …..and then ……and then……and then use your imagination yaar !!!!

Ranvir taking out shirts from his cupboard and putting them against himself and showing them to ragini….for her opinion…..Ragini sitting on the bed……all ready and dressed up……

Ranvir : yeh kaisa hain??….thik hain ??

Ragini : ummm….thik hain…..par aap kuchh mujhe batayenge ke hum kahan ja rahein hain…..

Ranvir puts aside the shirts…..bends over and puts his arms on ragini's shoulder…..looks at her and….

Ranvir : patience my dear patience…..sabr ka phal meetha hota hain…..samjhi mrs.wife ?? (he puts a quick finger on the tip of ragini's nose/touches the tip on her nose lightly…)

Ragini puts her hands on his arms which are on her shoulders….

Ragini : haan mr.husband ….samjhi…..(she blinks her eyes while saying samjhi….u know the way she usually does….)

Ranvir goes through umpteen shirts and then at long last finalises one and dons it……he puts it on ….he is before the mirror…..ragini is sitting on the bed …..her reflection in the mirror…she is looking at ranvir in the mirror…...he is looking at his reflection and adjusting his collar…..and then looks at ragini in the mirror and raises his eyebrows at her…..like asking "how is it??",…..ragini nods her head and signals with her fingers as 'very nice' …I mean when u put the index and thunmb finger together and the rest of the three fingers aloof etc…..for saying very nice …very pretty etc …..

Ranvir now ready….to ragini….. "chalo"

Ragini : par kahaan ??

Ranvir : areey chalo toh sahi….

Ragini : par…. par….

He is gently dragging her towards the door…..then stops….she still has a confused expression on her face……he then stops suddenly….turns around…..looks at her…..and says….."kyun tumhe nujh par bharosa nahin hain??"

Ragini looks into his eyes with deep love and says "apne aap se bhi zyaada…..akhein bandh karke vishwaas kar sakti hun main aap par…."

Ranvir gets all lovey-dovey seeing ragini's expressions and grabs her face…..and is just about to move his face closer to hers….but then all of a sudden he stops……and then jerks back….lightly though…..

Ranvir : Ragini….tum bhi na…..dekho sab bhula diya….

Ragini : maine ??

Ranvir : haan tumne…..main yaahan par tumhe chhat pe le jaane ka plan kar raha tha…..aur tumne mujhe sab bhula diya….

Ranvir turns away from her…..looks to the other side with his back to her….crosses his arms and assumes a gusse wala expression…..with slight nautanki-ish looks…..like nautanki-ish gussa…. :D

Ragini comes up from behind and puts her chin on his shoulders and says….. "achha to janaab mujhe chhat par le jaane ka plan bana rahein the??….hmmm…kyun ???"

Ranvir suddenly realises that he has let the cat out of the bag…..his surprise has been revealed…..he sticks his tongue out like sayin "arrey what have I done" sorts……

Ranvir turns around faces ragini….."woh ….main….woh…..ufff ragini tum bhi na…..ek secret rakhne nahin deti….."

Ragini : arrey…..maine kya kiya ??…..baat toh aapke muh se nikal gayi…..arrey….meri kya galti hain??

Ranvir: haan tumhari galti hain…..lagta hain tumse main kabhi kuchh bhi secret nahin rakh paunga…..

Ragini goes close to him…..puts her arms on his shoulder in the same way that he had put his arms on her shoulder earlier while selecting shirts in their room…..

Ragini : chhupaenge bhi kaise……aapke dil ki har baat ko mere dil tak pohochne mein der thodi na lagti hain……samjhe mr.husband??…..

Ranvir puts his hands on her arms….like she had done earlier….

Ranvir : samjha mrs.wife….

Both are now facing each other BTW….and both put their heads together…..and burst out laughing…..

Ranvir then covers her eyes with his hands/palms and leads her onto the terrace…..

All members of RV family eating dinner…..Ragini n Sadhana r helping around the table……but Ranvir is not there…..

Alekh to sadi : dost…..kya ar rahi ho tum…..ao na…..tum bhi baitho….khana kha lo….chalo chalo…..

Sadhana : alekh ji…..who aap sab log kha lijiye phir main aur jiji ek saath kha lenge…..

Alekh : nahin ….tum abhi baitho….chalo baitho…..varna main bohot angry ho jaunga…..Chhoti Ma kehti hain aise khana saamne ho toh kha lena chahiya ….aise nahin karoge na toh khane ka…..ap-ap-apmaan hota hain……

Ragini to sadi : haan sadhana….jiyaji(if uv noticed she usually says jiyaji rather than jijaji LOLs :D) thik keh rahein hain…..tum kha lo na….

Sadi : par jiji…..aap ne bhi toh ab tak khana nahin khaya…..

Ambika : sadhana….ragini…..tum dono abhi baith jao……kaafi der ho chuki hain…..kha lo….

Ragini : woh chhoti ma…..woh jab ranvir aayenge toh main unke saath kha lungi….

Inderjit : ragini …..par ranvir ko office se aane mein kaafi der lag sakti hain…..who us naye project par kaam kar raha hain….toh ho sakta ahin ke who office mein hi kha le…..tab tak tum dinner kar lo……

Ragini looking a bit confused n laachaar…..she doesn't know what to do…..she cant say no to the elders….but at the same time she wants to wait for ranvir too……inder sees the expression on her face n says with a smile on his face……"achha thik hain…*smiles*…..tum ranvir ke aane par uske sath hi khaa lena…..ok??"…..ragini nods her head in a yes…..with a big,bright smile on her face…..

After a while…..sabka dinner khana over…all have left the dining room except ragini,sadhana and ambika……Ranvir has not come home as yet….

Ambika : Ragini tum kha lo abh….ranvir ko lata hain der ho jaayegi…..

Sadi : haan jiji….Chhoti Ma thik keh rahi hain…..aap kha lijiye….ranvirji shayad kissi kaam mein phaas gaye hain….

Ragini is about to say 'no… I'll wait for ranvir' itne mein….ranvir arrives….

Ambika : yeh lo Ranvir bhi aa gaya…..

Ragini is picking up the plates and looks up from the plates n sees ranvir….her eyes brighten up n she has a beaming smile on her face……

Ranvir walks up to the dining table……he puts his briefcase on the table…..

Sadhana : aaiyein devarji……aap hi ka intezaar ho raha tha……(in a mock serious…. teasing sorta way)

Ranvir just gives a smile in reply to Sadi…..he then looks at Ragini and mimes to her "bhookh lagi hain"…..she looks back at him and smiles …she nods a yes in reply and gets to work getting the food ready…..Ambika and Sadhana notice this akhon akhon mein baatein and understand and look at each other knowingly with a smile on their faces….then Ambika speaks….

Ambika : chalo ab tum log jaldi se khaana kha lo….kaafi der ho chuki hain…..

Ranvir gives a smile in reply to Ambika…(the way he often/usually does)….

Sadhana to Ragini : jiji…..aap aur Ranvirji dinner kar lijiye….main chalti hoon….Alekhji mera wait kar rahe honge….(she says all this with a smile on her face)

Ragini nods her head in a yes to Sadhana with a smile on her face (the way she usually does)

Ambika and Sadhana leave…..now RagVir alone in the kitchen/dining area…..Ranvir gets into a shararati mood…..Ragini is at the microwave….heating stuff up……Ranvir comes over from behind and holds her in a tight hug …..Ragini gives a surprised smile……..he gives her a quick peck on the cheek…… and then stands there hugging her from behind…. while his cheek is against her cheek……Ragini speaks…..

Ragini : kya kar rahein ho Ranvir…..chhodo na…..dekho kitna kaam baaki hain…..chhodo na…

Ranvir : un hun (like saying no)…..kyun tumhare husband se zyada zaroori hain kya yeh sab kaam??…

Ragini : haan hain……abhi abhi toh aapne kaha ke aapko bhookh lagi hain…..aur ab jab usska intezaam kar rahi hoon toh ab aapko romance sooja hain…..jaaiyein….

Ranvir ends the hugs and comes and stands close to her ….while leaning on the kitchen platform/top all the while….leaning backwards…..not forwards….so that he is resting with his elbows on the kitchen top and facing/looking at Ragini…..

Ranvir : haan yeh baat bhi sahi hain….bhook toh mujhe bohot zoron ki lagi hain….

Ragini pulls him up by the lapel of his suit/coat into a standing position from his earlier leaning posture…..

Ragini : toh jaaiyein janaab….jaldi se jaake fresh ho jaiyein tab tab mein khaana garam karke dinner ready kar leti hoon (BTW when she says "tab tak" she blinks her eyes with slight nods of her head sideways ….left n right….the ways she usually does…..like when she is saying something like "aapki pyaari ragini" or smthing like that)

Cut to next segment of the scene…..RagVir are now seated at the dining table….eating….Ranvir is feeding Ragini a nivala apne haathon se…….he lifts the nivala….takes it toward ragini and nods hi head like sayin "here u go…now open ur mouth"….rgaini eats…..then she feeds him a nivala too….…and both are looking at each othey with an expression of love in their eyes…….

Cut to next segment of scene…..Dinner over……both are clearing up the table….Ranvir goes n keeps a pile of vessels in the sink….and then ragini comes up from behind and now its her turn to pile vessels into the sink….as she is putting the plates into the sink….Ranvir comes up from behind….holds her in a hug across the shoulders….and says …. "mixed vegetable ki sabzi bohot hi achhi bani thi"…..Ragini turns her head back and looks at him with a beaming smile with a slight questioning expression on her face….she turns around and faces him….

Ragini : aapko kaise pata ke mixed vegetable ki sabzi maine banayi thi??….

Ragini si now facing him….Ranvir puts his arms on her shoulders and slightly leans in on her…..

Ranvir : Ragini ….tumhe shayad yeh baat yaad nahin hogi ke main aapka pati hun….(in a slightly mock serious way) aur mujhe apni patni ke haathon banayein hue khaane ka swaad pata hain…..(he smiles at her and gives her a quick raise of the eyebrows…..)

Ranvir now straightens up and stands in a straight manner and is no more leaning…..her takes both her palms in his own and raises them close to his face and then kisses her palms….) he says…. "main in haathon ka swaad kaise bhool sakta hun jinpar mere naam ki mehendi lagi thi"……he smiles at her….she smiles back…..

Ragini : oho….toh janaab aaj bade hi romantic mood mein hain…..(he is still holding her hands/palms)

Ranvir then lets go of her hands/palms and holds her around her waist and tries to lean in on her…..

Ranvir : aaj matlab??……main toh har waqt hi romance ke liye ready hota hoon…..

Ragini : achha aisi baat hain kya? (with a slight mocking….. gesture in a fun sorta way)

Ranvir nods his head in a yes and tries to lean in more and starts with his 'mission kiss'……Ragini pushes him back…..and runs away…..he runs after her…..they run up the stairs….ranvir chasing ragini….and bhaagtein bhaagtein they enter their room…….they are stil playing pakda-pakdi around the room…..ragini trying to save herself from being caught…..she is dodging his hold and running around furniture n stuff…..bhaagtein bhaagtein ranvir finally catches up with ragini and grabs her jhatke se…..but in the moment of catching her….he holds her with such a jhatka that the both of them topple onto the bed with ranvir still holding ragini …….both of them burst out laughing……and then suddenly their eyes meet…..staring competion starts…..and then….candles bujh jaati hain…..

Scene 1 – college library

Excel college……its way past college time……very few students r there in the college…..Mn have stayed bak to study…..Mayur in library…..nupur sitting with her face/cheeks resting on her hands(her hands are fisted)….staring at mayank a bit dreamily….mayank is sitting acroos the table that they r sharing….he is totally engrossed in his books…..studying n making notes….he raises his head suddenly and looks at nupur….nupur hurriedly stops her staring spree and looks mock-attentively at the book before her…….she appears to be making notes diligently with her toungue sticking out a little as she pays 'attention' to her work…...mayank gives an approving smile…..a hairlock is kinda troubling nupur and she is blowing it away from her eyes in an absentmimded manner as if completely engrossed in her study…..mayank contines his smile and removes the lock of her from her forehead…..she looks up at him and gives a thanku sorta smile and then looks back to her books…..he gives another charming approving smile and turns his attention back to his books……nupur then raises her one eyebrow and looks at him sneakily through the corner of her eye…..as she finds him back to his being engrossed in his books…..she resumes her dreamily staring session….she thinks in her head "cute boy"….and crinkles up her nose as she says this in her head…..suddenly mayank quips up…..

Mayank : nupur ?? (addressing her )…..kal tumse jo chapter padhne ke liye kahaa tha uske notes tumne banaa liye hain na ??….

Nupur : (all flustered)…..huh?? notes??….(then remembers)…..haan haan pad liye the…..notes bhi bana liye the (slight guilt in her voice)

Mayank : good…..kyunki who chapter bohot hi important hain….usse questions zaroor aayenge…..

Nupur : hmmm(bak to dreamy mode…..shez not really sure whats shez hmm-ing to…..but since his statement needs a reply….)

Mayank : ek kaam karte hain…..tum mere notes lekar jaana aur main tumhare…..iss ek all round study ho jayegi uss chapter ki…..

Nupur : hmmm…..

All this while mayank was staring at his books while talking to nupur….but he suddenly realises that nupur's "hmms" sound a bit lost and vacant…..he looks up at her…..

Mayank : nupur….tum sun rahi ho na main kya bol raha hun??

Nupur wakes up from her dreamy state…..

Nupur : um….h-haan haan sun rahi hun….tum notes ke bare mein bol rahein the….

Mayank : good….to main keh raha tha ki kal jo chapter tha woh…..

Nupur cuts in….

Nupur : mayank chhodo na yeh sab padhai ki baatein…..yeh sab to hota hi rahega…..aur xams toh ab bohot dur hain…..chalo na kahin ghoomne chalte hain…..

Mayank : lekin har roz ke notes ki study agar regularly ki jae toh exams ke pehle problem nahin hogi…..kyun thik keh raha hun na ??

Nupur : haan haan….baat sahi hain…ekdum sola aane sach…..par is waqt mera mood bilkul nahin hain yeh sab padhai wadhai karne ka…..chalo na….kahin chalte hain…..

Mayank : nupur….dekho tum….(trying to dter her from the ghoomne jaane wala idea and steer her attention bak to the books)

Nupur: kya dekhu??(all annoyed)…..tum hi bolo main kya dekhu??….tab se toh dekh rahi hun ke tumhe in kitabon ke sivaye aur kuchh nazar nahin aa raha…..saamne mashooqa baithi hain aur tum ho ki……by god !! agar yeh morena hota na…..toh ab tak toh ladko ki line lag gayi hoti…..aur tumhe….tumhe toh meri quadar hi nahin hain…..hmph !!

Nupur looks away….muh phulae hue…..

Mayank smiles to himself at the cute n innocent gussa his girlfriend…..

Mayank : (indulgently)achha thik hain….batao….kahan jana hain….

Nupur….stops he muh phulana….turns and looks at him…her eyes bright n sparkling with excitement…..

Nupur : SACHHI ??!!

Everyone in the library turns around to look towards the direction of their table….nupur realises that shes yelled out loud innapproprately stick her tongue out a little and shrugs her shoulders in a gesture which says "oops"…. and mimes sorrys arouns to all and then to Mayank too….mayank meanwhile has an expression on his face which says "uff…is ladki kya mein kya karoon?"

Nupur : (in a quieter tone) sachhi??!!…..toh chalo….

Mayank : par kahaan??

N begins to drag him up from his chair by his arm….

N: tum chalo toh sahi….

M : ek minute….

He begins to gather up all the books and then picks up most of them and isharofyes nupz to pick up the remaining…..she does so with a huge smile on her face….coz hez agreed to go out…..they return the books at the librarian's desk and then walk out of the library…..she is almost pulling him out by the arm in her excitement….

M: nupur hum kahaan ja rahein hain?….

N: by god !! ….kitne sawaal poochhte hon tum….. tum chalo toh…tumhe khud ba khud pata chal jaega….

M agrees to tag along without ne further questions

As they reach the gate of excel cllg…..they stop suddenly…..its pouring cats n dogs ……n there seems to be no chance of going out……

M: oh god…..ab toh baarish bhi shuru ho gayi hain….lagta hain luck hamara bahar jaane ke favour mein nahin hain….

M says this sentence and then looks at nupz…..her face is totally downcast….

N : (slightly murmuring) …tsk…lagta hain hamara bad luck hi kharab hain….

M: tumne kuchh kahaan??

N: nahin…(in a small disappointed voice)

They turn around and move bak into the cllg campus….

M: waise tumhara kahan jaane ka plan tha??

N: college se thodi dur woh crossing hain na….wahaan par….

M gives an enquiring look…..as if saying "kyun?"

N replies : who wahaan par ek naya thela laga hua hain…..aur maine dekha tha subah aate waqt….. wahaan par ekdum chatpate dahi bhalle milte hain….ekdum morena ke dahi bhalle jaise….(she smacks her lips with the mere thought of the delicious dahi bhalles)…..chatpate aur masaledaar…..(her face n eyes all bright while describing the delicois food…..but all of a sudden her face is downcast…all murjhai hui si)….lekin ab kya phayeda…..is stupid baarish ko bhi abhi girna tha na…..(gritting her teeth slightly at the baarish while saying this)

M(smiling indulgently and trying to pacify her): ok ok…..toh kya hua aaj tumhare morena waalw dahi vade nahin kha sake…..kissi aur din kha lenge…..

N: lekin mera toh aaj man tha khaneka….

M: ok iss waqt toh woh nahin ho sakta …..to phir ek kaam karte hain….

N (still downcast): kya?

M: morena ke dahi vade na sahi…..chinu ka special sandwich toh kha sakte hain….mumbai style….(saying this with a big grin….looking at her all the while…..trying to cheer her up)

N : hmm *sigh* ab aur kya kar sakte hain…..(brightening up a bit)……waise chinu ke sandwiches bhi kuchh kam nahin hain…..by god !!…..sochte hi muh mein paani aa gaya….(by now she has started grinning)

M too is happy to see her dejected mood gone…..

M: toh chale??… (he offers his arm to her)

N(she links her arm through his arm and….with a big smile and a nupur ishtyle jerk of the head ) :Chalo….

They go on towards chinu's canteen….

Scene 2 – at chinu's canteen

MN have just finished their sandwiches ……

N: by god!….mazaa gaya….(turns n looks towards the canteen counter and talks to chinu) chinu bhaiya….aapke haathon mein toh jaadu hain…..kya mazedaar sandwiches banaye hain aapne….

Chinu smiles in appreciation (I wanted to make him say smthing in reply….but I had no idea as to what he would/could say….not got much of an idea of his vocabulary)

M : oh god !!

N( turns round quickly) : kya hua ??!!

M: main toh bhool hi gaya tha….mujhe library se ek book issue karna tha…..joh topic hum ab pad rahein hain uske reference ke liye who book bohot hi important hain…..main abhi aata hun….

He leaves the canteen for the library….

N(flustered/aggravated…calls after him…) : par mayank….mayank…..ma….dhat !!….(speaking to herself)….yeh ladka bhi na….by god !!!…..saamne GF baithi hain aur usse library ke kitabon ki padi hain……aane do na….dekhne kaise khabar leti hum…..usse bhi toh pata chale….nupur bhushan bhi kya cheez hain….

Scene 3 – college corridor

N is at the door of the canteen …..she decides to step out….stands leaning on the ledge of the corridor balcony(just imagine there is one)…..thinks for a while na then raises herself up on to the ledge and sits on it…..its still raining outside…..she puts her hands/palms out and gathers the rain in her palms and chidkaoes it…..(u know playing with the rain n all)…..she has a cute look of innocence on her face all the while….she crinkles up her nose and laughs with a tinkle in her voice…..suddenly…..she leans to far….and is about to slip off the ledge……M comes up suddenly out of the blue almost….he grasps her arms with all his might and pulls her bak with a sudden jerk……shez off the ledge now …shes got her hands on his shoulders…..she is staring at him….with a shocked expression(note : this is not a passionate staring competition I mean when I say 'staring'…..she is staring at him wich shock I her eyes….coz she was about to have a near death fall and is stunned a bit by the same….that kinda staring….)……M on the other hand has an expression of anger on his face…..he is frowning….he is mad at her….. in the sense of speaking pointedly ….grtting his teeth sorts…..not screaming……

M : tumhara dimaag kharaab ho gaya hain kya???…….KYA kar rahi thi tum???

N (still a bit stunned….she hasn't gathered her bearings as yet) : huh…kya ….who ….main…..(speaking in broken sentences)

M(still gritting his teeth) : tumhe hosh bhi hain kya ke tum kya kar rahi thi…..main agar time pe nahi aa jata toh …..

N : woh ….mayank ….main…who….barish thi…..aur….woh …main…aur….aur….

M(raising his voive a bit) : aur kya ??

N suddenly has tears in her eyes….

N(a bit in her usual nautanki/OTT style of talking) : aur kya??….aur kuchh nahin…..*sniff* *sniff*….ek toh main maut ke muh se bach kar aayi hun…..aur tum mujhe dilasa dene ke vajaye mujh par baras rahein ho…..

M(sarcastically) : nahin nahin….mujhe toh tumhari pooja karni chahiye….aarti utarni chahiye….ke nupur bhushan ji ne mujhe unhe maut ke muh se bachane ka sunehra mauka diya…..hain na ??(sarky expressions on his face)

M lets go of N's arm and walks off in a huff…..N follows him….running after him…bak to her chulbuli self…..

N : arrey Mayank ….suno toh….

She catches up with him…..now walking by his side…..

N : bilkul….tumhe toh mera shukriyada karna chahiye……ke maine tumhe nupur bhushan ki jaan bachakar hero banneka mauka diya…..mujhe maaf kar dijiyega ke maine iss mauke ki ehmiyat ko pehle nahin samjha…..

M stops walking suddenly….N to thus comes to a sudden halt…….

M(joining his hands at her and in a sarcastic tone) : shukriya nupur ji….ke aapne mujhe yeh mauka diya…..main aapka yeh ehsaan kabhi nahin bhulunga….

M walks off again….N standing at her positing….giggles in a chulbuli way and then runs up to catch up with him…..

N(in a dramebaaz style) : achha….achha…maaf kiya….(in her usual style of talking) by god mayank !!…agar yeh morena hota na….toh ladko ki line lag jaati nupur ki madad karne ke liye……aur tum ho ke…..aur vaise bhi tum toh aa gaye the na…..ekdum filllllmy hero ki tarah…..(again in dramebaaz style….as if narrating a script with full emotions n gestures)…..style se…aaye….aur meri baahein pakdi…..aur mujhe maut ke muh se bacha liya…..(jumps a little…..claps her hands……and giggles excitedly)…..by god mayank!!….tum toh bilkul hero nikle….

M(stops in his tracks….turns towards her and says with a serious tone) : aur agar main wqt par nahin pohoch pata toh??…..

N(in a careless/reckless tone): toh??….toh kya??……zyada se zyada kya hota??…..tum nahin aate toh……(she turns and looks at his face…..she is about to finish the sentence but decides against it…..seeing the absolutely serious ….don't mess wth me expressions on his face…..)…..ok ok…sorry sorry sorry….

M (he looks at her with a serious/earnest/genuine expression): tumhe har cheez mazak lagti hain na?….agar aaj tumhe kuchh ho jata toh?…tumne kabhi socha hain mera kya hota?….

N (she senses the expression in his eyes and in his voice…..at a loss for words….) : woh …mayank…..main ….woh…..

M turns away…..he cant seem to maintai eye contact…..N runs a bit and faces him…..he is looking away…..she holds his face gives it a pull and turns his face towards her…..

N(her voice still has her usual chulbuliness…..but there is a sense of concern for M's feelings in her voice…..so its not at its usual high pitched level……usual chulbuliness in a softer tone….) : achha baba…..maine sorry bola na…..dekho ab main kaan bhi pakad rahi hun…..(he is still khafaa)….achha toh phir….main uthak baithak bhi karun??……(starts to uthak baithak..)…..yeh lo….ek….d…(she isn't really squatting just bending her knees with a dramebaaz expression on her face like sayin " kya kya papad belne padte hain pyaar mein"…...he looks at her …..and suddenly bursts into a sweet smile…..the kind he gave in the barn scene when she said "cuteboy" to him…..the love reflects in his eyes(note:that does not mean he is sending out loverboy looks….just that the sincerity of his emotions is evident in his eyes)…..N sees him smile…..and stops her uthak baithak…relieved…..M is walking forward …stil smiling….N stops her nautaki uthak baithak and catches up with him….they r walking side by side….no words r being exchanged…..N raises her eyebrows sort ans looks aup at him thru the corner of her eyes…..in a mischievious nautanki way…..with a mock-serious expression on her face…..her hands behind her……M looks at her….she looks away immediately as if….. "who me??…..I was not looking at u…."……M gives that smile again……her takes her hand and and links it thru his arm…..N looks at him….with a full n bright smile…..her hand/arm which is closer to him is linked thru his arm….she then holds his arm with her other hand as if hugging his arm…..her head resting on his shoulders for a second during the arm hug…..they walk towards the canteen…as they reach the canteen they maintain a bit of a distance and assume more serious expressions…...pick their stuff up……leave the canteen…..the reach N's house…..M has dropped her home….

Scene 4 - right before nupr's/dia's house ka main door…

M: achha toh phir…kal milte hain….

N : bilkul ji….aapka hukum sar akhon par (gesturing salaam whil saying this in dramebaaz style)

M smiles….so does N…..

M turns to go away…..stops…turns toward her….

M : achha suno…..(N looks up brightens …thinks he is about to do some sorta romantic gesture…)

M(continues) : aaj jo chapter pada humne uske notes bana lena……kal hum milke notes compare kar lenge…..

N's face falls….disillusioned expression on her face as if thinking 'great !!….main kya soch rahi thi aur kya hua'…that sorta expression….

M(continuing) : tum sun rahi ho na….

N(disgruntled): hm hm….sun rahi hun….aur kuchh….

M : haan aur jo point maine bataye the un par zyada dhyan dena…..aur kal aakar mat kehna ke main notes nahin khatam kar payii kyunki main shahrukh ke sapne dekhne mein busy thi….aur….

N (irritated) : haan haan…..samajh gayi….(she turns towards the door….to enter the house)

M(from behind): aur suno….

N: ab kya….

M : kal umbrella lana mat bhoolna….varna aaj ki trah phir se baarish mein phas jaege….

N: haan haan….nahin bhoolungi…….waise bhi ….mujhe koi shaukh nahin hain raveena tandon ki tarah baarish mein bheegne ka……(she turns away puts her hand to the door knob to open the dor….all the while muttering to herself….. " waise yeh mayank bhi na…..uss film mein akshay jitna sadu tha….yeh mayank toh uss se sau guna zyada sadu hain"……opens the door..enters ….waves a formal sorta bye to mayank and closes the door)

M waves bak to her…..as she closes the door….smiles to himself ….while shaking his head as if sayin…. 'yeh ladki bhi na….'….suddenly he stops…..a mischievous smile on his face….

N within the house…..she has just entered the house….doorbell rings….

N(irritated) : ab kaun kambakht aa tapka hain…..

She goes to the door…..opens….M standing there….N is a bit confused ….the expression on the face is a mix of confusion and irritation…..

N : Mayank ….tum….?

M : waise who idea itna bhi bura nahin tha…..kyun?(he raises his eyebrows at her like gesturing 'kyun?')

N is a bit confused as to what exactly it is that he is referring to….

N : idea??….kau--(about to say kaunsa) (she suddenly stops and rememberes her raveena wala comment…..her expression changes to a shocked/stunned expression…..gaping like a fish….M just smiles again….he turns and leaves…..N still staring ……M has left ….N still staring….jerks her expression into a change…..taps her head…..speaks to herself " muh badh kar le nupur…warna makhiya ghus jaengi")

Scene5 – in nupur n gunjan's room…..N at her writing desk /study table….

Later in her room…..she has changed into her nightsuit……studying hard….slogging away at the 'notes' that mayank has asked her to make……cribbing at all the hard work…..

N( to herself) : uff yeh mayank bhi na……ab kaunsa normal insaan itne bade chapter ka notes ek raat mein bana sakta hain…..aur phir notes thik se nahin banenge toh phir daant padegi….kahega ke main shahrukh ke bare mein soch rahi thi…….waise patah nahin usse shahrukh se kya problem hain…..(puts her pen down for a while and starts thinking bout shahrukh…..suddenly mayank's face comes before her eyes…..saying the previous idea wala sentence…..N smiles….shakes her head as if sayin…. 'yeh ladka bhi na….'

N(to herself): yeh mayank bhi na….isse samajhna bohot hi mushkil hain…..kab kya kahega…kab kya karega….kuchh samajh mein nahin aata…..(shakes her head again with deep breath/sigh…. as if sayin…. 'yeh ladka bhi na…..kya karun main iska….')

N smiles to herself at the idiosyncracies of her bf…..and takes to her books again…..engaging herself in the uphill task of chapter-padhkar-notes-banana that M has assigned to her…..
