Guys it was long back i updated so here is the recap.....

Recap: Muskaan helps rahul to get recovered...Rm spend good moments 2gether.....One & half yr passes very soon.....Now Rahul is perfect...Dr.Shasank tells him to join Goa Sanjeevani......RM very happy......Muskaan now dreams of becuming Mrs. Muskaan Rahul Garewal BT rahul wants a guy who is best for Muskaan He thinks he is not right for Muskaan........

Part 18:
Next morning:

Rahul was getting ready.....he looked in the mirror...he was nervous....he looked at his labcoat.....he wore it....he kept looking in the mirror.....

R- Kitne saaalon baad yeh lab coat pehena hai....Main bahut nervous hu...main jaanta hu ki mujhe sab aat ahi bt itne gap ke baad....No Rahul tu kar akta hai...Dr.Shashank ko tujhpe bharosa hai aur........Muskaan ko bhi......(sigh)Muskaan...i am sorry Muskii shayd main....tu bahut aachi hai bt main itna selfish nahi hu....Tu dekhna main tere liye itna aacha ladka launga ki tu mujhe bhul jayegi...woh tujhse itna pyaar karega ..jitna shayad main bhi tujhse nahi kar pata......

Clocked ticked......it was 8'o clock......he had to report

Rahul smiled.....

R- Dr Rahul Garewal back to work.......Dr. rahul..bahut aacha lagta hai sunne me......

Rahul was always before time.....MUJHE WAQT SE PEHLE AANA PASAND HAI.......

Its was 8.30 am & Rahul reported to Sanjeevani.......

He was surprised to see Muskaan also that too before him...her duities weree starting from 9 bt she was always late anywhere & everywhere.....

M(smiles)- Good Morning Dr.Rahul......yeh aapke liye....(she gives him a coin)

R- Sikka??? Yeh kya hai???

M- Tu bhul gaya???? KAmina......

R- Aaj ke din gaali toh mat de yaar.....

M- Aacha thek hai...bt tujhe yeh sikka yaad nahi...????

R- Well..um....NAHI....sorry.....

M- Yeh une mujhe diya tha jab hum pehli baar Sanjeevani aaye the.....this was reaally my lucky charm.....bt ab tu zindagi ki nayi shrurvat kar raha hai isliye yeh tere liye.....

R(remembers...he is happy she still has the coin Bt sad that perhaps she will not be able to forget him & move on)Wow.....yeh tere paas ab tak hai?? Mujhe laga ki....

M- Kya laga????

R- Nhai woh....

M- Teri di hui har ek cheez mere paas sambhalke rakhi hui hai Rahul.....

Rahul looks at her...he has tears in his eyes.....

Rahul looks down.....Muskaan is surprised......

R- Bt yeh tu mujhe degi toh tu kya karegi????

M(smiles)- Mera lucky charm toh mere saath hi hai.....

R(knows what she refers to bt pretends)- Matlab??? Main kuch samjha nahi....

M- Kuch nahi....(herself)Tu hai mera lucky charm Rahul...tere aate hi zindagi me naya mausam aaya hai...I love u Rahul...love u alooooot......

R- Oye!!!! KAhan kho gayi????

M(blushes)- tere khayaool me.....

M- I mean ki..malab tera kya khalayal hai ki yeh dress theek hai???(pointing to her salwar suit)

R- Kya??? Tu mujhse apne drress ke liye advice le rahi hai??? Kabhi meri baat maani hai tune aaj tak????

R- Yes ab main sab theek kar dunga.......

Muskaan smiles seeing him go...

M- Ab sab theek ho jayega rahul.....SAb theek ho jayega......

Muskaan is walking backwards looking at Rahul.......

Meanwhile,

Wardboy is taking the oxgyen cylinder from behind Muskaan...she is unware lost in seing Rahul......her leg hits the cylinder &she is abt to fall.....she calls RAHUL!!! & closes her eyes.....

She knows now she will fall bt a strong grip helds her tight.....she smiles....shecould always rely on Rahul.......she thought she was in Rahul's arms....

Rahul turns & sees Muskaaan in another man's arms......
