Part 6-

There was a sudden rush of people in and out. Some waking the warden up, and some trying to get gunjan back to conciousness. Nupur was seen running here and there trying to find a teacher,, while samrat, rannvijay and benji sat and splashed water on her face.

The warden came out accompanied by 12 other children, with a look of complete shock on her face. She came and settled down beside gunjan, who wasn't waking up by the splashes of water.

(warden-w)

w- yeh sab kaise hua?

Samrat- actually yeh kaafi time se bol rahi thi ki isse chakkar aa rahe hai!

Warden looked up.

w- did she have something wrong in the party?

s- I have no idea, I was mostly with my sister.

w- chalo samrat, nupur help me take her back upstairs. And the rest of you can go back to your respective rooms.

Samrat, nupur and the warden carried gunjan upstairs to the room alongside all the girls who were murmuring and rushing behind them wondering what was happening to gunjan.

As soon as they entered the room, all the cloves and brats were with them. As soon as the warden went out to call the clinic teacher all the brats and cloves crowded around gunjan, each of them trying to touch gunjans head. All of them fighting each other off. Samrat on whos lap gunjans head was resting could feel his blood pressure increasing, even nupur was getting irritating by the increasing restlessness in the room.

All of them nearly started shouting.

Dia- OMFG. I hope shes fine.

Anne- shit whats happening.

Benji- I think someone is cursing the brats and cloves. Even mayanks not well.

Rv- exactly benji is right.

Jaco- yaar im getting scared.

Sheena- don't worry jaco, hold my hand.

Laksh- ya ya hold her hand.

Turvi- guys we should-

Dia- you know what shes got a high temperature.

Samrat- guys listen please-

Anne- ek second samrat. Isko fever hai to that's bad. What should we do!

Sheena- lets all pray.

Turvi- guys dheko. Stop acting dumb and-

Rv- oh so we are acting dumb. So what have you got to say we should do hun?

Uday- exactly tell us what should we do!

Nupur- guys all shes saying is-

Cj- shut up nupur. ya turvi, talk!

Turvi- guys main to bas-

Dia- forget It guys. Concentrate on gunjan please.

Sheena- ya as I was sayig lets all pray

Uday- ya chalo ill start- oh god, please save our friend.

Dia- exactly god. Please do something.

Anne- you know what ek baar this saadu guy told me that when someone has fever than you touch their head and say oommmm… and it helps!

Rv- chalo lets all do it.

And they all put their hands on gunjans face and started chanting madly-

'oooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!'

'oooommmmmmmmmmmm'

'oooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm'

loudest of the chants was from anne and dia.

They continued atlast till 3 more times, till samrat, nupur and turvi couldn't take it any longer.

Samrat- SHUTUP!!! NOOOOOOWWWWW! OR IM GONNA KIICCKK YOUR ASSES ONE BY ONE.

All of them are shocked by the sudden outburst.

Dia- samrat hum to bas-

Samrat- SHUT UP.

He sighed.

Samrat- please! And now guys please move your hands from her face and get up from the bed.

All of them got up and went 6 steps backward.

Samrat- good now, take your seats on the adjoing beds of the other girls, and no more chanting. Maintain silence till the warden comes back!

They all sat down on the beds like small kids.

Samrat took two or three deep breaths then he turned to anne and said-

'bahar is floor pe fridge hai. Udar jao aur ek hankey mein 2 ice cubes laga ke leke aao.'

Anne- par samrat-

Smart- NOW!

Anne- ok, ok! calm down im going!

She quickly went panting to the freezer to get the ice meanwhile mayank and nupur who were sitting on he same bed were fighting over the space.

Nupur- side hato mayank.

Mayank- tum side hato

Nupur- mayank dekho, side ho jao.

Mayank- tum jaisi chipkali ke liye itni jagah kaafi nahi hai?

Nupur- tum.. tumne mujhe chipkali kahaa. How dare you! Waise bhi main kya, tum jaise haathi ke saamne kisi ko bhi jagah nahi milegi.

Mayank- main koi haathi nahi hoon alright!

Nupur- then prove it you haathi. Side hato.

Mayank- nahi hatunga. Kya karlogi? Hun?

Nupur- kya kar loongi! Main batati hoon ki main kya karoongi!

And she kicked mayank so hard that he fell of the bunk tumbling.

Everyone in the room saw it and started laughing. Even samrat smiled.

Cj- nupur yaar your just too good!

Mayank quietly got up and rubbed his back side and was about to approach nupur when jaco got off the bed and went to mayank and started rubbing off the dust from his butt.

For which he got atleast 6 whistles, applause and an angry shove from mayank.

Anne, dia and sheena- chheeeee!!!

And the three turned to the other side of the room.

All the guys gave them whistles.

Meanwhile nupur gave mayank a smug look as she said- main jaanti thi kit um kuch aise hi hoge!

Samrat and turvi were sniggering and giving each other hi-fives when suddenly the warden came in with the doctor.

doc- move over from her.

she said pointing at samrat and turvi.

They quickly got up and stood with the warden. Meanwhile the doctor calmly checked up gunjan and gave her a injection when she was done gunjan slowly came back to conciousness. And she sat up.

Doc- main chaahti hoon ki tum jaao kal is teacher se milo and she handed her a paper which had a teachers name and a room no. aur please is baat ko aur kissi ko kal tak tumhe nahi batana hai. Is that clear!

Gunjan- par maam iski kya zaroorat hai?

Doc- beta ye tumhe ye teacher hi batayegi! At 2 o clock sharp, pahunch jaana

Gunjan- oh.. ok

Doc- theres nothing speacifically wrong with her, just mild fever

She said turning to the warden.

The warden nodded to this and they both left the room.

That night all 14 of them slept in gunjans room itself, making sure everything that gunjan needed was provided to her. although they all slept very clumsily, yet they managed somehow.

There were total 3 bunks, nupur and cj had got the other 3 bunks from their room. one the 1^st gunjan lay on samrats lap and turvi lay beside them. On the second was dia, anne and cj. Beside them on the third bunk was mayank who wasn't feeling well and had to be taken care of too, and laksh who was taking care of him. Beside them on the 4^th bunk were nupur and cj who couldn't sleep the whole night because of the continuous talks of mayank and laksh. It seemed mayank was more unwell than gunjan. So the entire night nupur sat and took care of mayank while laksh was sound asleep. On the fifth bunk was uday and benji who were continuously for the fifth time told not to snore by cj. And on the last bunk next to samrats was rv and jaco who didn't sleep, and had shifts with samrat of taking care of gunjan.

It was around 4 30 when samrat woke up. he went and sat beside nupur who hadn't slept the entire night.

Samrat- kya hua? Soyee nahi kya?

Nupur- neend nahi aayee sam.

Samrat looked down at mayank who was peacefully sleeping on nupurs lap.

Samrat- bahut bukaar hai kya?

Nupur- raat ko bahut tha. Ab temperature nahi lag raha hai mujhe.

Samrat sweetly pats her on her head as he puts his head on her shoulder.

Samrat- kya hua? Mood kharab lag raha hai!

Nupur- kuch nahi bas aise hi!

Samrat- kya hua? Kal bhi kaafi upset hoke party se gayee thi!

Nupur- tu hi bata samrat koi tujhse aise baat kare to tu kaise react karega. I mean had hoti hai yaar.

Samrat- mayank ko thoda waqt de. Im sure tum dono bahut acche friends ban jaoge!

Nupur- hmm..

Samrat- cheer up nups. Chal main jaake freshen hoke aata hoon, you guys carry on.

Nupur- samrat-, gunjan kaisi hai.

Samrat- shes hell loads better. Deep asleep.

Nupur- ok.

Samrat quickly went in and took a bath and came out looking completely fresh.

By the time he came out the guys had to come atleast 3 trips to the 1^st floor from where they had to get their clothes and other stuff.

After samrat, nupur went in. and turn by turn they all went. Some went in cj and nupurs room. and the rest in gunjans room. It was around 6 50 by the time they were all ready. Rushing here and there. The first to leave were samrat, nupur and gunjan. After them went cj, benji and anne. After them were dia, sheena and laksh. After them were turvi, rv, uday an jaco. In the end came mayank with another friend of his called sushim. Both of them had been in the same class till 9^th and had been the best iof friends. In 9^th their gand divided and sushim went in section 3 while mayank and jaco went section 2.

They both went together till their respective sections, in which time mayank told seushimm about nupur and how she had embarrassed him in front of everyone.

What mayank did not know was nupur had taken care of him the entire night while he was asleep.
