kunal, nimmo and krishna are about to reach the car when Kunal sees a beggar on the road with just a lungee on. Seeing this sight depresses krishna and she wonders why there is so much poverty around. She asks her dad to give these guys a job. and kunal agrees.
Kunal takes off his coat and walks over to the beggar, he puts the coat on the beggar and smies at his daughter. he tells his daughter - dont you think this coat looks better on him than on me?
Krishna smiles . She puts the fruits on the beggar plate and says haan now its complete
Krishna reminds her father that he has to give these beggar a job in his new factory when he opens up one.
kunal takes his daughter towards the car in his godee and they see some trees around. he tells krishna - tum jante ho, yeh tress itnee mazboot kyun hai. kyunki inke jadein majboot hain...and thats why .. krishna compltes the sentence saying they can withstand any storm just like my papa...
Kunal says righto...and wih his fingers touches his daughters nose and then prickles her as he holds her under his arms ...
Rishabh is laughing looking at this scene and he looks at nimmo - pata hai bhabhi, kunalk bhaiya ko abhi dekh kar aisa nahin lagta ki woh wohee kunal bhaiya jo paanch mahine pehle, krishna ke taraf dekhna bhi nahi chahte the...
Nimmo goes in flashback mode..... Nimmo goes in flashback mode to four months back...when kunal and she had one of their numerous fights..
The family was very tense as samar hadnt reached back home. It was pouring heavily outside and they had learnt that samar had thrown a party at the farm house and was driving back home drunk with five girls in the car.
Nimmo in a huff had left the house and Kunal went after her to bring her back. As it is there was alot of tension at home and he didnt want another tension at home.
Nimmo had walked for about 2 kms outside the house to the main road and she saw a black car swerving at neck break speed towards her. Kunl had screamed waaatch it....
Nimmo is awakened from her thoughts when she hears krisha say ..mama watch..
nimmo smiles and they look at Krishna new mickey mouse watch that her father has bought for her from the redi wala outside. Nimmo looks at kunal who just shrugs his shoulder and krishna gives her father another kiss before she jumps into the back seat of the car...
Kunal is sitting in front along with rishabh and nimmo is at the back with krishna. Kunal ofcourse keeps looking backl and is playing with his daughter. He has this goofy soft toy whch he has slipped in his hand and goofy is talking to Krishna!!
Nimmo is all smiles as Kunal refuses to hear a word about business from rishabh... Krishna is playing with her fatyher and telling him about her school experiences, how she bullied all the boys, gave them a punch when they tried to tease her, stepped on their foot, when they tried to make fun of her and beat them in cricket when they chal;lenged her saying girls cant play cricket...
nimmo looking at krishna and kunal and rishabh looks outside to god and says ..itnee mushkil se mujhe kushi milee hai...main jaanti hoon ki apko meri kushee nahin pasand aatee but please is bar mujhe meri kushiyon ke saath rehno do... no gadbad ok...
Nimmo goes to flashback mode to that rainy night..
kunal had screamed watch it and pushed nimmo away from the car. the car then went on to hit the pavement and then went and hit a tree. Kunal and nimmo then heard a scream near the pavement and went rushing there. As they reached the pavement, Kunals face turned rtowards the car as it was reversing after hitting the tree and he was shocked to see that it was samar in that car!
kunals thoughts then turned towards the lady who just said beti, musibat, ashram and died on the spot.
Kunal and nimmo took her to the hospital where she was declared bought dead. The pst mortem report clearly showed an accident and Kunal and nimmo filed an FIR with the police against Samar (kunal did this with trembling hands)
The next day the police came to arrest samar but samar had an alibi of his girl friend who was a judges daughter, hence he was left scott free.
Ths led to more tension between the two brotrhers when dada found out it was kunal who had filed the report. Kunal being a man of principles had refused to take back the complaint.
The next day nimmo and kunal went to the ashram where they found ot that the girl who died was one ms pamela iyyer with whom samar had an affair four years back. She was impregnated by Samar but was left in a lurch. The baby was born and bought up in the ashram. Howeer the ashram could only keep children upto the age of four after which she was sent a homeless home just trwo months back.
Kunal and nimmo got the address of the home and they saw the kid and fell in love with her. The kid was the most adoreable, bubb;y, chirpy and naughty chil;d they had seen in their lives. nimmo immediately fell for the girl and they decided to adopt the child but later after the tension subsided a bit.
Later in the evening, kunal and nimmo were talking about the child in the park and when they reached home, they realised that the kid had followed her home and was sneezing away. Kunal didnt want to bring her inside because of the tensions and moreover what would they say, if questions were asked. Nimmo said she would handle The kid was sneaked inside since she was shivering and all night nimmo and kunal took care of the child. they felt this special bond with this child.
The kid recuperated. However she was tro be sent back to the home as they couldnt keep her at home. The kid didnt want to go as she kept crying and said woh aurat gndi hai, mujhe maarti hai. Kunal wouldnt hear of it and wouldnt even look at the child..he refused to believe that the child could be his brother ..
Kunal anmd nimmo took her back with the promise that thery would come to meet her soon (much to kunala angst) However by the evening kunal was missing the child (he was putting his tie on, and remembere d how the child told him to put it on..kunal aftyer alot of thought put the tie, exatly the way krishna taught him to) and wanted to see the child, something which amazed nimmo.so they went to the home, with toys to see the child. They saw klrishna in her room running high temperature all bruised and cleaning up her room. Krishna saw them and was scared and it took a while for kunal to make krishna feel at easse. Kunals blood pressure boiled and both he and nimmo gave it to the warden, and told her to get out of the state and never show her fae again. the kids were shifted to a new home where kunal nd nimmo paid fpr the upkeep.
Krishna was bought home as the adopted daughter of kunal and nimmo - something which made dada and dadi very happy.
Kunal and nimmo sdecided that the secret of krishna would remain inside them forever and they will never blurt it out..
a month after krishna wasbought home due to the rising tensions, krishna was then sent to a boarding school Kunal would go everyu weekend to meet his daughter. However fir the last month and hakf he couldnt go.
Nimmo is awakened from her thoughts as the car stops at a red light.
nimmo looks at krishna who now fallen asleep on her lap and kunal is just looking at krishna ..

Kunal =- starts cracking up - accha bahana hai, mujhe yeh kehne ke liye main apnee beti ke taraf nahin, tumhare taraf dekhoon..
Nimmo - gets a hinbt of jealousy and says kunal and starts slapping him playfully..
kunal - accha accha - maste\i baad main... meri jaan th jayegii
rishabh is smiling from ear to ear..
At the light, there are a lot of vendors seling magazine and one of the mag had nimmo on the cover page..Kunal buys that magazine much to nimmos chargin and keeps looking at it.
He goes into a flashback mode and remermber how the mama had came one day and they re started the factory..he remrmbered starting the boutique his dadi once wanted him to demolish and he remebered how the single mothers of the basti worked over night to help him out..
He also went bavk to the time when abhay diod his complete make over of nimmo and nimmo modelled for him. Kunal smiled looking at the pictures on the font page..and he realised that nimmos eyes were as pretty as before when he first saw them and fell in love with them. He saw those eyes again and in the eyes where he first saw unanswered questins and yearnings , he now saw love and shine.
kunal smiled and he gets a message:
TIME FOR TAKE OVER OF SEHGAL INDUSTRY. ARE YOU INTERESTED.
kunal starts to laugh and says yeh dada ji bhi na...
rishabh gets a call and all e stops mid way saying whaat...

kunal - jhaan to, he takes the phone from kk ..

kunal - sehgal mansion nilaam hone jaa raha hai...
they have suffered a loss of 6 crores in business.
nimmo - kya.
kunal - haan yehi hi nahin... dada ji ka sms aaya tha..
nimo - dadaji ka ..
kunasl - kunal - haan asking if i was interested in taking over sehgal industries.
rishabh - bhai i think you should

nimmo - kunal - jo bhi ho, woh humare bade hain. aaj unko humaree zaroorat hai. is budapde main humare siva unka koi to nahin hai..

They reach homer and everyone greets krishna with open asrms, her nana, nani and everyubody else. She then wants to go and meet her dada and dadi but she is told to go there later in the evening.

Kunal - looks at his watch and realises that its 14t September tomorrow , nimmos birthday tomorrow and he wanted to be the first one to wish nimmo...
Kunal - rishabh and kanta ben, could you be with krishna today. mujhe aur nimmo ko ek dinner party main jaana hai

In the evening, Nimmo is looking extremely pretty with her hair open and wearing a red saree with a halter blouse. Kunal goes and hits hiomsekf against the wall. asnd everyone starts to laugh...
Kunal takes nimmo hands and they go in the car on this lonely road towards the forest....
Nimmo - yeh dinner party kahan hai
kunal - ek resort main..
they reach the resort and its extremely dark... there is a stream flowing next to the resort and there is a deck overlooking the stream...
Kunl blind folds nimmo and takes her inside... shhh kuch mat bolna nimmo..just hold my hand and trust me....
kunal is behind nimmo and he holds her by the waise as he makes her go forward ...there are candles all lit inside and there is a small table with two glasses and a bottle of champagne...there is sift light music playing...kunal then slowly removes the blind fold and nimmo is astounded and gasping...
Nimmo - Kunal..
Kunal - sshhh, putting his lips on her fingers,.he kisses nimmo on the forhead and then on the cheek, then he goes on the ended knees and takes out a platinum ring and puts it on his wife fingers..from behind, he behind her holding her from behind,...they both dance like that in that pose savouring the moment for a lfetimes..after words they go out to the deck..its a moon lit night and they have chapagne and fiood outside...
Its stil about 11 pm and there is an hour to go for 12..so kunal then tells nimmo to go for a drive and from the forest, they head back into town towards the beach area,....they reach the end of madh island... where on the beach, kunal puts a rug nimmo, tip toes on the sand barefooted her feet on kunal barefoot...and they slow dance imagining music ....Nimmo gently goes down and gives a peck to his wife on her lips at the stroke of 12 softly whispering in her ears happy birthday... they lay down on the rug and then indulge in a lil bit of love making in the private lonely beach
