Kuh Khaas Pal - Nimmo FF.

Back in the office, Nimmo is working hard on the tender. Vikrant & Kunal enter the office and Vikrant snaps his fingers towards her. Kunal is surprised that the flowers are not at nimmos table and is wondering whether she recieved it or not. He looks hear and there and nimmo looks up and says kuch dhoond rahe the sir.

Kunal - ignoring the question, Vikrant I forgot to tell you that naina smsed. She was trying to get in touch with you but just couldnt get through to you. Vikrant - oh shit kunal, I completely forgot. Mujhe Naina ko mocha mud pie mochas main khaane ke le jaana tha. Could you just discuss the tender with nimmo pls.

Vikrant – maam agar aap ka day dreaming khatam ho gaya hai, can you go and discuss the tender pls with kunal. mujhe ek zaroori kaam yaad aa gaya hai.

Nimmo – yes sir. She looks crestfallen at first on hearing nainas name but seeing the smile on Vikrants face lightens her up. She shakes her head and decides that its time she buries her pain.

Kunal – meet me in the cabin.

Nimmo – yes sir.

Nimmo takes the papers with her feverently hoping that nothing goes wrong. She looks up to God. And says haan main jaanti hoon ki tumhare aur mera ek special relationship hai. You like to see me cry and hurt and you love it when everything goes wrong with me but please aaj koi galti nahin. Yeh tender par maine kaam to kar liya hai. And pls galti nahin..mujhe kunal sir ke bhayankar gusse se baccha do.

Nimmo walks into Kunals Cabin and first bangs into the door. Kunal sees Nimmo banging herself, so he gets up and is engrossed reading a message. As he opens the door, nimmo blindly walks in and bumps into Kunal. The impact is such that the two fall on the floor , on top of each other. Nimmos tender papes all fall and as they make an attempt to get up, Nimmo falls again and kunal this time doesnt know what to do, save nimmo from falling or save his cell phone that might break as a result of him saving cell phone. he decides to save the former. Nimmo falls into Kunals arms and the two are lost in each others eyes for a minute. Kunal then realises that his cell phone has fallen so after he straightens nimmo up he asks her lagi to nahin. Nimmo says no sir thank you sir. as she looks up, she realises that kunal is there on the floor asking this question to his cell phone !!

Nimmo doesnt know whether to laugh or to cry and she looks up talking to god and says kar diya na mera chop. You just like making a fool out of me. Ab thank god kisse ne kuch nahin dekha. Nimmo realises that the tender papers have fallen on the floor. She is gathering the paper as an amused kunal looks on. Suddenly nimmo sees Kunal on the floor helping her with the papers.

nimmo - sir aap meri madat. nahin sir its ok sir main utha loongee. Kunal ignores her and continues to pick the papers. one paper is left and as both make an attempt to pick that bechara iklauta sa tender ka paper, they both end up banging their headss together.

Kunal - Ouch. Tumghara sir hai ya hathoda. Your hea is a tough nut to crack. but newys tumhe lagee to nahin

Nimmo - running her head. Sorry sir..no sir...

Kunal - sorry and nahin ke alava tumhare paas aur kuch shabad hai bolne ke liye.

Nimmo - no sir, I mean yes sir.

Kunal getting up. Ok sio about the tender - can we discuss this please.

Nimmo goes with the tender and her diary. She is explaining the finer details and the costiong and the objectives.She is telling him the pros and cons and the analysis she had done for the golden retreat project.

Kunal is impressed with Nimmos analytical skills. He knows that Vikrant was right and he knows that he can tke this risk and take nimmo on for this project. Nimmo had to next show some calculations to Kunal on a piece of paper and as she is taking the pen, she realises the pen doesnt work.

She shakes the pen and Kunal is telling her to let it be.Nimmo is arguing with Kunal and tells Kunal no sir, wait sir. This pen will just work. nimmo shakes the, pen and the ink falls on the tender papers. Kunal - nimmo i hope you have saved your work on your computer.

Nimmo - haan..yes sir.. as kunal croasses over to kunal to tll her to stop shaking the pen so much and to get another print out of the tender sheets, nimmo shakes the pen more and this time the ink of the pen falls on Kunals Shirt.

Kunal and nimmo both are flabbergasted.Nimmo OMG sir OMG sir. i'm so sorry sir.
Kunal - its ok nimmo. o what if its an ar,ani shirt. It doesnt matter..ek aur aa jayegi.

Nimmo - its not ok sir. Its all my fault. pata nahin main itni clumsy kyun hai. sab kuh galat jaa raha hai. Kuch nahin theek jaa raha. Come sir. Lets we wash some of these stains. Nimmo drags Kunal t the washroom and she tries to wash kunals shirt and ended up drenching him. She then slowly removes his shirt to dry it nd as she is removing the shirt much to kunals amusement, the washrooms door opens and who is standing at the door but dadi...

Nimmo is sitting on marive drive and is waiting for Kunal Sir to come. Its 10 pm and her back is facing the traffic. She can see the waves of the sea hit the rocks. Its high tide and with a sdden urge to dip her feet in the water, she gets up to clim down towards tge rock. As oon as she gets up, she is pulled and the impact is such that she falls ontop of kunal who falls on the floor and a happy oscar is busy licking kunal and then Nimmo. Nimmo and Kunal are lost in each others eyes till Nimmo doesnt realize that she is being licked.

Mrs Preet Sehgal tells him to forget all that. She tells him that she wants the loan of Rs 2,00,000 sanctioned to Nimmo to be cancelled. Kunal begs to differ there and starts arguing with his dadi..He tells his dadi that this is not the right time to cancel the loan - not when the bast has caught fire and not when the elections are around the corner... Dadi is not willing to listen and Kunals blood pressure rises each time he sees a sobbing Nimmo right outside the operation theatre. Kunal knows he has to do this so he goes towards Nimmo and says Nimmo.
Nimmo - Sir, Kandy theek to ho jayega.
Kunal - nimmo I need to talk

The doctor comes out. Nimmo - Doc Kandy kaisa hai.
Doctor kuch keh nahin sakte. Can you deposit 40,000 at the cashier. We need the money for the operation
Nimmo - Doctor itne saare paisa..main kahan se layoongee.
Kunal - Doctor aap Operation kijiye.
Kunal - Nimmo we need to talk
Nimmo - where will i get all that money from. Sir can you pay for this money. i really need your help... please help me out.
kunal - getting irritated. No ms Namrata Kathuria.. i cant help you out. how do you expect me to help you out when you have gone on a morcha against my family. tumhe sirf apnee parvah hoti hai...doosron ki nahin..
nimmo - Sir...
Kunal - Enough Ms Namrata Kathuria, the loan you had taken from the company now stands cancelled. You need to pay the company back Rs one lakh in two months time. Dont ask me any questions. I cant give you any answers. If you dont pay this money back you are fired.
Nimmo - who the hell do you think you are to fire him. You cant fire me. I quit. You hear that .... Mr Kunal Sehgal.... the richest man in the world but perhaps he is the poorest... you know why .... because he doesnt have a heart...

Nimmo then just sits down on the bench doumbfounded. She just cant believe her luck n keeps cursing god
Kunal turns away from there. He wipes one tears that is there in the corner of his eyes.

nimmo calls out to him and says sir - Arent you even going to ask how my brother is or be here till the operation isnt successful
Kunal doesnt answer and says you can pay for your brothers Operation by selling your jewellery. He leaves from there leaving a stunned Nimmo behind..

Nimmo looks up and starts talking to her god and says Nimmo and God just cant seem to get along. They have this love hate relationship where they love to hate each other just like Nimmo and Kunal. Nimmo is crsing Kunal and wondering f he is an aadmi or Kasai. she tels herself how she is glad she is not like the rest of the girls who are after the riches of the world.

Little does she know that Kunal on his way out has already paid for Kandys Operation and doesnt want the accountant to let Nimmo know that hes the one who paid for it.

Kunal is in the car and Oscar is sitting behind looking with mournful eyes. Kunal and Oscar talk. Some how Kunal always felt there was no need for him to get married. Oscar was the idea companion for him. Somehow Oscar could always listen to him when he was silent.

Kunal starts taling to Oscar and says Main bahut bura hoon na Oscar. I know oscar. Par main kya karon. AAj tak saaree ladki mere upar apna jaan deti saktee thi.. aaj ek aisee ladki ko dekha jo mujhe shayad chahtee ho aur mere paison ko nahin. Ab dekh na ..ussee ko dukhi kar diya... main aisa kyun hoon??? Par main jaisa hoon vaisa hi theek hoon na...

Oscar gives a bark. Kunal minds is diverting from the hospital to the Basti. He wonders what the scenario wl be at the basti. He reaches the basti and is shocked to see the situation there. The Mathurias boutique has caught fire and there is total panic there. Kunals instant reaction is hope nobody is hurt. He gets out of the car and makes his way forward. the basti wala cursing him. Kunal stops a basti wala and asks kissi ko lagee th\o nahin. Another basti wala abuses him saying..bhai ar dadi nuksan kare hai aur ek aur aajata hai jhoota handardi jatane.

Kunal is worried sick. As he stands there looking at the flamingly fumated houses which were getting engulfed in the fire. He looks around to see Vikrant but cant find him. His eyes glances towards the boutique which is going down in the flames of fire. Kunal steps forward and goes into one of the houses. He is stopped by the Police who are just mere onlookers but kunal brishes them aside. Kunal runs forward and goes into the houses hoping no bod y is there. Finally he makes hs way to the boutique and is shocked to see anand Mathuria lying unconscious on the floor. He goe inside hoping no one else there and thankfully no body is there. Kunal picks up anand and just as he goes outside and near the crowd, the last remains of the boutique fall down.

Kunal is looking around and he wonders what was the fault of these people. He knows there werent at fault and he knows that he now has no face to show Nimmo. Kunal breaks down and just then he sees vikrant in the other corner with the rest of the Mathuria Family who were coughing and crying seing the last remains of the years of their lifes crumble to pieces.
Kunal is relieved when he sees everyone else is fine. Anand Mathuria is unconscious. Vallabh doesnt let Kunal touch anand for he recognises kunal as the brattish guy outside the police station. Vikrant tells Vallabh that this is no time to argue and to let kunal take anand to te hospital as he is the only one who can help them at this very minute. Swati has covered the entire event and feels rather helpless that she was unable to do anything to protect her basti, the area where they lived. Swati is in a daze as the event has been covered live. She is numb. Her colleagues helps her get into the media car as she has to rushes to office again. As she is about to get into the car she gives this helpless look to her family and then gets out of the car telling her colleague to carry on as her family needs her. She calls up her boss and her boss agrees to let her stay on.

Kunal and Vikrant along with the rest of the family rush to Leelavati Hospital in Bandra. Kunal leaves and Anand Bhai after a couple of hours regains consciousnes and the whole family then breaks downs in happiness.

Just then Vallabh gets a call from Bhgawan das on Kandys cell saying that the shares has gone down and the demand for mone is such that they have to refurnish the bonds for the same. Vallabh is shocked and tells this Anand. Neeta & ketaki offe r their help but thats not enough to produce bonds of the sanme amount. Anand wonders in his mind what to do as he has mortaged the house against the shares.

Kunal who is out side in the corridor calls up his dadi and his dadi asks him to hold on. He overhears her screaming at Bhagwan das and dadi is getting hyper. He asks his dadi to calm down as he will take care of everything and he cant see his dadi upset. Dadi is fuming and tells him that she can take care of everyting. Dadi puts the phone down telling him that she had bought some property and that peropery has caught fire. Now she wants the insurance money but the [property is in some one elses name. Only kunal can get the signatures for her and she wants this work done asap. She also tells him that she has a plan her sleeve to teach that mathuria - kal ki chokdi - a lesson.. Kunaks tells hid dadi to relax as if she ges hyper her bp will rise and that will be dangerous to her health only...

The phone in anands hospital room rings and his worst fears comes true....Its Bhagwan das and he says he has to sseal his house as the karz is too much and he gives them two weeks for the same. Anabnd asks for extension but to no vail. He puts the phone down and tells everyone the story. he also ttells everyone not to tell nimmo...

Back at breach candy, Nimmo goes to the market and goes to a nearby jeweller to sell her jewellery- Kunals words still ringing in her mind. She thinks to herself how fortunate she is not to be like them and not belonging to that class. Itna paisa hone ke bawajood, he didnt offer to pay the money and has instead cancelled the loan.... She says bhagwan na kare unhe kabhi aisa din dekhna pade...

She sees a PCO nearby and thinks its really late and she better call up the family. nimmo tries calling home and cant get through the house. She tries calling Swati and Naina on their cell but she cant get through them to them either. She thinks for a minute and decides to call Vikrant. As she is calling Vikrant, she thinks back at the time at the moments She and Vikrant had spent together. The phone rings and Vikrant Picks up.

Nimmo - Vikrant sir nimmo here
Virant - kahan ho tum. itna sab kuch ho gaya.
Nimmo - matlab
Vikrant - pata nahin yeh sab kya ho raha hi Nimmo. Basti jal gayee, na ghar raha na shares. your parents arent saying anything but i'm sure they are worried.Kandy ka kuch khabar nahin hai. I dont know Nimmo. I just dont know what to do.
Nimmo starts crying and in between tears she says Kandy ka accident ho gaya hai. Some highly drunk driver came and hit Kandy who was standing nearby and ran away.

Nimmo continues crying and says Kunal sir bought monty to the hospital but he cancelled my loan and asked me to pay for the operation by selling my jewllery.
Vikrant - Nimmo tum ek kaam karo. Maam se maaphi maang lo. Sab kuch theek ho jayega
Nimmo - Maaphi aur unse. kabhi nahin.
Vikrant - Nimo, they are the most powerful people in India today. Unse Maaphi maang lo,. Sab kuch theek ho jayega. They are not heartless Nimmo
Nimmo - Kabhi nahin Sir kabhi nahin. Nimmo cries and put the phone leaving a halpless vikrant to wonder - is ladki ka kya hoga!

Nimmo goes to the jeweller to girvi karo her jewllery that she is wearing. As she gives them her jewllery her thoughts go back to her childhood when she was gifted these by her grand mother who is no more. Her grand mother at that time taken a promise from Nimmo that come what may she will not let give the jewllery away as it was from the trime of the purkhon. A sobbing Nimmo then takes the money and t that minute decides that come what may she will not let a tear fall from my eyes.

Back at breach candy hospital, Nimmo goes to pay the accountant but is told that the money has already been accounted for. Nimmo asks who paid or the operation but just shrugs her shoulder. Just as she is walking cursing her god, she bumps into a mysterious lady who was leaving after seeing her psychiatrist. The lady just gives her a smiles and says sorry. As the lady leaves, Nimmo sees that her wallet has fallen down. She runs after the lady but sees that the mysterius lady she has just bumped into has gone away.

Nimo opens the wallet to see if she can get any identity proof and realises that the lady she has just bumped into none other than Mrs shraddha Sehgal. Nimo makes her mind to go to the Sehgal estate and may be if she sees that jerk kunal to say a few words to him too....

Nimmo goes across to the Operation Theatre and is told that the Operation is a big success and she can take Kandy home. The Police comes and asks Kandy how it happenned but Kandy says he doesnt remember. Nimmo asks why he lied md monty said that after he gained consciousness, he switched on the tv as he was waiting fir some one to come. On the news he saw the chawl and the basti being burned downand Anand being taken away to the hospital. Nimmo then realises that the rich are of no use and all they are worried about are their paisa and the chaurat. Monty asks Nimmo what shje was thinking and she tells Kandy that though he lied to the police, she didnt expect this out of him. He could have given them the number of the car even though he idnt see who t was. Kandy says he sqw the fae of the driver and it was samar . He tells her telling samars name wouldnt be ofany consequence and its pointless. Its more important that there are there for the family. Kandy loooks at a down cast Nimmo and says jisja koi nahin hota uska bhagwaan hota hai. Nimmo begs to dffer and says uska to nam hi mat lo mera saamna..unko aur mera.... bandhsnto pata nahin kaisa hai.

ab chalo...are you in a condition to walk nimmo asks
Kandy - haan main theek hoon...accha hatta katta to hoon.
Nimmo - to phir theek hai. aaj ke hadse ke barein main hum kissi se kuch nahin kehgein .. in her mind nimmo is saying par us kunal sehgal ko to main dekh loongeee At leelavati haspital, kunal is in the corridor of the hospital... He has has no face to show any one as he is talking on the phone to his dadi.

Kunl - Dadi - you are talking about signature for the insurance money. How can you fall so low dadi.
Dadi - what do you mean kunal, do you realise what you are talking aout,.
Kunal - haan dadi - main kabootar ki tarah yuheen chabar chabar nahin kar raha hoon
Dadi - Kunal, this is your grand mother you are talking to.
Kunal - i knw ...dadi your elections are coming up. Right now taking signatures and taking the insurance mobey is not a good bet.
Dadi - what are you trying to say.
Kunal - pay them compensation for their losses abnd you will have their votes.
Dadi - comensation?
knal - yes dadi.compensation. and they will fall off at ur feet. then tomorrow whatever that namrata kathuria says shouldnt make a differnce. nobody will listen to her.
Dadi - The laxmipur basti has got burned all of it and you cant get me a simple signature. I didnt expect tis from you kunal. kunal sees somehing and says bye dadi. talk to you later.

Kunal thinks he sees his dada going to the doctor. he follows his dada and sees him gping inside the chamber of Dr Rai. Kunal waits outside and he wonders what his dada was doing outside the chamber of Dr Rai who is a heart specialists. He overhears the conversation between his dada and Dr Rai and is shocked to know that his dada is suffering from duiabetes and is a heart patient. hje overhears the doctor telling his dada that he has only 6 months to live and why doiesnt he tell his family that with two heartaccks , a third attack will only kill his life. Furthermore he gets to know that his dada is a diabetes patient. Dada says he has nothing to worry about. Kunal has ak\greed to get married and all he wants is to see his bahus face and then he can live in peace and die in happiness. Kunal is stunned and walks away. Vikrant sees him and stops kunal by putting his hand on his shoulder. Kunal breaks down on a bench and says where will i get a girl who can look after my family.

Nimmo in the mean while has just walked into the hospital.

kunal - where will I get a girl who will give the same kind of love to my family and fil my family with love

just then nimmo comes infront of vikrant and behind kunal.

Kunal looks back and shuts his eyes and the opens them again....

kunal closes his eyes and opens them again. he doesnt know how to face Nimmo. Thankfully his cell rings, he excuses himself. Turns out the caller is samar.

samar - kunal, I'm in a mess
kunal - an kya hua
samar - I ran over a guy
Kunal - tumhare paas shakal to hai par akal nahin...why the hell did you do that. What were you thinking
Samar - I was drunk
Kunal - Samar, how can you be so callous..do you even know what you are talking.
Samar - yes kunal now please save me. I am at rishabhs house.
Kunal - what ..why
samar - pls kunal mujhe jail nahin jaane. haan its another thing. i know you will bail me out. haan kunal, another thing... dadis message pls arrange for bails papers for me.
Kunal - Sanar - yeh accident kahan hua tha..
Samar - Marine Drive !!
Kunal - what ...
Samar - haan some stupid giuy was standing on the pedastrian and I lost my balance and ran him over. Kunal pls save me. Main jail nahin jaana chahta hoon. you know my engagement will break ..

Kunal is exassperated and is feverently hoping that it was not samar who hit nimmos cousin.
Kunal assures Samar that all will be well and nothing will happen to him. He turns his back only to see a glaring Nimmo behind him.

Nimmo - Aapse to mujhe yehi Umeeed thi.
Kunal - What in the world are you talking about
Nimmo - What you are hearing me say. Some Kameena comes and hits a guy on the road and you guys do nothing about it
Kunal - The person you are calling Kameena is actually my brother
Nimmo - and the person who your brother hit is my brother
Kunal - How stupid can you get. Is there any proof. How can you be so sure that its your brother samar hit nd who told monty to be callous..
Nimmo - Callous. Arent you guys being cAllous. There was a fire in the basti. Has any one for humanitarian sake come here to check on the condition of the people who got injured. The guy sitting on that hospital bed is my dad. Do you know how it feels.
Kunal - we are ready to give you guys some compensation if you feel miss.
Nimmo - If only you could understand. Paise se sab kuch nahin mil sakta... makan ban jayega sir ghar nahin, logon ko kareed sakte ho , unka zameer au dil nahin. Jaye Mr kunal Sehgal - aap apne glass door office cabin air glass window ghar ke andar hi theek ho. Bahar ki duniya dekhi hoti kabhi to shayad humare dard ka samajh lete aap. and yes mr segal - we dont need your charity.
Kunal doesnt say a word and walks out. Dada has overheard this conversation and he walks out. As he walks out he overhears vikrant telling kunal - lekin dost tune usse sach kyun nahin bola.
kunal - kya bolta yaar - yeh ki shayad main usse pyar karne laga hoon ya yeh ki meri dadi chahtee hain ki unke paas nimmo ke ghar ke jo papers hain unpe anand ji ke signatures ho, kyunki meri dadi ko unke insurance ka paisa hai.
Vikrant - kya... one thing at a tinme please kunal..zor ka jhatka agar mujhe dheere se lage to mer liye hi accha hoga...
kunal - I'm serious - I think I love her ..
Vikrant - what kind of pyar is this - the rose jack ype, laila majnoo, heer ranjha , adam eve, rome juliet....
Kunal - you know vikrant - all love stories have had a tragic ending but this love story will have a perfect beginning and will never end..
Vikrant - sigh so which kind of love story is this
Kunal - tHe kunal - nimmo types.... we will make our own love story together.

kunal reaches outside and Vikrant has to go in. so he bids kunal good bye.
kunal is crossing the road to go towards the parking lot. He doesnt see a speeding truck comes his way. Just as the truck is about to hit him, he is pulled away and he falls on the pavement over nimmo. Nimmo is relieved that nothing happens to Kunal and is sudden moment as time becomes silent she hugs him.

Dada has seen all this happen. and he has a smile on his face. he knows that his plan is working. He feigned an illness when his vasiyat ultimatum didnt work to make kunal agree to marriaage which he did. he always knew this from the begining that nimmo will be the one who will be able to change kunal and be a positive difference in the sehgal family. Some one who will bind that family together.

Till now everything seems to go well. Now he just has to create situations to make Nimmo and Kunal meet more often and then get engaged. pyar shayad ho raha hai .. haule haule ....he cant wait for the day when he will see his bahus - Nimmo's face!
As Nimmo hugs Kunal, he winces in pain.
Nimmo - Kya hua kunu - I mean Kunal Sehgal.
Kunal - Kuch nahin... but what did you call me ... just now.
Nimmo - Nothing...
Kunal - kunu... slowly he says it... I like that name...
Nimmo - Neways why did you wince in pain..
Kunal - ah that nothing..

As Nimmo turns his back..she notices that his shirt is torn... he pulls up his shirt ... kunal very hestantly agrees to let her and she notices, kunals back is badly burned.

Nimmo immediately takes him back to the hospital, holding his hand lest he runs away, calls the doctor and makes him put the first aiud. While the doctor is putting the dressing, Nimmo goes to meet her parents. She hugs her father and the whole familu bursts into tears. The father and the kaka are apologising to nimmo and Nimmo says not to worry - so what f the house burnt dwn...they should continue to have faith in the god whom she doesnt believe in any more.

The mother says now they have only Nimmo and swati to look upto as they are the financial earning members of the house. nimmos faces becomes small as she thinks of the time kunal told her to quit and then she quit her self. She hides her tears and starts singing the song ...uthe sabke kadam taram pam pam.. aji aisee geet gaya karo. Kabhi kushi gum taram pam pam.. haso aur hasaya karo..

vIkrant comes in and add ...
Woh pyare din the, woh pyaree raatein, yaad hain humhein woh mulakatein...
na hi koi gum... (vikrant singing these songs looking at naina as the two ondly remmber their college days... )
Nimmo on hearing these songs smiles as she looks back at the times spent with Vikrant...

Kunal who has had his dressing done .. ( he only had 20% burns) was going back, when he sees the room where anand mathuria was. He is about to enter but from the door he stands and smiles. he wonders what they had done to suffer so many losses. He looks at the family and thinks that they might not living in the best of the locality but they have sonmething but he has yearned for yearrs in his family - ek doora ka saath....
Kunal goes towards his car. he remembers he has other tings to take care of. He calls up rishabh wanting to speak to Samar..

Rishabh- kyun nahin ..jaisa aap bhaiya vausee hi hum ..you are always there to protrect us and samar has seeing you get what you want so he thinks - samar Sehgal kabhi haar nahin sakta. Woh jo chahtta hai usse woh mil sakta hai to woh ek ladki ko decorative piece kyun na ho.
Kunal - girls are not decorative items... and kunal himself wonders what he has spoken...

Kunal - 10 pm... ( he realises its the time he was with Nimmo on marine drive... )

Its 4 am now and Kunal is exhausted. he knows what he is doing is wrong but he has to do this to save is family reputation. He calls up the lawyer and the lawyer tells him the bail papers will be ready by 9 am in the morning. Kunal has pout the phone down and he gets a call from his aniket chacha asking him where he is and they need him asap. Chacha tells him that Samar has been arrested and that nimmo has filed this complaint.

Kunal is hyper mad.... he tells his chacha not to worry and he will do anything in power to save samar. Kunal goes to kemps corner police station where samar has been taken...he tells samar to hang on there. Tells the police wala that nothing to happen to his brother and pays him Rs 40,000 to look after the brother. Outside the police station, he calls up sonika and tells her that he wants her to help samar. Sonika agrees on the condition that Kunal spends a night with her!

kunal - what sonika - spend tonite with you. He says this and he turns back and who does he see but Kandy and Nimmo.
nimmo gives another disgusted look to kunal and walks in with kandy. Nimmo withdraws her case from the police. the Police asking her a million times if she is sure... and nimmo saying a million times shr is 200% sure.

nimmo withdraws her case and Kunal goes up to thank her.
Kunal - thank you er ms namrata mathuria..
Nimmo - raising her hand. Please dont thank me. It was my duy. I did what i had to on humanitarian grounds. you saved my fater and I saved your brother. We are quits.

Kunal catching hold of Nimmos hand as she leaves - I'm not finished yet.

nimmo releases the hand and says well I'm .. good bye n good day..

Kunal is impressed with Nimmos attitude. no girl had ever played so hard to get with him and no girl had spoken to him like the way Nimmo did.

Samar and Kunal reach home and everyone is happy to samar back. Dadi tells Kunal that she knew Kunal would bring his brother back. Kunal said he didnt but nimmo did. She withdrew her case. Everyone is shocked. The door bell rings and its Nimmo who has come to return Shradhas wallet. As soon as Nimmo enters , she trips and nearly breaks the Rs 2,00,000 vase in the doorway. Vikrant has just entered and he catches hold of the vase and then helps Nimmo up.

Vikrant - Tum theek to ho na nimmo.
Nimmo getting all senti as Vikrant has held her hand - all past monments coming back to her and she pushes her hamd away when she thinks of naina.
Nimmo - haan sir main theek hoon.
Kunal sees this and is getting extremely jealous.

nimmo tells them that they all must be wondering why she is here. She says she is not here for anythng but to thank them. And thank them she must - for taking away their land by giving them notice, now she is sure they want the insuranmce money. and she is 100% confident that the reason for their shares going down are he Sehgals themselves.

kunals gets really mad. He walks towards her. Holds his hand and gives her a tight - well almost for as soon as he is about to give her a tight slap, nimmo catches hold of his hand and throws it up. she says ..

Nimmo - dont Mr Kunal Sehhgal ..dont...you dare raise your hand on me... Saying this Nimmo walks out, leaving behind a dumfounded Sehgal khandaan Nimmo has tears in her eyes as she walks out and Kunal is standing flabbercasted.. he forgets that nimmo as slapped him and can almost kill himself for bringing those tears in her eyes.

Vikrant still reeling under shock as to how Nimmo behaved.

Kunal in a hyper tense mood starts clapping ..and says wah wah wah... sehgal Khandaan ke alishaan lo..aaj is Alishaan bangle main reh rahe hain. Laxmipur Basti main kya hua..unse unko koi farak nmahin padta... opadta to unkpo farak hai apne status se.... right...

Aniket gets angry and slaps kunal. Everyone is dumbfounded ...as what had not happened in sehgal mansion in 26 years happenned today... samar gets a smirk on his face as Kunal goes up in a huff...

Vikrant - Kunal... Kunal...ek Minute yaar... Kunal listen to me...Vikrant follows Kunal up.

in the Balcony, Kunak and Vikrant are talking where they are pouring their spoul out to each other each other.

Vikrant - main soch bhi nashin sakjta ki Nimmo itna kuch bol gayee ... Main usse baat karoonga Kunal. Main usse boloonga ki woh tum sab se maaphi maange.

Kunal - is fuming and doesnt say anything

She goes towards the room and enters with a smile on her face. just then Swati gets a call from her news channel. Her colleague has fallen in and she has to take her place. Swati doesnt want to go but her family mrembers tell her she must carry on. Work is important too...

Vikrant is driving back and is sweating. he cant get it out of his head that nimmo could have falen in love with him. he just kept thinking time and time again that no this cant be possible and he choses the best form of defence mechanism - denial. He calls up Naina asking her to meet him at Just Round the Corner in Bandra. Naina tells him she cant meet him but Vikrant is very adamant. Seeing Vikrant in such a state gets naina worried. She excuses herself and leaves..

Anand is discharged from the hospital and back home, nimmo is scuddled up next to her dad while her mom and kanta ben look on. Neeta comes towards her husband and sits besides him. Vallabh, Ketaki and Kandy enter the room looking very sheepish. anand who has been lying down gets up and asks kuch hua... kya kaha bhagwan das.

Nimmo goes towards Curzon Road where Bhagwanm das now resides. She is looking for the house and wonders how in the world did he get an apartment to stay in curzon road in just a couple of hours. She rings the door beel and bhagwan das opens the door. He seems highly drunk and calls her in. nimmo sits down.
Nimmo - look mr Bhgwan das. i have not cme here to speak to walls aur na hi main aapka waqt barbaad karne aayee hoon.
Bhagwan das - Waqt to tumhare barbaad chal raha hai Nimmo. Tum nahin cchahtee thi ki tumhare kaka aiur pita shares main invest karein..lekin unhoine kiya aur nateeja tum khud hi deh lo.... aree paisa baut kaam hi cheez hai..paisa bahut naam ki cheez hai..paisa ho paisa...In his druken stupor Bhagwan das reveals it all. Nimmo is shocked as she clutches her bag and as she clutches her, she by mistake presses the button of thenainas cell phone lying in her jhola that she is been carrying with her ever since the movie bunty and babli got released....

Kunal is in the terrace when his phone rings. he sees its nainas calling and feverenty hopes that vikrant is alright. As soon as he says hello , he is shocked to hear a conversation at the other end, a conversation which shocks the living day light out of him.

Kunal is mad and can almost kick himself for not believing Nimmo. Still wanting to know the truth and still not believing it, he goes out of the terrace after cutting his phone. He goes to his dadis room looking for his much beloved dadi but she is not there in her room. As he is going out, he sees a light blue folder with Oshiwara Contracts Written on top of it. Curiousity gets the better of him, and he opens the folder reading through each and every page..his yes widening each time he flips through the pages.

Kunal is dumbfounded as he has finished reading the file. He is dumbsruck as he himself didnmt realise that hois own dadi could stoop so low. He wished he could ask his dadi but he knows the real reason was to teach Ms Nanmrata Mathuria a lesson. Kunal goes out the room leaving the file te way it was. As he goes out of the room, his dada is coming in and says kya hua beta soye nahin abhi tak. neend nahin aa rahee hai kya.
Kubal - kaisee neend dada... shayad abhi abhi jaag utha hoon..

Its raining and kunal is in his room. Nimmo on the oher hand is walking back in the rain crying, For the first time she felt helpless. Nimmo waits as the bus stop as she waits for the rain to stop. a taxi halts near her and who is it but the messenger from god.

Messenger - yeh bas nazar ka pharak haiu hmadam... jo dikhta hai shayad woh sach na ho aur jo sach ho sjayad woh dikhta na ho par antim main jeet hamesha sachaii ki hoti hain..

Nimmo - Sacchai and god being with that sachaiu arent the same thing miser lekin tum kya samjhoge...

Messenger - tu bhaith ja, gadi vich de, ek maor aaya, assi tujhe prem ho gaya,...ajjihospital kyun jaana hain tum to dil ki mareez banne wlee hi... Saying this he takes Nimmo in the car...

Nimmo -is cursing her liuck in the cab anbd thinking to herself i think this guy has really gone mad.... prem nd ,mujhe - thank you very much. One Vikrant Khann is enough for a life time.

They reach the hospital and Nimmo is surprised to learn that he made her reach the hospital without her even telling him.

As Nimmo is about to enter the hospital, she gets a call from Kunal who wants to meet her.

Kunal stops the car infront of a fruit stall where nimmo is buying fruits. Without looking she says yeh kaisa diya aur iska kya bhav hai. She picks a kharbooja, some leeces and mangoes and says yeh pakdo..aree pakdo na, she hands it over to the guy next to her. When she does look up, she realises its kunal and she immideately takes the fruits from him. She goes to the next stall and kunalk follows her there. Nimmo turns left and again ses kunal there...

Kunal takes her in the car and they go to leelavati hospital. they enter the ospital room whwn anand says aa gaye beta nimmo and then says a big tum...everyone turns around abd its kunal looking very boyishly cute.

Nimmo is handed an envelope which states appointment letter.
Kunal is then very sweet to Nimmos family. He sweet talks to them. Anand is having palak paneer and he says wow palak paneer... Neeta is like beta khaana hai... Kunal is like are yeh bhi kuch poochne ki baat hai and he begins ucking in the palak paneer. he then looks at nand and saays khaye khaye..apne hi ghar i mean hospital room samajhaye.
He then looks at kanta ben and says hi Sexy. AAp khana bahut accha banatee hain.. kaash aap nimmo ko kuch sikha deti... Kanta ben doesnt know what to say and starts giggle like a teenager and says ek dum mast bols..main to is nimmo ka sikha sikha kar thak gayee hoon.
Kunal is having this very sweet conversation with nimmos parents and family and has soon got them licking out of their hand.

He then takes permission from them to take Nimmo out on the pretext of discussing a business deal. Nimmo looks at her parents who nod and she accepts the letter. Kunal tells her to sign a copy, which Nimmo does. nimmos eyes widens as she reads the appointment letter. She has been appointwd as Executive Creative Head to Kunal Sehgal with a monthly income of Rs 2,00,000. Nimmo is hesitant but seeing the look of happiness in her familys eyes, she kee[ps the appointment letter in her bag..

They reach bandra band stand.

Nimmo is stunned but she is still reeling under shock. She hasnt got over the shock of nearly being slapped and had it not been for her parents, she would not have signed the appointment letter.
Nimmo also has other things in her minds. Kunl can see her pertubed and says Namrata - kya hua...
Nimmo - Kuch nahin..zidagi bhi kitnee ajeeb hai,... kal kya hoga kisko pata..
Kunal - yep... kunal rolls up his blue linen trousers and rolls up the sleeves of his maroon shirt...as he takes Nimmo for a walk on band stand under the monnlit night.

Kunal - i know there is something that is disturbing you. and i think i know what it is.
Nimmo - forget it... you dont know and you dont care
Kunal - well may be i can.
Nimmo - like what kunal.... can you bring back the years of happiness, can you bring back the smiles... kya woh waqt lauta sakata ho ...nahin na...
Kunal - sab kuch pehle jaisa ho sakta hai. agar tum chaho.

Kunal - bas tumharee aan ki zarpprat hai aur agar tium chaho to aisa ho sakta hai...

kunal..ok ... he goes on bewnded knees... takes out on hand places it on nimmos and says Ms Nanrata Mathuria - Will you marry me...

Kunal - getting up , still holding her hand and looking in to those eyes..Marry me...

Nimmo and Kunal continue azing into each other eyes. Finally Kunal breaks the silence so is it a yes or npo...

Kunal - Wait I'll explain. Here is a copy of the contrct... taking out the transparenmt green folder out of his shirt and shows it to Nimmo - There aretwo agreements there..one os the pre neputal agreement and which goes something like this ...

Pre Nupital Agreement...

this agreement is entered into on the _____ day of _____ , 20____, between Namrata Mathuria & Kunal Sehgal.

Whereas both the individuals consent to this marriage in their own free will and agree that they will continue to own and control their own property, and are getting married not because of their love for each other but because they do not desire that their present respective financial interests be changed by their marriage or their famillies be affected thereafte.Therefore, it is agreed as follows:

1.This agrreement is valid for a period of three years after which this agreemnt will be considered null and void.

2. In the event of a separation in this case the parties shall have no right against each other by way of claims for support, alimony, maintenance, compensation or division of property existing of this date.

3. After this agreement comes to an end Kunal Sehgal will give Ms Namrata Mathuria 30% of his property to live a well settled life.

4. Both the people will behave like a normally happily married couple in this period and will not accuse each other famillies of any misbehaviour.

Nimmo doesnt say a word, gets out the car and walks in, the evening conversation weighing heavily in her mind....

Later in the evening Anand gets discharged from the hospital. As everyone goes back home, Nimmo walks inside the house. .. her head still muddled up and all confused. Kunals words are weighing heavily in her mind. " Will you marry me " and vthen " It will be a conract marriage" "yeh ghar shares main niulam ho gaya" ' ab to humare paas ghar bhi nahin hai" are the words playing heavily in her mind.

Nimmo is about to enter her parents room she overears the conversation between her dad and her kaka vallabh. they are very disturbed over their financial status. Nimmo turns around and just in time as she sees Swati enter.

nimmo has tears in her eyes abd she doesnt want swati to see them. So she turns away. Swati enters the room in tears and announces to her family that her performance incentive due to her has not been sanctioned as yet.
Nimmo cant see her family in this state and makes up her mind to sign the contract.

Next morning.

As Nimmo approaches the door to the office, she sees messenger from god and he starts singing.... shaad teri shaadi ke khayal, dil main aaya hai...is liye koi sona sa, tera ghar chai pe aane wala hai...

Nimmo walks in the office and is surprised to see the warm welcome given to her in the office. She walks in to the office and goes to Kunal office. She hands over a copy of the appointment letter to kunal. Kunal in return handed her a letter. Surprised she asks him, whats this...

Kunal - another part of your appointment letter which states that the company is giving you a car, and a house to reside in. With a smile on his face he says - this is the house for your parents.

Nimmo thinks that kunal has gone mad.

nimmo - Amnesia.... now she is fuly convinced that Kunal has gone mad... She says i think i have come at the wrong moment....

There is a knock at the door and the lawyer comes on. kunal tells him the changes he wants made. They need witness so vikrant & KK are called to sign as witness as those are the two people kunal can trust eyes closed. Two hours later the contract is signed and thus begins the journey towards a new life for kunal & nimo

The lawyer goes and Vikrant, Kunal and Nimmo are left alone in the room.

Nimmo thinks back to the time when all three girls were young. Naina was always infront of ythe mirror fancing herself and Swati and Nimmo were looking outside the window at a wedding procession taking place. The two sisters were having a heart to heart and talking about marriage and dream men. While nimmo had no ideals, swati was talking about how she would get married to this guy with lots of money, who was rich enough to buy a tv production house for her and present it to her. Vikrant still cant get the guilt out of his for leading nimmo on. He feels that may be he is to be blamed and says kitna farak hai na dono behno main. He decides to propose marriage to naina tonite.

Vikrant still has his hands around nimmos shoulder. Kunal gets up from his chair, takes a papers and wacks him saying agar rtumhare flirting khatam ho gayee ho, can me n my honee walee wife discuss something.
Vikrant removing the hand... and says ouch... abhi se bhagane jkar diya..look partner..this is not fair..
Kunal rolling up his sleeves and says whats not fair..alls fair in love and war...

Nimmo smiles as she sees the banter going on between friends...and she walks out of the room to head toards her new cabin.

She enters and calls up swati and tells her with all smiles...ab se there will no more tears for you all. The company has given me a new car and an advance of Rs 1,00,000 and a new house to stay in.

Swati is all thrilled and in eccitement drops her cell phone !!! Anand, Vallabvh and others whop are present there in the hospital room ask her .... what happened...she is so excited that she is numb and says nimmo ,....nimmo.... ko ek naya ghar, gai aur ek lakh rupaye mile hain.... Naina who is present there is happy...Now she will be well pn her way to realise her dream of becoming a miss inda may just finally be realised......

nimmo puts the phone down asnd tells swati accha main jaa rahee hoon abhi, the whole family wants to talk to her but she doesnt want to talk to them lesdt her parents recognise her sadness in her face...She puts the phone down and looks outside towards nariman point....ab meri chutney ban ne ja rahee jhai us preet sehgal se aur woh parminder to mera kachmumber hi kar legi... par kunal itna bura nahin hai jitna main soch rahee thi...accha insaan hai, atleast dil ka to woh saaph hai.... She leans against the windoow continuing to look outside the window...

There is a knock on the door and nimmo is awakened by her thoughts. It kunal.

Kunal laughing - aaj se... So nimmo differences aside..We are friends. Friends. He puts his hand forward and Nimmo puts her hand forward and says freiends. So aaj se hum acche dost hain.

nimmo - haan she is expecting kunal to wait for her but he doesnt... Nimmo shakes her head and stands there...Kunal doesnt come back and after 2 minutes of waiting for him she walks out. She trips at the stairs of the office but someone protects her from falling. Its Kunal.

Nimmo tries to get up and in the event of getting up sprains her uncle...she starts crying..kunal says rona band karo .. He goes towards her and picks her up, lifts her...in his arms....
They go to a coconut wala and have coconut juice from the same straw... then they go on a tange waala having icecreeam together. then they are walking on marine drive holding each other hands ....

At Office everyone is talking about the new romance in the air.

Preet Sehgal opens the newspaper and is shocked. The headlines read - Love in the air for business Tycoon Kunal Sehgal.

Dadi is shocked and says this journalists also na..why dont they verify facts... She calls up the journalist and journalist tells her to first kunal and ask him if the news printed is true or not and then revert back to them.

At their house, Kanta ben is cursing Preet Sehgal and her family. Anand comes in and says kya kanta ben. Ab koi phikr nahin.

Everyone is delighted to see Nimmo and ask her details. Nimmo was dreading this very moment and says that Kunal has only offered her all this. Everyone is surprised.

Kunal - Uncle aapne mujhe us din ke liye maaph kar diya na.
Anand - haan beta kar diya. Insaan apne karm se mana jaata hai aur tumne to abhi abhi itne saare acche karm kar diya hain.
Kunal touches his would be father in laws feet and winks at Nimmo.

Nimmo - opens her eyes and closes them again - the rest of the family does the same.
Nimmo - kunal sir - Main gadi chalana nahin janti.
Kunal - Nimmo ...accha koi nahin. Gadi main bhaitho. Tumhe main gadi chalana bhi sikha leta hoon.
Vikrant - Main Sikha doon Kunal.

Vicky - par dost gadi chalana tujhe lisne sikhaya - is cool dude ne hi to....
Kunal - haan par ab main tujhse accha gadi chala leti hoon.
Vicky laughs and get s into kunals car and tells naina... cmon baby... time for a joy ride....

The rest of the family is looking on in amazement. neeta tells Anand - tumhe nahin lagta ki kunal nimmo main kuych zyada interest le raha hai.

KB who is near by says mujhe to puri daal kaali lagtee hain

Vicky and naina jump into the car and then cikrant beckons everyone to come in side the car. He tells them they are going ro a special place... special din. Special baat. Kunal takes Nimmo in her new car.

Kunal then puts Nimmo in the front seat. adjust her rear view mirror - says that lesson number 1 while driving. Always adjust your rear view mirrow and sees the side view mirror are adjusted properly

He then puts the seat belt on and says seat belt lagane se accident ho jaye to injuries hone ke irade kuch kaam hote hain madam

Kunal shuts the door and goes and opens the passenger door for him to sit. He then gives Nimmo the key and explains to her about the gears. After that he bends down and tells her about the clutch, break and accilerator

He tells Nimmo to put one foot on the clutch and other on the accilerator.

Nimmo does as told. Then tells Nimmo to start the ignition by turning the key in the ignition socket. Nimmo does that, Slowly as kunal tells her she releases her foot from the clutch concentrating on the accilerator.

Kunal is helping her change the gears with his hand on top of hers in the gear box. tHERE IS A RADI WALA IN front of them. Nimmo gets nervous and is slow is pessing thwe break. The raidi wala falls on his radi as the car hits the radi which in front of a water pipe. All te water comes gushing out . Kunal sees this incident and starts laughing.

They get out anbd Apologise to he raidi wala. Kunal buys the guy a new raidi.... his car is damaged and nimmo is apologetic. Kunal tells her dont worry honey, repair shop main bhej doonga aur tumhare liye ek autopmatic car le aayoonga...

Kunal then stops the cab.

Vikrant is Awefully quiet while driving. Naina thinks that vikrant is badla badla while driving. Vikrant in the mean time is pre occupied. As Kunal told him everything was going as per plan. He had gone to bhagwanb das and got it signed by him that it was BG fault that the basti caught fire. He also made BG sign a paper which stated that BG was getting 60 lakhs and in return he had to keep his mouth shut and not a word to any one that it was kunal who was paying for and buying Nimmos house for her. BG was also told that if he opened his mouth kunal would ensure that he remained homeless and jobless for the rest of his living years.

Vikrant felkt that plan was successful and by helping kunal, he is in way getting rid of his guilt. He glanced side ways at Nasina who has safely gone off to sleep! He felt that he was indeed very lucky to have naina in his life but what could be the reason for nimmo to agree for marrying kunal.

Swati is at home pacing up and down and is wondering if the news she overheard is true or not. She wondered if really kunal and Nimmo were dating each other. She decides to ask Nimmo herself.

Nimmo is going by cab with kunal. The driver is meesenger from god. the messenger says he knows where he as to take them and they should just sit inside...Kunal sits in the cab and starts grumbling... what unconfortable seats, ac where is the ac...man there is no ac in the car... yeh gadi itna slow kyun chaltee hai...speed up man spped up...

Meesenger - lo ji tej bhaga ta hoon.....kush....
Nimmo shakes her head. They have stopped at red light. Nimmo sees an elederly man talking to a young girlk and the girl helping him cross the road. Her thoughts go back to a conversation she has with dadaji at the hospital after kunal has left the other day...
" dadaji had come up to nimmo and said that he admired the girls guts and astrength. He told her that he needed some one just like her someone sanskari who would help him out of a mess. Dadaji tells nimmo that i'm kunals dada and he is not bad at heart. He is just a child gone wrong. He had lost his father at a very young age and was a rebvel. The loss of loosing his father was so traumatic for him that he stopped listening to his mother and become a problematic child. They tried to give kunal all they had and tried to give him the best childhood. Kunal was the brainy lot, whop always won medals and came first in School. He was then sent to US for his MBA. Before going to US he was close to his mom but after coming back there was this distance who crept in between mother and son. Dadaji told Nimmo that he is fully convinced that nimmo will be able to take care of his house and bring Kunal back on track. Dada said i know you bopth have feelings for each other but are in a state of denial. Bas ek chingari ki zaroorat hai. Nimmo was hell bent on not marring kunal at that time but the more she was talking to dada, she realised she was talking to a man who was extremely helpless, who was keen that his grand son settle down and he needed a wife who would mend family relationships. Nimmo told dada she would consider it but couldnt promise.

As Nimmo was going in the cab, she was shocked at her own decision of marrying a casanova kunal who at this very minute was looking outside the winbdow oggling at girls with tall and thin legs and a slim and tender waist....

Kunal and Nimmo reach Pali hills. nimmo keepos gazing at a shigh storey building infront of her. The building had the latest state of art techno savy things...

Kunal takes her inside the ground floor of the flat. . Oh cmon..

Its a fully furnished flsat and as Nimmo and kunal enter together, ther are flashes of nimmo entering the sehgal house with her feet....Since it was a ground floor flat so they had a garden. In the middle of the house was an angan. with an open roof. There were three rooms, one drawing and dining room. The drawing and dining room was facing the angan. Two rooms which were on one side of the angan and one room was on the other side. You walked inside in the dining area and in one corner was a huge open kitchen....

You walked out of one room ands went to the back side of the house. There wa a small garden patch there and that was called the vegetable patch. ..

The rest of the maturias were already there gaping their eyes in amazement. This he tells them is Nimmos new flat that she has got from the company.

Nimmo - thinking to herself - sariyal mood aur mera...pata nain mera haath kab chodega

Kunal - kyun haatrh chodoon...main nahin chodoonga..yeh haath pakad liya hain,,,ab agle saath janam tak tumhara haath pakoondga...

Vikrant cmes in and coughs and yeh agar yeh laila aur majnoo ka romance khatam ho gaya ho..then can I intrude...

Kunal letting go of nimmos hand and Nimmo excuses herself and goes inside.

Vikrant and Kunal hug each other, kunal saying yaar vikrant agar tum na hote to mea kya hota...vikrant saying aree whatr are friends for..dost dost ke kaam nahin aayega to aur kiske kaam aayega...

they hug and kiss each other on the cheek...patting each other than on the back..Vikrant saying main tera saath kabhi nahin chpodoonga par kunal tu to badal gaya hai...

Just then who should walk in but ........................ KANTABEN!!!

Kanta ben is shocked seeing vikrant amd kunal literally junoing on each other and slapping each pther on the back.
