Chapter 9B

Rah-Bhaiya! coffee..!!

Rahul entered the room with a tray in his hands.Raj who was busy cleaning Rahul's cupboard,turned and smiled at him.Closing the cupboard behind,Raj took the coffee from the tray.

R-thanks Rahul!

Rah(smiles)-haan theek hai theek hai....waise ye roz roz nahi chalega...ki main aapka kaam karu aur aap mera...samjhe!!

Raj laughed aloud.

R-acha..!! toh phir Mr.Rahul Khanna...aap..(putting his arm on Rahul's shoulder) jaldi se Muskaan ko iss ghar mein le aayi...!!

Rah(confused)-huh!!?? Muskaan ko..!!? kyun..!!??

R(smiles)-kyunki wohi hai jo aapke iss cupboard ko aur aapki har cheez ko theek kar sakti.....aur ek baar wo aa jaayegi toh mujhe kuch karna nahi padega..hai na...

Rahul smiles and gets embarrassed slightly.

Rah(smiles)-kya Bhaiya!!!

Raj smiles and ruffles Rahul's hair cutely.

*Ting Tong*

R-main dekhta hoon....

Rah(smiles)-tab tak main aapke aur apne kapde nikal deta hoon...meeting ke liye dair ho rahi hai....

R(astonished)-arre wah Rahul..kya baat hai....Muskaan ka naam lete hi.....

Rah(glaring at Raj)-Bhaiyaaa!!!!

R(laughs)-sorry..!! And leaves to open the door...Meanwhile,Rahul goes towards Raj's cupboard and opens it.He removed the clothes for Raj,kept them on the bed and was about to close the cupboard when suddenly his eyes fell on some papers placed in a corner of the cupboard behind the clothes as if to hide something.

Rah(confused)-ye kya hai??

He picked up the papers and scrolled through them.He found names and dates written on them.

Rah(confused)-Armaan?? Riddhima??? 24th march..!! 16th june..!! 8th september!!..ye sab kya hai??

He noticed pictures of Moushmi,Muskaan and him lying in between the papers.

Rah-ye sab in papers ke beech mein...aur Moushmi Di ki pic yaha..!!??

His eyes then noticed an album in the cupboard which was kept beneath the papers.He became curious and picked it up too to find their memories in them.Rahul got surprised that all these things..what were they doing in Raj's cupboard..and why were they hidden like this??

Meanwhile Raj entered the room and was shocked to find Rahul scrolling through those papers.He immediately snatched them from Rahul's hands.

Rah(coming back from his thoughts)-Bhaiya..!! ye sab kya hai??

Raj didnt know how to explain.He looked here and there to figure out some answer but couldnt.He had never lied to Rahul..but this time he couldnt tell him the truth..about him and Moushmi writing a book on RM's life.......

R(looking down)-ummm...wo...ye...aise hi...bas kuch yaadein....sambhal ke rakhi thi....

Rah(curious)-aur ye Armaan-Riddhima kaun hai??

Raj looked up immediately shocked and stunned.He read those papers too.....Oh My God!!

R(thinking)-now what!!!! Rahul ko kya kahu..!!??

R(smiling nervously)-wo...umm..mere nayi kahani ke kirdaar hai...u know..names of the characters......umm..tu bhi na Rahul..kaisi fazool ki baaton mein time waste kar raha hai...He nervously and quickly placed the papers and the album back into the cupboard and closed it.Rahul was noticing Raj and wasnt still convinced by his answer..

R-tu..naha ke aaja main nashta banata hoon...hmmm...With that he immediately left the spot leaving behind an unconvinced Rahul.

Rah(in thoughts)-kuch toh gadbad hai...Raj bhaiya kuch zaroor chupa rahe hai...par kya!!??

R-hey Bhagwaan!! aaj toh baal-baal bach gaya...lekin mujhe nahi lagta Rahul itni aasaani si ye baat ko bhool jaayega...mujhe Moushmi se baat karni padegi.

At The Orphanage:

Karan-Didi..maine na khoob masti ki...

Maithli-aur maine Di...maine Paa dekhi....

M(smiles)-acha!! kaisi thi..!??

Maithli-bahut cute Di....

Moushmi smiled sweetly.

M-toh kisi ne padhaai ki ya nahi..!!?

All the children looked at each other and nodded in a no.

M(laughed out)-galat baat!! chalo aaj se roz padhaai hogi ghar jaa kar...warna aapki choclates band...theek hai!!??

All smiled and screamed...yesss while Moushmi smiled deeply.

"Moushmi beta!!''

Padma knocked the door and called her.

Moushmi turned and saw Padma standing there with a worried expression.She went out with Padma and said:

M-kya baat hai aunty!? aap pareshaan lag rahi hai..??

P(worried)-beta wo Raj aaya hai...

M(confused)-Raj!! yaha??

P-haan aur kafi pareshaan lag raha hai....tumhara bahar garden mein wait kar raha hai....mujhe lagta hai zaroor koi baat hai...tumhe jaa kar milna chahiye...

Moushmi got worried.

M-par aunty..bache...

P-tum unki fikar mat karo main unhe sambhal lungi...tum jaao...

M(smiles)-ji..thank you!

Moushmi paced faster towards the garden and noticed Raj sitting on a bench with his hands covering his forehead.

M(worried)-Raj itne pareshaan kyun lag rahe hai!?? I hope sab kuch theek ho...

She sat next to him and placed her hands on his arm.Raj came out of his thoughts and looked over to a smiling yet worried Moushmi.

R-Moushmi!!

M-Raj!! kya baat hai?? bahut pareshaan lag rahe ho..sab kuch theek hai na??

Raj took hold of her hand and clasped it tightly.Moushmi noticed it and she understood that something was there which was scaring Raj.

M-Raj!! batao na..!?? kya hua!??

Raj looked up at her and narrated the entire incident which happened in the morning.Moushmi expressions changed from worried to shocked to confused to stunned.

M(getting up abruptly)-kya!!! hey Bhagwaan...Raj!! ab kya kare..!!??

Raj got up too and held her hand.

R-Moushmi!! hume jaldi iss kitaab ke baare mein kuch sochna padega....kyunki Rahul ko zaroor shaq ho gaya hai....

M(scared)-haan...kuch karna padega,Raj!! par kya??

R-lets start writing it......

M(suprised)-but kaise..!!?? ghar pe toh kar nahi sakte....

Raj thought for a while and looked around...and suddenly an idea clicked him.

R(smiles)-Moushmi!! yaha...yaha orphanage mein likhte hai...

M(confused)-kya!!?? yaha??

R-haan dekho...tum roz yaha aati ho...and when I go to my office...main yaha ek-do ghante ke liye aa sakta hoon....and we can complete it..kisi ko shaq bhi nahi hoga..what say..

M(convinced)-haan tum theek keh rahe ho....theek hai phir..done..hum parso se shuro karege......

R(happy)-wohhooooooooo........thank u soo much,Moushmi...tumhe pata hai tumse baat karke mann kitna halka ho gaya hai..(Moushmi smiled)....warna mujhe itna ajeeb lag raha tha ki maine pehli baar Rahul se jhoot bola...

Moushmi smiled and placed her hand on his cheek

M-tum chinta mat karo..sab theek ho jaayega..hmm...!! They stared at each other.Raj smiled and touched her hand which were on his cheek which made Moushmi snap out of the eyelock.

R(smiles)-I love you!

Moushmi blushed and withdrew her hand from his grip.Placing few strands of her hair behind her ear..Moushmi smiled at him.Raj returned it with a warm smile.

M-mujhe chalna chahiye...

R-haan..

M-bye..!

Raj smiled and watched Moushmi walk back to the orphanage.Sighing slowly and feeling much more lighter,he headed back to his office.

Sanjeevani Hospital:

Mus(going towards her cabin)-haan Dr.Shubhankar...maine Dr.Shashank se baat kar li hai....and he has agreed to help u out on this case...

Dr.Shubhankar-thank you Dr.Muskaan...this is really a big favour....main khud baat kar leta lekin...

Mus(smiles)-haan I know..aapko iss waqt Dr.Keerti ke saath hona chahiye....

Dr.Shubhankar(smiles back)-ji..thank you!!

Mus(smiles)-your most welcome...

With that Dr.Shubhankar left and Muskaan entered her cabin to find Rahul sitting there.At first she thought she was dreaming,but as soon as she got closer,she noticed that actually Rahul was there.She kept her files on her table and noticed that Rahul hadnt even figured out her presence.She looked at him and noticed that he was upset about something.She sat next to him and placed her hand on his which were on the table.Rahul came out of his thoughts and looked at Muskaan.

Mus(smiles)-Rahul!! aap yaha kaise??

Rah(serious)-Muskaan!! wo mujhe tumse kuch zaroori baat karni thi...!!

Muskaan sensed the seriousness in his voice and immediately her smile vanished.

Mus-haan Rahul..kahiye..

Rahul told her about what happened between him and Raj the early morning.Muskaan was listening carefully and keenly.

Rah-kuch baat zaroor hai Muskaan..warna Bhaiya aur mujhe jhoot bole aisa toh ho hi nahi sakta..

Mus-ho sakta hai Rahul...wo jo keh rahe hai wo sach ho....

Rahul looked at Muskaan having no expression.He immediately got up from his seat and looked the other way.

Rah(frustated)-main apne Bhaiya ko jaanta ho Muskaan.....wo zaroor kuch chupa rahe hai....

Muskaan sensed his temper rising and she didnt want him to think against Raj....She got up too and faced him.

Mus(smiles)-ho sakta hai Rahul ki aap theek keh rahe ho...lekin agar wo aapse kuch chupa rahe hai toh uska zaroor koi reason hoga na.....

Rahul nodded.

Mus-aapko Bhaiya par vishwaas hai na....

Rah-haan apne aap se zyaada.

Mus(smiles)-toh bas ab iss baare mein aap sochna band kijiye....agar koi baat hogi toh wo hume bata denge.....

Rahul turned towards Muskaan and smiled.Seeing him smile,Muskaan was relieved.

Rah-shayad tum theek keh rahi ho....

Mus(changing the topic)-main toh humesha sahi hoti hoon....She looked at him with attitude on which Rahul smiled.

She went towards her table and was checking a file.Rahul smiled and wondered what would he do without his Muskaan in his life...

He went close to her and hugged her from the back.Muskaan dropped the file instantly as he traced his arm along hers.

Mus(whispering)-Rahull!!!

Rahul smiled as he could feel her heartbeat going fast.

Rah-ek aur baat batau...

Mus-hmmm...

Rah-wo Bhaiya keh rahe the ki tumhe jaldi uss ghar mein le aao

Muskaan looked surprised and looked away.

Mus(smiles)-kyun?

Rah-taaki tum humaare ghar ko aur mujhe sambhal sako...

Muskaan blushed hearing this...

Mus(shyly)-acha toh?

Rah(smiles)-toh main soch raha hoon ki Bhaiya ki baat maan hi loon.....kyun tumhara kya khayal hai..??He whispered in her ears making her weak in his arms.

Muskaan blushed badly and turned her face the other side.

Mus(blushing)-Rahul!! chodiye..ye hospital hai....

Rah(smiles)-toh...!!?

Muskaan looked in his eyes and could clearly see the love and desire in them.She looked down not able to handle it..still in his arms.

*Knock knock*

"Dr.Muskaan may I come in''??

Mus-Rahul chodiye!! Koi darwaze par hai..!!

Rah-hone do..

Mus(smiles)-Rahul!!!! She struggled and finally managed to get out of his grip.

Mus-ji aayie....

Mansi opened the door.

Mansi-Dr.Muskaan wo mujhe..Mrs.Sharma ki file.....Her eyes went straight to Rahul and got the shock of her life.Rahul noticed her too and was stunned.They both looked at each other.Shock and anger clearly depicting in Rahul's eyes while Mansi had sadness and dissapointment in them.

Mus-ji Dr.Mansi..ye lijiye unki file.

Mansi snapped out the eye lock and looked at Muskaan.She quickly took the file and looking at Rahul for the last time instantly left the room.

Rah-Muskaan main abhi aaya!!

Mus-arre lekin...But Rahul had already left the room.

Mansi hurriedly took her steps as she didnt want any sort of misunderstanding once again when suddenly she felt her heart stop beating.It felt like she re-lived her golden days the moment he called her name.She closed her eyes and let those words flow in her heart.

Rah-Mansi!!!!!!

Mansi stopped mid-way and turned.They finally did face each other....................

awwwwwww loved both RM scenes..and hope raj and mausami finishes their nivel sooon..and omgg who is this mansi now? hope she doesn't create any problems between rahul and muskaan..but i loved their cabin scene:P continue soon and thank u for the pm

Woah!! "Anger" in Rahul's eyes...
Can't hardly wait for the reason behind it...
Raj and Moushmi ill need to come up with an explanation to get Rahul's doubts to clear away...
Muskaan is a sweetheart...the cabin scene was TOO good...
