Part 15

Recap: It is Armaan and Ridhimma's Sangeet.They all dance to Sohniye ve Dhak Dhak.Rahul and Muskaan at the end are lost in each other's eyes.Shashank playfully asks Rahul whether these two want to get married along with AR.

Muskaan stood there embarrassed along with the rest of the girls.She twirled her fringe and smiled whilst thinking about the event that had just taken place.The other girls were all staring at Ridhimma who looked wonderful.They all were busy fixing up their hair and setting everything right.

Anjali-Chale neeche,umm khaane ke liye.

Nikita-Haan chalo,bohot bhook lagi hai.

Ridhimma-(smiles)Chalo.Bohot bhook lagi hai.

They all started to leave whilst Muskaan continued to stare into space.Anjali came and lightly tapped her on the shoulder.

Anjali-Muskaan,chale?

Muskaan-Umm huh?Haan chalo.

Anjali-(laughs)

They all made their way downstairs,meanwhile the guys were following them with their eyes as they came downstairs.They immediately went up to them and asked for their hands.The DJ started playing some hardcore crazy Bhangra beats.The night passed with them dancing as a big group.Armaan and Ridhimma felt as though they were the happiest people in the world.

Muskaan got up hastily,she swept her hair off her face.She looked in front of her into the dressing room mirror.She hid her face in embarrassment.She opened her eyes and smiled twirling her hair around.She pushed the blanket off her,and stood up.She casually made her way downstairs finding Rahul sitting there ready for her to arrive.Muskaan instantly blushed,Rahul held her hand as she moved onto the kitchen.Muskaan looked back into his eyes.

Rahul-Baadi sharam aa rahi hain Muskaan.

Muskaan-(smiles)Kal raat..

Rahul-Tu kitni sundar lag rahi thi (finishing her sentence off)

Rahul moved in to push back a strand of hair looking into her eyes intensely.

Rahul-Isiliye to main in ankhon main kho gaya tha.

Muskaan-Rahul!

Rahul-Shhh(laying a finger on her lips)

Muskaan instantaneously gave him a big hug.She looked back at him and kissed him on the cheek.

Rahul-Muskaan!(whispers)Ma

Muskaan-(looks into his eyes with a confused expression)Ma?

Rahul-Hmm

Muskaan turned around to find Rahul's mom there.She blushed and went into the kitchen to make them some breakfast.Muskaan made some coffee and some toast for all of them.They sat at the dining table eating,meanwhile Rahul got a call from Dr Shashank.

Dr Shashank-Dr Rahul

Rahul-Ji sir?

Dr Shashank-Beta thanks,

Rahul-Kiss baat ke liye?

Dr Shashank-Kal raat ke liye…bohot mazza aya.

Rahul-No worries sir

Dr Shashank-On a more serious note..Rahul tumhare liye kuch kaam tha.

Rahul-Haan boliye sir.

Dr Shashank-Rahul haamare hospital ko represent karne ke liye,mujhe ek representative chahiye tha.

Rahul-Ya sure sir..

Dr Shashank-Rahul tumhe Delhi jaana hoga,conference attend karne ke liye.Aaj hi..Main jaata par,you know ye shaadi and all..

Rahul-No worries sir,umm so mujhe kabh jaana hai?

Dr Shashank-Aaj raat hi nikalna hoga,tum shaadi ke din wapas aa jaoge.

Rahul-Yaane ki parson waapas aa jaoonga.Ok theek hai..

Dr Shashank-Thank you Rahul,mujhe paata tha ke tum na nahi kahoge.

Rahul-Ji no worries sir.

Rahul kept the phone and looked at Muskaan.Muskaan looked at him as thought sensing that he needed to tell her something.

Muskaan-Kya hua Rahul?

Rahul-Nahi kuch nahi..Umm mujhe aaj hi Delhi jaana hoga.

Muskaan-Kyun?

Rahul-Kyunki Sanjeevani ko represent karna hai,conference hain isilye.

Muskaan-(her expression turned glum)

Rahul-Don't worry main parson waapas aa jaonga.

Muskaan-Sure?

Rahul-Haan baba sure.

Rahul's mom-Theek hain beta,have fun.Chalo packing karte hain.(starts to get up and then looks at Muskaan)Actually Muskaan beta tum isko packing main madad kar.

Muskaan-Ji Ma.

Rahul-Ok,chalo packing karte hain.Dr Shashank ne baaki sab intezaam kar diya hai.

Muskaan-Chalo.

Rahul and Muskaan sat in Rahul's room.Muskaan opened up his wardrobe and took out all his shirts and pants.She arranged all his clothes in his bag,without saying a word.

Rahul-Naaraz ho?

Muskaan-(looks up from packing)Nahi toh,main kyun naraaz hongi.

Rahul-Kyunki main jaa raha hoon.

Muskaan-Main naaraz nahi hoon.Just thodi shocked hoon.

Rahul-Ok,par main parson waapas aa jaoonga.Don't worry.Sirf ek do din ki baat hai.

Muskaan-Hmm

Rahul holds Muskaan's face in her hands and gives her a kiss on the cheeks.Muskaan gives Rahul a hug and looks into his eyes.

Muskaan-Jaldi waapas aana ok?

Rahul-Yess baba,main yoon gaya aur yoon waapas aya.Ok?(winks)

Muskaan-Ok!(starts to give a faint smile)

looks at Muskaan. Rahul closes the bag and

Muskaan-Umm tum change kar lo,main Nikita ko jagati hoon.

Rahul-Tehero na.

Muskaan-Rahul!Change karlo phir main aati hoon.

Rahul-Yaar tum kitni unromantic ho.(pulls her in closer by the waist)

Muskaan-(gazes into his eyes)I know Very!(pushes him out)

Muskaan goes out of the room closing the door behind her,making her way up the stairs into Nikita's room and woke her up and told her about Rahul leaving.

Nikita-Tum use bohot miss karogi rite?

Muskaan-Yeah bhi koi sawaal hua?

Nikita-Hmm

Muskaan-Bohot miss karoongi!

Nikita-Chalo mujhe Rahul se bye kehne do.By the way hum teeno jayenge use airport chodne.

Muskaan-Haan wohi theek rahega.Umm Ranvir ko bhi pick up karna hain,on the way back kar lenge.

Nikita-Omg Ranvir yaha,permanently rite?

Muskaan-(nods)Haan permanent.

Nikita-Cool chalo.

Rahul came out of his room with his bag,he touched his mum's feet and started out of the house.Muskaan and Nikita went with him to the airport.Nikita sat in the drivers seat,leaving the couple together in the backseat.

Rahul-(whispers into Muskaan's ear)I love you!

Muskaan-Rahul,Nikita hai yaha.

Rahul-So?

Muskaan-So..Uff kuch nahi.(Muskaan let her hand out onto the middle seat.)

Rahul-(places his hand on hers,they both look at each other,lost in their own tranquil world.)

Nikita-Chalo airport aa gaya.

Rahul-Chalo

They all made their way to the airport.Rahul checked in his baggage and looked at Muskaan.He moved towards Nikita and Muskaan, giving Nikita a hug,and looking at Muskaan intently.He gave her a big hug.Muskaan was scared by the thought of losing him,or not being with him for even a day.She looked at Rahul trying to cover up her fear.

Rahul went in through the gates, Muskaan waved at his disappearing figure. Turning back around for one last time he waved to her and blew her a kiss.Muskaan caught the kiss and blew one back, she smiled at his childish act.

Nikita and Muskaan made their way back into the car,Muskaan stared into space throughout the car ride.She remembered the last time that they had said goodbye, it was one of the worst days in her life.She looked at Nikita,who smiled at her comfortingly.

Nikita-Don't worry,who jaldi hi waapas aa jayega.

Muskaan-Haan mujhe paata hai.

Nikita-Chalo tumhare bhai ko andar jaake late hain.

Muskaan and Niktia got out of the car,in the blazing heat.Muskaan turned around and slammed the car door.She made her way into the centre.Slamming hard into someone.She looked at the girl,thinking whether or not she had seen her before.

Muskaan-Maine tumhe kabhi pehle dekha hai.

Stranger-Muskaan?

Muskaan-Sakina?

They both gave each other a big hug,and looked at each other's changed frames and styles.

Muskaan-Tum yaha??

Sakina-Wahi main poonchne waali thi.

Muskaan-Main yaha kissi ko lene aayi hoon.

Sakina-Really?Main yaha kaam karti hoon,well part-time.As a psychologist.

Muskaan-Really?Oh my god,part-time?

Sakina-Haan main toh you know me,painting bhi karti hoon.Isliye part-time.

Muskaan-Oh I see.Umm tumhara phone number do.

Sakina-sure!(takes out her phone and repeats her number to Muskaan)

Muskaan-Aneyways mujhe andar jaana hain,nice to meet you again,waapas baat kar lenege.Bohot kuch badal gaaya hai.

Sakina-In what way?

Muskaan-Baad main baatati hoon.

Sakina-Ok,is this about who I think it is?

Muskaan-(nods)

Sakina-Aneways zaroor baatana,we have to catch up.Ok mujhe aab jaana hai.Dair ho rahi hain.

Muskaan-(smiles)Bye!

Nikita looks at Muskaan,gesturing to go inside.

They make way to the counter.Muskaan urgently signs all the paper work.Ranvir arrives through the door.He looks happy at the thought of being re-united with his sister.He comes up to her and gives her a big hug.Nikita is amazed by the amount of love these siblings share.She smiles at the two of them.

Precap: Mehndi night occurs,Muskaan misses Rahul a lot.Sakina and Muskaan catchup…
