If we apply this principle to Arijit, Shamit, or Arpita you don't see much improvement. To achieve the 80% they spent years in training. As far as I know it will take years of practice for Qazi to really understand what he sings ... as of today, according to me, he crams the songs and then just sing them .... i m not being critical ... he puts in a lot of effort into his songs ... but that does not mean that he is the only one putting in effort ....

he has a long way to go and his goals will be ill-served by ill-deserved adulation that he receives
