arpita is a hypocrite

I know many people are going to say that we should'nt say anything bad about arpita but really one thing has been bothering me alot since i saw todays episode.Rooprekha was really upset as could could be sensed by us and also seen by us as she was talking with her doctor, she then went to clear up things with Arpita and arpita did not admit even for a minute that she was insecure about rooprekha tho it is clearly evident from her conversation with prashant sir that she has some major problem in her mind, be it jealousy, be it insecurity regarding rupu. I was amazed that she point blank denied everything and kept insisting that shes a very frank person and rupu has misunderstood, If that really is the case then how come she badmouthed rupu so much in front of prashant sir and why did'nt she have the guts to admit to rupu. If the way arpita was crying in front of prashant sir regarding rupu wasnt jealousy then i dont know what jealousy is.She should have the guts to say all that crap that she said about rupu in front of rupu and not evade the whole topic that rupu has misunderstood. I thought the way she was saying theres nothing to be jealous of was a jealous statement and a hurtful statement in itself, that means she feels that rooprekha is not even upto her standard hence there is no way she arpita could be jealous of ruprekha in any way. I was amazed by this girls arrogance and hypocrisy,how can she say she respects the judgement of the judges and then say something totally opposite later on, I really dont like this girl, I see arrogance and conceit in her and such a person can never become a darling of the janta.How dare she deny everything she has said point blank, her heavy handed dealing with rupu has been the last straw for me at least and today i have lost even the last iota of respect for her.I really cant stand the thought of arpita becoming fame jodi, she is a hypocrite and a liar and can say anything behind a persons back . Goodluck rooprekha and whatever arpita says SHE IS MOST DEFINITELY JEALOUS OF YOU.

Please! These are all ambitious and hard-working kids( Don't try to guess my age now). They are all good singers. And I am told (and have observed) that singers are generally good- natured. Whatever we notice about them and analyze may be very far from reality.
Please look at the graphs of these two girls. Arpita has been stupendous from the very begining and has always received superlative remarks fro the judges(up until her performance with Qazi-which fell below her own standards). Her first really bad performance was not until the patriotic gala . However, she caught herself right then and has maintained her standards at least as far as the US airings go.
Despite all this, she didn't get timely appreciation from the faculty of any sort (RR was awarded 'top student " nomination thrice for her growth. The third time -it was done by depriving Arpita of her rightful award -this shows bias and favoritism on the faculty's part -same thing with the judges when they saved RR over Arpita in the last episode. How much partiality can a tender mind tolerate after putting in such hard work ? Clearly, Arpita's breakdown is not a reflection of her jelousy, but her rightfully felt step-motherly treatment from the faculty. This is what she was trying to get across to Prashant sir.
However, when a situation is so emotionally charged, it becomes extremely difficult to get your point across without being misunderstood.
I think RR and Arpita are both excellent singers and fantastic people; we should learn to respect each one for her own worth and hope that justice prevails;

Sadhana, u r right but Arpita does come accross as arrogant. The way she speaks to Qazi, RR or Sandeep... the IAM THE BEST attitude does come. Even with monica it happened. She was tolerating only shamit and never others.

May be we hear wrong things in wrong moments as shown in Sony just to increase the TRP.

sadhana, arpita is like this only, don defend her, why u think she got step motherly treatment, she was saved by faculty as and when she was in danger zone, what else she wants from faculty. her behaviour with ruppu was nothing else but arrogance. what does she thinks of herself, lata mangeshkar or what.

Hi,guys.
I am not trying to defend anybody. Its just that Arpita comes under fire so much; I deaL with a lot of human psychology ( I am a physician and trust me- 40 percent of my practice is just dealing with people's psychology). Based upon my vast experience with human emotions, I basically find Arpita more of a tactless girl than anything else; I have followed her since her SRGMP days and believe me- neve an ounce of arrogance. Just imagine- a girl with such a deadly combination of brains, beauty talent- She herself seems to be unaware of all these attributes and kills herself to prove her singing ability alone. You don't have to agree with me but try and give her a break.

i have read all the things above and totally agree with sadhana.....there is no point of arpita's jealousy towards RR.....there has been sometimes unfair decision regarding arpita and in this kind of situation anyone will b tensed be it me, u or anyone!!!! and there is no doubt that both of them r excellent singers and now i think there r no misunderstandings between them!!!

I never have been on chat forums much ,but this is getting to be fun.
Arpit, don't see it as arrogance; see it as entitliement-two attempts at Srgmp(one a failure, One a great success), a playback chance already-and now a steady climb in the race ,which even the judges acknowlege is almost solely due to her own efforts. After all she is human:why do you forget all her good examples-the epispode where she was comforting Gurpreet after the debate(kirti). When Qazi claimed her for fame jodi and also apologized(kind of ) for contributing to her going into the danger zone for the first time, she was very gracious about it.She always lent a lot of support to Shamit when he practised in the danger zone. I don't know how much success the others have had so far. After so many successful struglles, one does earn a sense of entitlemnt(which is different from arrogance0-one develops confidence; don't hold that against anyone. See, Arijit clearly proclaimed that he is far superior than others there and tha t again comes from a self-achievement sense and not arrogance.

Sadhana u may be right, May be u know Arpita from her early struggling years and hence you have got a soft corner for her. But we or may i say I am familier with her for the couple of month and to judge a person with the clippings is not just.... but that is what janta is visualing Arpita.

Qazi and REx looks so easy going lucky but they are hardworking that is what is being shown or heard about these people.

Hence this impression... may be after your point of view when we see her today our viewpoint will change let us see.
