isn't it stupid that the top student gets to vote twice. i mean how high is the chance, that the vote will change the second time? and in cases, it doesn't, it is going to be very very sad. like today. i am not a shamit lover with diksha( who is going to be utterly dissappointed)
i feel that that the second option ought to go to the faculty or the judges and not to the top student. someone who will be more objective!
