| ![]() | | ![]() I will take you around the Gurukul so that you understand this place better. This is my room. This is the microphone with which I will make announcements to students. They will hear my voice in their rooms. The jury will have their meetings in this room as well. There are small boxes in my room, where everybody's locker keys will be kept. It will be a sad moment when, at the end of each gala round, a contestant will be asked to leave, and he will have to leave behind his key. We have Natraj and Saraswati's statues in this room. Natraj is the god of gayan, vaajan and nrityam (singing, music and dance). Saraswati is the goddess of education. |

| ![]() | | ![]() Upstairs, this is the puja griha. When we decided on the name Gurukul, the Delhi press asked us whether we were trying to promote a particular religion among the students. We are not trying to promote any religion in the name of an institution. That's why we've kept idols of every religion here. |

| ![]() | | ![]() On the left side of the hall is the boys' room. The cameras will follow them in that room, so they will have to take care. On the right is the girls' dormitory. There will be no cameras in this room. |

| ![]() | | ![]() Students who come here should not forget their goal -- a lot of money is spent on a single contestant. They should follow all the rules and regulations. If I see them fooling around, I will not tolerate it. They have to be punctual, alert and passionate. If they make mischief, I will punish them. Fame Gurukul is aired on television on Sony Television on Mondays to Thursdays at 8:30 pm, and on Fridays at 8:00pm
