i was confused too because abhijeet sawant is such a sweet person.it was hard for me to imagine saying bad about anybody.infact he is humble just like Qazi and that is why they both r winners 👏

He's a low character anyway . .. i read in a filmfare magazine earlier this year he had been bashing sonu nigam as well cos Sonu was getting all shah ruk khan songs . he said sonu didnt deserve it as he himself was shah ruks real voice .. after reading that article i lost all respect for him as a person . only such bad characters can make such low remarks,.. if u notice all who appreciate qazi r very much like qazi himself..most qazi fans iv met r very nice 😊

Qazi would've won the show had he even been a Hindu, Christian, Buddhist, Atheist, Muslim etc. because we KNOW why the majority of the JANTA liked him. But people who DON'T think religion played/plays a decent role in his popularity are only kidding themsleves. This is INDIA we're talking abt!! One of the most religion obsessed countries in the world. I come from a Muslim background and I'm well aware of our thinking process(especially the 30+ generation). My parents became QAZI fans the minute they found out he was a Muslim and I'm sure there are THOUSAND others like 'em out there.

i don't think that in the entertaintment industry in india religion plays any part,may be in politics it does.how will some one explain the predominance of the khans in the film industry in a country which has a majority of hindus.i am a hindu and i liked qazi and wanted him to win over the hindu candidates because i thought that he deserved it.never for a minute did religion come into my mind.

o GOD! i dont agree tht religion matters........coz we've so many fav celebrities who r 4rm totally different religion. & the example Anidi has given is absolutely rite. i think the majority in india is hindu, so if they wud vote on this basis so there wud be a hindu contestant instead of a muslim.

Lutter see..your parents became his fan, just because he was a muslim...so religion plays a big role in the janta. Im not just talking abt u fellow if members but thousands of other people in india who were also voting...maybe some massive muslim gang sat down and voted for him loads of times!!

Anyway face it .. Sonu nigam and abhijeet are big people who can sing and understand music.
