I asked them also but not relieving me.I got one offer too but these people are not relieving 2 years bond is there.only 1 year is over

Great outfit here. Very informal atmosphere, flexi timings, lots of projects (though most of them from a single US client - a giant in a sense). Work goin on in several platforms.
Fridays are the best - even the dress code is informal.

but these bonds are not valid legally. they are never signed in front of a public notary. also it is illegal to pursue bonded labor in india. most of the times ppl are made to sign bonds, but in reality, if you violate it, they cannot take any legal action. remember, a bond always has to be two sided. suppose your company closes down - will they give you a two years reimbursement.

You must be enjoying then.Employee friendly company.We have lots of restrictions here.SO which platform r u working now.

I know the bonds are not valid but i cant fight and go.If they write something in my relieving order my entire career will get spoiled.so planning to wait..Whenever i talk abt relieving they will convince tom u can start the project.but that tom will never come.
