😆😆😆 nahin hain, but yaha more relaxed hain kaam - time frame me kaam karke do to koi nahin puchchta ki kya kar rahe ho, besides main thoda hat ke indian hu time frame main jara pessimistic hi banata hu as opposed to overly optimistic resulting in overtimes and no pays.😆😆😆
