Updates for 14th October at Fame Gurukul. The guest judge for today is Uday Chopra more popular for his comedy role at Dhoom. According to Uday, a girl-boy jodi would be perfect. The jodi in a way should complement each other. The voting this time would be for jodi and not for individual singers. In the opening of Fame Gurukul episode, Vasundhra Das sang with the 3 contestants. The number was Salaam Namaste from movie Salaam Namaste.
First Performances:
Qazi & Rooprekha: Qazi sang Chote chote seharo se from movie Bunty aur Babli. The comments of Judges were:
Javed: You sang well and you make a good pair.
Shankar: Wonderful Jodi and both sang very well.
KK: Very good, both of you gave very good performance.
Uday: Chemistry between you was very good. Your innocence was the best part in your singing.
Time for solo performances:
Rex: Rex sang O humdum suniyo re from Sathiya.
Qazi: Qazi performed on a score of Hum Tum, ladki Kyon na Jaane Kyon Ladko Si Nahin Hoti Soch thi hai Zyada Kham Woh Samajh ti hai.
Second performance:
Rooprekha & Rex: The couple sang Chup Chup ke Chup Chup ke chori se chori Chup Chup ke from Bunty aur Bubli. The judges commented:
Javed: I think that this jodi has more physics then chemistry between them.
KK: This jodi has heavy weight in the competition.
Shanhar: 100 marks to this jodi. You were very nice keep it up.
Uday: You were very easy and comfortable on stage. Good chemistry and romance is present in your jodi.
Third performance:
Qazi and Rex: They sang Dilbara O dilbara, apun ki tu, apun tera from movie Dhoom. The judges commented:
Javed: You were like Jai and Veeru. Nice jodi. (Jai and Veeru were 2 cast in Sholay played by Amitabh and Dharmendra, one of the most famous jodi of all times)
KK: You were most entertaining in all the couples performed today.
Shanker: Nice chemistry between you and a good performance.
Uday: I am sure I would get some tips from your songs for the coming Dhoom2.
