The two friends walk in and Chappu complains that the Mohabbat-ka-dushman (MKD) made him bald. CC demands to know what happened. Chappu says that he and Chappi were meeting under a tree when something wet fell from the tree and he found out that it was glue that the MKD put on his hair. Gappu says that because of that Chappu had to go bald. CC says they'll catch the MKD soon. The 2 leave and Gopi says he suspects Gappu of being the MKD. CC tells him to find out about Gappu. Then she looks around for Billu.
Billu reaches a postbox and puts an envelope containing the 10 lakh rupees inside and leaves. A person opens the postbox and takes the packet out.
Later, Gopi is reading the newspaper outside the chowki when Billu comes there happily. Billu says that he posted his 10 lakh rupees and his 10 crore will come soon. Gopi starts singing Tu Kal Chala Jayega emotionally. Billu tells him that he's going for a good job and once he settles there he'll call Gopi there. Gopi keeps singing and Billu joins. Then Gopi reminds him that he can't leave because he has signed a 5-year bond which if he breaks then he'll be jailed. Billu asks for an idea. Gopi says that if he gets kicked out then it'll be okay. Billu starts abusing Gopi and tells him to complain so that he can get kicked out. Gopi runs inside and Billu starts crying about that.
Inside Gopi complains to CC and BP. He says that he told Billu that he has a 5-year bond and all he said was that he is so sweet that he won't hurt anyone. CC says that he gave the idea and now he's complaining. Gopi starts crying that Billu is going to leave. CC tells him to relax and says that he's doing this so that we'll suspend him. CC tells BP and Gopi that no matter how much he abuses, no one will react. BP says that he's used to being abused. CC signals Gopi to abuse BP and Gopi abuses him. BP reacts, but CC tells him to be patient. She tells them to be patient and then leaves. Billu comes in and starts abusing BP and Gopi. BP is getting angry and Billu asks for his suspension letter, but BP starts singing and dancing to Chalat Musafir Moh Liya. Billu leaves and BP pulls out his gun to shoot Billu. CC comes back and BP quickly leaves.
Later CC says that her chair's spring has to be fixed. Billu is standing in the back playing with a gun. He drops it to get Gopi's attention and starts making abusive motions, but CC motions for him not to react. Then Gappu comes in with Item Avasti, his female neighbour. Both are half-painted black in the face. Billu gets a slap on a comment. Gappu says that the 2 of them were reading a book together and the MKD thought they were boyfriend and girlfriend and threw a tar-filled balloon at them. CC says she doesn't understand how their faces could be half-painted. Gopi asks for a demo and they do a demo where Gappu and Item are reading a book with their faces joined together. Billu is rash, but CC doesn't react. Billu tries to give an opinion, but CC slaps him. Billu asks to be kicked out, but CC says he's like the punching bag so why would they kick him out. CC sends Gappu and Item off.
Precap: Billu tells Gopi that he will abuse someone else today. He goes to the Commissioner. Billu gets his 10 crore cheque, but forgets and is about to rip the cheque.
