Episode starts with
Suman brings milk for veer but veer is angry with her. Ranveer thinks about how veer was sad and suman scolded him. Ranveer thinks that an ice-cream can make him happy.
Sanjana and Antara are leaving when they see suman veer. Sanjana tries to manao veer but he is angry. Sanjana Antara leaves as they were called by Kalavati. Veer talks to suman about how he misses his father and wish to do things other kids do with their father. Suman gets veer to drink his milk saying that if he finishes it his father will come.
Ranveer stops his car outside suman's house and wonders if veer is inside. Suman comes out dressed up as guy and says that she is both veer's father and mother. Suman plays with veer as a father would have and Ranveer watches them from window. They are happy but when they sit down again, veer looks at suman sadly. Suman asks what is wrong. Veer hugs her and replies that he will never ask her about his father. Ranveer is touched.
Suman says sorry that she could wear his father's cloths but cannot take his place, that no one could take his place. Ranveer cries outside. Suman promises she would love him a lot and try to do everything for him. Veer wipes her tears and asks for to stop crying. Veer promises that that he only wants her and loves her, that he will never ask for his father again.
Ranveer is sitting on roof thinking about all that happened... his memories from project presentation in which suman talked about how ladies effects the most men's purchasing as well... then the marriage conversations... and suman's life and her little-big problems she goes through every day.
Manan comes asks Ranveer what is bothering him. Ranveer tells him that he has realised something that he couldn't be the best son, grandson, brother... manan asks who filled his head with these things. Ranveer says suman. Ranveer says he wants to be perfect like suman who faces all the problems and still excels where ever she goes. Manan points that Ranveer is impressed with suman greatly. Ranveer reveals how he was helped by suman regarding his family's happiness and about marriage. Manan says that Ranveer should have a life partner like suman. Manan suggests that he can ask suman to teach Niharika to be like her and if Niharika could learn even a few qualities of suman then she would be perfect.
Suman is putting veer to sleep talking in her mind that she will be everything for veer that he needs, even his father and love him a lot.
Ranveer is lying awake near bed and thinking about his conversation with manan and what everyone has said so far about suman. He reaches conclusion that manan caught the single fact so fast that took him so long... that suman is the perfect life partner for him.
Sindoora is showing off the gifts Niharika has sent for everyone. Nupur is very unhappy as Sindoora is teasing Nupur indirectly. Nupur makes excuse and leaves.
Sahil manan are talking about going to shop to give wedding cards for printing. Sahil says he don't want to go as he don't even want to marry Sanjana. Ranveer comes looking for them and talks about what marriage responsibilities are. Sahil jokes how he became so mature. Ranveer reveals that he don't want to marry Niharika. Manan sahil says how can he say that now when bade papa is already sending invitation cards for printing. They ask who he wants to marry to which Ranveer replies "suman". Sahil manan are shocked. Nupur who overhears this conversation from behind the tree is shocked as well.

Precap:
Ranveer informs everyone that he wishes to marry suman. Everyone is shocked and mostly Sindoora. Sindoora tries to reason that suman is a widow and a mother of a son. Ranveer shows sindoora mirror by telling her that she only wants a show-piece and not a life partner for Ranveer. Sindoora gets really angry and slaps him. Everyone is shocked.
